[Resolved]  Axis Bank — Credit Card Statement

I have not received the card statement for last 1 months, i have already send a written application for e-statement one month ago but no response from bank. Whenever I called the Customer Care, nobody respond except the computerized voice recorder. Bank's Customer Care Service is worst!!!

I being your Priority banking customer under A/c No. [protected] since year 2005 am here to inform you that i have recived an offer letter along with my statement of A/c as on 29/02/2008 that your bank wants to provide me special privileges ie.I am legible to get a Complimentary Secured Gold Plus Card from your bank which is absolutely free, for that you have issued me that particular cedit card. So I request you according to your letter you should not take any charges for the issuance of the card which you have already charged Rs.1685.40/- on my card statement i shall be glad enough if you please look into the matter and make an arrangement that my card should be non-chargeble. from past 3 months i didnot get the credit card statement your not taking any action it if not I otherwise close the account my e mail id [protected]@gmail.com my credit card no.[protected]

Last two months credit card statement hard copy not received in my residence address
