i observed that axis bank netbanking is so slow since march 1st. I think they willingly made slow so that netbanking transactions will be reduced in the month of march.

if it is true, it is rediculous and acting against consumer freedom in crooked way.

Please consider and validate axis bank authentication in this issue.

    Dear Sir/Madam,

    I would like to bring to your notice that on 09/03/2011, when I was not at home, Mr. Abhishek (Mob # [protected])Mr.Yashwant &Mr.Neeraj Yadav (M0b #[protected]) from your Vikas Puri Bank, Delhi came to my house & threatened my parents with loud abuses. I would request you to look into this matter on urgent basis and make sure that Mr. Abhishek of your bank does not create a ruckus here or else I will be compelled to lodge a police complaint. A person who holds the position of the head of a department does not behave in this uncouth manner. My parents are both medically unfit. I surely do not expect this out of your bank. I have made a complaint at your customer care (interaction id # 1515839). Secondly I spoke to Mr. Milind Yadav, Asst Manager at your Grievance Redressal Cell, Mumbai. Who had made a conference call with Mr. Abhishek the head of collections in Delhi. He threatened to bring a lawyer with him on 11/03/11, to my house. I tried to explain the whole matter to him which he just refused to listen and threatened to go legal. My father suffered an asthma attack as soon as they left.

    Attached is the copy of settlement letter of my Credit Card # [protected] alongwith the receipt bearing# 212190 dated[protected]. I made cash payment against 3 installments of the settlement letter and your executive said he would collect the 4th installment after three months when it is due. Upon repeated reminders to your bank, they kept on saying that they were sending someone but they did not. Then after a month went by, due to some unforeseen circumstances, the money was spent on medical expenses for my parents.

    Your bank people harassed me at my workplace due to which I lost that job. So I could not arrange the remaining balance. I tried applying for a loan but your bank had put my name in CIBIL & was unable to get any loan till date. However if a small loan can be arranged I would be able to clear off my debts. I am not that kind of a customer who denies to pay the balance amount & I have all intentions to clear this up as soon as I can arrange some funds as I am the only earning member in my house with both my parents dependent upon me. Ms. Sakshi who understood my problem and was willing to co-operate with me was transferred to some other department before resolving my case.
    Kindly look into this matter on Urgent basis and resolve the matter .

    Axis Bank Ltd [protected] had seriously insult me . He has no right to talk me like this. Not only that he also insulted my wife also by slung language. While I'm taking one person, that I will pay on 4 th November, he talked me very roudly while I'm admitted in a hospital due to covid. I will make a court case

      Anyone considering Axis Bank, please take my advice and stay away from it, esp if you are NRI. If you have an existing Axis Bank account, please consider moving to others. The reason I am saying this is they do not respond to customers problems at all. Their phones just keep ringing - even if you get through you will be put on indefinite waits. After trying 15-20 calls, I was told the person is not currently at desk and will return in 10 minutes. But he never returned it seems.

      I am planning to sure the bank for misleading US based customers. I had deposited money to them using Axis remit and I wanted to transfer my funds to another beneficiary in HSBC using online banking. I was facing a technical problem and could not get it resolved even after several attempts. They JUST WONT RESPOND!!!!


      AXIS BANK is the most pathetic Indian bank. Please stay away of you can.

        Hi,

        I tried to withdraw 3000Rs from Axis Bank ATM, JP Nagar, Bangalore on 5th of march 2011.
        The money was not dispensed but, displayed a message as the transaction was successful.

        When I retried again, the money was dispensed and again 3000Rs was deducted from my account.

        Axis Bank — ATM not working

        Presently I am living in GTB Nagar,Jalandhar & I am having saving account with Axis Bank for the last 12-13 yrs.In my locality I find two ATM for this bank(Model Town & BMC Chowk),most of the times both are not working.I have to use another bank ATM which costs Rs 20 per transaction.Kindly advise what to do?

          My credit card no [protected].

          I have applied for a Gold credit card of Axis Bank which was free for life as per Bank representative.

          I came to know that it is not free and its chargable when I received the first statement.

          The Banks has charged Annual fee, Joining fee and srvice tax.

          I immediately called up banks customer care and lodged the complain. I even requested to cancel the card, which they accepted and lodged the complain.

          But actually bank does not cancelled the card and even increasing the outstanding amount with late payment fee , interest and tax.

          Now I need a loan for which my CIBIL report is showing negentive report because of this card.

          I request you to kindly look into the matter and penalise the bank for wrong doing with customer.

            HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH AXIS BANK's HOME LOAN...
            Dear Sirs,

            This is Jaganmohan Krishnamoorthy from Pune . I restricted myself for a long time from writing this mail to you. But, when I didn't see any proper response and accountability from Axis Bank, I could no longer wait.

            I booked an residential plot situated at MANGADU VILLAGE ,sriperumbudur Talk, Thiruvallurvar City II (CMDA Approved Plot - PPD/LO.NO.6/2005 measuring 775 sq.ft.).

            In the month of January 2011 I requested for housing loan with AXIS BANK , Virugambakkam Branch, Chennai. I submitted my housing documents January 6,2011 and submit all ( salary , bank, pan, form16 etc ) the document when were they have asked for it. Initially all my documents were collected by Mr.Venkatesh , Divya and later contact person changed to Mr.Hari. They promised me that it will take 10 days and the loan will be approved as the documents are proper. But they have taken more than a month. Finally on[protected] they said that the loan cannot be processed as the plot size is smaller than the required.

            Branch Manager Mr.Dharimani Doddabasappa communicated with me dated 09.02.2011 conveyed me that the loan got denied due , I request him a proper denial letter.

            I also requested him to give me the reference number / file number you processed in your system and on which date ? a proper reason why it got delayed.

            I got a letter at my office address stating that AXIS Bank can’t provide the loan to me.Mentioned that "property is outside the geo limits"

            I paid 25000 to the housing brokerage fee of after taking a verbal acknowledgement from Axis executives.
            I paid other charges for EC , Document verification and legal consultation charges
            Due to delay in axis response, the plot owner denied to wait further and I lost the valuable plot to buy.

            This is an horrible experience for me. Property eligibility is the first thing that a bank should take care before accepting document. I have no idea why they took 1 month to check a simple criteria.

            I would hence request you to please look into this matter urgently and help safeguard the customers’ rights. You help will definitely ensure that AXIS Bank doesn't repeat such cases down the line with any other customer.

            banking grievances — slow processing

            sir,
            i am a citizen of india and i have a savings account no.6046 in the name of manju choudhary in uco bank . on 7.10.10 cash amount rs 47000 was deposited in the above said account from bhiwani (haryana) but same is not credited in my account till date. in the mean time i made a cheque payment to the third party which was dishonored due to non availability of fund, so sir i just wanted to know that why should i be held liable to pay the cheque bounce charges and moreover rs 60000 was deposited in the above said account from dibrugarh (assam) on 12.10.10 but money was not credited on the same day, so i demand penalty from the bank for such a poor service.
            so sir i kindly request you to look after this matter and take necessary steps

              I am holding Prepaid Gift Card of Axis Bank. It had a balance of Rs 1851.36 till 17/2/2011 , but on 19/2/2011 Bank had migrated the Balance to " Account Migrated to YCS" . Also, I have got a refund of Rs. 100 from IRCTC, which I am not able to see in my account. I have called to Bank call centre, but they are not aware of this transaction also have visited to the nearest branch and they are also not aware about the same.

              My Axis bank gift card is showing 0 balance with a transaction details receipt of A/c Migrated to YCS.

              Can anyone please make me understand what this transaction means?

                I have been redeemed / awaded by one of my Prestigious Principal Company with Axis Bank Gift Cards worth Rs.5000.00. but all of sudden all cards are showing as "Account Migrated to YCS" and amount has become zero in the card account. what is this YCS?? why bank has not informed / intimated us about such event?? where is our amount? I need my amount back in my card accounts.

                Axis bank has to reply and refund my money.

                  I, Hirak Kumar Chandra, am a customer of Axis Bank. My account details are given below. My account is in a particular scheme named 'Salary Power Privilege'. One of the main rules of this scheme is "No Minimum Balance Criteria", as they have stated in their website

                  The bank has cut off my balance twice by amount Rs. 750.00, with out any previous notification.                     I have an ATM card of Axis bank.On 23 Feb 2011 I forgot it in the ATM machine of Axis bank at 9 batallion P.A.C. after deducting the money at 01:52 PM.It was collected by some one and the shopping of Rs. 13365 was done from Vishal Meaga Mart,Kanth road Mbd(03:31PM)for Rs.499,from Globus Outlet,Westend Mall,Ramganga Vihar,Mbd(04:05PM)for Rs.2298 and then from Reebok Store Pili Kothi Moradabad(04:46PM,07:32PM) for Rs.3709 and Rs.6858 respectively.At 08:10 when I come to know abt the card I informed the Bank to block the Card.WOn the next day when I went to Police Station they didn't lodge my complaint and told that tell me the places from where the shopping was done.I told them all the information on 25 Fe4b but nothing has been done till now.i provided them a person also who was the next to me in the ATM at 01:53PM.I also told them the shopping details(4 Reebok shoes of size us-9 and10,2 Denims of waste 30 blue colour,1 cargo of waste 34,brown colour,1 formal trouser).The man in the doubt is a PAC Constable whose name is Sanjeev Kumar,COnstable No.-12187,D-company,9 Batallion PAC,Moradabad.The police neither registered my complaint nor they tried to find out the cctv footage of Axis Bank ATM,Vishal Mega Mart,Globus Outlet.
                    I request you for registration of my complaint and proper action so that my money can be recovered.
                    I also want to comlaint against the Axis Bank why the not provided a password in shopping with the card.I also want to complain against the reatil stores that how they can receive the card without ID proof.

                      I vijay singh is holding the Axis bank credit card No.:[protected],I requested the bank since last three month back and customer care too to settled my loan amount but the bank regret my request and send me an leagal notice REF/AXIS/15862/2010dt,Feb21,2011 without any settlement against my dues ,It is quite hurting and harrashing to me when i am agree to pay the dues on EMI / installment ,without any settlement bank send an notice to me .Kindly look in this mattar and short out my problems It causing me more tension and harreshment from the bank and its staff too ,I increased my blood sugar more now ,if any miss happening may be occurs on my self due to this harrashment and leagal pressure on me who will be responsible for my this conditions ,I may be grateful to the consumer forum if the forum come forward for helping to me .

                        Hi,

                        This is regards to cancellation of DD (Dated on “07-May-2010” which I have made from my friend Axis bank Hyderabad account).

                        Axis bank says that you can cancel the DD from the same branch(Hyderabad) from where it made. Where as I don’t stay now in Hyderabad.

                        Then they told that send your DD with signed application via post. I sent but they tells that they never received. (Bad part that I don’t have tracking since I sent by ordinary post) After that I request them to block the DD and they blocked my DD based on my request.

                        Later they told me to send an application for re-issuing DD with 100RS stamp paper signed application. I sent by post and then they told we cant process since DD made from other account not from your account.

                        So finally again they say that ask your friend to sign on 100 RS stamp paper and sent us. Since my friend stay in same city Hyderabad, so he easily signs on paper and gave to bank people (approx on 15-Jan-2011).
                        In response, Axis bank send mails on 20-Jan-2011 that we have received sign from account holder, now we have processed for re-issuing DD.
                        It almost 45 days over but they never send DD.

                        Today (17-Feb-2011), when I talk to branch, Manager Shouts on me that it’s completely my fault. He says that 1st point you should not start process if you are not account holder for this DD. 2nd he says that we got the DD but my friend mobile is always not reachable(Where as his phone is always available). 3rd He says that as per laws you should not talk, you friend should talk. 4th he says that your friend is not coming to axis bank for signing paper so how we can give him DD and cancel the DD.

                        Over-all I started this process from 4-Aug-2010. And today is 17-Feb-2011.
                        After spending almost 7 month, Manager is shouting on customer (myself) and still me or my friend did not get money back.

                        I want to file case on this which is not canceling DD as well shouting on customer very irrelevantly and talking about the laws and scaring customer. Finally not providing money back.
                        Please help me.

                          For the first time the person has told me that it has been changed in our System only and will not be applied for Net Secure in order to online transaction so again you have to apply for it.

                          At the time of submitting the bank person has told me that your number will be changed within 24 hours.I have submitted that on Friday i.e on 18th Feb 2011 but still i found the number has been not changed yet.

                          This is the second time i am facing this problem , i dont know why these people are taking this much of time only for changing one number.

                            I am complaining about deficiencies in timely disbursing loan sanctioned to me by RAC Axis Bank 46, Asaf Ali Road, Delhi, thereby making me lose approx Rs 36,000/- in that: -

                            I was sanctioned a loan of Rs 30 Lakh by Regional Asset Centre(RAC), Delhi, a branch of Axis Bank vide their letter No AXIS/09/HL/19836 dated 08 Aug 2009 for purchase of a flat offered by BPTP Builders in Park Serene Sect 37D Gurgaon. My loan Acct No is PH[protected] and customer ID is[protected]. First two installments were serviced by RAC in time but disbursement of third installment was delayed inspite of repeated reminders to all concerned well in time . The builder BPTP had offered a concession of 10% on Basic Sale Price(BSP) for all those who made timely payments. For third installment a cut off date of 05 Apr was kept. On 19 Mar 2010, I had made awritten request to RAC Delhi to service my loan on or before 05 Apr 2010 in order to enable me to earn concession offered by the builder. It was promised to me by Mr Manish Kalla of the RAC, Delhi that the loan will be serviced in time. Thereafter I kept reminding him and the RAC Head, Mr Nalin Tuli, to service my loan. But due to sheer lethargy on the part of Axis Bank employees the loan did not get serviced by 05 Apr 2010 and I lost the incentive amount of Rs 36000/-.

                              I am anjana mishra, from delhi having a salary a/c No. [protected] in axis bank , rajouri garden branch from 2006. in Feb, 2011 when I check my know that my a/c has been lien by axis bank.

                              Sir, I am staying delhi alone & my salary is only 15,500/- and am staying in rented house. Sir just think how I can manage this month without money. Even I don’t have money to eat also. I really helpless. I request to please remove lien from my a/c . pl. sir,

                              I know I have credit card issue & my credit card No. [protected] from last 2 year I called up credit card people to settle my account. Even they don’t responding me.

                              So I promise I will pay my credit c ard money . please sir believe me.

                                Dear Sirs,

                                I J.Sureshkumar holding SB a/c At IDBI bank TIrupur Branch used my IDBI Debit card on 13 th feb 2011 at 6.30 am (ATM ID is S1AC 2101) to draw Rs 1800 at Axis bank ATM at PAdmavathypuram Tirupur Location.I DID NOT RECEIVE RS 1800 but rcd slip stating rs 1800 widthdrawn.

                                PL note my a/c n0 of idbi is [protected].Request to immediately take action and re-credit by Rs 1800 to my IDBI A/c.

                                This is really pathetic and serious as on Sunday iam unable to do any thing.

                                  Respected Sir,

                                  I was opened an current account at Axis Bank Ltd ( CRPF Square ), Sol Code of the Branch: 551, as well as opened saving account on the date of 3rd Feb 2011 and my account is not opened yet when i am going to bank they are saying to me that we can't help unless and until the CPU is not generated account number ( when i was opened account ) they said it will be done within 4 working days now see how much working days are gone even every day i going to bank to get my status and same respond is getting i think i lossed my price so i thought to inform consumer complaints forum so that i can get any solution.

                                    On 7th of feb 2011 I had a transaction through vijayaBank ATM at GT Road Panipat OF Rs.5000/- using debit card no. [protected]of Axis Bank.The details of Bank of India is as follow:-
                                    I faced the problem of system error and I couldn't got my money.
                                    But the same amount was deducted from my account, which I came to now through my ministatement of Axis bank.
                                    Please do the right action at your end so I can get my amount back.

                                      i am receiving the calls since yesterday morning regarding the arrest warrant for non payment of credit card dues. First i received the call from Mr jaipal reddy contact number[protected] from hyderabad) claiming to be inspector and screaming in foul language that arrest will be made if money not paid in 2 hours. Then he gave number of some lawyer Mr krishnamurthy( from bangalore) contact number ( [protected]) telling that if money is not paid then you will be arrested and presented in bangalore court.
                                      i called him and told him that we want to settle the card but give some time for so but he insisted on payment within two hours which was not possible from my side. Next i received the call from delhi police headquarters that he is an inspector ( contact number [protected]) and again threatened for arrest within 15 minutes.He used such filthy foul language and very rudely threatened and again pressed for talks with advocate krishnamurthy.
                                      Kindly let me know whether all this is justified and whether such threats are for real.
                                      I am completely depressed because of all this, so kindly let me know how to proceed in all this.
                                      The credit card was from axis bank and i had talked to these people on behalf of my husband.

                                      No Need To Worry Just Record Their Conversation and File Complaint Against them in police Station, If Not Go to Local Media for Support.Just Register Complaint against them that they are talking in bad manner with lady. Police will take care of them.If not Go to Media they will Help u.

                                        I, Chetna Karnani have recently closed my savings account - [protected].
                                        I would want to know, when my account for over 6 months old, then why was I charged 270.00 towards account closure and why was the amount not deposited to the other requested account.
                                        Wrote numerous mails at nodal.[protected]@axisbank.com and cmt.[protected]@axisbank.com but they bother to reply ...
                                        I, Chetna Karnani, Proprietor with Market Concepts have a current account with Axis Bank - [protected].
                                        I have written SEVERAL mails to you but unfortunately, there is NO response from your end.
                                        I have subscribed for SMS banking for both Day end as well as trasanctional messages for which you are charging me Rs 35.00 monthly.
                                        But I am NOT receiving any transactional messages, I only get day end messages.
                                        I have brought this to bank's notice but there is no response from there end.
                                        Why do you cheat your customers for such small amount.
                                        I have already closed 2 of my savings account with Axis Bank because of all these negligence and I might be now forced to close my Current account as well.
