hellow sir I, ALOK KUMAR, have a saving A/C in UNION BANK OF INDIA(UBI) & also have a ATM o[censored]BI and i try to withdraw the maney (Rs. 10000/-) from axis bank ATM on 31/01/2011 but i did not receive cash and when i check my A/C the same amt. had deducted. I complaint to both bank (UBI and AXIS) and also to customer care o[censored]BI then i got a complaint no. 845699.
kindly solve my problem and cradit my a/c with the same amt i.e. Rs. 10000/-.

Axis Bank — Money not dispensed by the ATM

Dear Sir,

I had an Axis Bank ATM debit card and I swiped the card for 20000 on 02 Feb 2011 and no money came. So, I went to the other ATM and swiped and got the money. But money has been credited twice. Please revert how can we get around this issue.

axis bank muthalakodam atm is not cleaned and very dirty and ac is not working ATM ID -S1AC3931 and the ATM is very cleaned before previous month security is not in ATM please send the security

        Dear Sir/Madam,

        I am Rajesh Kumar Repaka i have opened an account in AXIS Bank Ltd. [CHINNAMIRAM [AP] Branch] on 12/01/2011 Savings Bank Account. The bank has sent me a message to my mobile that i have received a "Welcome Kit" through BLUE DART courier on 21/01/2011 and i got the kit with Debit card,Cheque book,Account Number and my account category is SBEZY. They noticed me that i will get the PIN numbers and Passwords within 2 or 3 days. But now the date is 01/02/2011 and 10 days passed, when i have contacted the bank for my PIN number and passwords that i have not yet received,the bank is behaving carelessly and not responding properly. When i go to the bank they advised me to apply for new PIN number charging Rs:54/- by submitting an application to the branch manager. The bank itself should check this problem and send me a new PIN number freely, instead of this its asking me to pay the money for PIN number. If i lost the PIN number i can pay the money but how could i pay the money and take the PIN, the bank should give the PIN number and necessary passwords freely for the first time. So Kindly I request you please to take the action and HELP me.

        Axis Bank — Pin no not received

        My name is niyaz shaikh i stay in bhiwandi i was lose my debit card and after we revcived new debit card but after i week was complected but till date i don't received my pin number request kindly do the needful your immdiate response will be highly appricated Regards, Niyaz Shaikh
        I rajesh chourasiya applied for renewation of my debit card I had recevied my debit card but still after 20 days I have not recevied my pin how can I access my debit card this is proof of bad serivce of Axis bank.

        I didn't receive my pin number, without which i'm unable to drawmy salary during

        I have my account with Axis Bank for 8 years. My branch is in Green Park, New Delhi but presently I am residing in Bangalore.
        Two months back, I applied for a new Debit card and somehow I was able to collect the same after visiting the nearest branch 2-3 times. For PIN No., they said that I need to talk to the Delhi branch myself because my branch is in Delhi. They cannot communicate with other branch people, only the customer should communicate- I don't know what is the logic behind it. Anyway, when I contacted the Delhi branch, they said I need to send a request from the bangalore branch to Delhi branch. I was able to convince the bangalore branch to send a request for the PIN to delhi branch.
        After few days, I contacted the delhi branch. Then they said they have not recieved the request. When I called again after few days, they said they have not received the PIN no. itself.
        For past one and half month, I have been contacting both the branches but still I am not able to get my PIN No.

        I don't know what a type of service Axis bank is providing. Why should a customer contact all the different branches seperately ? The bank should provide a system so that the employees are interconnected across the nation. But they are giving us a feel like each branch belongs to a different bank, not the same bank.

        If by mistake, I call the central customer care, they say i need to contact the nearest branch only.

        I don't know how to get my PIN no.
        I received my Axis bank welcome kit within six days of account opening but its being 22 days i did not received my pin number. I also went bank to regenerate my pin via online pin generation system of axis bank but they were not able to generate in my case. Now they are asking to wait one more week to get atm pin so that finally i have to wait 1 month for my pin ( even not sure ). I have never seen this kind of situation with any other bank really it is a horrible experience with axis bank.

          sir, I,vibhor agarwal,have a savings account in your old rajinder nagar branch in delhi(axis bank). My account no is [protected]. Yesterday,i tried to withdraw money through atm,but a message flashed saying the card was blocked. I had it checked only to come to know that my account was closed on the 31st jan,2011. I contacted the branch manager on [protected]. I was told that my account has been closed because the address mentioned in my account had been changed. my mobile number is updated in my account details,but i was not called even a single time. The manager told me that he sent letters to my address,which returned undelivered. Instead of this hastle,he could have just given me a call. Now, i asked him to resolve this problem. He told me that he'll find a solution and revert back in 5 mins. after this,i didnt receive any call from him. Around an hour later,i called him,but he did not receive my call. I called him from a different number,he received it and spoke very rudely and cut the phone. Kindly resolve my problem and revert back to me.

              I Have choose Cheque Book option from vaishali & other nearest ATM"s of Axis Bank , Ghaziabad many times, But its been more than 6 months I havent Received my cheque book.. My Account No is [protected], Gurgaon Branch..This Types of Services is created lot of problem as my Account is in gurgaon branch & its not possible for me to visit each time to branch for minutes things...

              Please Help & do the Needfull ASAP & Help me in Issuing my cheque book to my Home Address

              I had applied for cheque book on 30 Sep. I had been told within 5 working days i will get the cheque book in my communication address. On 12th October i received a message from the bank saying that they could not reach out to me so the cheque has been sent to the home branch. Now the bug stops here...
              > I never get a call from the vendor regarding the delivery of the cheque book.
              > As i reached to the branch they said till now (14th Oct) they have not received it and even they can not communicate a ETA on the same.
              > When i call to Customer Care number they always put the IVR on. and i need to go through the same process without having any answer

              Now where is my cheque book and when will i get it.

                On 14th Dec 2010 I requested to open a FD for Rs.60000. Instantly same amount got deducted from my SB account (FDQ717). FD didn't get opened. On 27th Dec 2010 Bank returned Rs.60000 to my SB account. They said my PAN no. was not there in their database. Firstly, if PAn no. was not there why they kept the money for these 14 days? What they did with it? I missed 8.25% interest for the same for 14 days. Secondly, around six monthes back I personally visited the branch and submitted the photo copy of my PAN card. Why it had not been updated? Total incident was a mental harrasment to me.I want 8.25% interest on Rs.60000 for these 14 days. Please look into it.

                  I wanted to share a bitter experience I had with Axis bank loan division. I had taken a car loan from Axis bank in Mar 2008 for an amount of 3.1L. Till Dec 2010, i didnt had any problem because the EMI was debited from account with out any problem. In Jan 2011, i wanted to preclose this loan, and as a result, i wanted to know the amount i have to pay for the preclosure. I tried different phone numbers but all my efforts was in vain. I first tried the customer care number[protected] and asked for the details. They clearly mentioned that the mentioned number was only for banking customers not for loan. I got few more numbers from this customer care claiming that i will get information about my loan. The numbers given was 2431 5670 to 2431 5675 and 2431 5661 to 2431 5664. I tried to these numbers many times many days, but every time, it was ringing but no response.
                  Desperately, i thought to approach my nearest branch and i got the same responce as from the customer care number for my enquiry. The branch is only for providing information only on banking details and to provide loans. I was so furious and with no option left, i had to visit their loan dealing branch which is in TNagar, Chennai to know the details. I lost one full day and lot of other time doing this.
                  In this modern times, i havent seen a bank like this which makes the customer roaming around for details. I am a customer of ICICI bank and i used to get whatever information needed thru internet/online banking/nearest branch. So claiming the best bank in India, why cant stupid Axis bank provide a better customer expereince?

                    Sir , On 1st aug 2010 ,I visited the ATM of Axis bank in bathinda to withdrawl a amount of Rs 5000 . But I didn't get that payment from there . After transaction I got No Money & No Slip from ATM . I again tried for the same but ATM showed the error that link is down and I came back on very next day I found that amount of Rs 5000 was debited in my account . For the same I complined to the Axis bank branch at Bathinda and they said that don't worry sir, your amount will be credited in account within 15days. But afer 15 days when I again visited to the bank for the same then I am shocked , when they said sir your transaction was successful . Sir I asked them for the cctv clips where I got the amount ? I am again shocked when I found that there was no cctv in that ATM booth . I have looged the complaint through Tollfree also but same revert from them . Kindly Help me for the same .

                      Dear Sirs,

                      I hold an Axis Bank Credit Card. In its November 2010 statement Axis Bank wrongly charged me with Rs.8,800 (Rupees Eight Thousand Eight Hundred only) against Mahanagar Telephone NI Mumbai.
                      The chronology of events is as follows:

                      1. On 23.10.2010, I received sms from Axis Bank stating that “Your Axis Bank Credit Card 7914 is blocked for internet transactions due to incorrect password.” However, the fact is I did not use my card for any such online transactions.
                      2. I promptly called up Axis Bank Customer Care no. on 23.10.2010 asking for details of the transaction. I was told that there were some 10-12 attempts to make payment and hence my card was blocked. I requested the Customer Care Executive to immediately block and cancel the card, and if possible issue me a new credit card. The Customer Care Executive further informed me that a transaction of Rs.2,200/- has been made and she referred to some online bill payment platform through which the payment was made.
                      3. Through their phone IVR, I got the same information that an amount of Rs.2,200/- has been debited to my account.I thought it better to wait for the statement to get a clear understanding of the transaction made.
                      4. However, on receiving my latest statement dated 20.11.2010, it showed four transactions of Rs.2,200/- each (total amount of Rs.8,800/-) against Mahanagar Telephone NI bill payment done on 23.10.2010. On enquiring with Customer Care no. on 29.10.2010 and 30.10.2010, I was given the following transaction ids: 049733, 048288, 018507, 035756.
                      5. I have neither made the transactions myself nor have I authorized any person to make the above transactions. This is a horrifying case of misuse of my credit card details (though I am at loss as to how the given transaction could be effected without my knowledge and how the online security of Axis Bank could be breached).
                      6. In my email dated 01.12.2010, I enclosed the charge dispute form and the copy of credit card statement for necessary action of Axis Bank, requesting them to please take up the matter with Mahanagar Telephone NI to identify the fraudster and release me of the burden of payment for which I am in no way responsible.
                      7. Over a period of one month, through its various emails, Axis Bank refused to accept my complaint stating things like my email id was not registered (thought I kept receiving their emails on the given address). Though I was constantly in touch with Axis Bank customer cell executives via phone, emails registering the dispute, and letter posted to Axis Bank.
                      8. However till 30.12.2010, Bank kept insisting that I was delayed in registering the complaint and hence the same cannot be taken into account. On the same day I wrote to their Grievance Redressal cell, after which I received an email (on 18.01.2010) from Axis Bank stating that they have registered my complaint and they will investigate the case. However on 25.01.2010 they wrote to me that since “the disputed transaction is a sucessful E-comm transaction(verified by visa)by using user id and password which is available only with card holder.Since the transactions are performed in secured environment we are unable to raise the dispute or charge-back against the transaction and you are liable to make the payment for the same”.
                      9. I asked them for details of payments like the account number and name of the person which they refused to share.
                      10. Throughout my interaction with Axis Bank on the disputed transactions:
                      a. Their authorities have resorted to delayed response to my emails and refusal to divulge information.
                      b. If I am required to make payment for these transactions then I have the right to know where the money has gone. Bank has refused to given any information.
                      c. Their nodal officer responsible for grievance redressal has not replied to my emails.
                      d. I could reach them only through emails. Their authorities are not available on phone (the customer executives put down phone twice on me stating that they could not hear me) and in person (I sought an appointment to discuss the issue).

                      Please guide me as to how I could take up the matter with Axis Bank so that atleast they seriously attempt to investigate the case (which has not yet been done on their part).

                        This is Ajay Saini I ma havinf an account with AXIX BANK (A/c No - [protected])west Delhi uttam nagar. I have tried to make transaction of Rs 5000/- from Milap Nagar, Uttam Nagar ATM on 13-oct-10 but because of some technical difficulties I didn't received the amount , but the amount of Rs. 5000/- was deducted from my account.
                        I had already made my complaint registered on your custmour care on same day (Complaint No.[protected]but no action has been taken yet form your side and still I am waiting for probable solution.
                        I had already met with your ATM's cell care in Vikas Puri , Delhi , but they were also unable to provide me with appropriate solution and made me to contact the branch office . On 09-Nov-10.I visited your branch office in Uttam Nagar where I submitted my written complaint too and they committed that amount Rs. 5000/- will be adjusted in my account within a week’s time but still no amount have been adjusted yet even after visiting your branch office several times and every day they make wrong assurance that money will be refunded within 2 or 3 days. And I lost another Rs.7000/- to every time visiting to their office,nd mental panic of Rs.100000/-
                        Today is 28 January 2011 But no action has been taken yet. Now the situation is slipping away from my end & now this is my last effort from my side, I requested to consumer will refund my all amount to axix bank .

                          I have been charged with incorrect Credit card Late payment charges & service charges.
                          I have not received any bills from past 4 months, in spite of that i have made the payment for which i have used the card. However still i have been charged with late payment charges.
                          When i wrote to bank about the same inquiring about the late payment charges & bills not received, i received a response stating that bills have been delivered to my postal address to a security person.
                          When I checked with bank with the below question
                          Why my personnel credit card bill is handed over to third person ? Why bank doesn't maintain the Customer information integrity ? Don t you think this is not correct. as per the companies act 1951(C) Customer information related to the Payment should be confidential. One can not hand over my bill to a third person with out my permission.
                          For this, the bank response was courier guy was not allowed to enter in the office, however for the same address i received Axis bank credit card at first time, and that time also it was the courier service from which i have received your credit card with duly signed in.
                          why you people are not following the same procedure in delivering the bill.
                          Hence i request you to kindly provide me the justice on the following points
                          1) My personnel credit card bill is handed over to third person ? And the Axis bank doesn't maintain the Customer information integrity ? as per the companies act 1951(C) Customer information related to the Payment should be confidential. One can not hand over my bill to a third person with out my permission.
                          2) Why i have not been informed from bank side or from the courier company about the Bill delivery.

                          And also what ever the late payment charges & service tax which has been charged should be reversed.

                            I had been sanctioned personal loan Rs 150000 vide personal power sanction
                            Letter dated[protected] with the following stipulation 1) The rate of interest
                            22% 2) Equated monthly instalement (EMI ) Rs 5729 3) No. of monthly
                            Instalments 36 month 4) Processing charges Rs 3000 (2 % ) and cash back
                            Offer 2 % to the costumers who are regular in making payment of EMI
                            Based on the above terms and condition I prefered to apply for personal
                            Loan but the Axis Bank is deviating its terms & conditions . The disbursal
                            Letter shows that the instalment amount Rs 206244 principal amount
                            Rs 150000 interest amount is Rs 56244 which is worked out as 37.496%
                            (56244 /150000 x100 = 37.496% ) +2 % processing charges i.e about
                            39.496 % is going to be collected from the costumers which is irregular;
                            The authority is requested to rectify the mistake and arrange to communi-
                            Cate revised disbursal letter. In the month of September 2007 i.e on dated
                            [protected] the Axis Bank has deducted Rs 281 + 281 towards Dr card
                            Issuance and card upfront charges and again the Bank has deducted
                            Rs 281 from EMI deposited amout Rs 5873 on dt,1-8-2008 towards card
                            Up front charges on dt.2-8-2008 as against the due date[protected]
                            And declared the payment of EMI is dishonoured and cash back offer
                            For the year 2009 is forfeited . On pursuing at the end of second year
                            The Axis Band has declined the payment of cash back offer stating that
                            The costumer has paid EMI late in the month of August 2008 so the
                            Costumer deemed fit to deprive the cash back offer.The above circumes-
                            Tances evinced that the Axis Bank is unfaithful to the costumers .
                            In view of the above I request the manager Axis Bank to look in to the
                            Matter and arrange to pay the cash back offer for the year 2009 and 2010

                                AWBill no[protected] has dispatched from our Mumbai office to Zirakpur on 30.12.2010.But Still date the packet was neither delivered not returned.During enuiry from Zirakpur on 13.01.2011they are not responding.We have lodged the complaint at your Chandigarh office on 15.01.2010.But they are also unable to locate the packet.Please update the status of the packer as our customer is very irate and he is going to compliant against the courier co and Bank.It is our general observation that your Zirakpur Branch is very irresponsible any they are effection your image.

                                  I was approached by a sales representative from Axis Bank for a home loan on my property in Jaypee Greens Noida.

                                  I was promised a fixed rate of 9.5% (in writing)
                                  However, one of the credit officers called me for to clarify a few questions and it came to light that it was 9.5% floating and not fixed. The loan was subsequently declined.
                                  After protests lodged with Prabhat himself, we negotiated a floating rate of 9.25%.
                                  The only reason I had to give in was because a lot of time and effort was wasted in selecting Axis bank based on false promises (else there are other banks offering a better rate) and I did not have enough time to complete the formalities with a new provider in time for loan disbursement to Jaypee.
                                  However, yesterday morning I received a sms from Axis stating that my loan has been sanctioned at 9.5% instead of 9.25% promised by Axis.
                                  Its misrepresentation like these and lack of fear of prosecution that results in Sales people like Mr Puri from Citi to flourish. I hope Axis bank will action this case immediately - CDU/HL/554

                                    I applied for home loan from Axis Bank, sector 18, Noida in November 2010. The bank asked for some of the documents which I submitted to them. They also took the processing charge from me which was deducted from my account in November only. Now after more than 2 months of my application, they still haven't disbursed my loan amount. They donot even make any communication with me. I really feel very disgusting. The builder from which I have purchased the house is asking for the money everyday but I have nothing to give them other than excuses. I am very very depressed. I don't know why the hail I applied for home loan from Axis Bank. Had I applied from any other non-government bank like HDFC, I would have GOT the loan in no time. I am really really heartbroken :-( PLEASE PLEASE HELP ME.

                                    I am Mahesh from hyderabad. I also applied for home loan with Axis Bank, Secunderabad in September 2010. I have submitted all required documents. After a long process they have given me a sanction letter with a loan amount of Rs.800000. While taking the documents they have also taken a cheque of Rs.5500 and the remaining process fee (i.e. (1% + service tax) on loan amount) have been taken when I got the Sanction letter.

                                    But, the problem started after the loan got sanctioned. Even, after collecting the processing fee and giving the sanction letter, they are not disbursing the loan amount yet. This was very much disgusting and when I contacted the broker who have done the process, he is saying that the bank have re-valuated the property and plot does not have the same earlier value and that is why they are not releasing the funds and ultimately he has given up and asked me to approach the bank directly.

                                    Here my question is why have they sanctioned the loan without completing the valuation process and why did they take the processing fee when they are not able to release the loan.

                                    Please help me out how I can this issue.
