Dear Sir,

This is regarding my earnest money Rs 150,000 deposited for DDA housing scheme 2011. I haven't received the cheque yet even after almost 20 days. Despite of repeated attempt, I'm unable to contact Mr. Gaurav Tandon on the phone in the number given in the application brochure[protected]. Even no one in the branch is receiving the calls in the other numbers provided in their website.

Please look into the matter. Details are given as bellow.

I am also sailing in the same boat. I have written an email to the MD and CEO of Axis Bank - Shikha Sharma - shikha.[protected]@axisbank.com. You can also try the same, but she also seems to be as lame and as lax as her banking operations. After all, the flows from the top!

    this is to request you that i am suffering too much problem, due to unavailability of my ATM PIN, NETBANKING PIN, CHEQUE BOOK

    in November,2010 i applied for my Net- banking pin, address change & passbook but till date i didn't found that at my changed address.
    after some days when i went to ATM i found that my pin no was changed (because they changed my ATM PIN instead of NET-BANKING PIN), after that there was only one option with me that was cash withdrawl by cheque, but now my cheque book is also finished,

    dear sir,

    near about two months ago (5th March,2010) i again applied for net-banking & address change in Mandya Branch, , but i didnt recieved my any pin no to my current residing address, now i am helpless, i am fully unable to use my bank account, in past one week i tried to much to contact on your customer care no. but i didn't found any proper response. please help me as soon as possible

      Hello,

      I am a resident of Germany and had applied for a home loan via Axis Bank, Pune. The whole process has lasted for more than three months with no feedback or reply regarding the home loan.

      After I applied for a home loan in February 2011 at AXIS Bank, Pune for a property in Pune, I was told that the whole process would be completed in 5-6 working days. Since I did not have an NRI account with Axis Bank, I was told to open one which I duly did. Because of this application, I was told that the application processing would take 2 more weeks. This was fine and I accepted it.

      Thereafter I have been getting hardly any response from the bank regarding the home loan. It has been more than three months. Most verbal commitments by the bank authorities are never respected. No commitment is given in writing in spite of multiple requests. All emails are ignored, phone calls are never replied to and the whole process is extremely hazy and opaque.

      I am on the verge of losing my property since the builder is not willing to wait anymore for the payment. The entire process has been a nightmare and AXIS bank has yet to give me a reply on the status of my loan. It is already May 2011 and it has caused me immense torture and mental harassment because of their unprofessional customer service!

      Readers who read this note are hereby requested to refrain from applying for home loans via AXIS bank.

      I definitely want to go to the consumer court of India and will need assistance for it. Please inform me if anyone can help me out on this issue.

        On 16Apr2011 (Saturday) I tried to withdraw Rs. 7,000 from AXIS ATM Machine (Kopri Branch, Thane).

        I guess the software had some problem and it showed time expired and transaction canceled, but the amount got deducted from my account

        I had logged a complaint in the complaint book of Axis Bank at ATM Centre and complaint number is 1309 or 1389 (not clear in the copy)

          I intended to book two tickets from Delhi to Cochine for 29.5.2011.I searched the goggel.com and directed to site www.zoomtra.com. I filled the details and redirected to site riyaconnect.com. I made payement for two tickets ammounting to Rs.9872/- through my Axis Bank Crdit card No [protected] in the morning of 10.5.2011 around 5.20am. Whole process of payment was completed through HDFC Gate way . But at the end there was a message on the site of riyaconnect.com that there was some error and ticket could not be booked. I did not recieve any message on my mobile No [protected] regarding any transaction which i generally get immidiately after any transaction. It was written on the web page to contact company call center No[protected]. I made first phone call to the number at 5.25 am but there was no response. I again repeated the whole process and tried to book two tickets for same dates for same flight of Indigo departing at 6.20 from Delhi. and again made payment from same credit card. But again the same thing happened. Repeated phone calls remainde unanswered. After about two hours i recieved message from axis bank regrading two transactions for Rs 9872/-from my credit card.where no ticket has been booked and no mail has been recieved in my email [protected]@gmail.com. It is requested that the ammount be got refunded to me.

            I have availed a home loan from Axis Bank.

            This is the 3rd consecutive month when the loan EMI is getting deducted twice.
            I have reported this problem on 3rd march 2011 but I have got NO solution yet.

            Is there anyone who can help on this?
            As an Axis bank customer - i am feeling very helpless and extremely frustrated.

            There is a person Mr. Anil who is trying to help me on this but all in vain. He says that he doesn't know how to solve this problem as cheques are presented through Mumbai Office.

            There has been quite a lot of irregularity in terms of depositing the cheque.
            I have requested to activate ECS but it is more than 3 months and nothing has happened on this front too.

            NOW - after all this pain & helplessness - I will definitely transfer the loan to some other bank.

                THE CHEQUE FOR RS 28000/- DID NOT GO FOR CLEARANCE, UPTOTODAY.

                  Hello,

                  I availed Home loan from Axis Bank – Pune Branch. Loan amount was 18L having 20 years term.

                  I seek a query about EMI if I reduce my term 20 years to 15 years. I initiated my communication with Pune branch “Customercare.[protected]@axisbank.com” from 9th April onwards, they asked for some documents on 18th April 2011 which is shared from my end same day. On 19th April they asked about my any other loan which is declined from my end as I don’t have. After that, I am following with them almost daily however not getting any revert till now.

                  Entire decision is based on their revert which is getting delayed as no revert from AXIS Bank.

                      I took a Home Loan from Axis Bank, Pune. As per Union Budget 2011-12 the consumer who tooks a Home Loan less than 25 lacs is enttiled to get the subsidy of 1% in interest payment. My Loan Amount is Rs.14,94,279/-

                      As when I did check with Bank on thiw subsidy, was replied they have not received any communication on this change, can you please check on this for me what is the status of this change.

                          Dear Sir
                          I have taken Visa credit card from Axis Bank against FD of 1.00,000 Rs. I lost the card in November 2010 during my stay in China. I lodged a complaint by email but customer service replied that email was not registered with them.
                          I returned to India in January 2011 and went to Indira Nagar Branch and asked for cancellation of lost card and replacement but branch officials were very unhelpful and gave me toll free number of Customer care. I contacted them 0n 20th February and gave all details. They told me new card will be sent in 10 working days in all circumstances. However I did not receive the card but SMS was sent to me that I should collect my card from branch. When I contacted Customer care they told me that it was wrong SMS and card was not ready due to technical problems. I requested them to send my card to China as I was travelling to China on 12 Maarch but they refused to do so as it was against their policy. Later they emailed me on 18 March that in view of special relationship with bank they can do it if I send my address in China. Since then I have done it many times but card has not reached me. It has caused me financial hardships and humiliation.

                          I have tried to resolve this through Nodal Officer of Axis bank. I have not seen any action as my complaint is redirected to same customer care.

                            axis bank chembur sandu garden has been showing coustomers cctv tapes without lodging a police complaint

                            Axis Bank — corroupt practices

                            1) They dont convey approval and then when we contact them they will tell about the result and then charge from us the day when the request was lodged thereby lapping up 10-12 days of interst
                            2) they will change the interest rate as soon as it goes uop but when it comes down they will not budge or they say will be adjusted on quarterly basis
                            3) cheaters they are charge 10% as on 22/01/2009 to new loans and still charge 11.25 for old customers
                            i am stuck as i cannot do anything but please beware : go for nationalised banks they are safe

                                I, Ashraf Aymader, resident of Bagur, Subsit, P.S. Bagnan, District : Howrah is a customer of Axis Bank, Bagnan Branch, being A/C. No. [protected], on 31.01.2011 I used the ATM of SBI Branch at Bagnan for withdrawal of Rs. 3,000/-, but a slip was came through that ATM Machine written as "Sorry unable to process", at that time I further checked my balance, and balance shows that I was withdraw Rs. 3,000/- through ATM, which was not came out through that ATM. Then and there I was complained the said incident to Axis Bank as well as SBI Branch Bagnan, Howrah. Axis Bank assured me that the said money will be refund to my account within a few date. But hopelessly this is to inform that till to-day my said money amounting to Rs. 3,000/- not yet come back or otherwise informed me.

                                In the above I am totally confused, please take steps in this regard.

                                  I received my AXIS bank Meal Card when i opened the covering/ welcome letter it was folded and pasted on corner, when i opened the letter the user ID was written on beow right corner where it was pasted and at the time of opening the user id got damaged and i was not able to read it. I wrote a letetr to the bank officials on 02nd April 2011 and i received a unique ref no. The confirmation email said that they will get in touch with me within 48 hrs. Till 7th April there was no reply or no one got in touch. Then i wrote the below reply still there is no response from them.

                                  Below email written on 7th April 2011:

                                  Kindly refer my Unique ref no 2023997. It is more that 120 hrs and i havent received any reply from you. Below it is written you will get in touch within 48 hrs.
                                  If you have a online system for checking of the grievence do send me a link where i can checkthe status of my ref no.
                                  Expecting some better reply this time.

                                    i have given cash of 80000/- rs to bank cashier of axis bank at kalyan when he counted the cash and immediately he says it not 80000/- its only 75000/- when i was depositing the cash the counter is so high that i cant see the cashier what he is doing and he has taken the chance his name is yogesh ambaselkar and the branch menager name is sameer parab when i have ask for the cc camera footage the camera is set up in the way like that only the customer can view in the camera what the cashier is doing the camera cant take the footage and for this the cashier has taken the chance
