[Resolved]  Axis Bank Pan Card — regarding the pan card

dear gentelman,

i had applied the pan card for my brother through axis bank represtative mr mandeep cell number [protected]. its being 2 month i have not got the card yet and no information from mr mandeep. as he charged me 200 rs for this. but he is not picking up the phone. we are very frustrated from this person .and can not apply for another card tiil the pictures is not cleared.


plz do the immediate solution

about PAN card status want to know

I have applied to PAN CARD but return all documents after 25 days because my SURNAME not given this is a reason. I am christian I have no Surname Before married fathers name in last name & after married husband name last. Please answer me what to to I want to PAN CARD URGENT no any proof of with Surname

Dear friend, This is a big problem with NSDL/UTI and Income Tax. They are behind surnames. They dont have minimum common sense. But dont worry, I give one idea. It you feel good, follow it. Its seems your name is Sherly Biju, Fill in the form in place of fist name as Sherly and in place of Las name as Biju. Go ahead.Best of luck. -M. Pavan Kumar

Dear sir/madam,

i have PAN card in which i wrote wrong birth day instant of 25.11.1990 by mistekly i wrote 25.08.1990 . please guide me how to rectified my date of birth. If there is any form for new PAN card please mail me or suggest me how to do .My Pan card no. is ASTPB8975G
