Dear Sir,

This is regarding my car insurance renewal which was due to expire on 10th July 2009 taken from New India Insurance. I was getting continous call from Bajaj Allianz executive ( company roles)for renewal of the policy from one month. Finally on 23rd June 2009 i finally gave him the premium cheque of Rs 6548/-. I was assured by the executive that i will get the hard copy of the policy within 3 days. Unfortunately nothing happened after that i was daily calling customer care for the update but every time they said it will be delivered by tommorrow. I again tried calling customer care on 7th July and threaten them if i don't get the policy on time i will take action against them. I was aaured that they will send soft copy within 2 hrs. and by 9th July i will recieve hardcopy as my first year policy was to expire on 10th of July 2009. But even after that i got the soft copy by mail on 9th July 2009 and still to recieve the hard copy of the policy.

This has been pathectic experience i got my enrolling for Bajaj Allianz insurance. I think they don't understand the seriousness of not having insurance papers & problems i could face due to that. I want you to take a strict action against this casual way of working towards such important things which can land one in major trouble.

Bajaj Allianz — Not receiving policy documents

Although I have paid for my car insuarance a week back I am yet to recieve the soft and hard copy documents. My policy is getting expired by tommorrow and and gonna have a huge problem of not having insurance. I was assured from bajaj allainz that I will get my policy within 48h of the payment but they have not sent anything even though I have paid week back. Even the customer care people and the management are bunch of thorough unproffessionals - they are not replying at all to the complaint made through mails and whenever I do call them they say it wil delivered within 2h time and done nothing. It is also surprising that Bajaj Allianz cliams big onsite to get the policy instantly but they dont follow it up a bit. It is true that Bajaj allianz is very quick and insatantly take actions till the payment process but then they sleep for several weeks without even botherd to tell me that there will be delay, if any, in issuing the policy. Please take this as my grivience against Bajaj allianz and take appropriate action against them .

Bajaj Allianz general insurance is pathetic . I applied for home insurance (all risk policy ) on agreed value basis. I got a call from Mr John Makwane that email link for online payment has been sent------ on checking, the proposed policy was different than what I had asked for & even after talking to him that I wanted All Risk Policy, he kept pushing a fire policy.

I had to put my foot down & tell him that I am interested only in All Risk Policy & not Fire policy & he reluctantly forwarded a link for online payment.

However, I made the payment on 21 April at 8 pm & I have received no acknowledgement of payment till today 27 April ----- forget soft copy of policy.

Mr John Makwane & Mr Avinash Waghmare who were religiously contacting me till online payment was made, now do not respond to emails for further information regarding issuance of policy.

I made a complaint to Bajaj Allianz call centre on 26 April but have not received any reply till now.

    Hello Everybody

    Just want to infirm you that don't take any Life Insurance Policy from Bajaj Alliance, thay are looting the people's Money, I took one policy on Nov 2008, I have paid 1st payment of Rs. 5500, out of that my 5, 500
    500 they will not show anywhere, your primum shows only Rs. 5000.

    Now out of 5000, allowcation charges are 70%
    out of 30% again they are charging Equity allowcation charges of 80%,
    when they called for 2nd installment I asked abt the statment, now they told all these things. till today I am not received any statment, and the Sales Executive is not told anything about the chrges.

    now out of 5500 my amount is just Rs. 288,

    Please do not take any policy from the Baja Alliance.

    NOBODY EVER GETS IN TOUCH FROM BAJAJ ALLIANZ WHO KNOWS HOW TO SOLVE THE PROBLEM. ALL THEIR EXECUTIVES WILL SEND AN EMAIL SAYING "WE WILL GET BACK TO YOU IN 4-5 DAYS" AND WHEN THE PERIOD IS ABOUT TO BE OVER, THEY WILL SEND YOU THE SAME EMAIL AGAIN!!!

    They are FRAUDS and in association with Citibank they are selling their policies. They give high commissions to Citibank officials to sell the policies by any means - Hook or Crook!!

    DONT FALL IN THE TRAP.
    I have also been deceived by yesbank officials into buying policy from bajaj allianz, dont be fooled like me and loose your hard earned money into fraud schemes.just BEWARE of such schemes, never invest into any bajaj policy

          I resigned from the company on April 2008. Now without any reason they have put my PF on hold.
          I would like to know you that PF paybale to me was deducted from my salary and they are supposed to release my pf to my A/c within 6 month now almost one and a half year over

          As per our record Pf form of the employee John Abraham emp code 95435 has been submitted to pf office on 30th April 2009.
          Hi,

          This is with regards to the Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance Policy no. [protected], I have received the said policy but with lots of typo errors . I had sent an email to your customer care dept. to which I received a response saying
          As an id proof you would need to submit either of the following:
          ? Voters id card
          ? Pan card
          ? Pass port
          ? Leaving certificate of school.

          Please let me know why should we keep giving proofs when all the details are already provided and there in your records. When I received the policy it had the copy of the forms filled by me which clearly states all the errors pointed out .
          Inspite of filling all the details in number of forms your people are so irresponsible that they do not even check what they have typed. Following are the errors in my policy.
          1 The name should read as Miss. Chandrika Gopal Anchan and not MRS. (Please check page no. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 & 6)

          2. Mr. Gopal Anchan is father of Miss Chandrika Anchan and not husband (Please check page no. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 & 6)

          3. The Surname should spell as ANCHAN and not ANCHAL or ANEHAN .(Please check page no. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 & 6)
          And after all this they ask us to provide again with some id proof. I wonder what for. Do your team not have the records of the policy holder???
          I request you to kindly look into this and do the needful at earliest.

            Hi,

            I am Sampath Kambar, recently taken a Personal Loan from HDFC Bank Bangalore.
            And while giving the documents for it, i was been asked to do sign to go for a Bajaj Alliance Health Insurance.
            But i refused to do it.Later, when my loan got sanctioned, an official from Bajaj Alliance insurance called me to confirm the insurance.
            I do not want to go for it.Then also, they told me just to confirm.When i did, they had already deducted 3500 Rupees from my Credit Card.
            When i asked an official in Bajaj Alliance office, they told me that they have a TIE_UP With HDFC Bank. and she asked me to just RETURN the policy.

            I.e, Whenever a person gets a loan from HDFC, that person has to go for that insurance.
            This is a mere CHEATING.

            What should i do now in order to cancel the insurance?
            I just want them to Repay the amount they have deducted from my CREDIT CARD.

              Hi,
              At time of any Product lunch or financial closing Female Employees forces to work late night due to no subsitute provided by company...these female employees work 9.00am to 12am (mid night). Company should manage men employees for this type for condition or Company should take full resposiblity for those female employees who work late night...But Bajaj do nothing about that...Due this our sister or daughters are unsafe and incident happen time to time when they return home form office to home...

              Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance Co — Fake doc processing and no policy received

              I have given the deposit of 12,000 in oct 2009. Got the policy documnet with some faked identity papers attached as proof..i asked the agent to get the documnet corrected ..he took the document back and promised me to give me my original papers in few week time and after that he vanished. Now it's been june'2010 and i'm still waiting for any communication. I tired customer care number severals time..But their job is just to pass another number to call. When you call other number ...again the concerned person will give you few numbers to contact ..and this process goes on untill you are tired and stop calling anyone. I hope some help here.

                I manoj Kamble regestering the complaint for the first time. one of the agent Named :Sanjay Dhesle his mobile number: [protected] from bajaj alliance life insurance company. One year back this agent had sold the insurance to my sister who is not much educated. While taking the policy he had told my sister that you buy 3 policy from him and you will get Rs.1000 cheque every week. He is now saying that you have to pay the policy premiem for 3 years and then u will get you money back after 5 years other wise you will not get the money back of amount Rs.12000/-
                The agent is now not picking up the phone and not responding. We have spoken on the toll free number the executive said that i will not get my money back. They cheated my sister by giving false comittments. The Company have done fraud to me. So please look into the matter and kindly revert me back as soon as possible on my email id or else on my mobile number [protected].

                WHAT IS THE OFFICIALS of BAJAJ ALLIANCE DOING ?

                Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance — FAKE AGENT

                AN AGENT from BAJAJ ALLANCE LIFE INSURANCE Co.Ltd in Guwahati ( ASSAM ) has obtained fake agent code and IRDA liecence and desparately doing business in the MARKET . His NAME is SRI UTPAL NANDI, he is working under FA & CAO's office / NF Railway Head quarter / Maligaon / ASSAM and at the same time obtained liecence from BAJAJ LIFE .

                IT IS EXTREMELY SHOCKING . IMMEDIATE ACTION IS REQUIRED.

                my native place is kodur kadapa district .I wanted to invest money in bajaj.I enquired in bank(andhra pragathi bank)they send a agent to home .He given me the differnt schmes in bajaj allianz.I read out all the thing and i asked him to invest the money in unit gain plus gold .But he asked me we cant invest the total money in one policy(i specified that i will take premium 15000 ramining amount as topup).He said u can also invest in 12 policies .The advantage is same in both ways.I trusted him and invested money through bank .But after 5 days i talked to toll free they suggested me the right way i.e., wat i thought earlier is the right thing .I called the agent no responce, i called the bank no responce .They made cleverely after 1 month they given me the documents of policies because 15 days of commencement date of policy isfree look period.So all agents are fraud .

                        I had been to an Bajaj allianz motor insurance office to get my RX 135 insured, they are out rightly denying to insure the vehicle, the reason when asked for they are claiming that it is an official order, when i insisted they gave me the reason that if there is any claim the spares are costly, claim cost will be more hence they do not insure old model vehicles.
                        If that is the case they do not have the logical rights to continue as an organization as it is like cheating the motor industry, in sense they want only income and they are not ready to compensate the consumer even though it is an case of 1 in 5000 consumer. Then there is no meaning left of motor regulatory dept making an law that insurance is a must for all vehicles plying / owned.

                        Any thing can be done for this kind of attitude by an Insurance company.

                        Bajaj Allianz never values its customers. They are fraud.

                        Here is a issue I have been beating my head over and have already wasted 2 days for no reason and for no fault of mine:

                        Today Date and Time: 2nd March 2013 14:57 Indian Standard Time

                        This is regarding the Policy OG[protected]-00014035

                        This policy is expiring on 3rd March 2013 at 12 mid night and I have been trying to renew it online through your web portal but it throws the following error

                        TThe policy OG[protected]-00014035 cannot be renewed online. Kindly contact nearest branch office.


                        I called the customer care number today morning and spoke to someone who failed to five a solution and said the policy is blocked and it can not be renewed online and I need to visit the nearest branch office.

                        I said I am in Pondicherry at the moment and the policy is taken in Bhubaneswar and he confirmed that this is not a problem as its all central and any branch will be able to resolve it. He was kind enough to share the Pondicherry branch contact number which is[protected].

                        I spoke to Mr. LaxmiNarayan of Pondicherry branch and rushed there immediately and was there by 11:45AM. I had to spend an hour there but to no fruit as they too could not renew it and asked me my contact number and said they will revert back by 30 minutes as the policy stays blocked. They also said that because its a Bhubaneswar policy, its hard for them.

                        I immediately called a contact in Bhubaneswar and got the contact details of the person from who I had originally taken the policy. His Name is Mr. Akshaya Sahoo and his contact number is [protected] (I am also keeping him in CC of this email for his reference). I intimated him the case and he confirmed that he would renew immediately without any problem and I was relaxed. He insisted on the money being sent to him and I immediately arranged the same through a contact in Bhubaneswar.

                        The contact called Mr. Akshaya and was ready to visit him when Mr. Akshaya informed that the policy is in blocked state and can not be renewed now and that we need to wait and that he has already written to Bajaj Allianz head office for the same.

                        Fe hours passed and no results. Upon inquiry he said that the policy might not get renewed today as no response has come yet from head office and that he would renew it on Sunday.

                        Is that a Joke? I have been telling everyone that the policy expires on Sunday the 3rd of March at mid night so how can I wait till Monday? And where is my fault here?

                        I have wasted my entire day as of now with lot of metal agony and have missed a lot of important and productive assignments because of this policy renewal process.

                        I called customer care again and the 1st call went in air after speaking to the 1st representative and I made another attempt and spoke to someone responsible who could co-operate atleast but without any real solution.

                        My demand:

                        1. I have faced nothing less than metal trauma so far because of the unprofessional and careless attitude of Bajaj Allianz.
                        2. I demand the renewal be done by next 6 hours positively and the policy document be sent to my email id.
                        3. I beleive considering the trauma I am still going through, I should be given this renewal for free without charging anything and some additional compensation be given. I have already wasted my productive hours worth 10 times more than the policy amount and also the physical pain of visiting to and from the branch office here and all went wasted all because of a fault in your system and NULL of me.

                        I am attaching 2 files of the voice call I had few minutes ago with Bajaj Allianz renewal department and I recorded the same for my safety as the call in the morning went wasted without any result. The conversation will help you assess the situation as well.

                          sir,

                          I have taken those policies and i have canceled the above policies with in free look period but the company is not refunded me the amount amount. Rs.10000/- refunded against policy no.[protected]. The company is not refunded full amount of the policy.

                          Company have no responce.Hence please advice me the IRDA rules for the cancellation of a policy with in the free look period.

                            Mr.A.Santhosh kumar paid 2 instalments of premium Rs.5000/- for the policy no. 96596812. The date of commencement of policy is 11.04.2008 for the sum assured Rs.2, 50, 000/- for the scheme New family gain. The policy not yet received so for even after a gap of one year . In this regard lot of remainders was sent but, no reply the firm. please take imediate action to send the same.

                                    This is to bring to the notice of higher authorities of Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance company that one agent of yours, Rupali Some, working from Port Blair has been harassing me and has displayed sexually explicit and vulgar gestures in order to lure me to buy a life insurance policy of high value. I took several actions to restrict her actions which were impacting my personal life and reputation. Those actions were -
                                    1. I complained to the Chief Manager, Syndicate Bank, Port Blair - but no reaction
                                    2. I complained to her immediate senior in Kolkata over email and phone - but only false assurance that things would be fine.
                                    After this she has been threatening me of spoiling my image further by spreading rumors in the public.

                                    Sir, this issue has become pretty severe now and there are many people in Port Blair who have been victim of this lady's immoral activities. We being a middle-class people with family cannot tolerate such rumors and actions of her. Please do something for this.

                                    All my pleas to Bajaj Allianz or Syndicate Bank has gone to deaf ears. I hope someone here gives attention to this problem of mine. You can conduct a survery amongst the customers of Port Blair and the citizens living around that area about her activities and her reputation and her modes of operation. I am sure you will find many more people like me who had been victimized.

                                    Waiting to get justice and see some severe action being taken.

                                    I too have got such an experience with this lady while I was on a holiday trip to Port Blair and happened to go to Syndicate Bank for withdrawing some cash. I got introduced to her by the Manager out there and was compelled to buy a product from her.

                                    Later she was irritating me by frequent calls n sms throughout my stay at Port Blair spoiling my vacations. This lady has hardly any knowledge of the products and she is so irritating. She will try all the tricks to lure customers like Vulgar jokes via sms etc. I don't think Bajaj Allianz should resort to such activities to take on a larger share of the market!

                                    Look at LIC, with their fair play and strong reputation they have come such a long way. People look at LIC agents with respect and look at agents at Bajaj Allianz, barely qualified for this job technically. I don't know what criteria Bajaj Allianz is keeping when hiring such people.

                                    I feel it is high time Bajaj Allianz do something to repair their reputation, else people like me will migrate to LIC and swear never to buy any product from Bajaj Allianz next time.

                                      This is right time to recruit agents in a big way. All companies are taken mass recruiting agents. unfortunately the insurance companies are not giving suffiecient training like 100hrs insurance awareness product knowledge to the agents who are goint to write the IRDA examination. without knowledge who are getting the licence are not able to sell correct policeies to the customers.
                                      Even some centers are allowing to write examination without the candidates, after the examination hrs the company concerned is taking care of all those dummy candidates filling the answer sheets.
                                      On 7th June from state wide candidates are writing examination without 100hrs training in Jagitial Centre, because the centre authority is allowing mall pracitices.
                                      This type of practice ill-health atmosphere in insurance industry. Ultimately the customer will be the looser.

                                        Sub: Complaint against Bajaj Allianz General Insurance Company Limited against cover Note Number BZ[protected] dtd: 04/05/2009 Time 14:50 hrs issued from Sector - 15 branch with IMD code 10002659 in the name of Mohan Lal Grover for Vehicle No. HR29T2967; Indica DLS

                                        Respected Sir

                                        This is with reference to above cited subject; I hereby would like to inform about the cover note issued by Branch Manager of Bajaj Allianz General Insurance Company Limited from the branch situated at Sector – 15, Faridabad.

                                        As per The calculation of the premium for the policy provided by the Branch Manager we have issued a cheque No. 995148 dtd 30/04/2009 in favour of Bajaj Allianz General Insurance Company Limited for Rs. 8695/- (Rupees Eight Thousand Six Hundred Ninety Five only) against renewal of our old policy with Policy No OG[protected]-00004006 expiring on 08/05/2009.

                                        Against the said payment we have been issued a cover note with cover Note Number BZ[protected] dtd: 04/05/2009 Time 14:04 hrs issued from Sector - 15 branch with IMD Code 10002659 in the name of Mohan Lal Grover for Vehicle No. HR29T2967 Indica DLS and have been told that we will receive the Renewed policy with in or before one month from the date of issue of cover note. Now we have received a call from Bajaj Allianz General Insurance Company Limited that they are helpless to renew the policy due to short payment received. I explained the same person that the above said amount is calculated by the branch manager (sector-15) of your company and we have paid full amount as per him against which we have been issued the cover note where in the same calculated amount has been mentioned.

                                        Now the company is denying issuing the renewal of policy which is already expired on 08/05/09 as explained above and asking to pay short amount.

                                        Here I would like to bring to your kind notice we are having cover note issued by company where company agrees to issue a policy against the said amount of Rs. 8695/-; so in last moment how can they back out from their commitment and intimating us after passing about one month of submission of payment. At the time of payment we have also consulted with other insurance companies; which were ready to issue the policy on about same amount but we preferred to continue with existing company from where our vehicle is insured.

                                        Seeking to the above and as per IRDA guidelines we want to you take action against Bajaj Allianz General Insurance Company Limited and help us to get our policy renewed on the same amount as agreed by the said company.

                                        I hereby attaching the scanned copy of cover note we are having issued by the company for your kind reference as a proof we have. Request you to please take this issue on priority and close the same on urgent basis as our old policy is already expired and we are having only the cover note as the supporting document and request you in case the policy is not renewed immediately and if any mishappening occur during the period Bajaj Allianz General Insurance Company Limited should be liable to pay all the loses for the Vehicle with Number HR29T2967 against the said cover note.

                                        My car insurance was ending on 17th July 2011 so I sent a cheque to the Bajaj Allianz co. Ltd. Anand(Gujarat) on 8th july 2011 to renew my policy but I was surprise when without giving any valid reason company refused to renew my car insurance. When I contacted to the branch manager Mr.Yagnesh patel about the same, instead of giving satisfactory answer he insulted me and refused to renew the policy and told me that he will renew the policy only if I get it renew from a particular agent of his choice.I have also logged in an official complaint against the company with IRDA but till date I have not get any solution.

                                        Till date my PF is not recived into my Sb account.my PF number is MH/PUN/300862/12325,DOJ-07/09/2009 to 20/09/2010 Employee code-BZ08030.i have send all related documents by courier.
                                        Plz look into the matter and plz work it my matter.Plz do the needful.
