Sub: Complaint against Bajaj Allianz General Insurance Company Limited against cover Note Number BZ[protected] dtd: 04/05/2009 Time 14:50 hrs issued from Sector - 15 branch with IMD code 10002659 in the name of Mohan Lal Grover for Vehicle No. HR29T2967; Indica DLS

Respected Sir

This is with reference to above cited subject; I hereby would like to inform about the cover note issued by Branch Manager of Bajaj Allianz General Insurance Company Limited from the branch situated at Sector – 15, Faridabad.

As per The calculation of the premium for the policy provided by the Branch Manager we have issued a cheque No. 995148 dtd 30/04/2009 in favour of Bajaj Allianz General Insurance Company Limited for Rs. 8695/- (Rupees Eight Thousand Six Hundred Ninety Five only) against renewal of our old policy with Policy No OG[protected]-00004006 expiring on 08/05/2009.

Against the said payment we have been issued a cover note with cover Note Number BZ[protected] dtd: 04/05/2009 Time 14:04 hrs issued from Sector - 15 branch with IMD Code 10002659 in the name of Mohan Lal Grover for Vehicle No. HR29T2967 Indica DLS and have been told that we will receive the Renewed policy with in or before one month from the date of issue of cover note. Now we have received a call from Bajaj Allianz General Insurance Company Limited that they are helpless to renew the policy due to short payment received. I explained the same person that the above said amount is calculated by the branch manager (sector-15) of your company and we have paid full amount as per him against which we have been issued the cover note where in the same calculated amount has been mentioned.

Now the company is denying issuing the renewal of policy which is already expired on 08/05/09 as explained above and asking to pay short amount.

Here I would like to bring to your kind notice we are having cover note issued by company where company agrees to issue a policy against the said amount of Rs. 8695/-; so in last moment how can they back out from their commitment and intimating us after passing about one month of submission of payment. At the time of payment we have also consulted with other insurance companies; which were ready to issue the policy on about same amount but we preferred to continue with existing company from where our vehicle is insured.

Seeking to the above and as per IRDA guidelines we want to you take action against Bajaj Allianz General Insurance Company Limited and help us to get our policy renewed on the same amount as agreed by the said company.

I hereby attaching the scanned copy of cover note we are having issued by the company for your kind reference as a proof we have. Request you to please take this issue on priority and close the same on urgent basis as our old policy is already expired and we are having only the cover note as the supporting document and request you in case the policy is not renewed immediately and if any mishappening occur during the period Bajaj Allianz General Insurance Company Limited should be liable to pay all the loses for the Vehicle with Number HR29T2967 against the said cover note.

It is informed to you that applicant had lodged her personal accident claim Rs. 200000/- before you through your Toll Free No: In that telephonically discussion, I have to inform to discuss to Mr. Jeetendra-[protected]. Applicant was made a personal telephonically to the same person under which Mr. Jeetendra has asked in relating to the some relevant documents as well as accident then he would take an essentail action but it is regreted to say that up to till date neither any action nor any type of clarification has been received to me by the side of Mr. Jeetendra, while the matter has already been very late and I am totally devoid of the personal accident claim Rs. 200000/-
So in the light of submission please do needful and registered my case in your records and make me oblige by releasing my personal accident claim Rs. 200000/- or please arrange to issue claim No: of the same Policy of my Late Husband Mr. Sumit Parashar whose Policy No: is given below.

Bajaj Allianz General Insurance Co Ltd — complaint.

My car insurance was ending on 17th July 2011 so I sent a cheque to the Bajaj Allianz co. Ltd. Anand(Gujarat) on 8th july 2011 to renew my policy but I was surprise when without giving any valid reason company refused to renew my car insurance. When I contacted to the branch manager Mr.Yagnesh patel about the same, instead of giving satisfactory answer he insulted me and refused to renew the policy and told me that he will renew the policy only if I get it renew from a particular agent of his choice.I have also logged in an official complaint against the company with IRDA but till date I have not get any solution.

Till date my PF is not recived into my Sb account.my PF number is MH/PUN/300862/12325,DOJ-07/09/2009 to 20/09/2010 Employee code-BZ08030.i have send all related documents by courier.
Plz look into the matter and plz work it my matter.Plz do the needful.
