I have purchased an LCD TV with a finance from Bajaj Finance on[protected], with 12 equal EMI of Rs.4083,paid 2 EMI and balance of 10 EMI from May2009 to Feb.2010.I have successfully paid those 10 EMI .Now the Bajaj Finance sent me an sms to keep Rs.4083 ready by 5-3-2010 in the bank account.
Kinddly look into the problem and solve it.

I have purchased an SUMSONG LCD TV with a finance from Bajaj Finance on NOV-2009, with 8 equal EMI of Rs.1415, paid from Dec2009 to July2010. I have successfully paid those 8 EMI .Now the Bajaj Finance sent me an sms to keep Rs.1415 ready by 5-8-2010 in the bank account.
Kinddly look into the problem and solve it.

    i purchased a refrigirator from a shop and for that, i paid some cash amount and agreed to pay the remaining amount through 8 cheques of Rs. 791 each. Bajaj finance limited financed for the product. I paid the cheques and was relaxed that my loan will be over in just 8 months.
    after more than one year in august 2009, i received a letter from the company warning me to pay the dues or legal action will be taken against me. i was shocked to receive such letter. when i contacted the local office, they informed me that their head office has lost cheques of many customers while shifting the office, and my cheque was also lost. that is why we are not imposing any penalty. regarding letter language i was told that it was a common proforma and nothing special. anyway, i agreed to pay the due amount once after confirming from my bank statement.
    i was busy and amy bank was far so i was not able to confirm my statement from the bank for 15 days. i received phone call from the local office using very cheap language which i felt very bad and i complained about it to the local office.
    i was once again shocked when the collection boy and local office insisted on paying Rs 791 in cash. they persuaded a lot but i was adamant to pay my dues through cheque only and i did so. the company received my cheque on 26/09/09 and my cheque was cleared on 01/1/09.
    i wanted to acquire loan of Rs lac from some other company but i was wonderstruck to find out that my name was blacklisted(write off status is equivalent to be blacklisted ).
    on enquiring it was confirmed by the local office that they have done writing off my name in CIBIL.i am shocked for the fate i have received for no fault of mine.
    my other loan is also getting delayed because of it.

    i believe i am going to receive some justice through this forum

      Hi,

      I Pay EMI Every Month But Last Oct-09 in My Bank Account EMI is not come I am told him Give me Latter About the Not Bonus But they told me I am Not give you latter than Nov & Dec - 09 EMI is Done But again Jan -10 EMI is not come it is not my Problem It is Bajaj Finance Ltd. Problem But They are calling me every time i am told him give me latter i pay the amount.

      You tell me What to do i am about this........

        I had taken a loan for a computer/laptop from Bajaj Finance Limited in Mumbai two years ago. The EMI was to be paid over a perido of 12 months by way of ECS. All the EMIs were paid on time and deducted by Bajaj Finance Limited without any problem. The money would be in the concerned bank a/c on time but due to some fault or problem at Bajaj Finance Limited's end probably the last EMI was not deducted for almost more than six months while the EMI amount was duly credited in my bank a/c and ready to be debited from the company's end. No one from Bajaj Finance got in touch with respect to this and I thought maybe I did some calculation mistake and the last EMI was extra.

        Now after more than two years Kajal Sharma from Bajaj Finance Limited Lower Parel office, Mumbai is calling and harassing both me (I shifted to Bangalore more than a year back) and my sister in Mumbai for the amount of 2,000/-, the last installment. I told her very clearly that since I have shifted to Bangalore, to send an executive here and I'll pay the money and collect the receipt. I also wanted to speak to a person higher in authority or a Manager because she has been using bad words, is abusive and not talking reasonably at all, which amounts to clear harassment. I am a lawyer and am aware of laws against such kind of harassment, where for no fault of mine Bajaj Finance Limited's employees are harassing me and my family. If Bajaj Finance did not deduct debit the money for 6 months to a year, it was not my fault, and when am ready to pay the money in person here in Bangalore, I do not understand what is the problem at their end? I do not wish to make an online transfer as after this experience I would not want to just transfer the money and not get a receipt and be harassed again like this by Bajaj Finance Limited employees.

        Please look into the same on an urgent basis as Bajaj Finance Limited's employee Kajal Sharma is calling both me and my sister in Mumbai every two minutes since the last one hour. I do not wish to tolerate this and want to resolve the matter amicably and do not wish to be harassed for no fault of mine. Also I called these numbers of Bajaj Finance Limited Lower Parel office[protected]
        32959989 but no one picks up the phone.

        I agree These Baja finance people are utterly unprofessional and want to keep on harassing others for their own fault, I have also experienced the same harassment. I had by laptop by depositing a amount of 10, 000/- and I was told that the full amount of laptop will be taken as EMI of 1214 for 24 months which was deducting as ECS from my account, all the EMI was deducted with defaulting and instructed by Bajaj finance people I was supposed to get my Deposit Amount refunded after all the EMI is paid. But to my utter shock when I called on the number [protected]/[protected]/ [protected] which Mr Prasad and Mr sameet is in-charge they are not picking up the call and not responding to these numbers. after contacting to their office on their general number they are giving me the same tel number and telling me to try it again and again, to which for two weeks I tried continuously but still no response, they have been shifted from LOWER PAREL to Goregaon and has not informed their existing customer. I would like to teach them a lesson for such carelessness on their side very poor and unprofessional approach To bad BAJAJ FINANCE NOT EXPECTED this from you guys POOR!!!

        Bajaj Finance — want to transfer the a/c

        My self Ashwini.M.Shivnekar.I m ur old client from last 2& half years .I have taken loan from u for my home appliance from Vashi Reliance Digital ..... the loan is of (Samsung 42 inch tv from Kotak Mahindra bank & LG 32inch tv & Sony Cyber Shot Camera from Axis bank )


        As i m very happy from Ur service. Its the best company for loan for home appliance to have a experience with u guys because from the day1 its was so easy & so comfortable to get thing at our door steps
        and the Representative o[censored]rs (Suchitra from Reliance Digital (Vashi) she is so nice that she handle the case like she is one of the family member o[censored]s such a nice human being. she take care of my a/c..

        As she is going self to buy it .She call me and remind me for the paper work & also.. when ever i go there she come and greet me once at least and ask me & my family member also... even she remember every thing so i don't have to tell her the matter again & again......... may god bless her with all the blessing and give her
        prosperous life in future.........

        Now the thing is that i want to shift my bank a/Ac's to ICICI Bank. I want transfer this loan from Kotak & Axis to ICIC bank.......... because there is no relation of my with the previous Company where i was working.I want to close my these two a/c because i am not able to maintain them.. i have to pay them 860/- Amout to some quarterly maintenance........... and its very difficult me to pay that & maintain it because i don't get time to do it so ...... Can u pls help me in this matter in any type or method to do the further procedure

          Dear Sir,

          I have been receiving N no of calls from [protected] a day for the past one month. But nobody is talking from the other end if I attend calls from this no.

          Also, I am receiving SMS daily on loans in which I am not interested. I have already told them clearly that I am not at all interested in any loan now.

          But still they torture with phone calls & SMS. The only sin(?) I have made was, got a personal loan from them and paid back in time.

          Please stop this abusive calls and SMS.

            dear sir I taken new two bikes,one is on cash and other is on finance discover dts-si 100 cc on 28th oct 2009 from my nearer dealer amit bajaj auto service.my documents are not given to me .service book and other insurence paper I received .But my smart card is not yet.so i ask him but he is not giving me the satisfactory answer.And other thing is my battery acid is leakage.and because of that my chacy colour get vanished and corroded also.this is not because of any damage or any fall down of vehicle.so please solve my problem

            Bajaj Discover DTS-Si — Petrol Tank Leakage

            Dear Sir

            I have purchased Bajaj Discover DTS-Si 100cc bike from Satyam Motors of Tagarapuvalsa, who is sub-dealer of Varun Motors of Visakhapatnam. Within Ten days from the purchase, I have abserved petrol tank leakage which is manufacturing defect. I asked for replacement. But they are telling that it cannot be replaced. It can only be repaired i.e. it can be welded. Is it correct? what steps I have to take further?
            hi, i purchased bajaj discover dtsi 100cc in jan 2010. from shriram bajaj motors mumbai.
            i m having issues of average and fuel meter. at the beginning the average was 75 km/ltr.
            after first service the average dropped down to 70km/ltr, after after 2nd service the average came to 64km/ltr.
            pls lemme know should i get the third service done from the same service centre or not. also the fuel meter is not showing right fuel indication. and service centre is asking me to pay for the expences to solve the tank guage problem..
            pls let me know should i get the service or not and also y should i pay for the fuel guage problem as the vehicle is just 3 months old its a company fault.

              I have taken one consumenr loan from bajaj finance company which has duly repaid on March -09 but still I have not received my original bill papers, NOC letter from the company. I have also visied the your Office at lower parel and given written request for the same and they have promissed to return the same in 15 days. But still after 8 months of follow ups I have still not received my documents.

              I am fed up following up and no reply from your side. Neither any contact numbers are working, nor any email id. There is no proper reply from the company.

I have all legal document submitted to Mr. Anil Chawla Mo.No [protected] and land line no[protected]. surveyor, Loss Assesor and invetigator of M/s oriental insurance ltd. because our motorcycle insured by oriental insurance ltd.

                I am requested to you please investigate the above matter and instruct to M/s Oriental Insurance Co. for release the claim amount.

                  I had obtained a loan of Rs.16000/- from Bajaj finance to buy a new computer during Sep’2007. I had issued 8 HDFC Coimbatore cheques towards my EMI of Rs.2000/month.

                  The cheque issued by me was a non MICR cheque and it should be presented for payment at Coimbatore branch only and the same has been clearly mentioned to Bajaj representative at the time of availing the loan. Bajaj has presented 1, 3,4,5,6 installment cheque at Coimbatore and the same has been cleared. 2nd installment cheque was presented at Pollachi and the same has not been cleared and I paid through cash to Bajaj representative, the same has been reflected in account statement also.

                  7th & 8th installment cheque, Bajaj has presented for payment at Pollachi and the same has not been cleared. I noticed the same and informed Bajaj office at Pollachi and remitted the cash on 4th June-2008. In addition, the entire loan has been fully settled as per my books of accounts. (For your kind reference, I am enclosing all documents)

                  During Mar’09 I had applied a home loan and the same has been rejected by banker. While I was enquiring the reason for rejection they mentioned that my credit rating in CIBIL shows a overdue of Rs.4000/- for which I have made the Payment (please find AD receipt).

                  I had a discussion with Bajaj R.S.Puram Coimbatore branch office regarding the same. Based on the same I came to know that there is a dispute between Bajaj and their franchisee in Pollachi. Since we all know only Bajaj Finance and availed the loan only based on the same. There is no need for us to read and study the relationship with Bajaj & franchisee. A senior officer from Bajaj Coimbatore branch has told me to bring me the person whom (Bajaj finance) I paid the last installment and rudely told me to approach the consumer court for the same.


                  I had cleared and paid all the dues through my hard-earned money and I had paid in proper manner. I had affected by Bajaj and Franchisee. It is absolutely their fault but I had suffered. The dispute should be resolved with Bajaj and franchise the responsibility for the same will be only for Bajaj not for a customer like us.

                  Bajaj is showing a overdue in my account, so this makes my credit rating bad and no one is ready to provide a loan to me.

                  my last EMI is in the month of February'2010. It has been cleared. So all the EMIs have been completed for the loan account no.No.4050PC00003702.

                  Now I have received a meesage stating that

                  "Dear customer, your EMI of Rs.2019 for loan No.4050PC00003702 is due on 5th Mar-10.Request you to keep your bank account sufficiently funded one day prior." from the number [protected]. I request you to immediately stop electronic clearance from my account.

                    I had purchase a music system and a AC on loan from Bajaj Finance, due to some business reason i had to move from Meerut(u.p.) towards Baddi (h.p.). I was a regular paid customer, but due to shifting my few cheques were bounced. But i inform to agent who gave me finance on behalf of Bajaj Finance before shifting that my account will get changed in Baddi. But no responce from him and when i came back then i made my payments, he doesnt give me NOC of consumer loan by saying no NOC is issued in consumer loan. This is wrong, n u must have proper staff. So its a request that u pls look at my Consumer loan Track opened at 18/10/06 of AC and 25/04/06 of music system by name of Shashank Karnwal, DOB 20/09/83, Address = G 27/3, Meenakshi Puram, Meerut 250001. Pls let me know actually is there any pendency or any cheating is done by ur staff.

                      Respected Sir, I bought Washing Machine through finance from Bajaj Finance, I submmitted all the PDC Cheques. One Cheque was spoiled by the Bajaj employee and they blamed me that your cheque is bounced. I enquired from my bank andgone through the bank statement. there was no bouncing and no deduction from my bank account. they are lying, after all I told to Bajaj that return my that cheque which you are showing bouncing and I will pay cash for that. I paid cash Rs 567/- and took back that spoiled cheque, Finally I went to Bajaj Finance Office the are still saying you have to pay Rs. 700 then you will get NOC.

                        I had purchased a laptop from Vijay Sales of Mahim amounting to Rs. 52000 and paid 20000 towards down payment and balance payment of Rs 32000 were financed by bajaj finance under there scheme. I paid 12 instalments of Rs. 4336 /- monthly amounting to 52000. I have not heard any thing from the bajaj Finance about the refund of the amount but the company is pressing hard to take Rs. 200000/- loan sanctioned to me for prompt payment in the previous transaction. I am relay surprised to find the finance company has charged me Rs. 20000 for amount 32000 principal for a period of 12 months.                           i had purchased a Samsung LCD TV, A Whirlpool Refrigerator and Samsung Washing Machine from Great Eastern Techno City Kolkata through your employee named Abhijeet. The 4 EMI's @ 4809 (Details Mentioned on the Challan provided) were deducted immediately but i was surprised when the subsequent ECS deduction amount for my Loan # 4100 CD 00017789 was Rs.5143/-. I duly complied to this also as i have a clean record and would not want my Credit History impacted by doing Stop Payment. I Have paid 7 EMI's till now without any default and my Final EMI will be deducted on 10th March, 2010.
                          Query 1 : Is there any way i can get back the excess amount paid?
                          Query 2 : What document will i get from Bajaj Finance after the last EMI is Deducted on 10th March, 2010?
                          Query 3 : What is the time period for me to recieve the NOC?

                            Iam prem lal Sharma working as Senior Asstt. in Himachal pradesh Public Service commision Shimla.I have taken the loan for HCL PC from Bajaj finance. They people told me that after completing the installments i will get my Downpayment money back that is 8000/- as i have paid 1495/- per Insatllments for 24 months. and computer price was 29900/-. i visited their office 5-6 months ago at that time my 3 installments were pending, they asked me to complete the installments and now recently i visited their office in Khalini shimla nobody is there and door is lockled. i have no contact no. of them. I have send one mail to bajaj finance and still waiting for answer. These people are really fraud and just annoying the customers. I would like some action against them.

                              I called up first time at Bajaj Customer Care on20/11/2009 for the getting Spoiler part which was not available all over Maharashtra State. Complaint no is 15900. For which Suryoday Motors Vasai Dealer Callled me for the same. They said they too do not have the part. They asked me advance amount to pay for purchasing Spoilers. After a week they got the part from Bajaj Company but due to Mistake of Bajaj Company they sent Red & Black instead of Blue & Black. They asked me one more week for the same.
                              But till date. I have not got the same. Also I am not getting proper Reply from bajaj customer care. They say we are forwarding this issue to their seniors and they will be in touch with you. Till date i have not got a single call from Bajaj. I am not getting the proper date when i will get the my bike parts. Also i had wrote a mail to [protected]@bajajauto.co.in they asked me some details which i provided on same day. For that too i have not any reply. Below was the mail i wrote to them. Can any there to help me. Is the bike i purhased is that much Unique for Which parts are not available. And Suryoday Motors said that Bajaj Have Stop Producing this bike which i had purchased one year before in Jan-2009

                              I have Purchase a Bike from Om Scooters DealersFrom Sonipat, Sept 2008, all services are doing on time from the dealer, but some problems born in the Bike. I have lodge already complaint about this on customer care toll free no. But the Mechanics are not able to resolve my problem. The formen Mr Rajinder Kumar at Om Scooters Sonipat crying at me when I complaint the faults. This is my last complaint, if my problem will not be resolve I am Indepedent for lodge case in Consumer Form. So please solve my problems.
                              The Major Problems mentioned here.
                              1. The Bike is not running above 80-85 km/h
                              2. When I realease the Clutch the sound of cut ...
                              3. The Snow is not set its moving up & down
                              4. Strange sound in engine
                              I have already visited the work shop at Sonipat FIve times in two months. Now I will not go for this to Om Scooters
                              So please give me the Other Location for maintaince and I want to conversastion with the Area Maneger on the Phone.

                                  Myself Subhasish chatterjee, I took refrigertor from Great Eastern, Uttarpara, under the 0% interest scheme of Bajaj Finance(for eight month). My EMI with insurance 1805 (Insurance Component is approx RS189/-). three number of ECS already cleared. Irrespective of that I did not get any response from Bajaj Finance regarding the insurance. I had informed them severel time over email but did not receive any reply. at very begining i had informed them about ny not interest in insurance because they dont offer any terms n condition and even after deduction of three EMI,they dont provide me any insurance related document. i also informed them that insurance amount of 7 month would b adjusted with 8 month EMI, and outstanding amount would b pay by cash but did not get any response.
                                  pls advice me , what to do now.

                                    Hi,

                                    I had bought a LG LCD TV a couple of months back and had taken a 0% interest loan from Bajaj finance. I had clearly mentioned that my salary gets credited on the 7th of every month and so, I wanted the post-dated cheques to be dated 7th or later. But, inspite of giving clear instructions, the cheques are being deposited on the 5th of every month and I have got 3 cheque bounces so far. The first time an agent came and collected the amount.. the 2nd time, I went to the company and gave a formal complaint and asked them why they put the cheque every 5th and they told me that they changed their policy and all future loans will have to paid before 5th. The guy there said that he will try to do something about it. I also told him that I have another consumer loan coming in every 10th (again from Bajaj finance for a LG Fridge loan) and that it never bounces since my salary would have been credited then. I managed to somehow put some money in my account so that the cheque doesnt bounce this time, but unfortunately, the EMI cheque came the same day when my money got credited and so it bounced again. I really do not know how to manage this situation now since I do not have extra money to keep my account funded before 5th of every month.

                                    Please let me know how to proceed.

                                      With reference to my loan a/c #[protected], of which I had purchased a refridgerator. My EMI had bounced owing to an error from my bank in the month of March 2009. On the call I received from Bajaj Finance, the next day, the agent was extremely rude and didn't listen to what I had to say. I had requested them to redeposit the cheque as it wasn't my fault that it bounced. They stated that I would have to make the payment in cash of which I stated that to please hand over the bounced cheque back to me. They said that they would do so and so far no one came nor called.
                                      Now, they have started SMS stating this is your balance due, but there are no details about where to make the payment.
                                      There isn't any customer service # wherein one can call and register a complain nor enquire for the branch details.

                                      True. I am facing same kind of problem. I have made settlement of a loan of a laptop with a full and final letter in my hand. After over 1 years, i am suddenly getting threatening sms on daily basis to settle the matter. The number mentioned there [protected], never pick the phone.

                                      God knows, what to do...they are real boold suckers

                                        I bought a computer through loan from bajaj finance hyd, while filling up my ecs they made wrong in my name, as well as one payment i paid they dont given receipt till date, while met one of executive Mr.Uday kiron from hyderabad branch, he confirmed me that, he will sort out this issue, still not yet been sorted out, later on my efforts finally they updated my ecs and now amount will be credited in ecs. Becuase of this old pymt, they are torturing me by way of phone calls. Even i told them to sort out this issue for last 6 months. Still not yet been redressed.
