[Resolved]  Barclay Credit Card — Payment Dues

Hi,

The problem exists with your end, I intially wrote many mails to you but no response from your side, I had also written a lettter in my own hand writing stating all the conditions, situations and problems to you but you people just ignored that letter and all lended in your deaf ears.

The amount accumulated till now is all service charges, debit interest and other charges and nothing else, I have already paid your principle of 2150 RS.I told your customer executives not pay this service charges as you couldnt collect my cheques issues by me twice well in advanced still sufficient fund was available in my a/c.But they didnt not respond, whenever I call your customer care executives, they don't listen to me being a customer.

I was never satisfied with your services and wanted to dispose barclay card but you people didnt respond but now when I have adopted your policy of leaving everything into deaf ears your are reminding me again and again, also you have shared my credit history with CIBIL.

I still remind you I'll not pay this amount at any cost and I am ready to take up this matter with the cosumer court.

You always suggest me to call upon customer care numbers, Is it always the duty of customer to call upon again and again even when he is not getting any respone from you lax people.

Barclay Credit Card — im confused where i have to drop cheque for payment in hyderabad

im chaitanya and my father is using barcley credit card.as barcley is branch is not opened in hyderabad we r confused where we have to drop the cheque.at the time of applying the executive told us that drop cheques in hcdfcc bank.we did it but they called us and said payment is not received.I told that we have dropped the cheque in the hdfc drop box, they told we have to drop cheque in some skypack services which is located opp to gokul theatre in erragada.but im unable to find the skypack there and im vey confused.please help me.

Barclay Credit Card — Offers don't work

I am a barclay credit card customer and believe me the service they provide is worse than worst.

Thie offers never work. For an example, they say they have an offer valid till Aug 31-2008 when you book your movie tickets from bookmyshow.com(100Rs off if you use your barclay cc). But that offer never works. When I call the customer service, they dont have a faintest idea of what I am speaking and its done no good that to burn up some charge in my mobile and my pocket(it was an std call from my cell).

Thats one thing, and the next is they put late fees, service tax, vat tax and many more. No, I am not complaining because they put these, I am complaining because they put this even though we are not paying late and we pay on time. When I called the customer care, they were as usual helpless.

So, guys, Beware!

Barclays Credit Card — credit card payment issue

Hi Sir,

bank offered me a credit card with a limit of Rs 17, 000.
in that limit i have purchased the things for Rs 7651.
for that payment they have not given me first statement.
they given me directly 2nd statement with a latepayment charges of Rs 650. for that i call many times on there coustomer care that its not my fault but they said i must hv to pay this amount.
so on a same time i made a payment of 7651 for that amount i have purchased things.
but now every month they send me a new statement with a late fees of Rs 800. and every day they disturb me a lot with a no of calls daily and a no of msg every day.



so please help me in this context because it gone a very hactic thing for me.

Barclays Credit Card — Payment and Dues

Dear Sir,

I am holding a Barclays Credit Card since last 1 yr. In the Month of Aug. 08, I dropped chaque in suggested drop box within due date and bank not processed my chaque in time. B'coz of late processing chaque by bank they added late fee and interest in my balance account. Again in next month same exercise done and late fee + interest added. In my last payment (month of Sep. 08) I paid full amonut and appx. Rs. 200.00 extra (without late fee and interest charged by bank). In current days everymonth late fee and interest are adding in my account.

I am getting calls day to day from bankers that "at that time it was bank fault but you need to pay that amount charged by banks (late fee + interest)". Also bankers telling me that if I will not pay that required amount (by bank) then they will produce my detail in CIBIL.

Pls. help me for the same.

Barclay Credit Card — Credit card payment

Hello All,

My name is Ayush Anand, one day I received a call from Barclay saying you pay us 1500 Rs. and we will reverse all the other dues on your card.

However they have started harassing me again over the phone about the payment and they are talking to my house people and also office people about this.

Kindly help me to put a cheating case against the Barclays and take me out of this mess because of this I am spoiling my health as well.
