Its soo true,it's a horse out at "bbservice.bsnl.in" they r charging unwanted amount at our bills n we do'nt even know nor can check n confirm with the department n get the refund for the unwanted usage charged to us its jst pathatic,sad that we still are been so unorganised,unreliable,irresponsible department service users the GOVERMENT service what should be so promptat all Was this information helpful? in my connection i am unable to open bbservice.bsnl.in so plz rectify my problem...

i am not able to view my usage details..the portal bbservice.bsnl.in is not opening..even there is no field to enter my portal id and password..i have entered the username and password with which i will connect to my broad band connection..but i am getting the msg as invalid user name and password..mai kya karoo

Am using bsnl bb from past 1 week, my plan is 500. Today I just wanted to check my usage details but unfortunately the site did not respond. So you please consider my complain and make this problem resolved as soon as possible. am waiting for your reply of solving the problem. Please sir do as soon as possible.
