Bad Customer Service

My Telephon number is[protected]. My Broadband Internet connection doesnt work most of the times and it has been totally dead since Last 2 weeks, My Numerous complaints to the the BSNL customer service has not helped in anyways. Everytime I call up the Customer service center am provided with a Ticket Number and am really Interested in knowing if anybody really works on those Ticket numbers. call identification is not working thought we got permission

Dear Sir,

We have existing BSNL land with Tel No[protected], at H.No 13-6-434/D/64, Jyothi Nagar, Golconda post ,Hyd -8, .We had a fecility of caller identification for the last 7-8 years. Now it is not working and there is a problem in the instrument also.Please restore is immediately.

First Bill

I took a broadband connection , I am residing at Chrompet Chennai, I opted for 500 C+,
I was shocked to recieve my first bill , which mounted to Rs 4906 , inspite of own modem,
Though under the plan 500 C+, I cannot surf 24 hrs the internet. So my usage came to around Rs 3100 apart from this they have charged monthly rent for my first 20 days broadband usage 11nth Aug to 31st Aug, Other charges Rs 400.

NON-REFUND OF DEBITED AMOUNT FOR A FAILED TRANSACTION OF ONLINE RECHARGE

Dear Sir,

On 22.08.09 I had attempted online recharge of my mobile No.[protected] through www.bsnl.co.in at 10.40 pm wherein the 1st two attempts of recharge with Rs 220.00 & Rs 330.00 had failed but the amount as debited from my account. The amount of Rs 330.00 was credited to my account on 24.08.09 but even after lodging a complaint with the Customer Care I am yet to receive the refund of Rs 330.00 till date....

BSNL is taking money still not giving connection from last 4 months

Dear friends,

I had taken unfortunately BSNL broadband connection, when i shifted my room in same area , after that i have given complain on 16th june 2009 .

deactivation of bsnl music station ..

There is some music station subscription activated on my number for which I am charged Rs. 19 monthly . Please deactivate it as soon as possible....

Excess billing Aug 09,broadband tel no-03324272142(ID0504200004451)

Sir,
It is found that the excess billing of my broadband(internal) is made for the period of Aug 09.I have not used broadband for that period,but broadband usage charge is shown as Rs 1388.
I therefore request you to look into this matter and take necessary action to refund me the excess amount charged in the bill for the period of Aug 09.

over bill charge

Sir,
Our BSNL Landline bill was about 3000 last month including broadband charge of 1750Rs. phone charge was about 800Rs alone.Actually we had made very few calls only.We had locked the phone.Yet this happened.But this month we made our phone out o[censored]se by disconnecting lines and we didn't use it at all.But the phone bill was 1500rs including broadband charge of 750rs.It shows that we have made 464 calls!
