    i have bsnl broadband 'home 500 c' plan in which nigh 2am.to morning 8am free service of internet is available.credit for one mont exept night unlimited is is 1.5 gb and if further it is 80 paisa per mb.the prolem is when i connnect net on 2:05 am there clock is ten minute late and it count the units(data) in chargable.means it should be count only up 2'o clock for chargable units (as there clock is 10 minutes late) bu it charges me as follows;
    1. when i connect internet at 2:05 am it conect actualy at 1:55 am
    2:it should charge me only for 5 minutes (up 2 am)
    3:but it charged me until i diconnect i.e 2:30,3:00 or 4:00 am
    4 it give me bill of rupies 2800 insted of rupies 500 for the month august 2009
    5.if night 2 am to 8 am is free then why they are charging me? are they cheating?
    6.why there clock is set back 10 minutes i set my clock on TV so whitch is correct?

    i have bsnl Home 500 plan in which night unlimited download/upload is free from 0200-08hrs but .when i checked my bsnl usage it is charging me upto 02:20 hrs & not according to my clock it is clearly showing in the sheet that they charged me upto 02:20 hrs . and it is not a one day mistake its happening daily.
    what kind of monitring system they r using...

        After the change of web site "www.dateone.in", I could not register my Id and Password in www.selfcare sdc.bsnl.co.in. inspite of making complaint to customer care by calling telephone No:1500, no one has rectify my complaint till date. they have taken my particular by saying infomr the Id and password after rectifying the same, but not infomred.

        Hence I request you to rectify the defect in the ne web site"www.selfcare sdc.bsnl.co.in" and enable me to get register my Id and password to check my bradband usage details.

          I am using BSNL landline phone[protected] along with broadband internet feature but for almost last two month I am unable to use it properly because it was very noisy and dead from couple of weeks.

          I complained 3 times (details below) they rectify and starts working with noise for 2-3 days and again dead. The last complaint was on 20th Sep and no one has attended till date 30th Sep). Their web site says "it would be resolved within 3 days from complaint date". Because of this my son is not able to complete his project work and I used to work from home connecting to office but not possible now.

          I have to run outside to make STD calls for which I used this phone frequently

          In spite of my several complaints reported, still no action was taken by the telecoms. If it continues no other way to complaint to court to get precise solution on this.

            Dear Sir / Madam,

            My name is Dattatray Shidne. My BSNL Landline cum internet telephone No. is[protected]. My BSNL broadband connections has been installed around three weeks back. But the same is not working or it's not getting connected due to non availability of some ADSL connectivity. In modem the connection of ADSL is not coming. On enquiring on this error with the connection, the vendor Deepak Jadhav, who has done the installation at my residance is not giving any response on the same. He has given me an enquiry number of ambernath telephone exchange (i.e[protected] but, nobody is picking on this number after verious continuous calls. Can you please suggest me the way to get this resolved? As i am an working person, do not get time to go and visit the exchange personally on any working day.

            Please help.

            I have also tying since last 2 days on[protected] to get my telephone corrected but vain.
            Go for PAcenet in ambernath.
            I B.VENKATSUBBARAO my bsnl l.line no is[protected]it has been not working since a week i.e 21/710 i had lodge a complaint & no one had trunedup to reslove the problem . Can you please suggest me the way to get this resolved? As i am an working person, do not get time to go and visit the exchange personally on any working day.

              My telephone no. 23547985 is not having dial tone since 25.9.2009 I have registered a complaint on 198 on the same day and also I am following up regularly but it has not been rectified till date. I am getting incoming calls which I am unable to receive. This being an office phone our customers are getting irritated for not receiving the calls as they will be hearing ring tone. I request you to inform the concerned to rectify the same at the earliest.

                My uncle Mr. Natwar B. Pingle lost his mobile in Pune. He was using number [protected]. I lodged complaint at Police station and submitted a copy to BSNL office at Wanworie, Hadapsar Customer Care. I got new SIM card at Rs.120 but no receipt against the amount. I was told that the card will activated till 2:30pm on[protected]. But even after 24 hrs its not activated please do necessary as early as possible.

                  My mobile does not connect to the internet while using Operamini, yahooGo, SBI Freedom etc. Although they connects with the other Operator like Airtel, Reliance GSM etc.
                  Please Help me in this regard.

                  Respected BSNL top bosses please listen to my plea, I live in west bengal howrah, has taken a 3G connection from your BSNL house, during the time of selling the connection they said that the SIM will work seamlessly in all part of kolkata, but when I reached my home which is in salkia sitanath bose lane ( Mirpara ) the networked vanished my building outside has two or three bars but in my flat there is nil bar and I am no where my purpose of taking the connection was to use for internet with the help of my phone but I have no connection no network where should I go I don't know. when I called the Customer care and I was fortunate enough to get the line the CC representative said over telephone the I have to wait for the seamless connectivity through out the whole city, when asked how many days they said that they doesn't know for how many days. Deepeka Padukon the brand ambassador for 3G connection of BSNL look your lightening fast connectivity, you should be well aware of the service then commit the listener Rahul your friend will ruin his life more if he listen you and change his connection as he will be most of the time unreachable if he uses 3G connection recommended by you. I am using Nokia E63 phone but still there is no bar in my home where I spend my morning hours working in my PC.

                    my bsnl landline telephone , varkala ([protected]) has not been working for the last three years,. i launched complaints from lineman level to the divisional engineer regarding my grievance. not only my telephone, but the ones in my neighbourhood too are not working.despite the dead status of the telephone, i have been paying the tel. rent without fail for the last three years.since my efforts with the varkala bsnl officials were in vain, i broadened my registration of complaint to the managerial level officials like general manager, gm rural, pgm, and gm accounts.i used to contact public grievance cell several times, but all are in vain . again by the end of august, i personally met the divisional engineer varkala and he agreed that my issue wil be settled within three days, but i waited for one week .then i tried contacting the divisional engineer , bt he was'nt even responsible enough to attend my call( his no. [protected]). so i later contacted the public grievance cell on 5th sept, they again assured me a deadline 25th sept, as committed by the divisional engineer.immediately , i contacted gen. manager ([protected]) and explained the whole history and appealed him to follow up the issue to redress my complaints as committed by the divisional engineer. today the day is sept.29.......the assurance given to me has not yet been materialised. the bsnl dept has hence proved to be irresponsible and incapable to the customers, i must say. what more should i do to get my complaint rectified? please do consider my reqest and reply.....

                      Dear Sir/Madam

                      I, Neeraj Kumar Garg phone number[protected], Bathinda , Punjab , having broadband service from approx. 10 months and landline phone from over 6 years and i paid off full amount in advance for the Modem. Since i got your service i used to have approx 1400 Rs. unlimited Plan which i had to transfer to low speed which costs approx 700Rs Per month because of on going internet disconnectivity issue. Everytime we have to complain between your landline and internet broadband service complaint center. I was in india for 6 months when i made multiple complaints to your Center located at Gole Diggi Location, Peeli Kothi at Thandi Sadak and also at Main Exchange near Court at Bathinda City Punjab. If you can't trust please check out your complaint record I am sure you will have in your database because of complaints are being recorded on to IVR.

                      Most of the time they said we had to change the wiring which they did or had to say its not working due to some Maintenance or difficulties. And on top of that some of the engineers i dont know where they are getting knowldege told my wife to not to turn on the Modem when they don't use it otherwise it won't work properly. I dont understand the fact how the heck a datacenter can work 24x7x365 continuously turning on all of the Servers, Routers and swtiches. I am working also in a Datacenter in Canada, for me if i would be an illetrate or uneducated or non-technical person, i can take the crap whatever your engineers they told to a customer. Being a customer i dont expect we get this kind of service every day even you are not able to access internet 30 min in a day out of 24 hours. If thats the best service BSNL is providing then why would we have to pay full bills. Same story again and again Yellow light blinks on and does not stable, means you dont get internet connectivity at all.

                      Its a hassel to going back and forth between landline and Broadband service customer care.Because landline customer care says , phone is working fine nothing to do with the internet. and broadband customer care they say if there is no phone service internet wont work properly. We are not damn crazy, thats the way internet works atleast in india.

                      Would you please give me the specific reason beyond what technical staff stays " Internet wont work properly if you turn on Modem continuosly" Is there any Rules and Regulations which specifies Modem does not stay turned on for 24 hours. Now its third day i am not able to speak to my wife on internet!

                      Please get back to me if any one of the GM or Manager can, who is atleast technical in Punjab terrotairy or have time to discuss this matter or troubleshoot the root cause to provide the best solution.

                      Also i can see the way BSNL is continuosly updating their webservers. Tried to sent an emai to customer care which is on http://www.ap.bsnl.co.in/custcare/bbsvcs.asp

                      EVERY EMPLOYEE OF BSNL SHOULD BE FIRED AND GOVT SHOULD CLOSE THIS SHOP OF CHEATING.

                        MY TELEPHONE NUMBER IS[protected]. IF THERE IS RAIN, NO INCOMMING OR OUTGOING CALLS ARE NOT GETTING.
                        I am having a land line telephone connection from 1999, after construction of new house in 2007 i requested telecom to provide the same connection in my new home, based on my request they provided the same.
                        After getting this connection in my new home, my phone repeatetly getting in fault because the cable was not taken in proper manner without having sufficient posts, ie the cable is coming in hanging condition without having any supports approximately in 150mtr distance.
                        Two months before i placed my complaint directly to the Div Off in Kumbakonam, and officer promissed with in two months he will provide the line with enough supports by taking out the hanging line since their sub contractor are busy.
                        But since today nothing organized as said also due to the recent heavy rain in my place, my telephone not working also this time i took Broad Band connection, now i can not avail this facility.
                        So i am requesting in humble do needful for to get an undisturbed telephone and Broad Band services.

                          Everyday 5 rupees is dedcucting from my mobile. I have been calling the customer care since a month. Nobody is responding properly. A complaint is also raised on 13th sep. But, till date no response. In addition to this, the people who was handling the call was putting me on hold for more than half an hour and disconnecting the call. I am very much frustrated with the service provided by BSNL support. Please consider this case and do the needful. My problem is still unsolved.

                            I'm utilising BSNL broadband service for past 10months(Home 250). Now i have a repeated problem in net connectivity for last 50 days(25th july '08 onwards). I logged the complain in the proper way and I also visited concern SDO several times and told about my complain in verbal and also in writings but till date it is not corrected . Still this connectivity error ( ADSL not blinking or fixed ) is coming continously. Can you please rectify this issue at the earliest, as I am paying the rent for this in regular course without getting services.

                            I have bsnl broadband connection. My friends also have same connection. I have checked and confirmed that our username is given as initial name+ landline number with stdcode. And password are same to all my friends which having broadband connection. Username and password were given by bsnl technician during modem installation. If I have initial name and landline number of my friend or other broadband user in my area then i can access his broadband account without informing him. Because passwords are same for all recent custmers like my two friends. I have already complaint to my bholav exchange twice to change my password. But nobody come home to attend.                                 I an unable to see my usage for the september month.
                                BSNL is a big under running Goverment Tele communication Company but its is give Customer Satisfaction . Our Phone Line and Broadband Connection always dead a couple of time in a month and after our Complaint no body from the Department come to repair the lines before 6 or 10 days... its makes us fad-up .its not a reliable company according me...
                                i am under bsnl 500 home plan and i could not see my usage with my portal id as it shows domain is incorrect when i visit dataone.in portal web page please help

                                  we are family holder and from this week we r getting blank call on our landline using slang words we tryed to findout the phone no from which this all call are coming they didnt told so please halp me out.
                                  I am working in Fraka Dryfreeze(I) Chakan, as plant engineer.We need broadband & landline connection, for that we visit your chakan BSNL office incharge & contacted him several times from last one month.But still no one visit us & we are also made a phone calls to area incharge but still as on date we are not getting any response from these persons.
                                  kindly solve our problem immediately.

                                    Resp. Sir/Madam,

                                    Since 2nd September 2009 my bsnl broadband connection is not dead. Frequntly i complained
                                    to bsnl customer care no but no action has been taken till date. Even so manytimes no one is
                                    responding my phonecalls. I am fadeup with this broadband connection. Even i personally visit
                                    nallasopara bsnl office to complaint about it but all in vain.
                                    So what should i do to solve my problem since one month.

                                        In our area that is Frank Pinto colony Govind Apts. (Upnagar Nasik R'd),
                                        I Log the complaint ones a day in 9 times but after one day BSNL Technician came & he create manual dial connection, when i dial connection after 5 to 10 min Generic host error is coming I connect directly though Ethernet connection was getting. but again speed is very poor but error is not coming. Is connectivity problem. We receive only 10-25 kb for few minutes’ rest of time no signal. Please do the needful, I know there is no meaning of these...
