Dear Sir/Madam

I, Neeraj Kumar Garg phone number[protected], Bathinda , Punjab , having broadband service from approx. 10 months and landline phone from over 6 years and i paid off full amount in advance for the Modem. Since i got your service i used to have approx 1400 Rs. unlimited Plan which i had to transfer to low speed which costs approx 700Rs Per month because of on going internet disconnectivity issue. Everytime we have to complain between your landline and internet broadband service complaint center. I was in india for 6 months when i made multiple complaints to your Center located at Gole Diggi Location, Peeli Kothi at Thandi Sadak and also at Main Exchange near Court at Bathinda City Punjab. If you can't trust please check out your complaint record I am sure you will have in your database because of complaints are being recorded on to IVR.

Most of the time they said we had to change the wiring which they did or had to say its not working due to some Maintenance or difficulties. And on top of that some of the engineers i dont know where they are getting knowldege told my wife to not to turn on the Modem when they don't use it otherwise it won't work properly. I dont understand the fact how the heck a datacenter can work 24x7x365 continuously turning on all of the Servers, Routers and swtiches. I am working also in a Datacenter in Canada, for me if i would be an illetrate or uneducated or non-technical person, i can take the crap whatever your engineers they told to a customer. Being a customer i dont expect we get this kind of service every day even you are not able to access internet 30 min in a day out of 24 hours. If thats the best service BSNL is providing then why would we have to pay full bills. Same story again and again Yellow light blinks on and does not stable, means you dont get internet connectivity at all.

Its a hassel to going back and forth between landline and Broadband service customer care.Because landline customer care says , phone is working fine nothing to do with the internet. and broadband customer care they say if there is no phone service internet wont work properly. We are not damn crazy, thats the way internet works atleast in india.

Would you please give me the specific reason beyond what technical staff stays " Internet wont work properly if you turn on Modem continuosly" Is there any Rules and Regulations which specifies Modem does not stay turned on for 24 hours. Now its third day i am not able to speak to my wife on internet!

Please get back to me if any one of the GM or Manager can, who is atleast technical in Punjab terrotairy or have time to discuss this matter or troubleshoot the root cause to provide the best solution.

Also i can see the way BSNL is continuosly updating their webservers. Tried to sent an emai to customer care which is on http://www.ap.bsnl.co.in/custcare/bbsvcs.asp

Brother, BSNL is totally *****.
I would suggest you to switch to Connect BROADBAND.
I have 1 mbps ul plan since 4 years.. best performance ever.
earlier i was a bsnl customer from year 2003... they did nothing except harassing.

EVERY EMPLOYEE OF BSNL SHOULD BE FIRED AND GOVT SHOULD CLOSE THIS SHOP OF CHEATING.

    MY TELEPHONE NUMBER IS[protected]. IF THERE IS RAIN, NO INCOMMING OR OUTGOING CALLS ARE NOT GETTING.
    I am having a land line telephone connection from 1999, after construction of new house in 2007 i requested telecom to provide the same connection in my new home, based on my request they provided the same.
    After getting this connection in my new home, my phone repeatetly getting in fault because the cable was not taken in proper manner without having sufficient posts, ie the cable is coming in hanging condition without having any supports approximately in 150mtr distance.
    Two months before i placed my complaint directly to the Div Off in Kumbakonam, and officer promissed with in two months he will provide the line with enough supports by taking out the hanging line since their sub contractor are busy.
    But since today nothing organized as said also due to the recent heavy rain in my place, my telephone not working also this time i took Broad Band connection, now i can not avail this facility.
    So i am requesting in humble do needful for to get an undisturbed telephone and Broad Band services.

      Everyday 5 rupees is dedcucting from my mobile. I have been calling the customer care since a month. Nobody is responding properly. A complaint is also raised on 13th sep. But, till date no response. In addition to this, the people who was handling the call was putting me on hold for more than half an hour and disconnecting the call. I am very much frustrated with the service provided by BSNL support. Please consider this case and do the needful. My problem is still unsolved.

        I'm utilising BSNL broadband service for past 10months(Home 250). Now i have a repeated problem in net connectivity for last 50 days(25th july '08 onwards). I logged the complain in the proper way and I also visited concern SDO several times and told about my complain in verbal and also in writings but till date it is not corrected .         I have bsnl broadband connection. My friends also have same connection. I have checked and confirmed that our username is given as initial name+ landline number with stdcode. And password are same to all my friends which having broadband connection. Username and password were given by bsnl technician during modem installation. If I have initial name and landline number of my friend or other broadband user in my area then i can access his broadband account without informing him. Because passwords are same for all recent custmers like my two friends. I have already complaint to my bholav exchange twice to change my password. But nobody come home to attend.             I an unable to see my usage for the september month.
            BSNL is a big under running Goverment Tele communication Company but its is give Customer Satisfaction . Our Phone Line and Broadband Connection always dead a couple of time in a month and after our Complaint no body from the Department come to repair the lines before 6 or 10 days... its makes us fad-up .its not a reliable company according me...
            i am under bsnl 500 home plan and i could not see my usage with my portal id as it shows domain is incorrect when i visit dataone.in portal web page please help

              we are family holder and from this week we r getting blank call on our landline using slang words we tryed to findout the phone no from which this all call are coming they didnt told so please halp me out.
              I am working in Fraka Dryfreeze(I) Chakan, as plant engineer.We need broadband & landline connection, for that we visit your chakan BSNL office incharge & contacted him several times from last one month.But still no one visit us & we are also made a phone calls to area incharge but still as on date we are not getting any response from these persons.
              kindly solve our problem immediately.

              Sir my landline is dead as i have only1 Bsnl line in my office asnt the other one is of Airtel.The line of bsnl is dead and I have got only the toll free numbers from your site, these numbers are not working from Airtel lines.Therefore i kindly request you to do the needful regarding this and the Bsnl line number is[protected] and my contact number is [protected].

                Resp. Sir/Madam,

                Since 2nd September 2009 my bsnl broadband connection is not dead. Frequntly i complained
                to bsnl customer care no but no action has been taken till date. Even so manytimes no one is
                responding my phonecalls. I am fadeup with this broadband connection. Even i personally visit
                nallasopara bsnl office to complaint about it but all in vain.
                So what should i do to solve my problem since one month.

                    In our area that is Frank Pinto colony Govind Apts. (Upnagar Nasik R'd),
                    I Log the complaint ones a day in 9 times but after one day BSNL Technician came & he create manual dial connection, when i dial connection after 5 to 10 min Generic host error is coming I connect directly though Ethernet connection was getting. but again speed is very poor but error is not coming. Is connectivity problem. We receive only 10-25 kb for few minutes’ rest of time no signal. Please do the needful, I know there is no meaning of these...

                      No body from BSNL will come to rescue you, i am also facing a similer problems. My advice dump BSNL get a reliance sim, if you are lucky you can use free gprs(25KBPS) go to gstek.info or frendz4m to get details.
                      Dont expect the BSNL people for help. The are getting big salaries but don't know their job.
                      yes i strongly accept with you. the people working in bsnl dont have technical knowledge but they get big salary. i am also the one experianced like this. there are many people there to recieve our complaints. but they think we are all fools. they always wasting our time by misguiding us do "do this and try again and if you still have the problem call customer care again". after we did it and find no improvement, then we call again. now another one took the phone and guiding us in a different way. what the people of bsnl thinking about us? they thought their customers as damn fool. first bsnl to be handed over to private sector. then only the problems resolved soon.

                      BSNL — SLOW GPRS

                      sir,
                      I have been using BSNL GPRS on my NOKIA N72 mobile for the past 3 months. My prepaid GPRS plan is GPRS230.my problem is gprs speed is very slow in a particular area(2kbps only).But i browse at another area in coimbatote (15kbps to 20kbps)it is working fine.I complaint the customer care peoples. They told me the problem was corrected.But i still facing the same problem.what can i do?.I lost my money without using the gprs.

                      I too am experiencing low GPRS speeds on BSNL Kerala network since the past 1-2 months. Before that I was getting average of above 100 KBPS browsing speed. When I called up Customer Care I was told that BSNL is upgrading its network to 3G and this has affected the GPRS speed. Thats a fact coz I had read about it in the newspaper. I was further told that the problem would be rectified in about 1-2 weeks. So the only way out is to wait for a few days.

                      However much u may want to curse BSNL it will be good to remember that no one other than BSNL offers GPRS at such low tariff. Private operators may offer better service but they are known to cheat their customers in many ways. So its better to stick with BSNL for the cheapest GPRS tariffs.

                      Same thing I am experiencing since two weeks in Kolhapur Maharashtra.
                      Speed is very very slow.
                      When I had called to Customer Care, they said we dont have information about it.
                      What to do now?

                      BSNL — gprs slow

                      I use a 3g enabled phone but 2g Sim card. Before 30 days the download speed touched 200KBps but now its only 15kbps. I complained in both bsnl office as well as customer care but there was no response.

                      i am getting good gprs connection everywhere except my territory

                      much more mobile internet users here
                      but insufficient service

                          UN REQUIRED SERVICES ACTIVATED ON MY MOBILE PHONE AND WHEN THE COMPLAINT IS MADE AGAINST THOSE , THE SEVICES ARE STILL PENDING NO REDRESSEL ARE MADE TILL NOW .
                          My mobile automatically activated by a ring tone when others call me they hear a unusual song which is irritating i inquired through call center and Sent a SMS as BT DEACT to 56700 . it got discontinued after one hour for which Rs.2 is deducted from my a/c again in the next day morning i got the same ring tone when i got the call . how it is happening ? so every time it get activated on its own and for every deactrivation i have to pay rs 2 . is it fare.

                            when i use internet of bsnl, it is too slow and take near two minutes to open a web site.
                            I agree completely. I took the EVDO connection for the speed and now I am getting only the CDMA X1. Complaints to BSNL office got the response that the staff was not supposed to give the connection to my area but they are not willing to take back the connection and refund me the money spend. They did not allow me to take the connection on lease and said that option was not there and made me buy it. Have been contacting the JE and have mailed to the complaints in charge email ID that I found on the net. They have not even called me back to check what is the problem. Have been calling them everyday regarding this and the response I get is they are too busy, you do not have connectivity, will check and get back, will call you back, etc, No action so far even after more than over 20 calls and 4 emails to the person in charge and also complaints logged in to BSNL's site.
                            bsnl evdo 1x is very slow for downlode and uplode-

                              Dear Sir,
                              This is Manas Pattanaik from Bhubaneswar, We used BSNL land line from last 10 years. Recently we used the BSNL land line no[protected]. Now we have shifted our residence on June 04th 2009. On 15th June 2009 we deposited the form for shifting the Land Line to our new address. One month passed Land Line was not shifted, then I follow up with concern JTO Mr. Pradhan ([protected]) of BJB Nags Exchange about shifting. Every time he told we will do it within 2-3 days but nothing happened for another 15 days. His reply was, we have to laying cable & our contractor is not free to do this. Then I contact SDO Mr. Padhi, he told the same thing but give a sugestion to use a WLL until the Land Line is connected. After 10 days of deposited the form of WLL we got the WLL phone. But on Aug 17th that WLL phone outgoing is barred. Till that day we did not received the bill at all, for this again I contact JTO Mr. Pradhan, he told nothing to worry we will connect the Land Line. After few days cable was laid upto our residence wall where we have the point without connection. Then for connection of Land Line I regularly follow up with Mr. Pradhan, every time his answar was we will do it tomorrow dut his tomorrow is never comes. Then on 22nd Sep 2009 I met with SDO Mr. Padhi at his Office & he assure that any how Land Line will be connect on 24th Sep 2009 that means today. Today nothing is happened, so I went to BSNL Office to meet Mr. Padhi but he was not in the Office, so I met JTO Mr. Pradhan again he told me the same thing that they will do it tomorrow. For this reason only I mail today to solve this problem.

                              The telephone is in the name of Sarat Chandra Pattanaik my Father who is retired Sate Govt. Officer. Telephone no is[protected] I also plan to take BSNL Broadband after shifting the Land Line but due to this attitude of BSNL Officers I think not to take BSNL Broad Band at all.

                              Now I think due to this attitude of BSNL officers lots of people prefer to use other company's Land Line or Mobile Phone. I am also using BSNL post Paid Mobile for last 8 years & I am satisfied with this.

                                Activate DND is of no use.I activated it many times by START DND, still i am receiving the sms.

                                  I have a BSNL Prepaid Connection with Mobile No. [protected] from Dehradun Exachge. The caller tune service was activated on above mentioned No. The caller tune service activate in my no without any prior information. Rupees 37.00/- were dededucted for the same. I tried every possible measure thorugh phone and SMS to get this serivce deactivate but did not get any positive response from your customer care executive. I therefore request you to kindly prompt action from your side on my complaint. Kindly deactivate the caller tune service and refund Rs 37.00/- which was deducted from my account as soon early. I will be greatly obliged.

                                    My Telephon number is[protected]. My Broadband Internet connection doesnt work most of the times and it has been totally dead since Last 2 weeks, My Numerous complaints to the the BSNL customer service has not helped in anyways. Everytime I call up the Customer service center am provided with a Ticket Number and am really Interested in knowing if anybody really works on those Ticket numbers. It is very annoying to know that the BSNL is not able to restore my internet connection since last 2 weeks instead of it being a very minor problem

                                    Iam paid the amount for broadband connection to your'staff 0n dt 08/03/2010 but they are not giving to mestill today.
