Delay in Getting new connection

Hi

I am Aniket from Bangalore, I have applied for BSNL broadband last week.

Its been more than 10 days now I have not got my connection. It was supposed to happen in 2 days as per the BSNL personnel.

Is there someone who can help me with this please?

I am resident of Khaderbagh, Golconda, Hyderabad. We shifted our resident from Alapati nagar, Mehdipatnam to Khaderbagh, Golconda on 29th August, 2009 and our BSNL landline as well as internet connection had been acting up since 21st August, 2009 till we got shifted. Poor responce for new connection and irresponsible answers from officer

I have applied for new BSNL broad band connectin on 5th sep 2009 and they said that max of one week time connection will be provided. I paid Rs.500/- and got the recipt for the same. Also given one near by telephone exchange number who will provide the connection. I was waited 10 days and give call to that office and asked about my connection, the officer said our workers are doing cabling work currently and will come to give broadband connection...

unable to use power card

I bought a power card of BSNL mobile amount of 49/- from a local distributor. SL no- [protected]
Valid till 31/12/2010. But when I am trying to recharge it showing RESULT UNKNOWN. When I talk ti cst care they informed me that Power 49 had been lapse. So it is not possible to recharge. Without any prior information I am facing this problem. So , I am complaining this issue.

IPTV services,Pl improve the services and serve the customer better.

IPTV services are worst and they are claiming and raising slogan
THE FUTURE OF INDIAN TELEVISION.
So ridiculous isn't it if they say such is the fututre of India's TV broadcasting services,then it's the worst i've seen in many years and even worst than cable network.
Also the aftersales services are of worst kind.
Pl improve the services and serve the customer better.

faulty instrument

I jayesh residing at virar having BSNL WLL, it last for 15 min from time it is connected. i requested them to replace the instrument but they are saying instrument are not available. they say the instrument are not dispatch from manufacturing firm... and the instrument alloted to me is used one... low response from the officer ...a/c no:[protected]...

Plan Not Chnaged since one month

I an changed my Broadband plan from home250 to BB500 on phone no.[protected] since[protected]

But after one month my plan is not changed and my bill value is very high for this.

In Assam the prepaid consumer are ignorant about the latest tariffs applicable and other facilities that are available to them due to lack of information provided by the BSNL Assam Circle. i am a retail counter of nayagarh with sealing of recharge voucher . but annapurna dist. is not able to seal of voucher sufficent to our counter . so all the bsnl custmer at nayagarh suffer a lot of problem .
