our customer no. is 5939 by name KISHANCHAND PAHUJA we are getting cylinder each n every time after 15 to 20 days after booking. the agency holder is selling in black also, in past our supplier was balaji gas agency in PHULERA. they were also doing the same thing, in past we launch many complaints against this particular agency holder. then after some time the dealer has been changed. now the new dealer also doing the same troubles, the reason is SAME STAFF of the old phulera dealer is working with the new dealer. there names are mr.kuldeep sing & dinesh sing...new dealer name is ANNAPURNA BHARAT GAS, BUS STAND, NARAYNA (TEHSIL. PHULERA)...DIST. JAIPUR... RAJASTHAN... PHONE NUMBERS ARE...[protected], 234416.

    I'm one of your customer having LPG connection, consumer no:1931 dated 17/11/2007 at your distributor, m/s BHASKAR GAS AGENCY, 1/260-B, NEAR GARUDAN KULAM, BARRACKS, WEST HILL, CALICUT, KERALA. PIN:673006.(distributor code:621705) .
    I received my second cylinder connection on 26/2/2009 by paying Rs.2150/-.along with a COMPLIMENT worth Rs 380/- which have been charged from me. When I enquired about the detailed bill, they gave only the subscription voucher for Rs 1250/- and a bill worth Rs 326.50/-. I rejected the compliment but they said that it was a company offer and they even charged money for it.Kindly clarify the genuiness of the compliment and the chages for the second cylinder.

      I want to state you that the bhart gas supply in our city is not proper. Supply does not reach directly to our house. We have to book cylinder after 30days & we get cylinder after 45days which the agency holders require to supply with in 30days or we have to get cylinder in black any time at 700Rs. Person which complaints about their work he does not face that problems. As a reputated person i kindly inform you about this danger. So this problem of mine be resolved at your earliest convienience.

        Dear Sir / Madam,

        My consumer No. is 6323A My address is - ROOM NO.10, Trikuti Dham society, Near Nasheman Masjid, Lokmanya Tilak Nagar, Link Road, Sakinaka, Mumbai - 400072.
        I booked a cyliender on phone No.[protected] on dtd 12.02.09, the booking officer whichever was a lady of M/S Ashok Gas Services, Asalpha, Link Road, Ghatkopar, had told that the cyliender would be delivered in 5 days ie on 16th or 17th of Feb'09.
        Today is dt 26.02.09 neither the cyliender has delivered nor any positive reply I had received from the Distributer's officials. I don't know whether this is the types of service or it is the policy of BHARAT GAS.
        I make minimum 35 phonecalls to the distributer from 18.02.09 to 26.02.09. but they are not giving any positive reply. They told that come and pick the cyliender from our godown in Bhatwadi, Asalpha. I am unable to understand if I am a 20 yrs old customers and I booked the cyliender also then why I have to pick the cyliender.

        Kindly suggest what to do in this current position. Either I have cancelled the registration and look for the other option or I have to file a case in consumer court against the fault in the services.

        Bharat Gas/Lpg — comulsory tea and rice when transfering from one ageny to other

        In every of your agencies there is compulsory business in the form of tea and rice when transfering connection from one agency to other.

        Bharat Gas/Lpg — Regarding DVC

        I submitted applicaton for DVC oF the month June-2008, to our agency 'Kitchan care gas agency' - shakarpur, Delhi.

        But I have not response till date,

        Bharat Gas/Lpg — Non-delivery of cylinder after 35 days

        Sir,
        I've booked for the refilling of LPG gas cylinder through M/S-Samidha Gas, Gwalior on 10/11/09 with docket No. 208 and my consumer No. is 6832. However, despite my repeated requests the cylinder is not yet delivered till today (15/12/09). I've already booked a complaint on this forum on 10/12/09 and my complaint was directed to nearest Bharat gas at Jhansi assuring an early action would be taken. Further to worry, my cylinder in use is exhausted today. I'm trying to contact the dealer on phone but in vain.

        please treat this urgently and take a quick action

          My name is Vivek Bharatbhai soni I am inReliance Industrties Limited.Before one and half year i prchased gas connection of Bharat Gas from RAJ gas services at jamnagar.My requirement was two bottle but due to some rules they told me that after 6 month we will give you onother bottle butTill date i hace not received onother bottle.Recently i shifted RIL town ship away 30 KM from jamnagar.I facing lots of problem without second bottle.Today they are demanded 2800 ruppes for onother bottle.Thay demanded second time deposit for onother bottle.2800 ruppes for second bottle+Its deposit + 15Kg dawat basmati rise complesory.Now what i have to do?

            Dealer : M/s Arvind Gas Agency, Shopping Centre, Kota
            Consumer Number - 15489

            It is quite surprising that undersigned is not able to contact over phone to the subject dealer inspite o[censored]sing two phones simultaneously. Most of the times their phones are busy, but when luckily ring is on, they do not pick up the phone, thus after 2-3 minutes wait, the phone line cuts automatically.

            It has been observed time & again that this dealer is highly indulged in black-marketing of filled cylinders all around the city and put his whole energy in harassing the genuine consumer, thus avoid to attend phone calls for booking. Earlier also I have registered similar complaints with your various forums, though the service of this dealer are not improving.

            I hope your good office will take stern action against this dealer.

            this is very much disguesting that since last 15 days for refill through the phone lines provided[protected] which belongs to Sanganer GAS AGENCY my consumer no is 01205 every time i have to personally by takeing for booking, please advice the dealer and /or take some alternate option. the last delevary at to me was on[protected]

              I AM WORKING AT KOLKATA. MY CONSUMER NUMBER IS 5545 & BHARATGAS DISTRIBUTOR IS DIPSIKHA GAS & GADGETS, HARINAVI, WEST BENGAL. AS I HAVE TO VISIT MY HUSBAND WHO IS WORKING AS CHIEF MANAGER AT IOC LTD AT HALDIA, MY FREQUENCY OF CYLINDER BOOKING SOMETIMES GOES MORE THAN 2(TWO) MONTHS. THE DISTRIBUTOR REFUSES TO BOOK CYLINDER SAYING THIS IS NOT ALLOWED AS PER ``RULE''. I AM FACING THIS PROBLEM RECENTLY, EARLIER THE DISTRIBUTOR DID NOT SAY LIKE THIS. I REQUIRE HELP PLEASE.

                I am surrender transfer my exisiting gas connection from HP gas from Tirunelveli Gas Distributor on 16.02.2009.That day itself i got connection from shengottah Bharatgas distributor.I submit all my documents like TV, Ration Card etc.In My TV charges will be 650+100(Deposit Charges+Requlator Fees).
                But Shengottah Bharatgas distributor collect 1270 Rupees.They collect charges for Deposit Charges+Requlator Fees+Gas cylinder+Inspection charges+Book Fees+Termination Voucher verification charges ie 650+100+320+150+25+25=1270 .But no person inspecting nothing it self.When i transfer my Exisiting gas connection to thirunelveli.The HP Gas distributor Collect 750+Gas cylinder charges only.But In Shengotta bharatgas distributor collect additional charges and also their approach is very poor.

                    I am a bharat gas consumer No 36367, Distributor -Rajaram gas, katraj, Pune . I live in Dhankavdi, Pune 411043. I have booked for gas cylinder on date07/01.09 (bill no.559466) consumer no 36367. I have visited three to four times at the said distributor-Rajaram gas distributor . He has denied(refused ) me to provide the cylinder & also not gave complain book. I tried to explain the situation that my mother is to be ill .Till to date, I have not recieved the gas cylinder against the above dated bill & amount 335 rs . Distributor's behave with me arrogantly .With deep paining, I am going raise complaint with you.
                    You are kindly requested totake immediate action against above Distributor for this miss behavior . since I am not having gas from14th Feb 2009 . Please allot me gas cylinder against the above bill 335 rs .Your kind co-operation will be highly obliged.

                    Hi,
                    have applied for new gas cylender connection to Rajaram bharat gas agency, bharity vidya pith pune on 22 may, i have fill up all agency document and proved them all requerd document they told me as gas connection is not avaliable so you are in wating list with number WL 739, they would call me when connection would ready it would not take more than a month,
                    when i went to there office on 24th june i got answer that we are still unable to provied new gas connection and as per there requeremnt we have to purchase Gas shegdi from rajaram gas services only so i paid 2500 and buy a gas shegadi that time also i got replied that they will call me within month
                    now its more than 72 day i have applied for new gas connection when i call them i could not get proper answer
                    please do needfull.
                    I have booked for gas cylinder with local distributor M/s. MITTAL AGENCIES, New Panvel ( Tel. No. 2745 3197, 2746 421 ) on date 03/10/2009 ( Consumer No. 16026 ), but regret to mentioned that as usual till date I have not recieved the cylinder. While booking, I asked for booking no. but they refused, after that thrice I had talked with them but they said you will get it after 3-4 days again.

                    Pls. note that I have paid deposit amount for two cylinders but they always denied to book 2nd cylinder, if you not able to provide 2nd one then why you people are collecting deposit amount for two cylinders????

                    Also would like to state that behavier of the staff of the distributor to the customers are not good, we always found very poor response from them, they always talked arrogantly with customers. Kindly look into this & do the needful ASAP. Also ask them to allow me to book 2nd cylinder when I required. Would appreciate i[censored] take a strong action against distributor.

I have complain late delivery and late booking order acceptance from last several months i.e. I booked on 14.01.2009 and LPG GAS received on 25.01.2009
                        20.02.2009 and LPG GAS received on 21.02.2009
                        24.03.2009 and LPG GAS received on 17.04.2009
                        and now I am booked on 19.05.2009 and get delivery should be on 03.06.2009
                        I am enclosing copy of LPG GAS booking status and delievry status .

                        Sir, please confirm I am single cylender and I how manage for 45 days. I am not single person many have people suffure from that behaviou, there staff and other people have no principal for toking with each others. I am personnaly requested please see the matter and justify with problems.,

                          Dear Sir,
                          I am holding gas connection in the name of my wife Smt. Kamlesh of your esteed company and Consumer No. is 23046. Dealer's detals are :-

                          BHARAT GAS SERVICE,
                          OPP - MAIN POST OFFICE & TELEGRAPH OFFICE,
                          SONIPAT. TEL NO[protected],[protected].

                          I have booked for refill of my gas cylinder after clear 30 days on 12 February 2009. The refill cylinder has not been supplied till 20th February 2009. On 18th February when I enquired for supply of refill cylinder I was told that they are sending on the same day and they are continuing giving the same reply till today i.e 20th February 02.

                          Kindly look into this that the supply of refill cylinder after one and half month is due to acute shortage of Gas or the other reasons which are well known by the agency concerned persons.

                          I shall be grateful if you could kindly issue the suitable instructions to the concerned Dealer for timely delievery of refill cylinder.

                          my consumer number is DG 15905 in Bharat Gas serves, malviya road Deoria.
                          i have booked the cylinder on 25/08/09, but till date i have not received the refill whereas supply for the booking upto 25/09/09 has been made.

                          kindly arrange to supply the refill at the earliest and instruct the said company for regular supply of the refill without harassing the consumers.

                            Shweta gas Agency-pathetic service

                            Shweta gas agency in Jaripatka Nagpur gives a pathetic service.Following are the hurdles faced by the consumers:
                            1) telephone line [protected] always engage.It takes sometimes the entire day trying to connect, but could not get connected.

                            2)15 days criteria for next booking.i.e. one cannot book next cylinder before 15 days of receipt of the fresh cylinder.

                            3)Delivery takes 8 to 10 days after booking that...

                            I would like to bring to notice about the poor dleivey of Bhavani Bharth Gas on the Outer Ring Road, Nayandalli, Near to PES Engineering College.

                            Every time after booking the Gas, Minmimum 15 days are taken to deliver the gas, that too after repetative call and request.

                            Dear Sir,

                            I had booked for a cylinder on 26/12/07 and my house is just 2 km from the service provider's office. Its more than 15 days and have not yet received the cylinder. Till date I made more than 20 calls to the SREE RAKSHA GAS AGENCY, BHAVANI ROAD, HEBBUGODI, BANGALORE- 560099 (nearest service provider) and reminded them. Its of no use, when ever I make a call, I get the answer "It will be delivered to you by today evening or tomorrow morning" but surprise it is not delivered.

                            I think this is a common problem most o[censored]s are facing. I don't understand why they do not abide by the words they say.

                            Can anyone let me know how to bring this issue to their management.

On 12th onwards I started to enquire about the delivery & everyday the officials is promising to deliver the very day. But till yesterday (14/03/08) it has not been delivered and still I am waiting for the delivery as I got the same promise today also. The service of "Amar Ujala Gas Service", Mumfordganj, Allahabad (U.P.) is always poor. Kindly look into the matter & help.

                            1. When I went for booking, they has taken the consumer number and asked me to come and collect the cylinder on the next day.
                            2. Next day before going to collect the cylinder, I called to Branch office and also to delevary boy. No one responds and after reaching the office they argue with me, asking me why dont you call us before coming for a new cylinder.
                            3. I informed them to check their phones, as my number will be there in recent received calls.
                            4. Thats it, they started saying, we dont have load now, You need to check with delivary boy. You must consult manager etc.etc...
                            5. The worst manager of that branch, he simply disconnecting the calls with out answering to the customer.
                            6. When I tried to check the cylinder status with the delevary boy, he simply switch off his mobile.He thinks that he is CEO for Bharat Gas and he used to say its not possible for me to come now, I will come @ some other time, wait there, after coming to office I will talk to you... This is what he replys to customer...

                            I am user of Bharat gas and i have deposited my Gas TV voucher with this agencies on date 15.09.08 vide their receipt no 4116 dt 15.09.08 for issueing SV and deposited rs.1843.00 cost of all instruments.

                            After Deposting the same Agency Manager informed us.
                            That Regulator & Gas pipe not avilable and it will be able to deliver to me after 10 days.
                            Gas Cylinder will be provide after 15 days.
                            Connection Voucher (SV) will be provide you after one month.
                            When i hv told them that it should be issued immediately. then he shown us file having moore then 50 TV to issue SV. to customer
                            The interesting issue is They have collected payment from all the customer but not deposited in the BPCL and they are utilizing the Govt fund. More over not responding to the customer in proper way. when i hv asked ph no of owner they refused to give and given no of Sales officer mr Sudhakar.
                            I have given call to mr Sudhakar But he has not picked up the phone & Mrs Padma taken complaints but till date 24.09.08 i hv not received any response from her.
                            Customer are very much surprised What kind of joke with customer after paying the money.

                            So take it serious and take sutable action to give relief to customer

                            The service provider is SREE BALAJI BHARAT GAS AGENCY. Mathikere.
                            Common COMPLAINTS which most o[censored]s(resident/clients) have to deal everytime we order for Refill are-
                            1, Staffs(especially the ones who take orders for refill, the Babus)- They are very bossy and doesnt behave properly with the customers
                            2, Even people with single cylinder have to wait minimum of 15-16 days.
                            If we go enquire the status of our order, they simply dont respond and quite nastily
                            ask us to wait for another week. Or sometimes they harass us by saying that receipt has been given to delivery man and they shall deliver the cylinder soon but when we catch hold of delivery man he in return says that he had not received any receipts, someone please save us.
                            3)Also we could see people getting cylinders on the same day behind the main office, cant explain the phenomenon behind this.

                            So, anybody reading this who can actually do something to this kind of lousy and parasitic creatures,
                            please take a very strict action against them.
                            They are the real garbagge of the society and rotten potato in your(Bharat Gas Agency) sack.
                            I had booked a cylinder on 31/12/08 and my house is just four km from the service provider's office and within the city. Its of no use, when ever I make a call, I get the answer "It will be delivered to you by today evening or tomorrow morning" but to my utmost surprise, still it is not delivered.                             We are user of Bharat Gas having consumer no BF111009 and dealer is Vineet Gas Berkhera Bhopal MP. We both husband and wife are working and our house remains locked upto 3.00 PM. This point we have already got registered at dealer that gas delivery should be after 3.00PM only. Every time delivery man writes that house was locked and has never delivered tha gas after 3.00PM. We had already made complaint to dealer and after that the gas is delivered after 3 PM . This is a regular feature and delivery man misbehaves and argues that he will not deliver after 3 PM. Recently we have booked the cylinder more than a week ago but till date the delivery has not been made. We have been fed up with this type of service and if no action is taken then we will be forced to report the matter to conumer forum. Hope you will attend to the complaint and will give some fruitful solution.

                              had booked my cylinder on 7 th January 09, Since then i am following reguarly for delivery.initially they said gas is not available for few days and then some times they behaved rudley, some times they called my mother for delivery but didn't do, again committments for next few days.Even they dumped my empty cylinder in their go down and called me for next few days, but still moving around the office for delivery.Today again in spite of giving me assurance for delivery they didn't .so i thought to write with a little hope as a trial one.

                              i must tell you here that no one except my old mother is in my house and she has to move every time for gas collection.This is quite irritating for me.This is some how mental harassment over me in order to get my booked LPg.

                              cutomer service is so worst that i couldn't get any reply of Feedback Reference No:52620.This is now more than two week for cross mailing but no result yet.

                              I just fade up with bharat gas poorer service as well as management.
                              Pls tell me how to with draw my connection.No need now to being with the company any more.

                              Our Bharath cooking Gas agent M/s. Prathiba Bharath Gas, Visakhapatnam, A, P, could not supply the ccoking gas cylinder even after one month. My Gas connection No. is 9587 . I usually book once in two or three months. Last I booked on 28.11.2009 with booking No. 6633 and the agency promised supply within a week's time. But till 15.12.2009 the cylinder was not supplied. It shows the in efficient and poor customer service of the agency. Hope the authorities concerned will take corrective steps before we move to consumer forum for deficiency in service and claim compensation

We booked gas on 2.01.2009 but we have not get gas till now. we have reminding him many times after booking, which is booking on 02 January 2009 after 48 Days still our gas is Undelivered.
                                Delivery men (supliers) blaking gas openly distributer "Bristo Gas Agencies" are also involve in gas blaking.

                                  i m AMIT, currently living at NANGLOI having a gas connection of bharatgas. i have the following problem;
                                  1.gas agency doesn't provide cylinder to my home and i have to personaly go there and have to collect my cylinder, but from the last 3 months when after 3-4 days of booking my cylinder i reched to them they asked me to come again as they have no stock
                                  2. the agency forcefully selling a tea pouch for which they are charging 25 ruppee, if anyone denies to them they asked them not to give cylinder.
                                  3.the behaviour of the employees are very rude for the customers as they thought they are the dominator.

                                  pls take some step as all the customers are facing lot of problems.i am also giving the name, address of the gas agency.

                                    Sir,
                                    I had tried to book for a new LPG Connection at Akash Gas Agency of Indane Gas located at Devendra Nagar Raipur nearest to my residence at Sai Nagar Jail Road Raipur. But they denied for doing same saying that no new connection booking is allowed now . Whereas recently it has been publically declared that ban on new connection has already been lifted by companies new connections on demand are available. Hence please let me have proper guidance in the matter. Whether it is possible to book for a new connection online ? please give detailed procedure.

                                      Sir,

                                      On 15th Fed 2009, I called the below number Ph; 7753554(which is the number of one of the branchs of Bharat Gas(Airforce Station, Begumpet)) to gather some information about the gas connection. A person received the call and before I could say anything, he shouted saying that "today is sunday and the time is 8:30 PM, how can you call now". Can you please tell me that is this the way they talk to a customer? If it was not an appropriate time then why is he there in the office at this time and can't he say the same thing in a polite manner. I request you to please look into it and teach the employee how to speak to a customer.

                                      For refill the gas cylender I phoned the bharat gas agency on given 5 numbers . I have called more than 50 times in a days, but all time Phone got engaged, I called in free time till phones was engaged, lastly I visited the place found that 7-8 girls employee busy on phone with personal talking.They don't care for customers.Bharat gas agency in kalewadi fata pimpri pune

                                      bharat gas office(WEST AND TEN GAS SERVIVE AT TODA PUR N.D) and asking the detail to employe what is the procusuer of your. And what is the document reqire and how much many all these things one employe sayed to me CHAO YAHA SE MERA DIMAG MAT KARAB KARO actually he is not costmere dealer he is gas repaire man .Sir i am asking with u it is right i am just asking detail of the document hou it is reyect. I hope u take that thing very serious

                                      Bharat Gas — no on time delivery and rude behaviour of staff

                                      i am a Bharat gas service user. my consumer no. is 122625. my agency is CHAITANYA GAS SERVICES, G.M.ROAD, NR. NEHRU MAIDAN, DOMBIVLI (E).
                                      there has been a continuous delay in delivery of gas cylinders from this agency since last 3 months. i have been using bharat gas since lat 23 yrs it is the first time i am experiencing such irresponsible behavior. Calling the agency they reply that the delivery will be made next day but the deliver has not made yet. Every month we have to call them and ask for the same. On top of this the phone lines are always busy and if luckily there is a call they reply in rude and arrogant manner. this situation has been faced by many of people here. As I can see there are many such complaints registered authorities please take a step and do us the needful and provide us with better service otherwise sum crucial steps has to be taken...
                                      My consumer no is 40322, I am also facing similar experience in this Agency. Chaitanya. I propose to immediately cancel the agency services of this company & handover to someone needy.
                                      The employees in this agency are arrogant & do not reply. Only one telephone line is working which is always busy. We are working couple so we find very difficult & sometimes have to take leave to take the delivery of the cylinder.
