[Resolved]  Bharat Gas — Delay in supply

Dear Sir,

This is to inform you that I had purchased two Gas Cylinders through TATKAL SYSTEM by paying around Rs.5, 000 as deposit for two Gas Cylinders. Initially, I was getting the gas supplies through Madam Enterprises. Now, the Gas supply agents are Bangalore Gas Agency, BTM Layout, Bangalore. These agents are not obliging to supply two gas cylinders on use. They are supplying only one gas cylinder in every 45 days time. Whereas, they have to supply one gas cylinder on consumption. They are saying the supply is less from the main source and they are not giving an answer for the second cylinder for which I have paid the deposit and no supplies are made for the second cylinder. I don't know how far it is true that the supply is less from their main source and why they are not supplying the gas for my second gas cylinder in possession.

Please clarify.

Dear Sir,

This is to inform you that we purchased by depositing for two Gas Cylinders through Tatkal System in 1998. Our Consumer number is 12438.

Now, the gas supply agents - Bangalore Gas Agency, are not giving the supply for our second gas cylinder. Further, their supply is one gas cylinder in 45 days time after the bookings are made after 20 days of earlier supply. On questioning about the other gas cylinder, there is no answer to it.

Could you please clarify the above.

becuase they never lift the phone. Some times if they attend the call, they are not giving proper reply
and no response for our calls, simply they are holding the line and talking to some other collegues.
This is the regular problems we are facing and due to this we are loosing our time and money for making calls with unnecessary mental tension.

Madam enterprises is one of the worst dealers in bangalore. I never had any experience with any other agengy. We have booked for the cylinder 10 days back and we do have only one cylinder. Everyday I keep calling them and they that it will be delivered tomorrow. So many tomorrow's are over and still they say tomorrow. I even called Customer grievience cell to complaint. They pick the call once in a blue moon. Last time they delivered after 20 days and that too without a bill.

distributor name is chanakya & siddharth gas co. janakpuri new delhi.
my consumer no. is 14133

but i am sorry to say that cylinder of above order not supplied to me till date

i am living in sivakasi (Viswanatham). i will booking in the cyliner in (23.1.2010) but not provied in (2.2.2010) not resposibl for the phone calls. and i will connect the one cylinder. i will booking in after30 days. so pls after booking how many days you will be provied in the cylinder

Non Delivery of Gas Cylinder
I have booked a Cylinder with chanakya & siddharth gas co. Janakpuri Bharatgas on 19 Jan 2011 Ref No.[protected]. Now on on-line portal is showing the booking status as delivered but in fact I did not receive any cylinder yet. The authorised people is not willing to talk on this.
Concerned person kindly look on this issue.

I have booked my cylinder to M/s Gas Point ;86-Tilak Path ,Indore on 28th of March2011.cimmitment given by the dealer that supply will be made within 7 days.

On 5th April I have called them up for the status & ensure me that supply will be made within 2 days

On 8th april again I enquired & again commited that supplies will be made today

Continious wrong commitment being made

While others are giving the supplies within 3 to 4 days

now there is no other way but to use other means for cooking

My booking no is 90818 is not delivering at the right time . It is my 23th day after booking yet cylinder is not delivered. I had complained you before 9days I called their customer helpline [protected] and registered my complaint. The Complaint ID number is 251166.& anther 07/10/14 i repet again complaint registered the ID number is 257006 also you did not take any action. I called today my distridutor to check, when told me that I will get the delivery that day or next day 12th oct 2014. I searched around and found that I am not the only one to undergo this headache.So I reqest you to take necessary action. my mobile no. [protected]
