Bharat Gas — Non-delivery of LPG cylinder after 28 days

Dear Sir, I've booked for refilling of LPG cylinder through M/s-Samidha Gas, Ravi Nagar, Gwalior (A Bharat Gas Agency) on 10/11/09 with Docket No. 208. However, It is not delivered till today (09/12/09) despite my repeated requests. Pl. look into this matter and oblige. thanking you, J. Acharya, Consumer No. SG6832. Bharat Gas — Non delivery of cylinder even after 28 days

Hi

My consumer number is 15079 and I had booked for cylinder 28 days back and yet to get the gas cylinder. Every day a call to the customer care is anwered vaguely stating the cylinder would be delivered today. The service provider is Manav Enterprises and this is the worst service ever delivered.
Please have a look at this and deliver the cylinder at the earliest.

MY Gas Agency at Domlur M/s. Mhalakshmi Agency, very bad service always there phone are engaged we cannot get accessed to their line, very bad service after booking gas they take more than 20 days to deliver as well as again to book accepting booking after 21 days. My consumer No.42489.
It takes more than 45days to get our refill cylinder

I am residing at vill Talchinan, PO Puinan, Dist Hooghly, 712305.
Sir,
It is a rule of Bharat Gas Agency -Harpur, Dhaniakhali that after booking of gas they deliver filled cylinder 25 days appx. so i m getting they filled cylinder after 45 - 50 days appx. it is my humble requist that we must be delivered the filled cylinder with in 7- 8 days after booking atleast.
