[Resolved] Bharat Gas — Gas leak-Not attending

When I noticed that my new cylinder is leaking , I have informed the Gas agency to send a technician to solve the problem. But their reply was wondering. They said that there is no technicians to send today so they are helpless. More over they not sure to send somebody even on the second day. As far as an ordinary man having no technical idea, what to do especially the children are running in and around the house.

So I beg you kindly give proper instructions to the concerned persons to be vigilant even in such a critical stage.

Bharat Gas — Leakage of gas

As we changed our new cylinder last night,and we found it leaking. N now we are trying to lodge a complaint against this, no one is picking up the phone in agency named Pratap Jyoti in Avantika at Rohini. Delhi- 85.

Bharat Gas — gas leakage

I am the customer of bharat gas through Super Care Gas Agency, Dwarka with consumer no. 3205.
I have received a new gas refill one week ago. while connecting with gas stove there was leakage in gas cylinder.

You gas cylinder may be leaking due to faulty valve. In such a case you can take the precautions mentioned in the following link

Sir,
Due to leakage problem in gas we call dev gas,jodhpur.they send a person and solve the leakage problem and take the money but after one week same problem arise again and we call dev gas but after that no one came till now(today is third day to complain). so help me out.
