Hi, I am mohammed Iqbal. I am Airtel customer for past 8 years. My mobile number is [protected]. Currently i am facing the issue in call tariff. When i make a call to some one 90 paisa deducted in my account. Previously the offer provided as AtoA 10 paisa Ato other mobiles 30 paise. I contact 3 times to the customer care executive but there is no proper response. I decided to move another network but i am not satisfied the behavior of airtel company. More than 7 years customer is not happy then how about the new comers.

I am fully dissatisfied to the services.I want the clear reason for the behaviour

Airtel Prepaid — not satisfied with customer care and service

To day in morning I found my airtel prepaid balance is deducted by 60 rupees. I made complain twice to the customer care but I found it totally disappointed the way they responded. The point is here is that my balance is deducted for the service which I never called for. And could’t retrieves my total amount. father disappointment was customer care.

I recharge my mobile no. [protected] with INR Rs. 450/- on 09th June, 2009 at 9.23pm and received massage sucessfully recharge with Trans. ID[protected] and received Rs. 0.00/- why so. I talked with customer care but not got any +ive result. I want to know where goes my Rs. 450/-. Pl. check & inform on my brother e_mail as mentioned above else i go to cunsumer court.
From past few weeks I don't know WHY? there are unnecessary Alerts activated on my cell phone and balance deducted for no reason.On speaking to Senior executive on 121 i came to know that the System is showing the alerts Deactivated but then too the balance is deducted.Today i have again lost my 6/- for no reason and when contacted the TOLL FREE-121 they reply that please sms AIRTEL on 121 and therefore I am devoid of speaking to the Customer care Executives...I don't know that for what purpose are this Executives employed..Please I would like to get my Balance credited because for no reason it is deducted..These few weeks I have been suffering badly because of your(AIRTEL) services

    hi every one just want to create a awareness of online booking of airtel dtv.. i am from chennai booked the airtel DTV HD Plus ID [protected] on April 22, 2013 Sunday, i was guided by airtel CC to do the payment by doing it TWO times in credit card (2*2990=5980) because of wrong messege i got in the confirmation screen.

    After payment the CC gave assurance that the installation will get done with in 48 hrs. with bit luck today i got a call from airtel technician for installation but he told like they dont have stock for remote controll for that hd PLUS SET TOP BOX he also told that previous customer also had the same problem in getting the remote he is wating for 1 month, i also asked without the stock availability how they gave assurance they installation will be done with in 48 hrs ?, today was wost day after all i tried 9 times almost spend a hr to reached airtel DTV CC( DAILED 12148) n [protected] spoke regarding booking cancellation and refund my money noN of the responded a single word regarding this time, i have list of CC people voice recorded
    when i play back its really craZy about the response they gave AND TRNFERING call to his higher authority got dropped not picked up.. few of the cc speaks hindi even though i select english language IVRS and droped the call.. this really wost ...

    how can we use a DTV without a remote ?
    they not even registered a complain or took a request from me for booking cancellation or remote stock avilable.

    i know this will create a awarness to people how lazy and doing a online booking and dont like to use the DTH without remote.

    Airtel DTH — airtel Cheated my after purchasing DTH HD

    Hi,
    I purchased airtel dth over the phone and was assured the installation within 24 hrs. The cusomer id for the installation was given to me is [protected]. Nobody came to install even after calling to sales people, customer services and even nodal officer airtel digital tv, chandigarh. Three days later i sent a request for cancellation of the dth purchase and refund. I was assured that refund will come to account in next 7 days. Now its been over 10 days and i have sent many reminder to customer services, nodal officer and made several calls to customer services and wasted lot of money and time. But they dont seem to interested in refunding my money, neither they are replying to my mails.

    PLease help Me to teach these people a lesson and get my refund of 2264/-

      I have received a sms from airtel on my airtel number [protected] on 22nd April that I will get a talktime of Rs.220 on doing a recharge of Rs.200. So I have done a recharge of Rs.200 on my airtel number [protected] on 23rd April. But I got only Rs.175 as talktime. I don't know the reason. I feel cheated. Please look into the matter.

        i have complaint about retail stores of airtel.i. paid my bill through cheque or dd.everytime i ask for payment slip they refused and tell me to drop that cheque in drop box.where as our company is linked up with airtel and i need payment slips for billinng from company.so please help me.i also tried your call center helpline but they were very rude and of no help.

          Mr. Dharamveer Singh (Chamber 35, Westend Wing Tis Hazari Court Delhi 110054) has issued a Legal Notice under section 403, 405, 406, read with section 420 of the IPC. I am sure Mr Dharamveer Singh has not verified the issues before sending the Legal Notice. We have been facing issues with Airtel Customer Service for a long time, for which I have always registered complaints on Airtel hotline number ([protected]).

          The connection in question is for fixed line number [protected] and account number[protected]. Due to poor and rude customer service we had requested closure of connection in December, 2012. We were promised plan change in sometime early September-2012 or October-2012. The offered plan was not given on the account. Repeated requests and complaints at Airtel Customer Service were of no help. A request for account closure was made in December’2012. Thereafter, we started receiving several calls stating that we do not close the connection. Subsequently, Airtel Customer service REPETEADLY offered that we keep the connection for next 3 months without any rental. We still requested closure.

          We have been always communicated that Airtel postpaid services have been charged on pro rata basis. A cheque for last payment was made on 5/1/2013. This was returned as Alteration in payees. Subsequently a cheque payment was made on 18/1/2013 for the amount of Rs.1570 vide Cheque no 383858 from Oriental bank of Commerce and a receipt for same was issued(receipt no. 8163432). Thereafter, no statements were received from Airtel and we have not availed any of Airtel’s services.

          Now we have received a legal notice. I am at loss to understand the reason. This definitely is harassment of a common man by a MNC to fleece us of money, eventhough we have made the payment as communicated by Airtel.

          Please put a stop to this harassment and resolve the issue

          AirTel — Sending Legal Notice for a closed account

          I had a airtel connection and it was closed in August. I have the receipt from Airtel with the final closing payment and their confirmation that the account has been closed with no outstanding dues.

          However, I just received a Legal notice from Airtel mentioning that there are over 2000 dues in the account. Along with this, I had received few rude calls from airtel few weeks back on the outstanding. On which I told that I have the receipt of account closure and they can come to my home to check the receipt.

          What are the options I have. This experience has totally frustated me and I feel harassed.

          Airtel — Layer Notice Issued from Airtel

          Hi,

          This is Prasanna, my issues is regarding alleged notice sent by Airtel even after I made all the payment and requested for migration.
          I had taken a post paid sim from Airtel as there were lot of description found in bill I really fed up and requested for migration to prepaid connection as I was desperately needed that number, I paid all the amount till the day I applied (Saturday) for migration (I have all the bills). Finally those outlet guys said it will get migrated in 24 hrs and gave a new sim and said put this sim when you get message saying Invalid simm, I agreed and left the outlet. I was waiting for 24hrs and I did not get message Invalid sim as that was sunday I thought it might take one more day like that but I did not get message saying Invalid SIM i.e number was not migrated to prepaid. As I was @ chennai by that time I could not reach out to outlet as well as I tried calling to Airtel customer care but they said we have not received any request you just confirm with outlet guys. It was really bothered me so I went to Airtel outlet after 1 week as I was waiting for week end, they said I requested sir but it is not processed I don't know why and asked me to clear the amount for hole week and then they will request once again. I was really bothered and said Se it was not mistake from my side and still you guys are asking me to pay the bill which is really not a problem from my side and I will not pay the bill and left the outlet. But that no was active until 1 or more month till the delay payment date and disconnected the connection, I have not done anything else but just before 2 weeks they issued the layer notice to my communication address given. So Please tell me what to do now?

          Airtel — Harassment on connection closure request

          I placed a request to close my connection on 12th May, 2011. Till now they haven't closed my connection and kept on sending bills regularly. They called atleast a million times even during odd hours in the night. I even complained the nodal office of Andhra Pradesh and got a email reply but things even got worse. One lady called Ankita, part of Airtel legal department called today and threatened us to pay. I clearly said that I'm ready to pay whatever I actually need to pay. She said that she would send an appropriate bill and I agreed to pay if its correct bill. But she called us couple of times but didn't send any email and threatening us to pay something. I said that I didn't need to pay some amount but I'll pay the correct amount. She is using very indecent language and shouted like anything. This is very unfortunate and I didn't expect this from Airtel.

          I've been communicating to the Airtel Nodal officer, AP. I also forwarded the same to Sunil.[protected]@airtel.in.
          I hope it reaches Sunil this time.

          I believe atleast after seeing this complaint some action would be taken from Airtel.

          Thanks for working on this complaint. I'd taken this connection in my wife's name and she has been tracking complaints with grievance system in Airtel itself. We got a reply from Appellate and her email states that our connection was closed on 23rd June we need to pay the rental till that time.

          IT'S REALLY NOT FAIR AT ALL.

          WE raised the close request and surrendered the equipments to Airtel on 12th May. Within 48 Hrs or something is what the executive said to process the request. Now if Airtel closes my connection after
          43 days and ask us to pay for rental till that time is really unfair from Airtel side.

          I still believe Airtel that I'd get justice from Airtel and I'd be charged only for the period from Mar 26th 2011 to May 12th 2011. I always want to be honest and I expect the same from Airtel too.

          This is what the reply we'd got from Appellate - AP :

However, your request for the soft bill copies has been forwarded to the relevant team and would be sent to your email id at the earliest.

          Hi Rakesh,
          I don't see any action being taken on this regard. Today again some one called up and asked us to pay some amount. We had informed that lady that we'd raised a complaint and waiting on that.

          But the language she used... that is un acceptable. Its going beyond the limits, which obviously portraits different picture on Airtel.
          Any updates?
          I've also sent following email to [protected]@in.airtel.com:
          Hi,
          I've not seen any action taken on my request so far. Could you please look into this issue?
          I keep getting calls from unknown persons claiming that they are from Airtel legal department and they are using very indecent language. I've clearly mentioned to you as well as them that I'm ready to pay whatever is the actual due. I already informed you as well as appellate AP. But nothing is happening from Airtel side. Even after proving that the mistake is from Airtel, why am I not getting the real bills. People ask me to pay just Rs.500 and close it when I'm ready to pay around Rs.800/900 but with the correct bill.
          I don't really understand whats happening.


          Please take necessary action.

            I would like to give a complain that i am getting unknown messages & Calls from [protected] (UP East). and these msgs are done by a male person when I call back that number he disconnect i am really frustrated with these call & SMS. please see to the problem.

            Airtel — unknown number problem

            Respected Sir.

            As we lived in family, one airtel number is constantly annoying to my family as well as to my personal mobile number is [protected]. Now, the stage is that it is very problematic for my family members (father, mother and sister). Even when i am at class the person is calling me. The number is active every week. So, it is my humble request to give the full details of the airtel mobile number. The mobile number is [protected] Even the call is coming at mid-night also.

            So, pl give me full details to my mail id ([protected]@gmail.com).Treat, this is as my final step to stop the unwanted calls.
            Treat this matter on urgent basis as the question is of my family safety.

              This is a complaint regarding autoactivation of the services on the mobil and innocent customers unaware of the way the bill gets generted ends up by paying the pay .

              I had never subscribed for Astrology service but you are charged me for this service.
              It had also happened for last two or three times. So, please stop (deactivate )this service to my mobile No -[protected] with immediate effect. Also no any service provide in future to me on this number.

              I have Airtel connection with #[protected]. I was auto-subscribed for some service by name "ghar aaya jyotishya" and I have been charged Rs2/per day. I have never activated this service. After calling Customer Service, they deactivated the service and but did not register the complaint for auto-subscribing the service. I was charged the amount of Rs42(2Rs/day for 21days). The response from the customer centre was really disappointing.
              The customers are being cheated this way by auto subscribing such wasteful services.

              i have buyed an airtel sim bearing number [protected].The service provider has automatically assign a hellotune .I have compliant to customer care about it,and strictly said do not activate any further service.After that they have activated deal pack and keep on detecting 3Rs/3 days and even they didnot connect my phone call to customer care .

              There is automatic service activation in number [protected], they r charging and deducting money from my phone balance...They activated gurukul service and charging 30/- per month I tried each and every thing to deactivate but they said
              "Kindly note there is no service active in ur phone"
              Also there is very poor condition of customer care service of my area and hence helpless...

              Its been more than a year and now I am really angry and frustated and I want my ONE YEAR DEDUCTED MONEY BACK ( 360/-) as soon as possible.
              Deactivate all other services currently active in this number and also stop the service messages too!!!
              There is automatic Active service my number [protected] balance reduce this number and i have browse use to mobile internet At mobile office. Airtel wap reduce the my balance last 4 months and i have complain with the customer no response..waste Airtel and lot of waste my money..Balance refund my mobile number 198 free call no response in customer, and ask computer voice *121# stop and start service...

                I am writing this complaint regarding the problem I faced with Airtel postpaid connection.

                8 months back I went to France by keeping my Airtel postpaid number on Safe custody. At that time Airtel customer care people told me that I can choose 100 rs per month plan,to keep my number on safe custody for longer period.

                I have recharged my airtel nomber with discounted tariff recharge of Rs. 97 having validity for 2 months. The benefit of the same is mentioned as 1.2p/2sec all India for 2 months (1st min of the day to be charged at 2p/sec) (IT IS COPY AND PASTED FROM THERE WEBSITE). so it clearly tells first call of the day would be charged Rs. 1.20 per minute and later 1.2 Paise for 2 seconds.
                But as i was using it i observed on calling land line i was charged additional and i was ending up paying 2.5 Paise/ 2 Sec. When i called customer care they said it is 2.5 paise/2seconds for land line.
                This is misleading. they have to update the website or give me the benefit. I wouldn't have recharged for discounted tariff had i known it previously.

                  Dear Team,

                  I am an Airtel prepaid mobile cutomer, I hve received the message from airtel (AD - 54321) that Thanks for using filmybuzz subscription service from airtel.you have been charged Rs.3.Join gamclub and given a link also. Instantly they have deducted Rs.3/- from my main balance also. I have not used any service and not activated any package , but why i have been charged for 3 Rs, i don't have any idea for it. I given a call to Airtel complaint desk 198 for the clarification, even they don't have any details on it and raised a complaint for this. But how come they can deduct my banalance without using it any service.

Now, I am studying in the U.S. and airtel has deactivated my number.                         My airtel number is [protected], The number is Deactivate on 03/04/2013 as per airtel customer care, But i was not aware of that my number was deactivate and i recharge may number on 09/04/2013 and my balance reached INR 737.14. After 4-5 day of this recharge my number got deactivated.

                        I contact to customer care and they are telling that you have not make any calls last 90 days and i was agreed with him but i am recharging my mobile during these days many time so that my number should not close.

                        According to airtel Rule you have to make call/video call OR you have to recharge your number, I didn't make call as their services is not available in (Dubai) UAE but i have recharge my number many time but still they deactivate my number.

                        Sir, I please want to take strong action against them.

                          We used Airtel Broadband Service from 2009 till 5-Nov-2012. The main reason for disconnection was improper service.
                          We asked Airtel to change connection name from my sister's name to my name, when we called Airtel support executives, they asked us to go near by airtel shop and register complaint.

                          My sister and myself we both went Madhapur-Hyderbad Aritel shop nearly 4 times, finally got frustrated and asked them...

                            I have two Airtel postpaid numbers, lets call them number A and number B. On April 21 2013, I got a call from a Pakistan number [protected] on my first Airtel postpaid number (A) at 9:57 pm. When I got this call, I immediately received it but nobody responded from the other side.

                            Within a minute's time, I got another call, from this same Pakistan number, on my other Airtel postpaid number (B)!!! The time was 9:58pm. I literally freaked out, but had the courage to receive this call also. During this call too, nobody responded and I hung up the phone.

                            My observation from this incident is that the way I got subsequent calls on both my Airtel postpaid numbers(in a sequential manner within a minute) is the same way in which I receive various calls from Airtel customer care. For example, in case the due date is coming closer, I receive a call on my first number, A and the per-recorded message is played. Within a minute or two, I receive a call on my other number with the same message! In the same way, even the Airtel customer care executives also make calls in the same sequence and with the same time lag of around one minute.

                            The pattern of such calls always remains the same - I always receive the first call on A and only after that I receive the call on B. This has never happened that the call is first received on B and then on A.

                            The pattern clearly suggests that it is Airtel and Airtel only which makes/solicits these calls. Only God knows, what personal info of their customers are they channeling to Pakistan agencies with such calls.

                            we have total 5 mobile prepaid connections of Airtel,, NOS- [protected] / [protected] / [protected] / [protected] and there is complete anarchy as far as customer interest and protection of balance is concerned.Every month service provider that Airtel has been deducting from our talk time for unsolicited schemes.
                            every month they activating different schemes and deducting talk time without taking our consent and 121 service is complete farce.
                            problem is not that they are doing such thing but doing with impunity.

                            Hi,

                            I am getting repeated calls from the Number[protected]. Whoever is calling, immediately disconnects after I answer the call. This has been happening for many days now. I tried to trace the location of the number, and I find that it is an Airtel number from the Bihar / Jharkand area. I am from south India, and have no reason to receive any calls from anybody from this area. Today I received another call from another number[protected], again from the same location.

                            Kindly take appropriate actions against these numbers.

                            I had, as you suggested, mailed to [protected]@in.airtel.com. The response I got was to file an FIR with the police station. I was already aware of that option. The intention of posting my complaint here, was to know if there was any other way to have the issue resolved, other that the only option of filing a police complaint. Now that I know that there is nothing that can be done from your side, I'd prefer to close the complaint that I posted here.

                            I have been receiving calls from an unknown number which is - [protected]. Can you please suggest or help to resolve this issue by warning the person to avoid his/her calIs.

                            After submitting this complaint, I called Airtel customer care. First time they responded (name oof executive was Manisha) but when I dug down deeper, the executive said she is transferring the call to her senior. After that the call was disconnected from their side.

                            Second time Priyanka picked up - Said not able to register request. Gave an email id - 121(at)in(dot)airtel(dot)com to register the complaint
                            Told that their system automatically doesn't accept request for unsolicited calls made from Pakistan. Executives are educated such that all calls made from Pakistan are lottery related. Said response on the email will be within 24 hours, suggested to mention mobile no. A or B in subject.

                            Dear Mr. Ranga,

                            I think we have missed the point here. I would like Airtel to explicitly agree that these calls have not been made/solicited by Airtel.

                            Why I am insisting on this point is because I have a very strong reason to believe that these calls ARE made by Airtel.

                            If not, then please let me know about the same so that I can further explore all the legal remedies for this perennial issue.

                              I have a prepaid Airtel no.[protected]. On date 19.04.2013 at 09.04 pm I got a missed call from No.[protected] and after some time I got a another missed call at 09.50 pm from No.[protected].

                              After some time I got a call from [protected] and caller said i am speaking from Airtel Call Center and you have won lottery of 25 lakhs. He said my name will be announce on a Television.

                              He told me that I will deposit Rs. 15,000 on account No. [protected] at State Bank Of India to claim your Lottery Money . I deposited Rs. 15,000 on 20.04.2013 at State Bank of India, Malerkotla Branch on account No. [protected] .

                              On 20.04.2013 evening I called back and caller said that you will deposit Rs.10,000 extra for Claim the Money .

                              I request you to please trace the no.& take legal action.

                              Airtel — Time of call scam

                              I am using the Airtel Number [protected]. Oflate I have seen many cases when my call ends at xx:59 secs but still I am charged for the higher slab for instance if call duration is 02.59 min then I should be charged Rs.3 but I am charged Rs.4. every time I call & complaint for this I get back the One rupee but everytime this is not possible.                                   Hello,

                                  I am from Surat, GJ, IN using Bharti Airtel services for my mobile.
                                  Yesterday, in evening, suddenly the GPRS on cellphone got disconnected. I thought it could for temporary period, but no.
                                  I tried a lot many things: restarted the phone, re-inserted the sim but all in-vain.
                                  I called the customer care helpline (121) for registering the complaint regarding the same. Then I spoke to one of the executives, he kept the line on hold for 5 mins and then at the end asked me to re-insert the sim and then try connecting. I did what they asked for but no luck.

                                  I called back again and luckily got connected to the executive instantly. This is where the interesting part starts.
                                  He asked me to stay online and kept the line on hold so that he could check with the issue. After couple of minutes this is what he said, "The superior division had turned off the services for four hours and that they had not received any confirmation regarding the same."
                                  My friends who lives in other cities have no problems regarding 2G connection, also friends in other areas of the same city, Surat that is, have no problems.
                                  I asked the executive to transfer the call to his superior/manager, he kept the line on hold and then disconnected the call. Well, I thought this could be a regular issue of many other problems (call drop, low network, low speed of gprs, less connectivity, etc...).
                                  But no, I was wrong, why? I called the helpline number again and after choosing the desired menu options, it automatically got the disconnected. They have blocked my number from connecting to the customer care executives. I just woke up and tried calling again but same thing happened.

                                  Can someone help me this issue? I want to take this thing further, may be in consumer court.

                                  And airtel, please have a look at this issue and resolve it ASAP otherwise I am going to consumer court.

                                  This is Neelima.I am having post paid connection of airtel no.[protected].I activated GPRS connection on 28 sep 08 through callcenter number.call center person told about package 199RS per month 120MB free download and free browsing.In 18 th October month I got a message that total amount bill around 4, 000.Again I called to call center for enquiry that person told that this is our mistake that total 6 months bill.After listening his sentence I continued GPRS connection.Again I checked the on October 28 total amount due is around 8, 000.Again I called to call center and asked about that they told that this total amount is due to GPRS connection.

                                  Now they are harassing me by calling to my family members and friends numbers by taking numbers from my bill
                                  details.These call center people only did mistake for getting bill 8000rs in just 14 days.
                                  please help me to file this case.If I put case it will stand or not .

                                  Airtel — Call drop issue never resolved and ended with disconnection of the service.

                                  Dear Team,



                                  I wish to bring to your notice that your services were disconnected without prior information or notice. I was experiencing Call Drop which I reported to Customer Service on several occasions yet the issue was never resolved. I was not discounted for the inconvenience caused by the Call Drop. Whenever I call Customer Service to report this issue, I was assured of a resolution within 24 hours of my call yet it was never resolved. For the complaint I placed on 6th June I was responded only in the first week of July yet without resolution. Adding to my woes, in recent times I was forbidden from calling Customer Service by dialing 121 since my number was blocked. You will understand from the chain of mails exchanged with you as underneath that my repeated representations have had nil effect. I have also attached mails received earlier for your perusal.



                                  I trust I have waited patiently enough and every hope of a resolution seems lost. On the whole I am totally frustrated with the services of Airtel and therefore constrained to contemplate on withdrawing my subscription.

                                  GPRS — Airtel GPRS (Area Specific Problem)

                                  Hi,

                                  Myself Vishal Sharma & my complaint is regarding no - [protected]. I lodged a complaint about GPRS connection problem almost 20 days before but I didn't get any solution for it. The reference no is 28873161. This problem is area specific. GPRS works absolutely fine whenever I go to delhi or FBD but in our area (Ballabgarh), it stucks in between and out of 10 attempts, if it succeds to connect once or twice, the speed just sucks. Could you guys look into the problem ASAP??

                                  Bharti Airtel — NO GPRS CONNECTIVITY FOR 1 MONTH

                                  Jst because they hav d largest customer base, Airtel, no longer is bothered to pay heed to any customer complaint. Since last 1 month I cannot access my mails through my mobile though My GPRS is activated and Airtel have been regularly charging me Rs199/ mnth as rental. First i contacted their technical helpline no. but it seems they didn't have any solution, hence they asked me to bear with them 4 next couple of days untill the problem is solved. This happened on 2nd April, 2010. Unable to keep my patience anymore , I walked into their Relationship Store, at Park Street, yesterday. But the technical guy in charge out there Mr. Rakesh Bhattacharya was utmost reluctant even to listen to the complaint and register the same. Unable to take it any longer I mailed their HEAD - CUSTOMER RELATIONS. But even their higher authority did not bother to resolve this issue.

                                  I used to browse same sites in My Reliance Sim I will be charged Max 3 - 4 Rs for 1 hr browsing

                                  I am Sankar Saha and I am a subscriber of Airtel Prepaid services. The connection has been taken under my name but my son is the user of the connection.
                                  I find that their toll free helpline 198 has been barred on my number on 1st Nov 2010 and the number has not been unblocked after 25 days.
                                  I cannot disclose the number due to lack of privacy.

                                  My moblie number is [protected] (Near Thaltej cross road, Thaltej, Ahmedabad). I am using your gprs services since last six months but am not satisfied with your services. From last two weeks I had been complaining now and then on your complain number 198. My latest complain no is " CMOUD[protected] " made on[protected]. But till today it has not beed solved. I fail to know why company like yours is taking too much time in resolving minor problems. Kindly look into the matter and see that my problem is been solved at the earliest.

                                  i am using internet by Airtel gprs , for last few days there is a problem in setting connection . whenever i call airtel gprs technical support ,the executive shifts problem to call at 7070 ,and when calling this no. it tells you are not registered .

                                  I have been facing problem with airtel GPRS, filed complaint thrice out of which only for 2 i got complaint number, first of all my GPRS balance showed zero with in 15 days altough my usgae of internet is still the same as it is for other month, I got it recharged on 19th September 2011, but my 5th october, 2011 it got over. Called up 12118, they dnt have any god damn clue of what is going on, in fact my account also got zeroed out, again i got it recharged with 98Rs for 2 GP plan on 7th October, 2011, but again my balance of 47rs from talk time got deducted, and the validity that is showing for GPRS service which should have been 30 days, is showing as 28days. I tried calling 121 N number of time, but as usual call is getting dropped. please help resolving this issue, I got the complaint number too.

                                  i get unwanted messages from [protected]....this is a Delhi Vodafone number.....i have blocked this number from calling me, thnx to my handset....but still, i'm fed up with the messages......

                                    I have recharged my number [protected] on[protected] with 199 rupees for which I got 2gb data for 1 month and I started surfing Internet normally and suddenly I got a message on my phone saying "you have charged 155rs for using 155mb of data" and my account balance which was about 230 rs. Deducted and left just 9 rupees instead of having an active data pack. I got shocked and called your customer care about 4 times but each time they said your problem is noted but they never gave any satisfactory solution. They started to cut the call saying your call is forwarding to senior officials and now if I try calling your customer care my call is not even connecting, they are cutting it without connecting. This is really very bad and disappointing services by airtel.
