[Resolved]  Bharti Axalife Insurance — Bad customer serivce

Bharti axalife has the worst / idiotic / pathetic, and the world dirtiest service I can tell. They don’t have a stable advisor/agent, every few months financial advisor will leave the company and you have to introduce your self to the new advisor [company won’t take care of introducing you, because they don’t really want to help customer]. They are promising to provide online service for the past 2 years and when you call Bangalore customer care, you can experience customer not care feeling, the way they speak will tell you their interest of not to help….
I send a mail to get financial details and also to check ecs status, got a reply in 1 week. It proves either they are not interested to help customer or they have a huge bulk of complaints so it takes time for them to reach my mail. Also had an experience to open a new policy, this one was not digestible. During my initial day or 1 month later after opening my policy, I thought of opening a policy for my family. When I send a request to them through phone, she just told please contact your advisor or contact Bangalore bank(imagine for opening a new policy). Then I thought let me send a mail, usual got a reply after 5 days[initial day or first mail I was not aware why 5 days later I discover their service…], that some one will meet me next week Monday. After two weeks no one came so again send a reply to them, this time they promised to send some one the end of week. Still they are sending, its been 1 year.
If you request them to postponed ECS for the month to next month, that’s it readymade reply already sent request to bank, can’t do any thing now. How much ever earlier you call same reply, they can surely cancel it even 1 day before, if they really want to help but no against the company customer service policy (happy not to help)….
I can write more about them, but fearing blog database should not get full….. Welcoming others to contd… Please don’t put money with Bharti-axa if you really care respect your money.

Bharti Axalife insurance — pf not received

My self Indu P was employed in Bharti axa life insurance and had resigned on november 2009.Had sent all the docs in the month of february 2010.In the month of 11thjuly 2011 my company had sent it to PF office which i have a proof..But till now i have not recieved my PF.
Kindly take initiative as i have tried all means to get my hard earned money and please send this money as soon as possible.
My Pf number is MH/48185/5072
