[Resolved] Big Bazaar — Bad service in stores | |||
The service of BIG BAZAAR whenever I visit a store, be it in Raghuleela mall, Vashi.. or anywhere else, is too bad. The people working there, be it the person on the baggage counter or the guard on its exit..they all talk rough. Even a street vendor is more polite and talks logical than these people. Even the people on the billing counter are stupid. Once I was shopping in BIG BAZAAR ghatkopar, and due to their mistake in billing, they made me stay for about an hour. Later I had to talk to the manager and he fixed things. Was this information helpful? | |||

I have purchase the L.G MC-7688DP micro oven on 5.2.10 . the person incharge there, told me that he is going to send me a demostrator to expain how to use the micro oven till that day i have called him many times but he only says that he is going to send the person but he doesn't ...pls help me in this problem.

BIG BAZAAR — sox
The sox provided by bigbazar r really bad.I get itching sentation when i use them.
Doctor suggested me to not use those soxes.

BIG BAZAAR — service
i had booked an order on 21/12/09 from big bazzar RANCHI product was (wardrobe), the order number is 3131, after regular follow up that order was delivered on 26th night. then again i called up for the service. as on the receipt given by them is written that "within 48 hours fittment will happen" but nothing happened. i had called them many times but they only told that today they will send the person for fitting but no one came. i called them again, they again told that today they will attend but no one came. 48 hrs had already been passed but no one came. today at 7.00 pm when again i called them up for 5 times the phone ranged but no one picked up the phone. for this thing only i have resheduled my work from last two days. i dont know when they will come or they will come or not.i am very MUCH dissatisfied with their service, further i will try not to purchase any product from big bazzar.
