Unsatisfying service

I purchased Electrolux Microwave Oven (on 27 Jan 2013) from Big Bazaar in Ulhasnagar next to Big Cinema.

After 10.5 months approx its circuit panel went out of service as electrolux executive says and and asking for the bill to get it replace in warranty (Warranty period 1 Year),
