    Dear Concerned, I would like to draw your kind attention that, I went to purchase some goods at Kharagpur Big Bazzar on the evening of 8th Feb 2014. At the cash counter, a person behind me in the queue just bypassed me and kept his goods on the cash counter. Even if I repeatedly expressed my objection, the cashier (employee id 42996) entertained that fellow and misbehaved. I asked for the contact details of his manager. He replied, he will not provide me, as his manager is on leave. When I forced him, he called one person without any Big-Bazaar uniform. And he told that "Every body is not same, it is very usual, and all customers are equal for them" I asked for the contact of his next superior, He asked me to contact the M.D. of Big-Bazaar. I am a regular customer of Big-Bazaar. I went to many of its branches throughout the country. I have never seen such misbehaving and strange cashier reporting to such a strange 'store-manager' at any Big-Bazaar. This is for your kind information and necessary action.       Dear Sir/Madam, I Rajanarayana A, purchased product worth rs.820/- on feb 1st 2014 around 7 pm in Big baazar mysore, but they swiped my card twice as they said the first was an unsuccesful transaction. But the amount has been deducted from my account twice. When i asked customer help desk they assured me it will be credited within 24 hours, but still there is no response. Today i visited them again they gave me a statement which i have to submit in the bank. I'm very dissatisfied with your poor service. It is the mistake from your side, hence you should resolve this.It is not the right way telling us to resolve this issue. Its not our mistake.I Kindly request you to take an immediate action regarding this and compensate for this.

        i gave order for 2 microwaves during 3 days sale season. it was sunday and last day of sale, so they told me to get the amount billed but get delivery of microwaves later due to non-avialability of item at the moment. they promised to deliver it in 3 working days and i got rupees 20000 billed for the same. one week passed but they didnot deliver the item. today they called up and said your order couldnot be delived and you will have to get some alternate item purchased for the same amount. i plainly refused for the same and asked for refund. they said they will talk to their seniors and never called back. this is clear case of harrasment and i request for immidiate refunding of my amount else i will be forced toi go to consumer care for complaint.

          i purchase a spine guard mattress from peps at hometown yeswathpoor bangalore . As per the purchase and commitment from sales representitive, I suppose to get peps memory form pillow along with peps spine guard (invoice number 90499026/order number [protected] ) but they provided nylone pillow at the time of delivery .now they are claiming in such a way that we cant able to change the pillow . hope that hometown and peps people will keep thr words and have ethicks in thr deals . While verifying the Invoice, I found that I have charged Rs.419.00 for the product. Actual MRP printer at the bottom of the container is Rs.379.00 only. Photographs of the product, barcode, MRP are enclosed for ready reference. Please make a note that a higher amount of Rs.40/- has been collected from me. I believe that you are aware the impact of selling a product higher that its MRP. Thus I would request you to immediately look in to the matter and arrange to refund Rs.40/- immediately which was collected.

                Sir, I bought a garment on dated 19/01/14 from bigbazaar shalimar eldee plaza sector-5, Indira Nagar Lucknow-226016 against my bill no.CH:182571, TILL NO.15 RETAIL INV NO.0027209 Tr:79410, aftre billing i have paid the money in cash and given my payback card for updating the bonus point, meanwhile i forgot to collect my payback card and left the counter. As soon i realized about my payback card i went back to same counter and asked for the same.The salesman on the counter accepted that one payback card is left by some one and kept with him. He asked me about the payback card no which i could not tell to him, Then he refused to return the payback card stating that it could be of somebody else. Therefore i request you to look into the matter and trace out my card, If not possible then block the same against any misuse.

                  Complaint related to Big Bazaar Store: Plot No- 3218, At/Po - Kiit, Maruti Mall, Patia, BHUBANESHWAR - 751024 Dear Team, This is related to the quality of food items that the above Big Bazaar outlet is selling to its customers and the store manager's denial of the same and the non attentive approach towards cutomer complaint. I am a regular customer to Big Bazaar and shop regulary for considerable amount every month from the above store. On early November 2013, I purchased the loose Hyderabadi Biriyiani rice which I usually purchase every month from the store regular consumption as usual. But this time when I opened the rice package after around 10-14 days of purchase, I found the rice is not of the same quality as I usually use to purchase for same amount a kilo. Moreover, the rice was totally full of dust, old and pest infected. So then and there, I came back to the store with my concern along with the rice package with the store bar code sticker on it. To my utter surprise, the store manager Mr. Singh refused to accept my complaint and in turn accused me of infecting the rice with pest and coming back to him for exchange! My only request to him was I didn't want a replacement or a money return against that, the only thing I wanted to show him was the quality of the food item that the store is selling to its customers, I also told him when you're seeing I'm a regular customer and shops every month for considerable amounts from your store what the difference a small refund amount would make to me, so its all about the quality of the food items which I am concerned with. But he refused to listen or entertain anything and behaved very rudely about it. Finally, after a lot of arguments, he took the packet of rice from and told that it will be sent to the vendor and invenstigated, and assured me that I will shortly receivce from the store regarding a follow up of my complaint. Its been more than two months since then, and I still haven't receive any call regarding the same. Two weeks back on a visit to the store, I asked about the status of my complaint but he ignored the same. Off late, on a yerterday's (Jan 12, 2014) visit to the store with my wife, on entrance there was a male security personnel and the Manager Mr. Singh was standing, when the Male security person demanded to frisk the handbag of my wife. When she demanded that be checked by a female security personnel, the manager again behaved rudely which is totally embarrassing for a Lady and uncalled for! When I spoke about making a complaint with future group H.O. about this malpractices, he was unfazed!! I had no other option but to lodge a complaint here for the treatment this store is giving to its customers.                     Dear Sir, I am customer of Home Town, Noida from more than 6 months and this is a very very BAD experience. Problem 1 Your staff leave you and your client is not updated. the client is fool he will surf here and there and on its own get to know that his interior designer has been left and the work is in new man's hand who doesn't know anything about you and your discussions and then you have to discuss again all the things with him and then you are on his mercy only. either he picks your phone or not. Now again my interior designer is being changed and i do not know with whom I have to contact. Problem 2 In october 2012 I received a call from Mr. Vinit Kumar (Interior Designer, Home Town). that there is some sale of wall papers in home town and if i purchase them in 1 day or 2 then i will get 50% discount. I visited your store with my family and purchased wall papers of Rs. 50, 000/-. And i received wall papers after 3-4 weeks later at my home. Mr. Vinit Kumar told me that do not open the box because if the box is open then the wall paper may be tampered. And said we have to open then when we want to paste them on wall. And now when we are in finishing side of my new home we open the box we came to know that 4-5 wall papers from 8 were not of our choice there were very cheap and not of our choice. When i try to contact Mr. Vinit Kumar (Interior Designer, Home Town) he doesn't pick my phone. i tried almost full week to call him but he doesn't pick and in one night when i try he picks the phone and commit me to do the needful but after that he not picking the phone. After a lot of effort i contacted Mr. Ambay at Home Town but he says that he is not responsible for anything and he can only check wall papers. Problem 3 My work is not finished and there is is nobody to help us My money is gone with home town. AND I FEEL COMPLETELY CHEATED AND HOME TOWN PEOPLE HAS COMMITTED FRAUD WITH ME.                       I purchased Electrolux Microwave Oven (on 27 Jan 2013) from Big Bazaar in Ulhasnagar next to Big Cinema.

                      After 10.5 months approx its circuit panel went out of service as electrolux executive says and and asking for the bill to get it replace in warranty (Warranty period 1 Year),
                      but unfortunately, I lost the bill.

                      I went to big bazaar on 20th Dec 2013 (37 days remaining for warranty end) to get the duplicate bill,
                      but they refused to give excusing that they do not have the record of so long period purchase.
                      They also said that with in 2 to 3 days you will get a call from electrolux executive for the circuit replacement as we will follow up internally.
                      Since then as, Iam following up on every alternate days through call or visiting the bigbazaar,
                      the only assurance that i get is "Don't worry you will receive a call" but nothing physically had happened yet,
                      no call received yet and today is 8th of Jan 2014 18 days.

                      As being a regular customer its very much disappointing and if this continues, I will stop dealing with future bazaar and influence my all corporate friends and colleagues, as I work for DHL logistics as a logistics specialist.

                        Dear Sir, After Big bazaar has taken over the store from Shoprite, the quality of service has totally deteriorated. Whenever i have visited at Nirmal Lifestyle, the A/c system is as good as not functioning. Many a times I have lodged complaint in writing as well as to the manager, but no improvement and the manager is helpless to rectify. Even today i.e. on 29th Dec 13, I have made a written complaint. The A/c system is so pathetic that I feel suffocated and some one may get fainted due to lower oxygen. In addition, on a Sunday, there were less than 50% cash counters functioning ( which is the situation on almost all the Saturdays, Sundays and any festival holidays), due to which we "wasted" more time in queue, rather than for real shopping. During Shoprite time, the space was enough inside the store, in such a manner, that two trollies could easily pass thro' from opposite side. But now, the space occupied by the goods/items is so high, that barely one trolley can pass thro'. It seems that there is a huge cost cutting, at the cost of "environment, health and safety' of the customers and Big bazaar is just focusing on the profits, rather than "making shopping a comfortable experience". The senior management/directors should visit the above store on Saturday/Sunday evening and factully see the ground realities in the store. Hope you will take necessary steps to improve the functioning of the store.

                            i have purchased some goods from big bazar kolkata-700013 today at 7.30 . After coming to home i noticed that billed has been overcharged for 3 items of 13 item taken . CleanMAte Toilet cleaner 2qty offer price 52/- actually charge 72/- difference rs40/- itc yippe noddle 1qty mrp 10 actually charged 12/- difference 2/- When i called the store in there local no. they told me to come with the goods and bills . The problem is that for the mistake of big bazar billing department for 3 item of 13 item i have to carry it and then they will provide me billing reversal. My home is 15 km from the Store outlet and just for rs45 over billed i have to spend 50rs for coming and going again to outlet. After that i called the helpline desk at [protected] today which didnt even gave a complain no. even 35 min of talk and they finally disconnected. Does a complain require 35 min to get registered??? And even then i dint got the complain no. What the Hell Future retail is doing biz If this is service and if i dont get any proper feedback and my money at door steps wihtin 3 days i will go various print and electronic media, COSUMER COURT in charge of EXCESS BILLING and Bad COSUMER SERICE .                               Hi, It is regarding the poor quality of bed purchased from hometown pune. We have purchased one bed of Rs. 36000 from hometown, Amanora, Magarpatta, Pune on 1st May 2013. The bed was broken in six months due to poor quality. We have registered complaint in customer care of hometown on urgent priority. Next day they have sent a person to take pics of broken bed. Now from more than 30 days there is no any responce from them whereas we have taken follow up three times.                               I bought a WR2D-MDF from Home Town - NOIDA which was delivered to my residence on 20-Jun-2011.

                              Today(22-Jun-11) your associate came to assemble it and when He opened the piece we found the following:

                              1. The Lamination on it is damaged on the front door( around 10-15 places), at the Drawer and at back side.

                              2. There are lots of scratches all over the almirah.

                              3. The lamination is coming out at the back as if it is not glued properly.

                              4. The boards at left side and middle are irregular and not even, there are gaps in between.

                              5. The key was not delivered with the consignment.


                              I feel cheated on seeing this and it seems Pantaloon Retail has delivered an old & damaged piece.

                              I will not accept this damaged piece and want full refund of amount paid along with compensation for the loss of time and harassment caused to me and my family members.

                              I am not agree the option to choose alternative product as now I can't trust on the quality of Hometown.
                              When I have received the bed on 1st June 2013, the ply A was already damaged and the fitter has given the receipt about the damaged ply but there was no any responce from Hometown. Now after six months the whole bed is broken. How can I trust that the alternative product from Hometown will be of good quality after this worst experience of Hometown.
                              I only want the refund of Rs. 36000/-.

                              At last we go for alternative and choose another bed of 39000 Rs. approx on 01-feb-2014 from amenora hometown pune, which is not delivered yet.
                              We regularly follow up, around 10 times we call at pune hometown also call to customer care, but no any possitive reply.
                              Please, suggest me what I do as next step.

                                Hi, i am Harish Kumar writing this from chennai, i had visited your Bigbazar branch at Velachery Phoenix market city on 08.12.2013 at around 7:30 PM. the challenge for the customer is billing, big lines even though you have more billing counters, i can't blame big bazaar for this since more buyers are there i have to follow the lane for billing, after waiting in the big lanes the billing was done and i am interested in paying thru ticket restaurant coupons for food items and remaining by cash/card to my surprising the cashier says i should inform that i will use ticket restaurant coupons before billing. when i inquired your system should show how much i can use coupons and how much is cash/card, the cashier replied they don't have such system in place, i don't see any display boards what one should do before billing except collect T24 talk time, this is bit annoying other retail outlets has the facility and how come big giant like Big bazaar doesn't have?, i bought one mortein spray which says 500 ML Harpic free, it is not reflecting in the bill finally i have to leave this. The parking in this mall is expensive to my knowledge for a bike 100/- for 2 Hours, there is no point in going to store by paying 100/- for 2 hours unless i want to spend some time. My highest concern here is the billing you should have the facility of redeeming food coupons because many corporate employees take is as part of their salary, hope you understand the challenge, unless this is sorted we can't use coupons in Big bazaar outlets.                                       I had purchased furniture's from home town on 4th Nov'13 which was delivered on 15th Nov'13. After receiving the materials we were informed that the installation team would come within 24 hrs which was not so after following they finally send a person to install the furniture on 17th Nov'13. To our dismay we were surprised the know that the hardware kit was missing in the sealed box supplied to us. The installer confirmed that we would fix up the same within next 2 days which did not happen, our constant followup only proved futile. We finally received a call from their Biwandi warehouse confirming that they dont have the stock of the hardware kit and would another six days since they will require it to call from Nagpur warehouse. The customer service since then as been giving false promises. I have been asking them for a fresh piece which they denied. I dont understand why should a customer face all the agony for the fault of seller. Till date the hardware has not been fixed nor been replaced. I have burnt my fingers by purchasing the furniture's from home town and swear near to never to purchase any thing from there they are the cheaters. I am planning to go to consumer court.

                                        I bought a sofa and office chair from Home town at Aditya mall, Indirapuram on 5th Nov, 13. At the time of buying, they do not have the items in their stock and the sales representative has told me the items will be delivered to you within 10days however I am mentioning the date 17th Nov considering 12days as maximum period in the invoice. To keep the track of my items I was constantly calling the customer support and I always have the same reply of ''your items will be delivered to you on 17th. When I contacted them on 17th, the store person told me that the items are still not received in the store. They have only the chair available but they do not have the sofa which later on they told me is lying somewhere in the other district o[censored]P.I failed to get my items inspite of my constant follow up!!! I have given a new date then which was 20th Nov. I asked them to deliver me the office chair first and later on 20th they can deliver the sofa.The store person agreed but ...no success today on 20th I have not received the chair. I have contacted the customer support today..the first answer I got ''no delivery instruction has out today for your items may be items are not available in the store and you will get the revised delivery date today''. Anyway I was very annoyed with the answer and asked CS to lodge the complaint immediately. I am just waiting to here from them. I want to cancel my order and get my money back if I will not get all my items today. I am serious and I mean it. The item purchased having SO no# [protected]. for any reference purposes. Thanks
