Dear customer care,

MY samrt card no is[protected].

I have a big Tv dish. that would bought last two month ago, I have a plan of Rs 2490/- For 6 month. last month 15th oct I recharsed with Rs 25/- for Gtv. but by mistkae of customer care they had subscribe Gcinema & Gpremier. when i call to custmer care than dicuses with them, they told me dear sir that would happen by mistake becouse of new staff please you one more time recharge with Rs 25/- . After than i again Recharge with Rs 25/- for G tv now than Gtv would started. As discuse with customer care i confirm these chanel Gcinema & G premier will be automaticaly closed after one month . But what happened that, they would not closed, unless they had credited Rs 25/- Form my axtra deposited many Rs 100/- for Gtv & Gprrmier. before some date i had alredy complaint for this but no one respose me. So respected sir Pls resolve my complaint,
Other Wise i will take help of press and also i will take same legal action,

I agree totally with you .I also used reliance big tv and finally throwed it into the dustbin and purchased airtel digital tv and now I am enjoying it much.They are worst charging Rs 25 for popular channels like zee tv in my comments please don't buy dth like tata sky, big tv and sun direct.(WORST DTH IN THE WORLD).

    I had Visited to the Reliance digital on 29-10-08 at Shipra Mall Indirapuram and while having a look at the different products a Sales Man came to me and convinced me that there is a 0% finance scheme on Sony products and you have to pay only Rs.3783 on the monthly basis and after accepting the reasonable deal I purchased the product. The Billing department took my credit card and swiped it for Rs.22, 700/- and confirmed me that in the statement your EMI will be mentioned.

    Surprisingly I received the statement of my credit Card dated 06-11-08 in which the Bank asked me to submit the whole payment of Rs.22700/-. I was shoked as I did not have the money to deposite. I rushed to the Reliance digital & contacted Ms. Rajni who gave me the No. of Mr. Rishi who promised me that the problem will be solved with in 5 days but he never gave me any call and whenever I tried to contact him he talked in very bad manner and finally told me ok it is our fault and do what ever you want to do. When I requested him to give the Senior Officer's No. He stately refused. After this shoking experience of Reliance Digital I advise all the consumer to not to Purchase any product for the Relaince Digital. Now I am trying to contact Consumer Forum to get consumer rights. I will no leave this matter unattended.

    RelianceDigital — Unprofessional people at the store and warehouse

    I bought a refrigerator yesterday at Reliance digital, Banjara Hills, Hyderabad. I found their servcie very unprofessional and irritating. They have a real bad set o[censored]nserious employees. Issues I faced with my dealing -
    1. They do not operate timely, they made their delivery one day later because of rains and then they came without any warning, and i had to rush from office to receive the delivery.
    2. The delivery refused to install the firdge and they told me that a technician would come to do it (they ask for tips as well shame-facedly!!)
    3. It takes a lot of time to connect on the phone numbers that they provide beacuase it is a single line.
    4. On the phone, they told me that there will not be any technician coming for a single door refrigerator installation.
    Now I have to arrange for someone to unpack the refrigerator as I don't think I will be able to manage it myself.
    5. Also, the delivery people tilted the fridge and they carried horizontally into my flat. I always thought that a refrigerator should be held upright beacuse there is a chance of the compressor malfunctioning otherwise.

    Reliance Digital — Cheating of customers

    Hi,

    I purchased a LG 32lg80fr LCD TV from Reliance digital Hyderabad. They had put some 4000 Discount on the model whose price is 40990. They delivered me a Piece having a huge round scratch behind it. I asked the reliance to replace the piece. But they are saying that the discount was for the display piece and also for the damage. they are not even Speaking properly to customers.

    I PURCHASED SAMSUNG M.W.O GILL GW 73VD ON DATED 24 JAN, 2010. BILL NO : C1006, # C1006 AT RELIANCE DIGITAL RETAIL LTD., 74, IST FLOOR CUNNINGHAM ROAD, BANGALORE - 560 052. THEY ARE NOT RESPONDING PROPERLY ON CELL AND CHEATED US REGARDING THE MRP ON BOX MENTIONED RS. 5890/- BUT THEY CHARGED ABOVE MRP RATE RS. 5990/- AND I GOT SCRATCH CARD FOR RS. 300/- THAT ALSO THEY DID NOT GIVEN US.

    I purchased Samsung m.w.o grill GW73VD on dated 24 Jan, 2010. Bill - C1006, # 0069 at Reliance digital Retail Ltd., 74, Ist Floor, Cunningham Road, B'lore - 560 0052.
    They are not even speaking properly to customers & cheat us regarding MRP on the box mentioned Rs. 5, 890/- but they charged Rs. 5, 990/- and I got scratch card for Rs. 300/- that also they didn't give us.

    I have a very bad experience with Reliance trends product quality, the colour was comes out in first wash, So I can say only that I will never purchases anything from Reliance Trends

      With reference to the above subject, I would like to bring into your kind attention that, I have subscribed to BIG TV in the month of May 08. The BIG TV offered 03 months free subscription. After passing period of 03 months, the services and channels have been locked from 19th Aug. 08 by BIG TV Center. At that time I had Rs. 50 balance in my account. Since this time, it is inactive. 04 days before writing this letter (i.e. on 20th Nov. 08), I asked to Customer Care about my account balance, the C.C. executives replied that there is Rs. -270 (negative). It astonished me. I asked for detailed account. But he failed to do so. In reply, he just said that you have use the services and channels more than 03 months. How could I do this ? As the channels were locked from BIG TV and I have no controlling over there to restart it, without making recharge. Now after passing 02 days (i.e. on 22nd Nov.08), I again asked for the reasons behind negative balance, he fails to give answer but he said that you have Rs. -725 (negative) balance in account. Just 04 days before, I have Rs. -270 balance and now, I have Rs. -725 (i.e. Rs. 455 were been credited to my account).
      One thing is not clearing me that, Whenever I click to any channels, a message appears that please subscribe to the channels. i.e. the channels are locked. And if I am not using the channels and services from you, why the monthly subscription is being charging to my account. Its just ridiculous.
      Please, send the monthly statement of account of my Subscriber ID also clarify (reply) and find the reasons behind charging monthly subscription without viewing the channels.
      If you fail to do these, I will have no option except to go for it in Consumer Court. Also send me the details about surrendering BIG TV Services. (Must be shameless for you.)
      An early action is anticipated in this regard.

      Absolutely agree. I am facing the same problem. There is no transparency at all in what they are doing. I need a monthly statement on how they calculate these rates.

      i am from tuni near vizag dist and i want to know about my account details and the screen is showing i have to recharge with in 48 hours of time and the coustamer care no is not available please send me my account details my card no is[protected]
      I agree this is a big fraud. This problem is there with all satelite TV vendors. None of the local staff or the call center are aware of this rule or are acting smart. I went for Airtel. The moment I paid the initial amount the lady over the phone informed me that after the free period the rental charges will be Rs 9 per day i.e. whatever is the initial monthly package (during free period) selected divided by 30 days.The guy sitting in front of me was saying otherwise till I handed over the phone to him and asked the lady to explain the rule to their own employees. There is a Safe custody option wherein they charge 1 Re per day. It seems this has to be used if the customer is not using at any time after the free period. That means you still landup paying Rs 30 per month for not using any channel ! However this is not comunicated anywhere intentionally because otherwise they will not get customers. This is ideal case for consumer court.
      The same is happening with my account too.

        sir/madam,
        My name is Kartikey pratap singh, I am a customer of reliance digital.My address is Chetana boys hostel, Room no.- 106, # 2, jaladarshani layout, M.S.R nagar new BEL road, Bangalore-560054.I have to raise a course of action against "Reliance digital pvt limited, Cunningham road, Bangalore".On the 17 Sept. 2008 at around 2:55 pm i bought a Philips 42" inches(42PFL7482) full hd(1080p) from reliance digital .

        After 2 days i start facing problem with that:-

        1)Images are very blur and hazy when we connect it with HDMI (High-Definition Multimedia Interface) port/connector

        2)Images have very highly contrasted and sharp due to which I have problem like black out in eyes

        3)Display lights are start fluctuating often

        4)Components are not working at a time.( PC and HDMI components)

        In that spam of time( 29 Sept - 14 Oct) i walk in to reliance digital and told about the problem to concern salesperson.then he suggest me to buy a new HDMI (High-Definition Multimedia Interface) connector/cable.we buy HDMI cable of around Rs.7000/- almost.

        After buying that also PROBLEM REMAIN SAME .due to some problem i won't able to contact to them.

        Then, I again walk-in on 31 Oct 2008, and raise a complaint against this defect and ask for rectification. Reliance digital resQ team assure me that within 4 working days Philips service center send a concern person at my place & he will rectify it .BUT NO ONE CAME
        after 15 days I again went to reliance digital and ask regarding my complaint .then he said he raise the complaint online to Philips customer care on 31 Oct itself but nobody responded till know.
        Then i ask him to give complaint no. he said complaint was being register by his backend people& he have to ask him.then when i am full frustrating by waiting and sitting helpless and ideal in front of him .i walk out from there.

        On 19 Nov 2008 Reliance digital send his own person he promise me that he again raise a complaint .he said they didn't raise a complaint on 31 Oct, they raised complaint 1 week earlier (on 12-14 Nov). Now in front of me he again raise the complaint and given me the complaint no.and ask 3 days time. i gave him three days.

        On 22 Nov 2008 Philips authorized service center send his person.in last when i ask him "Is there any complaint regarding me you receive earlier ?" he said "NO" this is the first complaint they receive regarding you(me).That persons are telling lie to me for last 22 days.that means they enjoy that his customers are suffering like that and wasting their money on craps

        NOW I NEED COMPENSATION AGAINST MY MENTAL PRESSURE AND NOT PROPERLY TREATING AS A CUSTOMER AND TELLING LIE THAT IS I NEED "SONY BRAVIA TWO 52" INCHES FULL High-Definition" AND "PHILIPS NEW MODEL AND VERSION OF 42" INCHES FULL High-Definition" AGAINST MY 42" INCHES High-Definition FOR WHICH I HAD PAID

          Hi,

          I have purchased Big TV DTH some time on September end. I swithched over from Tata SKY, after I fed up with them. Almost after 2 weeks it stopped working. From 06/11/08 to till today every day I am calling up the customer care and nobody is bothered to address the issue. Yeterday one guy called up and told he will be visiting me today, but he has not turned up. Please see the mails in this regard. Please please stay away from BIG TV. Now I feel the local 'goonda' cable guy is much better than the coorporate thiefs...

          Hi,

          Please don't keep booking new calls, it would be better to keep the same reference for my complaint till it is called. If you go below and see, already there are 2 calls registered. When I called the help desk there is a call which is booked some time on 08/11/08 or 09/11/08 the call number is 79917493. I would like to keep track of that call, instead of keep registering new calls.

          Thanks for all your mails, but till today my problem remain unaddressed. I am more interested to get my system up and running at the earliest, rather than keeping calling you, as a customer service executive you may know that.

          Yesterday some body called me and called, he will send his technician, but he has not reached yet!!!. If there is no action I would be registering a complaint with the consumer forum tomorrow. This is the final correspondence to inform you about the same.

          Hi,

          My SIM card No is[protected]. Recently I, switched over to Big Tv from Tata Sky thinking that this will be much better than Tata Sky. Even though I was not happy about Tata sky, I never had such disappointing experience from them.

          I would like to take your attention to the pathetic state of your customer service.
          I lost the connection on 08/11/08 (Saturday) night with a message 'Signal interrupted due to rain etc" or some thing similar. Since it didn't come back till Sunday morning, I called up the customer service to complaint and the lady told me it is the problem across the Bigtv network and it will get rectified by evening on it’s on and didn't take the complaint.

          I waited patiently till Sunday night, 10 pm and called up to complain, again they told me to wait for 10 min as they are resetting something and asked me to remove the SIM card, clean it with good cloth, reinsert, remove the power cable, wait for 1 min and then plug in etc, again no complaint is taken. I called up again around 10.30 pm, the same story of 10 pm repeated. The same story repeated at 11 PM also. I was tired and slept.

          On Monday morning around 8pm I called up again to complain, the same story repeated, but more rudely when I told him tI have done all these activities and told him to do something else.
          Then he told me to press the power button on remote for 1 min and then restart, then remove the receiver connection from behind and reconnect. Then go to the set up option and check the signal quality. It was found the signal quality is poor. Then he told me to go and check/set the connection on the receiver, I told him that i am not the technician to check and do the same and asked him to register a complaint. He told me, then that I have to check all these things my self, but he told he will register the compliant and asked me the contact no, alternate number etc, I gave both. Then he wanted the full address, I told him all the info should be available in the system, as I have provided all the details already. The 'gentle man' by name Mr. Muthu Raj, told me I am a 'Waste' ( I don't know what he meant by that. Is that only 'waste' people buy Big TV! or only waste people complain!! Or is it the standard way to address the customer!! ) and disconnected the phone. Then I called up again after 10 min and the lady 'Meena'' confirmed that the complaint was been registered. When i told her I wanted to register a complaint against the CSR, and want to speak to the manager, she held the line for 2 -3 min and told me no mangers are available and some body will call me. A 'waste' me kept the phone down and called up again in the night (Monday night around 10-11 pm) to check when the complaint will be acted up on and one Ujwal told me it will it will take 48 hrs, I told i need to speak to the manger, even though he was not ready initially, he connected to one Mr. Naveen and i explained the whole 'Waste' story to him. He promised that he will take it up and solve the issue ASAP.

          Since on Tuesday till after noon since there was no action I called up again, they told 48 hrs is not yet over and it will be done with in the period. I waited till today 4.25pm and called up the customer service, as the so called 48 secret hrs were over, to my shock, she told me the complaint is closed!!!. Yes, it was a real 'WASTE effort.

          Could you please let me know what I should be doing in such a scenario? I should wait for some action from your side. Please advice. I am a helpless customer of your Big service.

          I have made all the calls from[protected] or[protected] and Complaint no is 79917493, if you are going to track down the issue and want to improve the customer service. These experiences make me think twice when some body asks me about the comparison between Tatasky and Big TV or when think about the data card or any other service from Reliance -ADAG.

          I sincerely hope this could be an abrasion in your customer service and you will do all possible things to weed out such CSR, and solve the customer complaints.

          Recently i had purchased three recharge coupons and out of which only 2 of the cards got recharged but one of the card worth 100 rupees did not get the recharge done

          Please note the serial numbers for the recharge cards mentioned below and find out if the recharges can be checked and the same are credited to my account.

          The recharge was done on the 25 rupee card and one of the 100 rupee card

          I am not sure about the 100 rupee card number which got recharged.
          but i request the BIG Tv support personnel to look into my greviances.

          This recharge was done for "Starter Plan 3"

              I have been having issues with Big TV signal Quality. Most of the time it says poor Quality signal and no channels show up. I have been calling the customer care for more than 3 weeks now and my issue has not been resolved.

              A good joke is that some one from their end has closed the ticket saying that they spoke to me and the issue was resolved where i had not received any contact on that specified date.

              I would rather provide a Negative feedback on the Quality of service provided by Big tv. Bangalore.

              I have been having same issues with Big TV lost signal.                 I have taken BIG TV subscription on Multiple Set Top Box Scheme in which installation charges Rs 500/- will be discounted on second set top box. My smart card no. of both the set top boxes are[protected] &[protected]. On the first connection I have paid 2990/- & for the second one Rs 2490/-. On both I have chosen PREMIUM PACK for six month which is under the offer by the company. On my smart card no.[protected] they have activated POPULAR PACK.For which I have made complaint on their toll free no. on 03rd NOV 08 the complaint no. is 79408318, the complaint has been rejected because their executive has not mention that my connection is under Multiple Set Top Box Scheme. Again I have registered second complaint on dated 08 NOV 08 under complaint no. 79815468. But my compaint is still pending.The company is claiming for solving of compalint with in 48 hrs but in my case almost 9 days has been passed. Kindly help me out.

                Please note that I have made a BIG mistake by buying big tv.

                I have mailed earlier also but no reply and no solution as well.

                On 24 OR 25 Feb, I called cce & inqured about different packs available. the cce on the other side informed about a pack of Rs.196/- and even informed about the negetive charges of Rs. 24/-. She said altogether you have recharge of Rs.220/-. I was satisfied.

                In the evening at 2030 I recharged my Big tv with Rs. 225/- & called cce to inform to activate my big tv.But the person on the other side said it will take 4 hours to activate.So you call us after 4 hrs and then only we will activate your Rs.196/- pack. I even said that you note down my request and activate it after 4 hours, but the man on the other side said you have to call us.This is not my job. Never Mind.

                On next day morning again I called cce and asked them to activate my big tv, but as usual a new problem, lady on the other side said that it is not possible to activate Rs.196/- pack on your big tv because your total available balance is Rs.195/-. You have Re 1 less in your account, so you have to recharge with Rs. 10 more in order to get Rs.196/- pack & again call us to inform about the recharge.( MARTA KYA NA KARTA) I also did. (recharged)

                After recharge I inform them and asked them how long will it take to activate. she said 10 min.
                I was happy thinking finally I made it.

                In the afternoon, I come to know that the BIG SMART guys have activated Rs.110/- pack on my big tv.I again called cce & informed about this but they say nothing can be done now.YOU HAVE TO BEAR US FOR 1 MONTH.

                HA ! HA ! HA !!!
                what a BIG fool you make of people.

                  The interface is very bad and the switching of channels is too slow that at times its very frustrating .

                  Have complained many times at customer care but i think that they are not able to solve the problem as they always tell useless methods and try to avoid !!

                  Till now, big tv is hopeless.
                  I have bought Big Tv and Iam not getting the channels as per my scheme and whenerver I call up customer care they say their SLA is 48 hours, but that 48 hours wont never come...Iam really afraid that they are just ignoring every complaint...Anyonne has got any idea about where to register case against this...

                  5. But till now they didn't turn up to resolve this issue, every day I have to give wakeup call to listen their excuses, and I have to obey their immoral commitment.

                  6. This is really ridiculous and no way acceptable, enough is enough...! please take out your connection and get my money back .

                  7. Even I have spoken to Supervisers Named Miss Usha on 08th Nov, 9th Nov Mr yogesh and Mr ferozshaikh on 11 Nov But till now no action from Big TV.

                  8. I can only say to the public PLEASE DON'T BUY " BIG TV ", and don't become a victim LIKE ME.

                  I have bought BIG TV on 19th November 2008. From day of installation my STB is not working properly. It goes in hang mode. I have called many times to customer care but every time they told me that this problem will rectify in some times. But problem is as usual. My STB working too slow and many times it goes in hanging mode. At that time I am anable to change the channel and more on. For get rid of this problem i have to switch off my STB from electric board and again restart it. It takes too much time. I think it's worst DTH service of India. I want to replace it from any other DTH service available in India. Is it possible? I will give antenna and STB to other DTH provider and they will installed his antenna and STB at my home.                     I purchased a HP Desktop from Reliance Digital on 2nd Nov 2008 from Ambiance Mall in Gurgaon. While buying the PC, I was assured by their sales executive that installation of the product and one year onsite warranty of the PC would be handled by their executives without any complains. Also, when I asked if we can install the PC ourselves, he helped me by telling that if anything goes wrong, you will be in a fix when you bring back the PC to Reliance Digital.
                    The person for installing the PC was expected to report within 24 hours. I waited for him to turn up. No one even called up for taking an appointment for installing the PC. When I called up next day at the Reliance Digital landline number which is[protected] they told that the request to install PC has not yet been transferred to the nearest Reliance Digital showroom, from where the guy was supposed to come. The female (named Anu), assured that the guys would come to install PC by evening.
                    I again waited, and no one turned up again. I called again in the late evening to check the status, and this time, the male guy told me that because my request reached so late at the nearest desk, no one was able to attend the request. He assured me that an executive would contact me the next morning and then, my PC would be installed.
                    Comes day 2. No one called up until noon. I called them again to check the whereabouts of the guy. Instead of telling me the status, the female handed me a complaint number, assuring that the guy will turn up by evening for sure. I waited till 5 PM, and this time, I was so pissed off, I asked them to take back the PC!! Then finally the female (again, it was Anu), gave me the number of the guy (from Shipra Mall in ghaziabad), and asked me to contact him.
                    I called up the Shipra Mall number. Initially it went busy for indefinite time. But finally it clicked. I talked to Mr Lalit on the other side and he accepted that our request is with him since yesterday afternoon and he has been "thinking" of starting from Shipra Mall since morning!! What the hell... he has been thinking!! What has happened to Mr Ambani? What kind of employees have he employed in his stores, who just "think" of performing tasks but never does it.

                    More than installation what worries me is, one year onsite warranty with Reliance Digital for my PC. For fixing a small thing, these guys would be thinking of coming to fix the problem rather than doing it.

                    Please improve your customer service Mr Ambani, else you wont be able to get the trust of the general public in your products!!

                      I bought LCD TV on 20th September from Hyderabad Reliance Digital Store. But I asked them to delivery it on 8th of October and then I called them to delivery the product on 1st October itself. After several follow up calls the product delivered on 6th October. The funny thing here is, the service persons and delivery boys gives a blank call to your contact number and you should call them back to answer their questions. They are lay man without any knowledge. If you are not careful, your product might delivery to different door also. Why because I got a call from the different house owner that they are delivering the products to them.

                      After several calls to Service Center, finally on 9th October, the technician came to install the TV and realized that the bracket was not correct and told he will place it in 2 days but the 2 days is continuing for 2 weeks still I didn't get the bracket back. I am deeply regretting myself why I bought it from Reliance. I don’t know how long they will take to place the bracket. I am thinking now to go for Customer Court.

                      I will suggest my friends and relatives to keep away from Reliance Digital, they are very poor in service.

                            I purchased a Invertor from Reliance Digital stores on thrid week April 2008.

                            The same came after 48 hours of promised delivery. Engineer came to install after 96 hours of promised delivery/installation.

                            All this happened after multiple chasing etc.

                            The set supplied was defective as the main switch was not working. The same was replaced after m, ultiple follow ups.


                            Within two months of Instal the Set had a break down, on checking the Engg informed that some PCB inside had burnt. The same was replaced.


                            Again after 3 months of working the invertor set is not working. We have complained but no one comes.

                            Please arrange for replacement / refund

                              On 8th Oct, i paid for 3 split AC, LG make from Reliance Digital store, vashi, navi mumbai on the condition that the ACs will be delivered on the next day, 9th Oct. My condition was very clear - del on 9th as i had to club the material by truck which was arranged for 9th. 9th eve at around 7.30 i got a call from reliance stating del was not possible and earliest date is now 12th oct. when i threatened to cancell the order, the guy on line, to my utter surprise, was happy to do the same. However i went today morning to check the same. I was told different reasons - from problem in system to out of stock. Meeting the store in charge Mr Indrmani Singh was absolute frustration. He was not interested in addressing my complaint and on the contrary showed lot of attitude. The other colleague of him were startled at his attitude and were sorry. But the guy was too egoistic.
                              I am still waiting to get delivery/ money back.

                              And this is the second same instance in as many dealings with the store.

                              I will never visit the store again and will suggest all friend to keep away.

                              i hope good sense prevails over some of the senior management and services are improved, else Mr Ambani should understand that these are not monopoly goods and we have lot of options.

                              I would like Reliance digital management to know about certain things which they might not be aware of. I hope they wake up & take some action against the casual attitude, else the brand name would not be able to save itself for long & die a slow death like many others...

                              On 30'th July I bought one Sony Ericsson phone from Reliance Digital store located in Shipra Mall, Indirapuram, Ghaziabad. The phone stopped functioning with in 3 days & I brought it back to the Reliance store. I spent a whooping 13, 000 rs on the phone, so I was expecting some service.
                              I am not saying its anybody's fault, I can understand a particular product might be faulty, but then since it stopped working with in 3 days, I thought Reliance would immediately offer me to replace the phone. But, to my shock, the store people refused to take any responsibility & asked me to go to the service station.

                              I said if I had to do that I would have bought the product from the grey market at may be 2-3K less. After an argument, they agreed to send it to service station.

                              Since then, (4'th of August & today 10'th of September), I haven't received my phone. And the worst part is whenever I call the store, different people will give me different stories altogether.

                              They asked me to come thrice to the store claiming that my hand set is back & it had no problem, but whenever I went there, the problem still remained.

                              I even offered some choices, I said I am not asking you to return my money, but I'll buy another phone of same or higher price & you please adjust this amount in that, rest is between you and the vendor, why are you making me suffer for that. Nobody knew the rules.

                              One day they say, ok sir, we'll give you 13000 INR worth coupens & you buy whatever you want, I was even agreeing for that, but then they'll change the stand, ohh sorry sir, that can not be done.


                              I have lost faith in Reliance as a brand. I am also a professional & our top priority is customers. We have all the powers to bend the rules to keep customer deligted. I was so shocked to see a store manager couldnt do anything for over a month.

                              I had to buy another phone because you can understand how important that would have been in my profession. Forget about those damages, I am till today not able to get a solution from anybody. Its easy to establish a brand name but it is so difficult to maintain it.

                              I tried writing some mails to senior people in Reliance Digital but those have also gone to the trash bin it seems..

                              I think Reliance people are not understanding the power of media. I have already disassociated my self from Reliance Digital for ever & sent a mail within my organization which has over 800 employees to not to visit these stores again. Even if half the people take my advice, I would feel the job done. With emails, blogs, the message spreads like a fire.

                              May be these people think that they are too big to be affected by these things, but my friends, all the big fires start from a spark..

                              Take my advice guys..dont visit this so called fancy stores..buy the products from small vendors. They'll do anything to keep the customers happy..

                                Next day the set of box was not functioning.
                                My Complaint No 76776837 given by Big TV on 27th Sept 2008.
                                Till date the Problem has not be solved.In spite of several complaints through CUSTOMER CARE SERVICE by Phone and Emails.Even local office also.Response that i get from them is false promise of attending to the problem But nothing is been done.
                                I have never seen such A WORST SERVICE from any organization PATHETIC is the word for service

                                  I bought big tv on 27.08.08, they installed on 29.08.08, since 29th Sep 08 regional channels are not coming, same i complainted at customer care, they told that wrongly activated another package instead of telugu package and they forwarded the request to change the package to telugu. 9days gone till date no action has been taken, they daily telling that within 48hrs they will solve. but till date that 48 hrs not came. this is big tv. really we are boring with big tv.

                                    HI i purchased BIG TV from Rajkumar, I way net teck, Royapettah.

                                    He is such a fraud guy that he will never take care of after sales.
                                    I am seeing a blank screen with this horrible settop box and this guy has not recharged at all..
                                    When i found this myself, i asked him for the recharge coupon.
                                    He is saying some junk reasons daily not sure how is managing to make up all sorts of nonsense reasons.
                                    Finally he says, he cannot provide me and i can complain wherever i want!!

                                    so people, i am not sure about other big tv dealers, , but please never ever buy from this guy.

                                      I have Purchased one LG Make Microwave Oven in March 2008, the Touch Pad is not working from last 3 weeks inspite of various follow up, No body attended.

                                      They do not have the Proper Inventory Management for the Spare parts lying with them, even the items shown in thier show room.

                                      No commitment and customer feedback if not able to attend due to any Technical reason.

                                      I purchased a Hitachi Window AC from Reliance digital, Shipra Mall. The service was pathetic from delivery to installation. Then after they contacted me for a extended warrenty for Rs. 1400 which included 4 services throughout the year. Since then they did a service once and then after i have been calling them but they dont respond. Recently they gave me a call no. [protected] on 27th Jan and then 7th Jan 2010 but no one has come to attend the service. When i call there customer service at[protected], they hold my call and then cut it and treat as I am getting a punishment for buying from Reliance digital.

                                      Please help, this group doesnt seem interested in business but harrassing people for their benefit and foolong public by such extented warranty.

                                      I have purchased a VOLTAS AC 1.5 Ton from Reliance Degital Shipra Mall on 18.04.2010 around 2 pm, with a request to kindly deliver it to my residence by 6.00 pm same day as I have a fixed programme.

                                      AC came at 9.30 pm and after calling/requesting the delivery guy atleast 8 times.

                                      Today 19.4.2010 installation man to come at 2.00 pm but no one turns up, I inquired their customer care they told me that the man is on the way to your house & they also gave me the cell number of the installtion man. Now I phoned the installion man he btold me that he has no informartion regarding the installtion of ac. I phoned back to the customer service no ([protected]) the lady told me that installtion man is lying to you as has to installed atleast 20 acs today, I joked that can a person installed 20 ac in a day, she told me yes as their trained person are regularly installing 20 to 25 acs daily
                                      now the installion man comes, & he demands Rs 500 for the installion as some woodwork was required as per him & for this he will not give any reciept. I told him that that installion is free, then he told me that free installion means that you shows us where we have to put the ac.


                                      As installion person refused to installed the ac without Rs 500.00 rupees I tried to contact the reliance showroom but there was no response then I had to go to their showroom at shipra mall & their I tried to inquire about 100% installion in cash memo no one gave me the correct version . Ultimately a good friend Mr. Sanjay Kumar of reliance jumped to returned me the entire amount as per cash memo as he can not handle a customer like me. He has promised me on 20.4.2010 as man will come to my house and will take back the ac and by evening I will get my money back.

                                      I have paid 2 times the parking fees at & shipra mall just for purchasing ac & becauase of Sanjay Kumar I was to settled to take my money back.I also tried to convince Mr. Sanjay to reimburse me installion amount of Rs400.00 As fixed by their store but he told me that it is not a policy of reliance digital.
                                      We had purchase washing machine of BPL sanyo and at present its not working properly ask for service centre they confirm that the company has been closed we request you to put the material in Reliance showroom only for the reputed companies which are having some more life to stand in the market

                                      I bought carrier window ac in may 2008, from day one some gas started leaking in the ac and a very foul smell came out of ac when it was started, i called reliance they said that it was the manufacturing defect and some ac's with the same lot developed this p[roblem, and they assured it will work fine now, we thought it is ok... after 6 months ac stopped cooling, mechanic came and said gas was leaking and then gas was filled in it, it all happened with in 6months of buying the ac, then onwards whenever you want that carrier ac to cool, gas is needed to be filled in it.
                                      Now tell me what was my fault, was it only that i believed on Reliance??????

                                        I have bought Big tv before 45 days. Suddenly one day I got problem with the signal. I have made a complaint to Customer Care on 13th Sep 2008. They gave me feedback that their service man will come within 48 hours. But no one came and kept on complaining in customer care. The fellow who spoke to me last on 26th sep 2008 gave me a rough response and he ghave me a complaint no[protected]. He promised me that his service men will come within 48 hours. Until now no one has attended our problem. we have fed up complianing to the customer care and shop keeper. We have hardly watched Big Tv for hardly 25 days and we need back our money.                                         WE ARE FACING LOTS OF PROBLEM AND TOLL FREE NO IS ENGAGED EVEN AFTER A 20 MINUTES.WE CAN SEE ONLY BLUE SCREEN.
                                        I want to go for DTH and I surfed through the services available in market. I was interested in BIG TV because of better technology (MOEG4) but I was shocked that nobody at Reliance Communication Center is responsing me properly.

                                        i am not agreeing the above comment, my cust id no.is[protected] and i am using big tv from when they started this service in india, once i got problem in set top box i called the person from whom i got connection, he forwarded me to customer care and have taken proper action to recover my problem . and they gave new set top box also .one more think about big tv, if our remote is not functioning properly they are replacing that also. so i'm very much satisfied with big tv and their customer service.
                                        They are not doing anything. Really they are stupid. They are not even properly responding me for the issues. I transfered the money but they are saying like they didn't get money. Last four days they are doing like this... ..

                                        i dont think these big tv guys or mr.anil ambani have any shame 2 go through these reviews...if they cant provoide service they better dont sell anything...i have a signal problem with my big tv and placed more than 5 complaints in 10 days..the standard answer is that my previous complaint is closed...but how???...no tech is bothered 2 come after placing numerous request..i have already mailed in all my friends email ids (nearly 1000) both official and personal cautioning them not to buy Big -tv..their call center guys are picked up from the nearby fish markets who can hardly speak english...shame on u Big-tv...i really dont know what i have purchased Big tv or BLOOD PRESSURE...WILL BE POSTING THIS REVIEW IN MANY CONSUMER SITES POSSIBLE..

                                        Dear Team,

                                        I wish to bring to your notice that your services were disconnected without prior information or notice. I was experiencing a issue with the telugu regional pack which I reported to Customer Service on several occasions yet the issue was never resolved. And also i was asked to recharge Rs 17 for setmax but they have deducted Rs 5 and saying that balance is very less to activate Setmax channedl. I was not discounted for the inconvenience caused by the dismissal of the telugu regional pack service. Whenever I call Customer Service to report this issue, I was assured of a resolution within 24 hours of my call yet it was never resolved. For the complaint I placed on few days back I was responded only in the first week of April yet without resolution. Adding to my woes, in recent times I was forbidden from calling Customer Service by dialing the toll free number, since my number was blocked.

                                        I trust I have waited patiently enough and every hope of a resolution seems lost. On the whole I am totally frustrated with the services of Big TV and therefore constrained to contemplate on withdrawing my subscription.

                                        I bought a water purifier but installation not done yet after 72hrs. When ever I called the shop ( myself 4 times and my wife 3 times) either they kept me hold or else asking all delivery details again and again. They don't have proper information rather given wrong information.
