BIG TV - Poor after sales & hopeless service
I have taken, so called, Big TV in the month of april 2008. There is dellay in installation.. The same has been intimted to their call centre by way of complain (17 to 18 time complains), they promised that an engineer would come and istall it in some days. Till date i have made 18 complaints and their engineer is yet to come... Reliance, which is present in almost all the business sectors, is offering such worst service... i am not at all happy with their service. As a pilot project, they have launched this only for the pco of reliance, if this is the kind of service they are offering to reguller customer, just imagine what will they offer to an unknown consumer...

Dear sir,
I purchases one ONIDA TV on 15th November 2010 and I got one gift coupon No;[protected]. After that i call to ccc [protected] to this number several time and they gave us appointments.Till they never came to instal Dish TV.They have no response and time punctuality.Please take care and do the needful.

big tv reliance — Not get connection after paying money for Big Tv before 4 days

Hi,

We have taken Big TV connection But theay have not come fix that antina since 4 days. We are simply calling customer care and updating ,there is no use of it. Poor service is giving by reliance. I tried to send mail to reliance big tv officers for helping on this. There is no use.

my name is G.KALYAN CHAKRAVARTHY i am taking big tv connection on october . i paid hte amount in bank check .that check is issued by andra bank .i paid 2980 by check.they are givien only one connection another is not given they are sending one check by axis bank by the amount of 1490.but htey are written the name wrongly .i am given complaint so many times they are not give any response thats y i am given complaint through to u so plese take this complaint and slove this early.my contact no is [protected].and i am given my card no also[protected]
Yes its absolutly true. They are No. One cheater in the World.They say one thing and do another thing.
The Service of reliance Big Tv is poorest than any dth service in india, i am facing a re-installation issue from last four days in Gurgaon area. my smart card no. is[protected].Every time i make a call on [protected] Customer care executive asked me for confirmation of my current address. i have provided the same in number of time even than no action has been taken at their end. The CCE behavior while communication with customer is quite poor.Now i am planning to switch to another DTH Service who can provide a good service to their respective customer.

I personally request the all DTH subscriber never go for Reliance Big TV DTH Service. They will make you Crazy by providing their quite Bad Services.

I was purchased Reliance BigTV connection almost 1 months, since around 33 days I am getting message No Signal Found message on the TV Screen & I did all the possible things to make to correct but it didn’t work out so I approached Reliance Big TV customer care on 09 Mar 2011, they taken complaint & they closed the complaint with out attending with in 2 days(As per their policy it should be done with in 48 Hrs).After that I call customer care & I come know about closing of call & they taken one more complaint, but till today they closing the call with out attending the same. Even I try to spoke with Supervisors but the persons who took the call every time they will say person is not in seat, He is meeting or busy same thing happening since 33 days. Once I got chance to spoke with Rajeshwari & Karthik (Floor supervisor) she assured that it will be done in 2 days but same problem is repeating since 33 days. I used to spend 1- 3 hours in phone call almost once in 5 days. Even I was written complaint to email ID mentioned in web site but that’s of no use.
I also agree with the so called big TV service.

They are making us ours as fools.

I wont buy any reliance product.

My name is D S Paunikar, residing at new delhi, andrew ganj.
it is to state that mr ajay who had come to my residence on 22/05/2011 to buy big tv
connection. he convinced me and i agree to buy or subscribe.
i had given him 1490 /- cheque. he told me that it will be installed
in within 7 days. on 5/5/2011, installation completed on 14th day.
But still not activated. i have made no. of calls to amarjeet singh
(head in delhi) on[protected]. he assure me that it will be activated soon.
till date, time is 1725 hrs, it has not been activated. My card no. is

It is, therefore, requested u to kindly look into the matter and
do something of this type of service.

I live in Coimbatore and my BIG TV Sim Card No is[protected].I paid Rs:3, 000 on 08102010 towards renewal of my Diamond Pack, and last week suddenly transmission was stopped. We have a service Centre for BIG TV at Coimbatore called Baby Electronics, who never bother about any customer enquiries, and the service they provide on behalf of BIG TV is to be experienced to believe. Such a hopeless Communication Company, just to spoil the name of the great visionary, late shri Dhirubhai.
The Company should feel ashamed to loot ordinary subscribers, and history has always proved, that these type of companies which try to encash profits overnight shall bite the dust
My smart card number is[protected]. Today i.e. on 23/8/2011 Big TV has unncecessaryily activated igames without activation request and when contacted toll free number [protected], they have squarely rejected for deactivation. This is too much on the part of Reliance Big TV, when there is no request from consumer, Now I am filing this written complaint. I request Big TV to immediately respond to this complaint and stop giving unnecessary connection to igames. I also request the amount deducted to remit back to my account.

This is Not a BIGTV it's a BIG froud.
I think this is a Big scam in DTH industry. Firstly Reliance BIG TV announced that this is under the Modi digital program you used PM name to do the scam. Second you told us this is just few days open pre booking but pre booking still continue & your deadline end it's crossed 55 days but no one contact customers, also customer care executive also don't know the installation when done. I have also one of you who booked BIGTV ID is 12517589 in 2 March the same problem i have facing now. So questions is what next, Firstly I want my pre booking Amount RS. 499/- return back with interest because Reliance BIG TV Owner is responsible for All this froud. We still waiting for installation & I want to remember you that you crossed your deadline so you using my money 2march to till now . I want my money back with interest rate which is bank give us. Otherwise I will go CONSUMER COURT Against BIGTV. Also open campaign against you in media
