my smart card no.[protected],[protected]

on 13 march 2010 my account balance was 252.90 . on 14 mar 2010 it just 161.86 left. taking out services charges of 17, Rs. 74 deducted illegally and they are not able to give me any proper reason. plz help.

Main bahut he pareshan ho kar complaint kar rahi hun maine sundey (14.3.2010) ko complaint ke thi lakin koye bhi engineer nahi aaya sirf phone kar dete hain ki hum kal 10 am main aayege lekin koye bhi nahi aata hai, mai office ke liye bhi roj late ho jati hun, Phir bhi koye engineer nahi aata. mai sundey se 10 time complaint kar chuki hun, lakin koye sunvae nahi hai. Mr. Satendra & Mr.Mukesh thik se response nahi de rahe hain.     my smart card no[protected], i recharged my a/c with Rs- 420 on 11/1/10 because i selected bronze pack & ZEEtv for three months and the amount for three months of bronze pack is Rs-362 which is discount of 5% & for zee tv is rs-51..but after recharge the deduction was on the basis of monthly,i.e 127+17 for one month in spite of many complaints lodged with customer care the problem is not solved yet. the service of big tv is very poor and the team leaders of customer care are very irresponsible at there service.and after a month when i checked my balance i was shocked to see that they started deducting amount @ 149+17. when i called customer care they are arguing that the pack rate was not 127 during the month of jan, i called customer care twice before recharging & took the information about the pack & then recharged with rs-420 (i.e 362+51) bigtv not only provides very poor service but also frauds with customers.

    I HAVE PURCHASED RELIANCE BIG TV SET TOP BOX 1 YEAR BACK,IN THE MONTH OF MAY 2010WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE RS.55 HAS BEEN DEDUCTED WHEREAS I HAVE NOT REQUESTED FOR ANY SPECIAL CHANNELS. PL GET IT REFUNDED AT EARLIEST.

      We had paid Rs. 400 for monthly subscription for "Platinum Plan" on 1st March, 2010 and on the 9th March, 2010 we got a sms that they had activated the film called "I CANT THINK STRAIGHT" which we had not even asked them to activate. This was done without our knowledge. This activation was also not mentioned while I had paid for subscription.

      Also on the 9th March, 2010 they reduced the amount of Rs. 400 to Rs. 185 (within 9 days).

      Furthermore, when I asked them to deactivate the film, I was told that they will charge me Rs. 50 to do so.

        I had bought your BIG TV connections in September 2009 and having sim card no.

        Sorry to say, I had recharged BIG TV connection through net banking from HDFC Bank on dated 4th March , 2010 at about 2 pm. Details of recharge for 500 each is as under:
        1)Ref.no.[protected] BIG TV bill desk no. MHDF[protected]-BIG TV BILL DESK. Rs 500/-
        2)Ref.no.[protected] BIG TV bill desk no. MHDF[protected]-BIG TV BILL DESK. Rs 500/-
        3)Ref.no.[protected] BIG TV bill desk no. MHDF[protected]-BIG TV BILL DESK. Rs 500/-
        For this recharge, I had approached to your helpline from 4th March to till date i.e., 9th March 9, 2010 but there is no response, the call attended by senior personnel 1) Vandana 2) Satvant Kaur 3) Sumit 4) Malti 5) Kavita but they all are playing one song “Sir please wait 48 hrs”. On 8th march 2010, I talked to Mr. Johnny on his cell No 93102090 about my recharge problem but they don’t respond to me. They told me to talk to Mr., sanjeev about this problem and his No. is [protected], but Mr., Sanjeev also gave me sweet lolly pop.
        IS THE DHIRUBHAI AMBANI SON’S COMPANY?
        On 8th march i request for disconnectionon of BIG TV connection the request lodge at helpline 9:50am which was attended by Ms. Kavita and holding complaint no is [protected].and take out your Disc ,Setup Boxand Remotby 12th march2010.BIG TV and refund Rs 1500/- to my account and a call received from on 10th march from BIG TV No..[protected] sir recharge amount Rs.1500/-tranfer to your account .Today i.e 14th march 2010 again i received a call from BIG TV No..[protected] at 9.15am the recharge amount Rs.1500/ uploade in BIG TV account.
        Sir what is the fun when i made a request for disconnectionon of BIG TV connection they inform me your recharge amount is tranfer to BIG TV account .
        I am not interested to make any relation with such type of fake company which are harassment to innocent customer. please refund my recharge amount Rs.1500/-

        Sir,

        No.[protected]
        I have given complain for changing of my address from Visakhapatnam to Secunderabad on 15.02.2011at 10.45pm & got request no is[protected], I have given my full new address & got confirmation of the new address, they told me they will send the person within 48hrs to my new address & company will deduct Rs. 350.00 for the charge of transferation.

        But I surprise to know by voice mail that on 17.02.2011 morning they were deducted Rs. 175.00 from my A/C & no body has come to do the connection at my new address.

        Then I got connection to the customer care I came to know that they have send the person to my old address & new address still with them but they are not able to relocate the address, again they given a new complain no. to me regarding adress change :[protected] & other one for deducting of money :[protected], What a poor service, on 17.02.2011 they are again telling it will take 48hrs again to do the connection at your new address.

        A company is related to service industry can do like this?

        Are to sure you can do the best service in future for me?

          Dear Sir,
          I have a DTH connection from Reliance Big TV. Account in my balance is 0 and company stopped my services, It is OK. But how can company stop free to air channel,they are showing only DD Gyan Darshanin account of free channel. Around 40 -45 channels are free to air then how can a company can charge for all these channel.
          Kindly take a look on it. This is a serious issue why customer pay for free channels.

            I recharged my BigTV account on 25th Feb 2010 for 1600/-. The amount is deducted from my bank balance but its not reflected in my BigTV account. I have registered many complaints with all the needed information, even the snapshot of the "Successful transaction" from my online bank service.

            everytime I call they take a new complaint saying that the old complaint is closed. Now they hav cut my services saying I have not recharged on time. We are not able to watch TV for the past 2 days and I dont know what to do.

            It is causing a lot of trouble for me. And there is no proper communication from the customer care people.

            Please help me

              I purchased Reliance BIG TV connection one year back. I purchased set top box, dish etc with smart card. They declared an offer of one year subscription free. During the period of one year I could view certain channels as per the package. Also certain features are not working in their settop box. No response from their end for my complaint. As I am not satisfied I did not renew/recharge my account. Now, they de-activated the connected and demanding me to return the set-top box and dish and frequently sending 2-3 person and disturbing me and also my family friends in my absence

              Please give me a solution
              Reliance Big TV is just a piece of crap. There are many features not there. and its so laggy. You can call them tell your problem:

                I would like to inform you about your services my customer Id[protected].

                First i compaint regarding power supply is not comming in setup box on dated 01 feb 2010 at 21:13 complaint no[protected].
                Next day on dated 02 feb -2010 11:30 AM, I recieved SMS your issue was resolved without sending any engineer.
                Again complant on dated 11 Feb 2010 08:47 AM complaint no[protected] but till date not response from your side.

                Once again I complaint on date 16th Feb 2010 complaint no[protected].

                Still my problem not solved

                  I purchased Big TV from Suryah Firm ,3-B Taramani 100ft road,velachery,Chennai-600042 on 10/feb /2010 by paying Rs 1790.00.The Shop owner told me that with in 48 hours reliance people will install the Big TV in my house. Now it is 13/feb/2010 now such thing happens .I call the customer care again and again, but no solution yet. Every time they are telling that today they will install .But nothing happens till now.
                  I called to Mr. Mani (executive Big Tv, mobile no-[protected]) to install it as soon as possible .But no result yet. Also I inform to reliance web World regarding the issue.
                  So requesting you to please help me on this. Please find below the details of My Big Tv connection .

                    i feel delighted to have joined the bigtv sufferers list today.i can say RELIANCE IS THE MOST UNETHICAL BUSINESS HOUSE IN INDIA.It's not trustable,reliance just knows how to cash money by cheating people.
                    One marketing person posing as manager in marketing from reliance has approached us to explain about latest offers fom bigtv.he instead was from appco.he said we would get all the regional channels as free for life.after paying the cheque for an amount of 1490,we got a cal 4m mumbai to verify and asked us to pay 300 for technician who comes to install the equipment,but it was said earlier by the so cald reliance manager that the whole dish vld come in 1490 itself.we rejected it,later we cald the manager in disguise but to our surprise he never attended our cal.after two days he cald us abck and said 300 vld be the final extra money for bigtv smart card.we agreed to that in the hope that we vld get all telugu channels for free for lifetime.after installation today,it's found that we are getting only 5 telugu channels,we tried calling that reliance manager(he's from appco in disguise) but he never lifts the cal.we felt cheated by reliance and appco.now we dont need it as we get all channels with our normal cable operator .now we are forced to keep it or sell it.reliance is now cheating customers in this fashion.

                        Sir,

                        I had bought Reliance BIGTV in Sep'08. My smart card no is[protected].
                        23rd jan'10 midnight suddenly my set of box stops working. I lodged a complaint to customer care on 24th jan'10 about this. My Service request no is[protected]. on 26th jan'10 reliance engineer cam to my home he checked all things and told me you have to replace set of box and they will replace set of box with new set of box on chargable basis of Rs. 800 or 850 and they will keep my old set of box because set of box and other things are RELIANCE BIGTV property. Since all things are RELIANCE BIGTV property they should change my set of box will minimum replacement charge. They were telling I am out of locking period even though last time I reached for complete one year. Means they are collecting all charges of new set of box from me only being it is a RELIANCE BIGTV property. After that on 27th Jan'10 I again spoke in REIANCE BIGTV customer care they again refused to change my Set of box

                        Till date nobody had replied on my complaint from RELIANCE BIGTV.

                        I am only loosing money because my single day is passing out and my subscription period is lapsing day by day.


                        Please help me out as soon as possible.

                          I HAVE MY BIG TV CONNECTION AND MY SMART CARD NO:IS [protected].
                          BY MISTAKE ,AT THE TIME OF MY RENEWAL OF BIG TV CONNECTION ON 05/10/2009, I HAVE PAID AN AMOUNT OF RS.1328 TWICE THROUGH MY FRIEND’S CREDIT CARD.
                          FOR REFUND OF THE EXCESS AMOUNT OF RS.1328 I HAVE GIVEN ABOUT 16 E-MAILS TO BIGTV CUSTOMER SERVICE AND TO the Chennai nodal officer.,FOR THE PAST TWO MONTHS, I AM BEING INFORMED THAT THE EXCESS AMOUNT OF RS.1328 WILL BE REFUNDED.
                          SO FAR I HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE AMOUNT AND WHENEVER I ASKED CUSTOMER SERVICE THEY ARE TELLING THAT “YOUR MATTER” IS WITH THE CONCERNED DEPARTMENT AND THEY WILL DO IT.
                          EVEN AFTER NEARLY MORE THAN TWO MONTHS I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY AMOUNT.
                          now they have cleverly stopped to respond to my recent e-mails.
                          SOFAR I HAVE GOOD OPINION ABOUT THE SEVICES OF RELIANCE ADA GROUP.
                          NOW I DONOT KNOW WHY THEIR SERVICE IS THIS MUCH DETERIORATED.

                          SOMETHING IS WRONG WITH BIGTV SET UP.

                            The DTH service provided by Reliance Dhirubhai ambani group as a name of BIG TV was purchased by me on the month of November 2008 from Gopal Radio,Obra Distt. Sonebhadra Uttar Pradesh.During purchasing of the set i have assured for the warranty period of 1 year. From September 2009 there is a problem occurred in my setup box ID No.[protected]. Regarding this i have complaint several times to the service center as well as the customer care contact no provided by the service provider. On giving complaint the customer care executive were assure again & again that hte service engineer will reach and rectify the problem.but from last 4 months no one is coming.
                            Due to this problem i was not getting the service and also facing economical & mental losses.

                            Big Tv DTH Service — set-up box issue

                            Dear Consumer Forum Team,
                            This is to inform you that i had taken Big Tv DTH Service 4 months back, that moment only few of the customers were getting the connection, officially Big tv was not launched.
                            I was happy to use the Big Tv Service, after one month o[censored]sing this, my set box (Big Tv) started a problem (In a stand -By mode) not able to see any channels.
                            I made more than 4 complaints regarding this, and has been lodging the complain for last 2 months, every time Big Tv customer service people just give me a new complain no and wait for the 3 days to resolve the issue, , ,
                            When i again call them (Customer care no IE-[protected]) THEY SAY ME THAT UR COMPLAIN HAS BEEN CLOSED, i dont understand what is happening, I stay in Patna, some time i received calls from local service people, and given time and date to come to my palce to resolve the issue, but they never turned up.

                            This is actually rediculous and pathetic condition i am facing, and same time i am surprised to know that i was made fool by Big Co like Big Tv ..

                            I want to claim Rs 10 lac for my metal harrasment and the way the entire Big Tv Team made me Fool.
                            And my valuable time was crashed.
                            Plz Look after this matter, i have already contacted my Lawer for this.

                            big t v DTH — dth set up box not activated

                            I have purchaed a big t v from AMAR RADIO, MAHASAMUND( chhattisgarh) for the period for 12 monts scheme. but after 5 months my big tv box dectivated. I complaint many times to amar radio but he pay deaf ear to my request or compalint.at the last moments i have to compalint you as last kind request. plz verify my problem oterwise i have to suit case to conumer forum.

                            Reliance Big TV DTH service — Problem in Set-up Box

                            I bought Reliance BIG TV DTH Service in the month of February'09. Its warranty period is still continue and within 6 months sensor of set-up box become weak. I made complaint 4 to 5 times but none of the engineers is looking after for repair the same. Instead of that they are giving assurance to get it repaired within 24 hours but 10 to 12 days have been passed. As no fruitful result I found even after number of complaints I have made, I would like to approach Consumer Forum for appropriate action against the company and compensation for the above.

                            Reliance BIG TV DTH — no one takes care of consumer.

                            i file at least five times 4m 17th march wid complain no.s[protected] ,[protected] ,[protected] etc.
                            For failure of their service bt no one came & still its not working . They dont give any believable explanation
                            I m going 2 file a complain in consumer forum.
                            I suggest everyone not to buy big tv dth.

                            Kids channel not showing & Customer care no. is busy always

                            NO[protected] I have recharged of 290 rs. But suddenly Kids channel not showing . Please confirm

                              A marketing guy, named Srinivas ([protected]) from Reliance BIG Tv visited my house and got an application filled for a BIG TV connection on 27th November, 2009. I payed them Rs.1499 via cheque. He promised that the dish will be installed at my house within 7 days. It has a month long since I applied for it. But, I have not received any positive response from BIG TV till now.

                              Neither he nor the customer care personnel seem to be interested in installing the dish; responded to my repeated calls. They are the biggest business cheats. I am looking for ways to file a case in the Consumer court.

                              Please, I recommend you not to be cheated by Reliance BIG TV and their service.
                              Was actually going through all the complaints everything is absolutely true and I am in a confission now that if the customer care not caring the Customer who will be the next option? Consumer court or Ambani himself?
                              Else what is the use of the CC?

                                I purchased this Big TV for last Diwali. Hardly not even a month passed, the remote control is not working. I raised a complaint with the customer care and the executive promised that their service engineer would call within 48 hrs. No one turned within 48 Hrs. Like that four 48 hrs has gone and no called me and attended the service. Then 5th time I asked the customer care executive to transfer the call to their serive manager. His name is Satish kumar(Chennai). This again given a promise that they will attend the service within a day. No attended. I have raised 5 complaints and all are closed withour resolving the problem.
                                Dear DTH users,
                                Please dont consider Big TV as your choice for DTH. They are the worst service providers among all. They are the frauds and cheats looting the hard earned public money.

                                May GOD take them (Ambanis) back to the financial status which they had 35 yrs before.

                                BIG TV — remote is not working

                                my remote is not working since 3 days,i have called many times to customer care no[protected],but there is no responce and my problem is not solved out,plaese solve it out as soon as possible.

                                I have taken, Reliance Big TV in the month of may date:20.(smart card no:[protected] There is a problem with remote the remote is totaly not working form june 3rd.The same has been intimted to their call centre on 3th of june, they promised that an engineer would come and rectify the problem within 48 hours. Till date i have made 4 complaints number's (complaint no's :[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected]and their engineer is yet to come... Reliance, which is present in almost all the business sectors, is offering such worst service... i am not at all happy with their service. As a pilot project, they have launched this only for the employees, if this is the kind of service they are offering to an employee, just imagine what will they offer to an unknown consumer...

                                  I was approached by Mr. Dinesh (00001) offering a scheme inwhich I was to pay Rs. 1490/- throuh cheque and on installation Rs. 400/- which would be credited after three months of free services. But when i recd a confirmation call from Bomaby office, they informed that there is no such sceme, so, i requested them to cancell my connection and my cheque be refunded. They told me that cheque will reach within three days. But, When i confirmed from bank i was astonished to find out that Rs. 1490/- has already been deducted from my acccount even my denial for connection pl refund the amount immdly.

                                    Dear Sir,

                                    I am Sridhar S Huilgol staying in dombivli Mobile: [protected]

                                    In our society, about 50 plus people have bought your Big TV from APPCO marketing (I) pvt. ltd. and hence I thought I also will buy it from you only. On[protected], I called your Mr. Kaushal (his mobile no. is [protected]) and requested for the same. He came on[protected] to my home. I told him that we have Big TV's common dish on the terrace so separate dish may not require. Against this, he said NO, it is already occupied. You must need separate dish. We said OK and asked him about price for Set top box, dish, and package of Silver + Zee TV + South Plus + Kids. He informed us the total amount Rs 2119 (Rs 1490 by cheque and Rs 629 by cash). Accordingly we paid to him, immediately.

                                    On[protected], your engineer came to our home and said that separate dish is not required and we can take connection from common dish which is already there. We really shocked. We informed your engineer that your Kaushal said separate dish is required, they denied this. Now I have three issues.

                                    1. What about the amount I have paid to you against dish? I would expect you would return to me.I have tried to contact Kaushal so many times for this but he is not accepting my call. When it was time for buying, you were very eager and now you are avoiding us. This is really frustrating me.

                                    2. The channels what we selected during the time of buying are not active. Only Silver pack is active. No kids, no south plus. Why this is so?

                                    3. You said system comes with three months free. then why your people took Rs 629 extra and that is in cash? We asked them but it was all rounding answers. Can you please justify it.

                                    I request you to please pay your attention and resolve my these issues at your earliest. Please make sure there should not be a feeling generated in my mind that Reliance Big TV cheated me.

                                    Well this can be true in some cases but actually i am not at all satisfied with the service provided by reliance big TV. They usually behave badly and treat their customer like anything...

                                    So i suggest to beware and do not buy BIG TV.

                                      MY NAME IS ANKUR GOYAL AND I HAD PURCHASED DTH RELIANCE BIG TV WHOSE SMART CARD ID IS:[protected] LAST YEAR. I AM TOTALLY FED UP NOW OF THEIR REGULAR WORST SERVICE AS WHEN I LODGE A COMMPLAIN THEY ASK ME TO WAIT FOR 48 HOURS AND THEN THEY AUTOMATICALLY CLOSE THE COMPLAIN. I HAVE BEEN LODGING THREE COMPLAINS SINCE LAST MONTH BUT NOT A SINGLE ONE WAS SOLVED AND THEY WERE CLOSED. MY LAST COMPLAIN ID :[protected] WAS LODGED BY PRITI ON 27-11-09 BUT IT HAS NOT BEEN SOLVED WHEREAS IT HAS BEEN CLOSED TODAY ITSELF. I HAVE BEEN WAITING SINCE LAST 120 HOURS APPROX. AFTER GETTING 2 COMPLAINS LODGED AND EVERY TIME IT IS CLOSED WITHOUT SOLVING AND I AM ASKED TO LODGE A NEW COMPLAIN AND WAIT FOR NEXT 48 HOURS. MY COMPLAIN FOR 14 DAYS WAIVER OF LAST MONTH IS ALSO CLOSED AND I DID NOT GET ANY WAIVER INSTEAD MY MONEY WAS DEDUCTED FROM MY ACCOUNT WHICH RESULTED IN SERVICES SUSPENSION LAST MONTH AND I HAD TO GET IT RECHARGED AGAIN.
                                      THEREFORE I REQUEST YOUR GOODSELF TO HELP ME OUT AND ASK THEM TO GET MY TV REPAIRED AS SOON AS POSSIBLE AS MY WARRANTY PERIOD IS ALSO TO BE OVER WITHIN 1 DAY.

                                      This is the worst service from any DTH Providers. I completely agree, I too face the similar kind of issue. They dont even have my name properly.
                                      I was registered re-installation request on 27/11/2009. But till date problem was not solved. Service department was not taking care of customer problems. Daily executive is giving commitments only but no result. Please do the needful.

                                        Hi,

                                        I am Reliance BIG TV customer with Subscription ID:[protected]
                                        I have subscribed for Reliance BIG TV on 18th May, 2009 with the subscription of one year and recharged with Rs 4000 paper vouchers.
                                        From Day one I am not able to watch SAB TV and NDTV channel. I called customer care at[protected] and logged compliant but Executive refused to take any compliant and He did not gave me any compliant number. Today again I logged complaint to[protected] and Executive gave me Complaint No:[protected] with SLA of 2 Hrs. After 3 Hrs also Issue was not resolved so I called again and Executive Mr. Syed gave me new complaint No;[protected]. After 4 Hrs of second complaint again issue was unresolved so I called again to enquire but executive has misbehaved and using abusive language. When I asked him to speak to TL so he refused to give TL’s name and disconnected the call with abusive words.
                                        I have paid 4000 Rs for one year so approximately 333.33 Rs per month. People are paying less than this amount and getting all the channels but after paying for One year I feel like Slave and nobody is there to resolve my issue.
                                        Plz resolve the issue and confirm.
