Customer care and Technical support of Big TV are the ends of the river....which will never meet to satisfy the customer. I have given request on 17th June 2010 (#[protected] to reinstall the Big TV at my new address. And to my surprise, the request was closed on 20th June with the reason my mobile was not reachable and the technician visited my house and no one was there to attend him which were totally LIE statements given by the technician....

Several times I have tried to find out the package detail through BIGTV website failed to do. It is very difficult for the customer to find out package details from the website available presently. This is with reference to the reliance big tv connection that we have booked last month on 26/Apr/2010. It was promised to us that it will be installed within 7 days however i am failing to understand why even after the month it has not been installed.
