Approximately one and Half year before I bought Relience Big TV DTH service at my home having one subscription free offer ..
After completion of one year I recharged bigTV card with Rs. 200 and the previous pack get activated.
after completion of validity I never recharged BigTV card.. and i got all services terminated..
I dont have any objection with that .

I received a new BIG TV connection today(23/03/2010) after i paid for it on 14/03/2010.The problem is i'm not satisfied with the services as well as the connection.I wish to with draw the connection.But, when i contacted the customer care in this regard there was a stren reply saying that i would not receive any refund of the Rs 1790 i paid to obtain the connection even if i return the connection the same day.I feel cheated as the offer...
