I have purchased Big TV on 06.05.2009 bill no. 1192 from Shivam Electronics, D-13, Bank Road, Shiv Nagar, Murlipura Scheme, Jaipur-13 Tel.[protected] &[protected]. The details are as under:-

Smart Card ID :[protected]
Dated : 06.05.2009.

I have submitted all the documents towards this connection. Till[protected], the BIG TV is not activate and i am unable to see the any channel for which i have compliant in Big TV customer care several times and they have assured that within one hour that will be started from 07.05.2009 but till date not start. However, I have complaint to service Engineer Mr. Mohd. Yunis Khan Cell [protected], he also says within 1-2 hrs. from 06.05.09. I think really lost money and frustrated by calling them so many times. Called the Customer care & the dealer several times but every time complaint but no action has been taken till now. Some body told me to SIR

    I HAVE BIG TV INSTALLED AT MY HOME AND MY DISH WAS DISTURBED AND I PHONED UP TO CUSTOMER CARE FOR THE POOR SIGNAL AT LEAST 6 TIMES. TWICE OR THRICE I DID NOT GET ANY COMPLAIN DOCKET NUMBER FROM THEM AND THEN THEY PROMISED ME TO GET IT RESOLVED BY GIVING ME COMPLAIN DOCKET NUMBERS WHICH ARE : 96339170, 96339417, 9626787 AND I RECIEVED CALL FROM THEIR LOCAL ENGINEER FROM ROHTAK. HE ALSO PROMISED ME TO GET IT RESOLVED YESTERDAY. BUT TODAY WHEN NOBODY CAME I CALLED THAT ENGINEER AND REQUESTED HIM DUE TO IPL CRICKET MATCHES HE TALKED TO ME RUDELY AND VERY ROUGHLY SAYING I DON'T HAVE TIME AND YOU CAN COMPLAIN AGAINST ME AND MY COMPANY WHEREEVER YOU WANT BUT I WILL NOT ARRANGE REPAIRS.

    negative attitude towards service and rough behavior from customer support

      my complaint number 95325030 still not resolved

      I am writing this mail to you about the bitter experience I am having the BIG TV. I had taken the BIG TV Connection after that it had taken one week to get it installed. Now on Monday the set top box had gone bad and I had called up your customer care number and they had told that all the system is down please call up after 2 hours to register the complaint. ( I could able to get your customer care office on line after holding the line for about 15 minutes !!! ) Then I called up on Tuesday morning and they had given me the above mentioned complaint number and Wednesday your technician called me up and inform that he is coming for checking the problem… he didn't turn up in Wednesday and after I called him on Thursday he came to my home and said that the STB is not working it has to be replaced.. he doesn’t have stock it is expected on Thursday and he will replace it…. No information from your technician or your agent till Friday evening..

      I had tried your call center number on Friday night I could able to get the line after holding for 10 minutes … and the same answer all the system are down please call up after some time.. when I had asked for the higher authorities number they said they can transfer the call to higher authorities and kept me waiting another 10 minutes and finally I had to disconnect the call because by the time I was holding the call for 22 minutes…

      Today morning about half an hour back again I called your technician he is saying he is waiting for STB once it is received he will come and replace he doesn’t know when it will happen.. Again I called up your call center and this time because of my luck I could able to get through within 2 minutes and I got the answer that system is down you have to call up after half an hour…


      Is this type of service you are providing to your customers ??? I think you are aware that how important TV in each house and last one week I am keep calling pillar to post to get the problem rectified and no answer for that ?????

        My Sim Card no is[protected] for BIG TV.
        I have got it installed some 10 months and since then we are facing problem. First of all it took 15 days to install.

        Customer Care Inefficiency:
        I feel the customer care processes in Reliance BIG TV are not proper. Ex.They do not provide any complain number to customers.
        2. There is escalation matrix provided by the company where customer can escalate the issues/concern.
        3. They do not provide the statement of account showing deductions.

        Cheating Customers:
        It has happened with me twice, i tell them to activate some channel and they activate some other. They accepted the problem but did not return the money.
        Ex. I told them to activate NEWS PLUS Pack they had activated NDTV NEWS PLUS and deducted the money. Now they are not ready to listen or refund my money and activate my choice of pack. I think they are here just to cheat customers and make money.

        No Regulator for DTH:
        They is no regulatory body for regulating DTH where customers can register their complaints. Also the DTH operator website also do not list any complaining authority.

        i recharge for color channel pay rs. 50 from agnecy but i have no result and my account goes to minus then i telephone talk to local respresentative mr. rupak ingle from nagpur but he not give positive answer becuase my account is in minus. They told me u rcharge rs. 84/- then u channel start that is not correct justification. I am not satisfy u service.

        I have a reliance big tv connection from last 3 years, i have recharged every time and immediately pack got activated.

        on 18 july, i had recharged and its not activated on same date.
        I called to customer care today at 2:05 pm and i feel embarrassed that why i called. your customer care representative spoke my very badly.

        Even he told me that he will not take any complaint,

        I need a call form your side, so that i can explain you my problem with BIG tv .

        If i will not received any call than i will approach to consumer forum or court. i never think that such kind of response will share from customer care representative.

          Hello sir, I have purchased Big Tv because they told all the channels will come.But after one month they removed more regular channels.When asked about this, reply was it is already there in the filled-in form.But during purchase they are just telling all channels will come.
          Because of wind the antenna fixed on the wall came out & was hanging.I registered a complaint last month, the company boy came, checked the signal but refused to fix the bolt on the wall & told it will charge minimum of Rs.500 to fix just 2 available bolts. When i talked to the maneger in gulbarga, he also told the same thing but the way he treated was humiliating.I talked to customer care but they also didn't put any effort.
          Now again of wind flow, the antenna which was not fixed earlier & was just placed on the wall has again fallen & is hanging since one week.I called up customer care they will talk & disconnect the call, again when i call they say server is slow call later.Atlast some one good received the call & she has registered & gave the complaint number as 94370680 dated 10.04.2009.
          I have lost the peace because of installing big tv.Can you help me in getting out of this, since i have paid full amount for the year .

          i am very very disappoint to your bad response my no:[protected], last month 23 i am paid 150+25+25 total 200 but my 175 wrongly transferred to technical side. i interate customer care they told it is company's fault and very shortly your money put your account (24 hours) today is November -06, but till time i have not get my money . it is serious issue i cold customer care more than 15 times every time they told it is our fault definitely your money will get your account. it is cheating. take necessary action

            I have taken Big tv in sept 2008 in Rs.2990/ where scheme feature was watch one year with popular channel incl installation cost. i have also confirmed in month of sept 2008, it was for one year. Now in the month of Mar 09. they deactivate my television broadcasting. When i spk in customer care they saying you were activated for 6month only. Then i ask about subscription form, they are refuse to show that subscription form. This is pure cheating with me, they making money from cheating. They have to open cheater office or shop against Big Tv Service.

            BIG TV — Not providing services for period of Subscription

            I have bought two Big tv connection from you details of those are.

            BIG TV — After repeatedly telephonic calls problem not solved.

            I have taken DTH connection from Big TV one and half year ago. From last five months connection is showing that signels are poor. After too many time complaining custmer care always answer that within 72 hours your complaint will be solved. It happend even 7 times but still complaint is pending and no one technician has visited our place for solving the complaint. Even my balance of Rs. 300/- has been deducted from my account. So, because of this reputed company we are facing mently harrasment and loosing money also from our account and telephone charges also. I think there is no any senior person who can solve my problem. This is a fraud type of firm who is deductind mony from their accounts without giving their services.

            i already informed my complaint on 18-2-10 at 11.30 i called so many times for customer care now onwrds no response from technichians side complaint is my set top bax turned off one hour once service is very poor please respond my mail then to solve the issue today 4 clock itself sir my smart card no is[protected], my complaint no[protected] but in sun dth service quick within an one hour to solve this problem but big tv is taking so many days to taking but not completed now itself
            My services suddenly stopped, it says poor/intermediate signal and they are demanding Rs 170 from me for attending the problem. They are randomly selecting people and switching off their signal and demanding Rs 170 to restart again. Same dish, same wires, same set top box how come signal is lost now?????????

            Any organisation if you are active customer, they should first check the problem, if there is any fault then they should cherge for repairing. But here, these guys are asking money upfront. Because they know, there is no problem. As soon as u pay, they will activate again.

            UNKEPT COMMITMENTS AND POOR SERVICES. On 26th oct 2012 rupees seven hundred and fifty was deposited vide payworld (terminal no.901473, Tr no.[protected], dated 26/10/12, vc no.[protected]as demanded by Big tv office(call centre)for a new set box, and advance payment to resume service with an assurance of replacing the faulty sb and resume services within 48 hour.After repeated reminders by phone calls and e-mails, I am told that the set top box is unavailable after eight days have passed by.
            The company should have replaced the faulty s.box temporarily with an optional one. My mother who is old and bed ridden, television is her main source of information, pass time and entertainment.
            May I remind that it is the duty of the company to provide services after accepting payments and the right of the customer.

              Big TV connection was installed at my home in the month of 3 rd September 2008 with introductory offer of 06months free subscription (i.e. up to 2nd March 2009). In the second week of November 2008, I recharged TWO coupons of Rs.25/- each and called for additional channel service for one month only as given in broacher “Lock in Period of 30 days”. I called customer care for two additional channel (1) Zee TV & (2) Zee café for a month only and he said to me it will automatically dis-connected after one month, which they do not dis-connected till feb 2009.

              In the month of Nov. 2008 they dis-connected hindi moviee channels with out informing me, when i contacted to customer care, he said it was only for 03 months.

              On 3rd March 2009 my complete service is dis-continued and they are saying your account balance is over due by Rs. 160/- .
              Why should I pay for their additional paid channels which I took for a month and your representative as well as broacher said that it will be automatically locked after one month, which is not locked by you?

                sir,
                my big tv id[protected].they disconnect my all chanell without any information on 9th feb.i complained every day in call center but they do not take any action till date.i also talked with senior management they are also lazy.i bought 1 year free plan but they disconnect my plan in 5th month.every day they giving new argument.they are telling me sir will start with in 24 or 48 hours. they spend 20 days and did not take any action . sir who 1 month rental

                regarding BIG TV... as the name goes...its a BIG BIG BIG waste...!!! hopeless service!!!
                my chnnels have been disconnected without any prior information.my id is[protected].I havre been tyring to contact the customer care but all in vain!!! Its not even getting connected!!! now what do i do!!!
                sorry to tell that.. it's a service i've ever met !

                  Respected Sir,

                  I am a Reliance Big TV user. I have a complaint against the dealer & employee of Reliance Big TV. I bought a Reliance Big TV setup box (1799/- for 4 month subscription of silver pack + Zee Tv) on[protected] by a dealer ( Saurabh electronics, Manik Chowk) in Jhansi, but after installation of big TV it validated only for One month. Then I complaint to Mr.Rajiv (Reliance Big TV in charge of Jhansi) but he didn’t help me & after requesting he recharged my TV by only Rs.150/- for one month instead of silver Pack+ Zee T v. But in the last fourth month he recharged my Tv by only 100/-.So the dealer & Mr.Rajiv didn’t provide me complete facilities of Reliance Big TV of 1799/- for 4 month subscription of silver pack + Zee Tv.
                  After the enquiry I got the information that dealer has sold me already used smart card from[protected] on the registered name “Ajay Singh” instead of my name as “Mohd Anwar” for registration.
                  So, I am requesting you that please take any action against them & provide me all the facilities.

                    My Smart card No. is[protected].i had recharched with Rs 300 on 1 feb. since then they are eating up my a/c balance without giving the services. Even the cust. care is deffering the mater and not entertaining me. what do I do now against these rogues? kindly suggest me.
                    My services suddenly stopped, it says poor/intermediate signal and they are demanding Rs 170 from me for attending the problem. They are randomly selecting people and switching off their signal and demanding Rs 170 to restart again. Same dish, same wires, same set top box how come signal is lost now?????????

                    Any organisation if you are active customer, they should first check the problem, if there is any fault then they should cherge for repairing. But here, these guys are asking money upfront. Because they know, there is no problem. As soon as u pay, they will activate again.

                    Anil Ambani have a dream to become richer than mukesh, he can go down to any extent to do this... cheap man cheap company

                      Dear Sir,

                      I purchased two set-top boxes No.[protected] &[protected] in Sept. 2008. It worked fine for three months (i.e., free promotional period). I was told that first set-top box monthly subscription charges shall be at full rate and second set-top box monthly charges will be at 50% or Rs. 150/- which ever his higher. But when i recharged both the set-top boxes in December i was not given discount on second set-top box even after repeated calls. I was given a complaint no. 85410164 Dt. 09.01.2009, which is still pending. Their customer care service is of no use. Their computer system is always down and they cannot solve a single customer query. They even did not changed my Channel Pack, which i asked them repeatedly.
                      There is no customer account management and neither any higher authority at BIG TV where i can get my problems solved.
                      My advice to DTH aspirants is to stay away from this big tv .

                      i my worst experince that i bought reliance big tv, i had already, dish tv connection which was running very well, i thought i must try, this new launch of relaince, but when experiencd, it so worst, i am planning to bring back dish tv connection, the main reson is, what is told u at the time of buying the reliance connection, but it is not really like dat, im repenting, bad service .

                        purchased BIG TV on 2/9/08 worth Rs 2490, installed at my place on 3/9/08.Got 3 months subscription free which ended on 3/12/08, recharged with Rs 200.00 in dec 08, again recharged with Rs 800.00 as per the 1st message received ever since the purchase of the digital system.Rs 800.00 was recharged on 21/01/09. Called the call centre at its paid no[protected] as their single toll free no[protected] is not available any time, below is the list of the executive with whom the conversation held since 21/01/09 till last 25/01/09 at 10.00a.m without any solutions given by them--

                        1 Dt 21/01/09
                        Mr Sunil asked for the A/c status which was Rs 409.00 credit after negating my debit
                        bal of 391.00 according to the message received, asked for activation of Starter 3 pack of Rs 213.00
                        + NDTV pack of Rs 45.00 + kids pack of Rs 28.00 ( total Rs 286.00 ).Mr Sunil told me tht it'll be
                        activated after approx. 4 hrs. Checkd n found after it was activated in the said time on 21/01/09 .

                        2 Dt 23/01/09
                        All of sudden all channels stopped featuring except NDTV pack & Regional pack tht is free .Called
                        Mr Abhijeet explained the problem to him he askd me to do all the things with my remote, to refresh,
                        to take out Smart Card from set up box wipe it n insert again which all I did as told as he was on
                        phone.Nothing happened, he then logged in the complaint of no signal, Comp. No 86684990 n told
                        tht the problem will be resolved after 20 - 30 min. But even after 1 hr nothing happened .
                        3 Dt 23/01/09 again called after 1. hrs around 1.45 pm
                        Mr Rahul, again narrated him the story told him tht on my screen it is coming TO SUBSCRIBE FOR
                        THE CHANNEL, for which i've already paid, he also asked me to do the same process of refreshing
                        the smart card which again i did, but nothing happened, he logged in the complaint no 86707245,
                        assured tht it'll be resolved soon, i asked to talk to supervisor but no one was available even after
                        waiting for about 20 min on phone.
                        4 Dt 23/01/09 called around 11.00 pm
                        Mr Ajay, told this executive again the whole story but no hopeful answer he also tried to do the same
                        process which I'd already done twice, I told him then he registered a complaint again, the Comp. no
                        86765792 .He 101% assured tht problem has been forwarded to technical dpt n will be solved in min 4
                        hrs & max 24 hrs.
                        5 Dt 24/01/09
                        I kept on checking my TV but it was still showing the same message TO SUBSCRIBE FOR THE
                        CHANNEL of all the Starter 3 pack & kids pack for which I've asked for activation.
                        In the meantime called the call centre to check the status of the complaints spoke to Mr Atul, Mr
                        Ajay, Mr Sandeep, but none of them were clear on the status of the problem, they kept on telling tht it
                        is in solving state.
                        6 Dt 25/01/09 called the call centre at 10.00 am
                        Mr Akash again told tht the complaint is in solving state, he is not sure when it'll be solved.

                        During all these conversations I insisted to transfer the call to some senior person but none of them were intetrested in giving the call to their senior, n once when was transferred no senior was available . Today I'm assured tht the senior will give a call to me but now its almost 1.5 hrs when i'd last spoken to Mr Akash no one has turned up yet .

                        So it is the 5th day today I'm in continous touch with the call centre, the only contact available, there is no solution to my complaints, no responsible answers, no seniors available to speak & above n all since last 2 days I'm not able to watch my activated starter 3 pack n kids pack channels but the money is debited from my a/c for the two packs for the last two days.

                        In this case i was not able to reach them thru toll free no as it is not available. I'd always talked to them on paid no n that too each time for more than 30-40 min.

                        Now plz advise wht to do next, who will pay for the mental stress, who will pay for the time spent over the phone & who will pay for the money spent over the phone n still no solution
                        This is not excepted & also was not expected with this ADA group.
                        It is total misleading the customers .

                          This is regarding the pathetic service rendered by Reliance Big TV. I purchased a BIG TV in September, 2008. I was told that I will receive the service free of charge for the first 3 months. True, I did receive the signals free for the first 3 months. When the 3-month period was about to end I call up the call centre to know the exact date of expiry.
                          I was told 23 December, 2008 and I cannot do a recharge before 23/12/2008. As I was on leave from 20/12/08 and was returning back to Mumbai only in the new year, I confirmed with the call centre whether I can do a recharge in the new year. The call center guys told me that I can do the same and the signal will stop after 23/12/08 if I failed to recharge.
                          To my surprise, when I came back in the nw year, I realised that I was still receiving the signals and was able to watch all channels. On contacting the call center, I was told that I will continue to access the signals as the money was being deducted from the set top box and my current balance was -383.

                          I really don't know how the Reliance guys arrived at that figure. Fine, I asked whether I could recharge for Rs. 1000/-, and change the plan, they said yes but I can change the plan only on or after 22/1/2009. I recharged for an amount of Rs. 1000/- and called on 22/1/09 to change my plan to 'Starter 3' amounting to Rs. 212/- per month. As per the call center guy, the plan change was sucessful.
                          Again to my surprise, I was able to view channels like VH1 etc which were not part of the 'Starter 3' pack. I called the call center today (23/1/09) to query why I was getting this signal. The call centre guy tells me that the 'Starter 3' pack is active on my account, however, the previous 'Premium pack' was not de-activated by the previous call center agent. As a result of which, my account balance which was Rs. 606/- on 22/1/09 has been reduced to Rs. 582/- today (23/1/09).

                          In other words, I have been charged for a service which I did not wish to take because of a stupid Reliance call center agent.
                          I really plan to take this case further. I have heard this company makes a huge money by overcharging it's customers. Action needs to be taken so that such people are not allowed to enter the market

                            I had paid Rs. 500 for my DTH Services. My Smart card no.[protected] and said to Reliance Big TV customer care executive to change my current package to Rs. 175. He had done this and said that you will be charge Rs. 185 because 10 rs. incress. I agree and done. But he had not close my package and he had not inform me about these package. so, I have to pay Rs. 200 more this month also.

                            Now Reliance coustomer care executive not agree to adjust this amount withmy account. Rs. 325 extra I have to pay because of mistake of Reliance Bigtv executive.

                            So, please help me in this matter

                            VERY WORST CUSTOMER CARE SERVICE i am a customer of reliance big tv. i have subscribe this service since last one and half year, , my first complaint was non receiving of channels, i made complaints 26 times and my problem was solved after one and half months, , my money was wasted for one and half months.. and now on 31st january i bought cash card from reliance webworld, , the card is invalid, i have made complaints 8 times till date but the problem is not solved, every time the customer care executive use to say that i have to wait for 24 hours, , i have waited 7 days for this, , , i have talked to their customer support leader also but i got very casual response, ,
                            really the customer care service is very worst, i think they are sleeping in the office, , very worst response...
                            whenever i talk to them i use to record the conversation held between us.. one person name JAIPAL he seems to be customer support leader.. i dont know whether he knew the meaning of his post or not...very bad service.. sure i am going to move to the consumer court.. victim can join me..

                              My smart Card No. is[protected]. I lodged a complaint no. . 85036528 with Mr. Baldej on 5th January 08 and again on 9th January 08 vide complaint no. 85352829 with Ms. Smriti for reversal of NDTV Pack which has been activated and charged in my account without my permission. This complaint has not been resolved till 18th January 08 however as per your rules the complaint has to be resolved with in 48 hours. I asked various times with your customer care but nobody answered my satisfactorily saying that it will be resolved by evening you can call in the evening.

                              I think nobody can charge any amount without the permission of the account holder and any channel is not in my premium pack why have you activated without my permission. Why are you harassing a customer by promising that you are so active.

                              Yesterday my set of box has been automatically went on help menu and all the channels get off. I tried your customer care between 8:20 PM to 10:00 PM your customer care is very busy and we wait very long but I am not so lucky to contact your customer care.

                              Today I tried to contact your customer care 10:40 AM and wait in the que for 10 minutes but unfortunately I am not lucky today itself.

                              Can you please tell me where I go for help after purchasing 'BIG TV'.

                              I will appreciate an early reply in this regard. Please update your records as I told your customer care but I don't beleive that they will updated my Mobile No. and corrected my Name also.

                              It is very simple. Please lodge a complaint with consumer forum. The procedure is not complicated. It is very simple. Go through the consumer forum site. Demand the compensation not less than Rs. 2laksh. We need to punish such betrayers.

                                I took connection on 29 Sept 08 and got 3 months free South Premium for Rs. 2490 offer.
                                On Jan 6 I recharged with 300 and called up for change of package to south starter. Then I was told that your start date is 10Oct and not 29 Sept and so have to call on 9/10 Jan only for recharge/change of package. I was also confirmed by customer care that 300 is balance in my account.
                                I called on 9th Jan and was shocked to learn that balance is only 176 Rs. I asked why? no answer from BIG TV customer care. Told to lodge complaint. I did and am following up daily but am informed that it is being looked into but cannot tell why balance is getting reduced. Yesterday it became Rs. 88 only and nobody can answer or settle complaint. Then suddenly one customer care executive checked and told ths deduction is for NDTV top up which i took in OCt 08. I asked why I should top up when the same was inclkuded in SOuth Premimum package which was offered free for 3 months when I tokk connection in Sept 08. Now she told that in Oct 24 it was removed from the pack by BIG TV and so they have added Rs. 45/month from that day for this pack and when I recharged, they have deducted all pending dues against this.
                                This is clear cheating by Reliance. When some package is given free for 3 moths, they are bound to continue it for 3 months. And also when they removed channles, they should have asked me and did the top up only with my permission. They are just playing with customer mmoney. How can I recharge now if amoiunt gets deducted without any reason? Also, I am not allowed to chnage package. Automatically it is getting renewed .

                                I think I should aproach consumer court now. Please guide me.

                                BIG TV — UNAUTHORISED DEDUCTION OF AMOUNT

                                I am a BIG TV Customer. My BIG TV Smart Card No is[protected]. The monthly subscription is Rs 135/-. I had recharged my smart card for Rs 300 on 14 May 10. From first week of June 2010, I was unable to view any channel. I lodged several complaints with BIG TV CUSTOMER CARE in the form of telephone calls and emails. No positive response emerged from BIG TV. They in turn duducted all my balance amount in the smart card. However, they assured me that all the deducted amount will be reverted back into my account in a day or two, provided I should further recharge my account.

                                I further recharged my account for Rs 200/-. That amount too was deducted. Now I am wasting my time calling the customer care. The Customer Care Executives insisted that, it is the fault of the company and not of theirs.

                                It is not understood as to why a lackadaisical approach is being taken by BIG TV. The deduction of amount is purely unauthorised and clearly indicates their inability to clarify the complaints of the customer. I am hoping that, all the amount deducted will be reverted back to me by the BIG TV. Else, I should take legal action against theCompany
                                I agree with this comment. They will not mention why the amount was deducted, why it was not informed the customer earlier etc.

                                Government needs to take an action against these things. They need to do right guidelines for these providers. They are acting on their own and wish.

                                Even when the receipt is generated, it will not provide the details of which channel and what amount and how long will it come etc.

                                Even petty shops are able to give a detailed billing, these guys are doing like this. Very very very bad service...Not recommended at all.

                                  I am Big TV DTH customer having Smart Card No.[protected].On 18th
                                  Nov. I buy 1490 Plan along with Lite Pack with 3 months free valadity.
                                  On 14th Jan.09, I requested Help Line to activate Starter Pack 3 and deactivate my existing free Lite Pack.At that time no body informed me Starter pack 3 can activate only after expiry of Lite Pack. He simply told me, sir your Starter Pack has been activated and you will be able to see Pack 3 Channels after few times.

                                  Till today I am not able to see any single Channel of Starter Pack 3 on my TV.Due to activation of Starter Pack 3, Rs.7 is deducting regularly on daily basis from my account although I am not able to see any single channel of Pack 3.Which is not Fair.

                                  I have called numbers of times Help line.They told me that you will be able to see Starter pack 3 only after expiry of Lite pack i.e on 18th Feb.09. This is not Fair, when a Customer is agree to pay additional charges for Premium pack. I have booked 2 times complaint having numbers 85909741 and 85950693. But nothing happened.At least this is not expected from such a big company i.e RELIANCE .

                                  I am very fed up the services being provided by Relaince Company.

                                  Pl.solve the problem immediately .

                                  Reliance BIG TV DTH — non delivery of dish after payment and activation

                                  promised to delivery the disha and connection within 2 days. only set off box delivered and collected full money. delivery person mobile not reachable for the last one week. distributor unique solutions from purasavakkam is buying time for dish. this is amounts to cheating

                                  BIG TV — Unable to view the starter pack3

                                  I have purchased the BIG TV on 26 Oct 2008 with a hope that it will give good customer support being from a reputed company. But now I feels that I had made a wrong decision by purchasing this Big TV. My starter pack2 was updated to Starter pack3 on 14 Jan 09 with a view to get additional channels. The customer care rep told me that it will be activated within 10 minutes and I will be able to view all the channels available in Starter pack3. My wait was fruitless. The customer care rep ignored my complaints and instructed me to do so many techniques with the set top box which also failed to rectify my problem.Numerous calls to Big Tv failed to produce results and I was compelled to watch channels available in Starter pack2 even though I was charging for Starter pack3. After my continuous insistence of lodging a complaint the customer care rep lodged a complaint on 17 Jan 09.Big Tv was least bothered to enquire about my complaints or sent a technician to check problems.On 18 Jan I again lodged a complaint and asked them to either rectify the problem or revert back to starter pack2. I even intimated them about their worst services and asked to cancel and return the money if nothing can be done. Till writing of this, my complaint has not been sorted out.

                                  The customer care reps take a long time in replying the quiries and often they say the server is down and running slow. This is ridiculous.

                                  Big TV DTH — non activation of Scheme paid for

                                  I took a second connection of Big tv under your Special offer for Multiple TVs scheme on 17 Jan 2009. I also paid Rs 450/- as subs for 3 months as replicate of my first connection which has premium pack. The particulars as follows:-

He has been contacting your head office at Bombay for last 5 days to delete the part information fed to the server so that complete details can be punched again but his efforts have not yielded any results.

                                  I contacted your help line today and explained the problem to the Operator. He spoke to the concerned people and gave me a request No.86604024.

                                  May I request your urgent attention in the matter to do the needful and have my connection activated at the earliest please.

                                  Now i become bakra after taking big tv connection.After expiry of premium pack i opted for starter pack 3 instead of premium pack, but they were deducting money for both of the starter pack 3 &premium pack.Inspite of repeated request for cancellation of premium pack, nothing is done but on 23 rd jan 09 they stoped almost all chanels only 6to 8 chanels are active, not getting full chanel of starter 3.For this received only complaints numbers.The customer executive made me some on line operation which results nothing...After then i am receiving complaints after complaints.
                                  1) on 23 rd jan 09, complaint no.86664987..waited for 48 hours..compaint closed without doing any thing
                                  2)on 26/01/09 for same complaint another complaint no. 86965712...waited for 48 hrs, nothing done...
                                  3)on 28/01?09 for same another complain no...87166996...waiting ...for receiving another complaint no...
                                  I am confused and under tension from my wife for non availability daily surf.

                                  Reliance Big TV — Starter-3 pack still not activated

                                  Res, sir i recherge my Big Tv account on 18th of july but till now my starter-3 pack not properly activeted my Smart Card Number is[protected]. After calling at u r custermor center they are giving 4 hour or 10 to 20 min so it get difficult for me on whose information i have to trust.
                                  Respected Sir, we have purchased 2 big tv connection on October 4th, my service id is[protected]. Marketing Executive told me that "we have a diwali offer, where if you pay Rs. 2780.00, you will be getting another connection for free and 4 months free, after 4 months you have to pay Rs. 350 for 2 connection instead of Rs. 400, you will get all the channels". I believed what he said and immediately I made my payments through check. Later I had repelled for the decision what I made. The day the service engineer installed and gave me the broucher, which really surprised me that none of the promise what Marketing Executive was true, none of the Sun network tamil channels were not available, even channels which Marketing Executive promised were not listed, almost all the useless channels were part of the package, when I asked service engineer regarding this, he didnt even bothered to reply my query. I even called Marketing Executive immediately, he told me that issue will be sort out within 24 hours, but no change, again I have called, he kept on giving me the deadlines, but no effect on my complaint...still waiting...still waiting. I am surprised even such big branded organisation do cheat the customers..I am totally disappointed with this big tv.

                                    My smart card number is[protected]. The connection is not working since Dec 15, 2008. I have lodged n number of complaints and wasted my time on tons of phone calls but no success. Reliance BIG TV is simply USELESS and customer service is HOPELESS.

                                    I dont think its going to be activiated so I am planning to throw it away and take any other connection.

                                      i have already activated starter 3 pack on 29/12/08 and regularly from the day of activating stater 3 i m requesting to close my premium pack and still they r not closing it, every time they have same reasons technical problem and so on...
                                      i want to cancel my premium pack but they r not closing it
                                      i have got tired of complaining to them but they didn't taking it seriously, my balance is deducting rs. 10 perday for that, so pls help me closing my premium pack...

                                      my mobile no [protected] is getting unnessary bill from last foru month of the given link which i havnt done (http://wap.mauj.com/Utp/L15123U1583V2M9937/sub/rcom/gc/index.php?page=gcsub) and after giving the many complain to customer they said it has been deactivated but every month it used to charged again , so requesting you to kindly deactivated the subscription or i am going for MNP by this month onward.

                                        Dear Sir,
                                        I bought Big Tv in Sept 2008. My Card no. is[protected]. When installed I told vender for 6 months Starter pack with this. But he filled 3 months pack as Premier pack, Now when my Big TV stopped working in Dec2008 I talked at Tol Free No. and they informed if you want Starter1 Pack then please Recharge with 200, Becouse my payment was in minus at that time for Rs.-64, I recharged with 100+100 and then my balance was 136. I again talked at Tol Free No. to start my starter1 pack and close Premier pack, the attandant informed that mail has been sent and the same will be in 24 hours and we closed the phone.
                                        Then after some days messages start comming for 200+ recharge. They were increasing day by day, Now approximate 450+ messages are comming to be deposited by me. My TV is close from app. 20days. When I again confirmed from Tol Free No., they told me that the person mailed firstly mailed for Starter1 pack and did not mail for close of Premier pack. So I cant pay excess payment. Please look into the matter and solve my problem at the earliest. I need only Starter1 pack.Please do the needful. I am helpless.
