Sir,
The customer care centre are established for the benefits of customers. Its quite ridiculous that you keep on dialling the toll free no they don't bother to attend for 15 to 20 minutes. especially by the Reliance BIG TV customer care centre. If you can't attend better close down the centres. You are simply misutilising the manpower and your money.

Sir,I am a BIG TV Consumer with smart card no.[protected].I have complained about bad picture vide complaint no.[protected] on29.10.2009 .I was told that the problem will be attended within 24 hours.But even after the lapse of almost 90 hours.the said complaint is not attended.The service connection will be dissconnected even if there is a delay of one or two hours in recharging the account and in this regard the company is Big ,But while attendind to the consumer complaint it seems that it is too small or say ZERO.I am continuously in touch with the customer care representative who says that my complaint will be attended very SOOOOOOOOOOON. Only BIG name is not enough,it requires BIG service,

I am M C Bhardwaj having my Big TV Smart Card No[protected] is very upset today, today's incidence is even height ...No customer care excecutive attended my call even after the long wait of more than 23 minutes . I had called on [protected] at 20:37 Hrs today i.e 12th Aug 10. No one has turned up and I had to end this call myself .

Few days I had also called and their response gave me an impression that customer care executive seems to have in drunken state . I has to called thric that day .One of the executive was something like name of Gagan Deep who had disconnected mycall when I tried to made them aware my problem .

My issue was to de-subscribe my few channels from my listed chennels . Sometime they ra eeven trained for not to desubscribe the chennals to maximise their revenue and making hole the pockets of the viewers . I have been telling them to keep me on the monthly basic pack of Rs 149 per month which is currently is of Rs 286 per month . Whenever I called them, every time they seems to have telling that their system is not working hence we need to call again, this is even of my regular persistance that the same request can be addressed one their system are found ok . They used to turned down this request and insist to calling again is the mendatory . Can I request Mr Anil Ambani to look into the matter. These type of things are nothing but the dent of the reputation of the big company like Reliance .

My big tv no.[protected].i have registered my complaint on 28 august 2010 regarding poor singal.They registered and did not give the complaint number informed that they will take action within 48 hours and didnt attened our complaint.Again we complainted and the complaint number was[protected] and they didnt attend our second complaint alsoToday when we enquired about the complaint they replied the case has been closed but still the problem is going on.They again gave a new complaint no.[protected].Please look into the matter as soon as possible and do justify to our complaint.

    In fact it is a suggestion. Please change Big TV logo to a transparent one so that viewers can enjoy the service in better way. In a 14" TV the logo covers a greater part of screen. Especially while watching Bloomberg UTV the stock names are not visible. Airtel uses a better transparent logo. Why can't Big TV.
    In the other hand it claims to be the No.1 DTH company. Please change your logo to a transparent one so that your advertisement will also not hamper.

    BIG TV — LOGO OF BIG TV

    I AM SUBSCRIBER OF BIG TV FOR LAST THREE MONTH. WHEN I SURF DTH TWO LOGOS OF ALWAYS DISPLAYED ONE OF CHANNEL AND OTHER OF BIGTV . CHANNEL LOGO DONT GIVE ANY PROBLEM BUT DUE TO BIGTV LOGO SOM INFORMATION IS MISSED . AS AM PAYING FOR BIGTV LOGO OF BIGTV MUST BE OPTIONAL OR I MUST BE IN BACKGROUND AS OF DTH . WHAT SHOULD BE DONE IN THIS CASE
    A good suggestion indeed for BIG TV to implement.

    when watching cricket also logo makes big problem, beacause we are not able to see bowling speed and batsmen indiviudal score beacause of big tv logo..try to keep transparent logo
    We the customers are very happy when u have changed the big-TV logo from bigger to a small logo but now we request u to make it transparent like others which will help us to see the hidden part of screen behind it.

      I purchased Big TV which was activated on 20-Oct-2008 and as per my package I was supposed to get 1 year of free viewing. Recently I come to know the Big TV counts 360 days for 1 year and 30 days for 1 month. After the free viewing period I continued with South Popular package [charging Rs. 279 per month (30 days), inclusive of all taxes] till 12-Feb-2010 and from 13-Feb-2010 onwards I opted for Gold package [charging Rs. 248 per month (30 days) inclusive of all taxes].

      While checking the accounts I find that I was invoiced excess for which I logged a complaint on 26-Jul-2010 with Big TV call centre and I was assured that the excess invoice will be refunded to me. However on 29-Jul-2010 I find that the complaint was closed without any clarification or justification and none of your call centre executive has been able to clarify my dispute.

      After not receiving reply from Call Centre executives, I wrote e-mail to Big TV customer care ([protected]@bigtv.co.in) on 29-Jul-2010 providing in detail the calculation of charges. I got reply on 30-Jul-2010 from Big TV stating that there is no mistake in Big TV's calculation and invoicing. I replied back on the same day asking clarification on where I am wrong in my calculation. And I am yet to receive any response clarifying my query of my mail dated 30-Jul-2010.

      I hereby write down the way I understood the charges from Reliance Big TV (this was communicated to Big TV customer care in my mail dated 29-Jul-2010):

      The total viewing charges till 28-Jul-2010 = sum of above: Rs. 2497.57

      While activating the package on 20-Oct-2008 a payment of Rs. 700 was made which was required to get first 360 days of free viewing. This payment was accounted by you on 31-Oct-2008.

      Apart from the above payment the following payments were made till 28-Jul-2010:
      16-Sep-2009 Rs. 700.00
      24-Nov-2009 Rs. 1000.00
      07-Feb-2010 Rs. 1000.00
      26-Jul-2010 Rs. 100.00
      Total = Rs. 2800.00

      Hence balance should have been Rs. 2800 – Rs. 2497.57 = Rs. 302.43

      However I find the account balance of Rs. 83.02 as on end of 28-Jul-2010.

      Hence a refund of Rs. 219.41 (Rs. 302.43 – Rs. 83.02) is expected from Bug TV.

      Please suggest how to take-up with Reliance Big TV on this matter.

      I can not disclose my smart card number in this public forum. However it is available in my earlier communications with you and I giving those details below.
      The complaint was 1st made over phone and got a complaint reference number as[protected] on 26-Jul-2010. Your executive had explained me about your way of considering a month for 30 days and a year of 360 days (and thanks God that you consider a year with 12 months and not rounded down to 10 months) and I had explained all the above calculation of charges which he had also agreed and took my complaint. On 29-Jul-2010 I found that the compliant was closed without any clarification. On the same day when I called further, after so many disconnection when I got one of your executive he was not able to explain where I am wrong. Then I wrote e-mail on the same day which has got reference number as ADAG=[protected]. My e-mail was replied on 30-Jul-2010 by Ms. Saraswati Madhi informing that "as per our system there is no wrong deduction found". Further on 30-Jul-2010 I replied back asking explanation where I am wrong in my calculation and no reply for that so far.
      Also, congratulation by your innovative way of charging - for example - subscription has got expired on 10-Aug-2010 and it is being renewed on 14-Aug-2010 and the customer has not got your service for the period between 11-Aug-2010 to 14-Aug-2010, however during renewal you take the fees from 11-Aug-2010 onwards - you collect full charges from customer for the period where service is not provided by you!!! Great...

        Dear Sir,
        i m Raashid Nazir from Jammu, i m using big tv dth since 2 yrs now.i activated neo sports and neo cricket package on 16th june for one month and i requested to deactivate the same top up on 3rd july but till date the package has not been deactivated,i called customer care no. many times but they are not able to solve my problem...i m being charged for the package...the lock in period of the package is one month but they are telling me that they have changed the lockin period upto six months but that is cheating as at the time of activating the package they told me that lockin period is one month...kindly help me...

          Hi,
          My Name is Rahul Singh, Smart card no is[protected], Mob No is [protected].
          While initial setup query your executives told that the transfer is FREE of charge within city.
          As i was shifting my location from Yelahanka to BellandurI I called the customer care[protected] for it and they told that the technician will come and do their work and we can shift by carrying the set top box with us. Please note: NO MENTION ABOUT CARRYING ANTENNA WITH US

          I raise request to Shift my Big Tv connection on July 16 2010, (request no is 13071647 and[protected] requested them to come and un install and then re-install but nobody came. The technicians call us to know the address and then disconnect the call without taking any action on the request.

          After a few days the above cases are automatically closed also Rs.350 was deducted from my account (which is contradicting the statement they made earlier) . I raised a case again on July 23 2010 (case no.[protected]. All the customer support executives do is make me repeat my query again and again and keep on transferring calls to other departments. Also the infrastructure is faulty, if I press 3 to transfer to the English process it transfers me to a Hindi or a Kannada process. And when we request the customer support executive to transfer to an escalation contact they either don't know who is the escalation contact or will just put the call on hold without resolving the issue. I wasted almost 5 hours in calling customer support several times

          Finally I manage to get hold of the floor supervisor who confirms that the above request will be completed within 24 hours.

          Initially the technician came to my apartment to re-install but to my surprise un-installation is not yet complete. How foolish of Reliance Big TV employees.

          When i call customer care again they say only un-installation is done. They close the case without doing re-installation. How can one close the case by completing only half of the request. Very Poor Service.

          Its been 7 days and i do not know where is my Antenna. Is it stolen by Reliance Big TV employees??? There is no coordination between the customer support and the technicians who install the Antenna. They blame each other and no work is done. Also I am not using this service since July 16, so whose going to pay for the services they should waive of the charges until they re-install the Antenna.

          Again i call customer care today (Aug. 2 2010) and i face the same thing i.e. customer care executives transferring calls from one department to another and make me repeat my case 10 times. Finally they say the last case for only un-installation (contradicting the statement made by the floor supervisor). What is the company up to? Harassing customers ??

          Also the customer should have visibility over the comments written by the support executive else this (only half the requested being written by floor supervisor) might be repeated with every other customer.

          I have again raised a case[protected] to re-install the Antenna.

          Now the technician calls me (name Rama - Mob no. [protected]) saying my Antenna is lying at some place Hennur and I need to transfer it to the new location. Again it is a contradiction to the statements made by the floor supervisor. This show a clear LACK OF CO-ORDINATION between customer support and technicians. More over they request for charge of Rs. 1000 which was not mentioned by floor supervisor of customer support. This shows a clear LACK OF KNOWLEDGE OF POLICIES.

          I was being lied to since the beginning. It is Reliance Big TV's duty to re-install the Antenna. I have been mentally and physically (as i need to be available when you re-install) tortured by the customer support executives!! Please give an ETA and fix it ASAP !!

          NOT ONLY SHOULD YOU FIX IT ASAP BUT ALSO COMPENSATE FOR MY LOSS.

            ON 8.06.10 I HAVE ATTEMPTED TO RECHARGE MY BIG TV CONNECTION BY PAYING 1000/= THROUGH WEB SITE AND USING STANDARD CHARTERED CREDIT CARD. MY ID NO IS[protected]. SINCE IT WAS NOT RECHARGED, I WAS COMPELLED TO AGAIN PAY RUPEES 1200/- THROUGH WEBSITE ON 10.6.10 USING THE SAME CARD AND RECHARGED. I GOT TRANSACTION REFERENCE FOR THIS BUT NOT FOR 1000/= DEBITED ON 8/06/10. WHEN MY CARD STATEMENT WAS RECEIVED, I HAVE OBSERVED THAT TWO DEBITS ARE THERE. FOR 1000/=, THEY HAVE REPORTED THE TRANSACTION NO[protected] DATED 8.6.10. BUT, MY CREDIT IS NOT SHOWING THIS AMOUNT INSPITE OF 4-5 COMPLAINTS AND INTERACTION .. MY LATEST COMPLAINT NO[protected] DATED 23.7.10. RESPONSE FROM FRONT LINE STAFF IS POOR AND LACK INTEREST IN SOLVING THE PROBLEM. I NEED REDRESSAL. MY NAME : U.                 In September 2009,I recharged my sucribtion under scheme of long duration pack (We pay for 10 months and the sucription is renewed for 12 months). My Smart Card No. id[protected]. Before two days I got SMS for BIG TV mentioning that my sucription will get over on 18th July 2010. When I called their customer service center number, I was informed that The recharge was doen on 2nd September 2009 but, their system has not taken into consideration long duration pack and has deducted money on monthly bases and hence the balcnce will be zero on 18th of July. They accepted that it is fault at their end but they refused to extend the period till September. They told that nothing can be done in this case.

                There may be lot of people who must have opted for this type of scheme and fallen in their trap. Action against Bit TV requested

                I also faced similar kind of issue. However I came to know after 2 months, as they started deducting monthly. Then they told to recharge it once again. I recharged it once again and then was able to subscribe for 1 year plan. Reliance has started duping people by supplying 2nd hand setup boxes and once the warrranty ie., 1year completes they starts charging 175 for technician for visiting and 800 for old setup box. If after 15 days it becomes faulty the same amount the customer has to pay. it means the price customer paid for new setup box doesn't comes uder warranty and he is supplied with repaired setup box with no warranty. When we are already paying for services, why 175 and 800 are being charged from customer. Reliance knows the quality of setup boxes, I will recommend you never never give a single penny to Reliance as they are the biggest beggars who will deduct money from your account anytime without informing you, will harras you and their Cust Care is like that you would be speaking with Rickshaw Walla who doesn't know anything. No Responsibility initiative is being taken by Team Leaders as well. I will agree they do have toll free number, however try calling them 5 times continously and trust me you will listen 5 new things from 5 new executives. Their policies will contradict with each other and you will come to know yourself that ki aapko wo sirf topi pehnane ke lie bithye hue hain...My name is Ajay. I have been using Reliance from last 2 years. And this is my last year...and will never ever spend a single penny on Reliance in my lifetime even if they will provide free subscription and free service still I will deny them because I know they will anytime dupe me...Each and Every word written is true. It happend with me i.e, I don't want it to be happened with anyone Else. I live in New Delhi (Capital Of india) where their service is pathetic, so you can imagine their service anywhere else. Spend in that company which is providing you at least good product which will last for at least 5 to 6 years. However will Reliance you will need technician to replace setup box after every 3 to 4 months guaranteed. My phone number is [protected]. Contact me still before purchasing Big Tv. I will tell you lot about them...I have made a diary after calling them so many times.

                  my reliance big tv smart card no[protected] hai. sir maine 27 june 10 ko 230 ka recharg karaya. usi din big tv me poor signal problem aa gai . costomer care par baat karane par signal problem ko enginear se sahi karvane ke liye 175 rs a/c se kat liye. sir 27 june ko complient note karai to 48 hours ka time diya gaya. 27 june se ab tak 10 bar complent note kara chuka hoon par koi sunane vala nahi hai . sir mere upar company ne 148 rs over due aur kar diye. aur kahrahe aap 375 ka recharg karaiye tab aapki compleint suni jayegi . sir mai to recharge kara loo par jab tak signal problem compleint ok nahi hogi tab tak mai tv ko dekh nahi sakta hoon . over due 148 rs kar diye iski bhi compleint kar di hai par par is par bhi action nahi hua .

                  i have big tv since last 4-5 months.after shifting my home in amritsar i have been going through bad/weak signal.the customer care no is never available.after every 2 weeks i have to call a person to fix it from the big tv customer care.i am now tired of calling to the customer care each time and the number is always busy.
                  it has the worst dth sevice signal, buying big tv is a foolish action

                    Why BIG TV not change their LOGO. Lot of people send feedback to BIG TV. But no response from BIG TV. BIG TV not consider about their customer. BIG TV have poor customer care and poor service. BIG TV HD DVR have lot of problems like component port not working in sony tv. BIG TV only talk, we will add more no of HD channels as well as normal channels. But nothing happen. BIG TV service is very very poor. So don't buy BIG TV until LOGO changed.

                      I have purchased a set-top box of Reliance Big TV. It was running very very slow so i have comlained for it in the company via sending e-mail. The company responded me and for this i have again complained for five to six times then when i have send the mail for the last time the company responded me after 3 months.
                      The problem is that the company is not making the quality products and the service back-up is the worst in all.
                      I[censored] can help us then we will be very thankful.

                        We are availing the Big TV DTH services.Since there is no availability of the recharge coupons in this area (they are available in black sometimes) I have been using the Internet Banking facility for recharge.My Bank is STATE BANK OF HYDERABAD.Previously I used to recharge through the State bank of Hyderabad internet banking facility. I did this 2 or 3 times.Recently the emblem of the SBH is disappeared from the web link page of the BIG TV and i am not able to recharge my tv.I complained many times to big tv people that SBH emblem and the link to the Page of SBH is missing recently. I frustrated in complaining and frustrated in listening from them that they have the SBH in their link.I asked them to go through the net from the customer point of view ( ie to open the recharge page as a customer and take a sample and to try to recharge from the SBH link) But the people around are continuously saying that SBH is available with their list.I am tired and i need some good explanation.

                        BIG TV — BIG TV RECHARGE PROBLEM

                        I am poor customer of BIG TV having account number[protected]
                        and recharged my account by Rs 1900/- in my account number but i could not able to see any channel from last 15days .BIG TV customer care not paying any attention to attend the problem because every time you are talking with new person and problem is not getting solved.

                        WHAT A POOR SERVICE AND AFTER SEEING SUCH HUDGE COMPLAINTS I CAME TO THE CONCLUSION THAT BIG TV IS A BIG CHEATER COMPANY
                        I am the 2nd comsumer fot the Big TV in Madurai, that means before launge in Madurai I baught for my own.
                        Up this time there is no any fault find in display of Big TV. I am very satisfied in Big TV's service.

                          I wrote following mail twice (first - 12-Jun-10 & second - 15-Jun-10) to the consumer complaint ID but never got any response nor my problems is resolved till date

                          Subject: Monthly subscription package changed without my consent

                          On 8th June, we recharged Big TV connection and updated Balance was Rs 605. Till this date, we had subscription of Bronze pack (Rs 135+Taxes) and Punjabi Regional Pack (Rs 5+Taxes) making it total of Rs 154 monthly rental. Since we wanted to view Hungama TV so I called-up customer care on 9-Jun-2010 at 00:11. Their systems were down so they asked me to call later. Again at 8:25, I called up and was attended by a lady executive. I told her to upgrade my subscription to Silver pack and activate Kids addon pack just for a month. She confirmed that both have been activated and minimum lock-in period is for a month and to deactivate it I need to call-up again and inform them. Monthly charges as confirmed by her was Rs 198 for Silver pack and Rs 28 for Kids pack. This was a total of Rs 226 per month. I too confirmed the activation of 3 required channels - Hungama TV, Pogo and Cartoon Network. By the end of the day, we noticed that Hungama TV is not coming. Thought there might be a temporary problem and will be resolved on its own. But when it didn't corrected for long, called up customer care again at 19:58. To my surprise they told me that after my morning call, another call was made to activate 3 months subscription of Silver pack (which actually I or any body on my behalf never did). I asked them to find the callers name, but they said they didnt recorded. After lot of arguments and discussion, they presented me a stupid idea of continuing with this change to save my money, as any downgrading of plan will still attract the charges of Silver pack.


                          But my point is when I never instructed them to do so, why should I suffer a loss? Who instructed them to change the plan - is it that they themselves have changed the
                          plans and now forcing me to continue the same.


                          Please do the needful to revert back to my instructions of activating Silver pack and kids addon for just one month and find out the root cause of the whole confusion. In no case I agree to bear this loss.

                            Hi,

                            My Set Top Box number is[protected]. I lodged a complaint (no.[protected] today with BigTV for STB not functioning. The technician visited and said, the box is faulty and needs to be replaced. He asked me to pay Rs. 800 (repalcement charges) + Rs 175 visiting charges.

                            I called up customer care again and asked, what if replaced STB malfunctions or becomes inoperable again. He said, you have to pay again 800 in case of replacement.

                            Here my concerns are;
                            1. If STB has to be replaced, then why do I need to pay for faulty box. Why do they take the box back? If it is Customer's property, let it be with him or if they take it back then they should not ask for money.
                            2. Even if I pay for replacement, there's no warranty given on replaced box.
                            3. Warranty exists for only one year. Why dont they extend it @nominal charges like two/four wheeler insurance companie, water purifier companies do?

                            Why should customer pay visiting charges when there's problem in cable or dish atenna due to bad atomospheric conditions, etc on which customer has no control? Keep in mind, customer is already paying for entertainment services every month.

                            This is not the first time I have to suffer having relationship with Reliance. I had a very bad experience with Reliance for mobile services where they failed to restore outgoing services irrespective of submitting all the required documents. I pusuid the matter with them for three consective years and then dropped the connection.

                            I'll wait for sometime for justice to come. And if it doesnt come. I'll give the STB to my kid for engineering, Antenna to play flying disc and cable to hang clothes.
                            This will be my last relationship with Reliance in any form. Because what I feel they believe and selling products/services but not in customer retention and satisfaction or post purchase services.

                              This is Prakash sharma Seving with Defence services .I have purchased a DTH from Relience big TV on 02/02/2010 Smart Card no[protected] and STB ID- SHYSTC[protected].10), The form which is filled up has my details onit.
                              IN month of May when i was proceding for leave for 35 days i have sent a written request of safe custody for my account from 23nd May to 23rd July10.
                              Which is not executed as i could find out the reasion from the Costomer care unit that my account is registered on some other name of Mr m Mahatrey but other details are mine.the details of conversations with costomer care executives are as fallowes. They keep promising that your problem will be solved but almost after one month all in vain.

                              Reliance — Technical Fault.

                              Two days before, my phone was recharged by Rs.1000.00/- automatically. I thought may be any of my beloved has done it for me. So, I start using that balance for my personal calls. Two days later, i.e. today my balance became negative and when I complaint to the Customer Care Dept., that guy told me that, "I am sorry Sir. That Rs.1000/- prepaid balance came in your cellphone because of some technical fault and now whatever you have used from that amount, you need to pay it." So for this reason my balance became negative. I told him that it was not my fault that they add that much prepaid balance and even they did not inform me that I should not use it. But now as I have used it, they have made negative balance in my cellphone. I requested them to make my balance zero, instead of making it negative. But that guy told me that he is very sorry and he can't help it in this area. Therefore, please help me in this regard coz firstly, it was not my fault that they gave such balance.

                              i complined regrding the name registration which is not matching to my name and a safe costody of account whic is un resolved and non responce from the company even on repeted complaints.

                                Before few Months, A Sales Representative named Prithviraj Nath from Appco Marketing (India) Pvt. Ltd. came to my shop regarding BIG TV connection stating that "the company has introduced new package for which you have to pay Rs.1490 as one time charges and Rs.100 as the monthly rent for first three months, thereafter Rs. 115/month in which you will be provided with Recording Facility & Universal Remote through which you won't have to use your T.V. remote" and gave me the broucher with all the details written in it by the sales representative himself.

                                The representative showed me the BIG TV ID card bearing code BABT[protected] and gave the cellphone number as [protected].

                                Thereafter i gave him a cheque bearing No. 658257 for Rs. 2980/- drawn on Amanath Co. Op. Bank Ltd., B.V.K. Iyengar Road Branch, Bangalore for 2 Connections one for my house & other for my office on date[protected]. Where in my house connection was installed on the 7th day from the booking date. But the second connection for my office has not been installed yet & there is no response either from the agent nor the company.

                                Hence i request you to look into the matter & take the appropriate action.

                                  hello, my smartcard id no is[protected] I was launced a complain 1-may-2010(complain no[protected] at 07:43 p.m regarding software upgradation problem, and thay says your problem will be solve in next 48hours but they don't gave any response, after that again I launced a complain on 05-may-2010(complain no[protected] at 11:05 a.m and again they says we will solve your problem with in 48hours but again they don't gave any response, aftar that i am regularly calling to customercare and they say's as usual our enginnear will visit your home and he(she) will solve your problem till date i am waitting.

                                    Singal Problem

                                    I have Reliance Big TV connection in the name of Kiyam Gautam Singh with Smart Card Number[protected]. On 26th June 2010 I have a poor singal problem so i called up their customer care executive and made a request to fix the problem. They have registered a complaint and gave me a complaint reference number[protected] and told me that their engineer will come fix the problem within 48 hrs but it did not happen. After that day i have been calling every 3-4 times and even i have spoken to their senior exective 4-5 times but everytime i called they told me that it will fix it it in a day and still there is no resolution till now it is more than eight days since i first made the complaint. I think they are just taking my calls and ignoring my problems. Please help me resolve my problems.
                                    I think u r in warranty period. they are demanding Rs 170 from me for same problem. They are randomly selecting people and switching off their signal and demanding Rs 170 to restart again. Same dish, same wires, same set top box how come signal is lost now?????????

                                    Any organisation if you are active customer, they should first check the problem, if there is any fault then they should cherge for repairing. But here, these guys are asking money upfront. Because they know, there is no problem. As soon as u pay, they will activate again.

                                    Anil Ambani have a dream to become richer than mukesh, he can go down to any extent to do this... cheap man cheap company

                                      I forwarded the complaint to Reliance Big Tv Customer Care on 26th June 2010 but till now ie 3rd July 2010, the compolaint is not resolved. They have given a complaint reference number which is[protected] and told me that their engineer will come and fix the problem. I have called and spoken thier Customer Care Executives uncountable number of times and even thier Senior Executives four times and they always said it will be fixed the next day and still it is not resolved and they are deducting my balance daily also. So i think they are not taking customers' complaint seriously. For this reason i want to lodge a complaint against Reliance Big TV. Please help me solve my problem.

                                        I forwarded the complaint to Reliance Big Tv Customer Care on 23.06.2010.But till today ie 29.06.2010,the compolaint is not resolved.I talked to Five customer Care Executives along with Two Senior Executives,Who don't know how to handle the problems of the customers but they know how to deal only with the customers.
                                        Instead the balance is being deducted daily.I feel that they need only the money but not the customer satisfaction.
                                        Hope that they resolve the issue at the earliest.
                                        Also hope that they may not get the time to resolve.
