i made vodafone postpaid bill payment for my friend mr vishu tamhane from my BOI debit card on net the amount is deducted from my acct but on line i was instructed to approach this site as payment is not completed

Paid torrent power bill on 10th may from icici bank of Rs 4747.62 RECEIPT NUMBER BIL/[protected]/Electric bill /TORRENTPO.The amount was debited from my account in icici bank .
