My transaction was failed with error "Reasons: sorry!We are unable to process your transaction. But the payment is done successfully and the amount is debited from my account.So what should I do now? .please reply me at my e-mail mentioned below. But due to some teachnical problems my Transaction get failed and my account is get debited with amount Rs 506/-. Also, I forgot to note your 14-Digit Transaction number but i have 6 digit Ref. No: 173107 which I able to see when I logged into Netbabanking. Currently, I am unable to track my Refund status. Sir, Please update me about the refund status. Sir, Please do it on priority basis as I am not getting assistance from BSNL - Haryana. My transaction details are as mentioned below.     I contacted BSNL and Bill Desk on my own and problem get resolved. But I advice everybody don't use Bill Desk Payment Gateway.

              I was going to my Aircel Mobile balance recharge through Billdesk gateway with my SBI Atm card. Ususally i done with this. But last time on 03-september 2014 at 1:40 am i was trying to recharge with my SBI card No- 519xxx5932 for a purchase worth Rs 61 on POS[protected] at Billdesk.com In Transaction#[protected] and also the same on 03-september 2014 at 1:44 am i was trying to recharge with my SBI card No- 519xxx5932 for a purchase worth Rs 60 on POS[protected] at Billdesk.com In Transaction#[protected]. Both the Recharge has not been done from Aircel end but my balance has been deducted from my SBI Account and i got the sms upper mentioned with TRN# nos..                   During online bill payment of my BSNL landline no[protected] amount deducted two times from my UCO bank account. During online bill payment there was an error payment was not successful then I refreshed and then payment. Was successful but later I found in my bank statement that amount was deducted two times I.e.₹773 two times from my account.                       I ordered Dominos Pizza online and was connected to SBI via BillDesk. The money was deducted, but transaction showed error. So I tried once again, and money was deducted this time too, but transaction again showed error. I checked online and found that money was deducted from account. This happened on 11 Aug.                                       I was trying to pay the SBI Credit Card bill through Paynet. Paid Rs.2841.48/- through my SBI Debit Card. Amount was deducted from bank but the system has shown failure status of trasaction. So I have retried the payment and again the system debited Rs.2841.48/- from my SBI Debit card and the result is same failure. Please process the payment and credit the payment to my SBi Credit card or Refund the same amounts to my SB account.

                                        I am trying to pay SBI card for the last two day through Netbanking. After filling the card number etc and choosing the bank when I hit the pay button it goes to "redirecting to bank" but the bank payment screen never appears. I have tried it with two banks where I have the nebanking facility but the same problem occurs. I think Billdesk redirecting software is faulty. The netbanking of these two banks works well if not coming through Billdesk.
                                        BillDesk customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
