        Dear Sir, I wish to inform you about the problem occurred when I was trying to apply for the DDA scheme through Axis Bank (one of the 13 parties with DDA for the housing scheme application) on Sept. 6, Saturday between 9:30 PM to 10 PM. After submission of the form I was directed to a payment gateway where I chose the net-banking for payment of the due amount Rs.1 Lac in addition with the cost of the form Rs.150. A total sum of Rs.100, 161.24 was debited from my Vijaya bank account but when I was asked to return to the merchants' website 'transaction error' page was displayed. Now no confirmation as to status of my application form nor the whereabouts of the money deducted was given to me. All I have is the filled application without any number on it and the money deducted brief in my net banking account. The transaction detail is following: Vijaya Bank Ref No 4225139 BillDesk Ref No MVJB[protected] Transaction Date[protected] Transaction Amount Rs 100161.24 I request you to kindly look into the matter and locate where my money is.                 I have paid my bsnl landline telephone bill (Bill number:[protected] & account number:[protected]) amounting rs.852=00 through my sbi debit card on 06 sept'2014 on pos[protected] at bliidesk.com_billpay-in vide txn#[protected] dated 06 sept'2014 as per bx-atm sbi sms i have received. But my payment transaction details from portal bsnl could not produce my payment receipt saying transaction status- ''awaiting bank confirmation''. Portal bsnl transaction id is tx[protected] dated 06 sept'2014. Even after 4 days, my atm debited amount of rs.852 has not yet been reverted to my sbi savings bank account.

                                I was going to my Aircel Mobile balance recharge through Billdesk gateway with my SBI Atm card. Ususally i done with this. But last time on 03-september 2014 at 1:40 am i was trying to recharge with my SBI card No- 519xxx5932 for a purchase worth Rs 61 on POS[protected] at Billdesk.com In Transaction#[protected] and also the same on 03-september 2014 at 1:44 am i was trying to recharge with my SBI card No- 519xxx5932 for a purchase worth Rs 60 on POS[protected] at Billdesk.com In Transaction#[protected]. Both the Recharge has not been done from Aircel end but my balance has been deducted from my SBI Account and i got the sms upper mentioned with TRN# nos..
