Online recharge of tata docomo

For online Prepaid recharge of TATA DOCOMO On 16.07.2012 at @ 9.30 pm I had make payment of 100 Rs two times( i.e.Rs 200) . That 200 Hundred rupees deducted from my account at the same time by BILL DESK but I have not received any recharge or No money back . So please Revert back my money to my account otherwise I have to make complaint to Consumer Forum regarding the matter....

The reply sent by you is self contradictory:

1. On April 2,2012 You had mentioned "The below mentioned payment has been successfully processed from our end through transaction reference number MSBI[protected] for Rs.9576.52 on 31.03.12."
2. After that no communication has been sent to me till July 4,2012 until I highlighted the matter and demanded receipt.

Recharge not possible but my amount cut from account

I made an transaction to purchase from Ebay india but it failed and i immediately complained regarding this to Ebay as well as to Billdesk . On telephonic talks it was told that money will be credited into your A/c. Till date and time no such thing happened.

ONLINE RECHARGE NO HAPPEN

I had recharged for Rs.300 on 31-May-2011 mobile no ([protected]) in Tatadocomo online prepaid.. but still now no confirmation is made and the recharge amount is not added, but my amount was deducted from my SBI Bank A/c.

Amount debited for e-recharge but recharge not done

The Billdesk which is their payment server showed "Transaction failed" and I did not receive
