Dear Sir/Madam

My name is Mr Sarjerao Maruti Yadav and I made online payment Rs 1623 with BillDesk to LIC through HDCF Credit Card Dated 16/05/2017 and Card No is[protected] and transaction was successful but at the same day Rs 1623 Bill paid by HDFC CREDIT CARD BILL PAY service. I made double payment to LIC and BillDesk payment is not showing in LIC'S record only showing
CREDIT CARD BILL PAY service entry, your payment was not received to LIC and not refunded my credit card account, then where
Is gone my Rs 1623 payment.

If amount was not forwarded to LIC then it should revert back to my card account but it is not happened yet, where is gone my amount?

            i was doing a online shopping on 16/05/14 on shopclue site.. at payment gateway transaction failed, however, amount of Rs 849 was deducted twice from my account. i contacted Billdesk on 22nd, was informed to send email to [protected]@billdesk.com with info.. i have done the same, and waited until 26/05/14 for response. now on 26/05/14 when i call again i am again asked to send another email with details and was wait for 24Working Hours(i.e., 3Business Days).                                       money deducted from my account but didnt got recharge

                                      payment id-[protected] i have recharge my my phone with 252 airtel 3g 1gb from freecharge.com but after payment to billdesk it shows that recharge has not done

                                      unsuccesful transaction through INB state bank of travancore ,is not reversed .

                                      TXN ID ; MSBT[protected]IGZ4517568 DATED 11/09/2014 THROUGH INTERNET BANKING OF STATE BANK OF TRAVANCORE FROM ACCOIUNT NUMBER [protected] WAS UNSUCCESFULL. BUT THE MONEY IS NOT YET REVERSED. KINDLY REVERSE IT AT THE EARLIEST

                                        On[protected] I have paid my electric bill of torrent power through my mobile banking. The amount is deducted from my bank account. I received the SMS "your payment of Rs. 152 towards bill pay of AECJMP will be reveresed shortly. But the amount is not credited to my bank account.

I received the SMS "your payment of Rs 152 towards bill bay of AECJMP will be reversed shortly. But the amount is not credited to my bank account. The details are as under

                                        till today no action is taken and the complain is unsolved.

                                        Billdesk — payment made to Mahanagar telephone nigam limited

                                        Today i made two payment of Rs. 994 each to MTNL vide REF INB/[protected] and INB/[protected]. Both of them apparently got stuck without any acknowledgement . Please look into it and advise.
