Dear Sir, I have made a payment of Rs.20, 000/- on 14.8.2014 through Bill Desk, being the charges
of my son's (Aniket Choudhury) M.Tech admission fee. But to my surprise, sms received from ICICI Bank shows a total amount of Rs.20, 248/- debited to my a/c.Thus, an excess amount of Rs.248/- has been charged. On query, my credit card banker, i.e. ICICI Bank replied that it is on the advice received from Bill desk that they have charged the amount.You are requested to clarify through mail urgently why this excess amount has been charged and oblige.
