Sir,I recharged through Aircel website on 14/04/2012,with transaction number MP[protected].
Sir,regarding this transaction when I tried to enquire about my transaction but not recieved any reponse so far.
Sir,when I called in billdesk office they talked with me very roughly.

Therefore,I want to register complaint against billdesk to get appropriate response on this serious misconduct.
Early action is requested.

ul get to listen mail Karo hamara aadmi revert karega and cuts the call not even ready to listen the matter

den if you try again calling she wont pic the call from same number
for that you will have to try from another number

please bill desk if you don't refund my money i don't care but try to set deserving candidate that understand customers problem

sir, i have done a payment of Rs 2697 dated 18/02/2013through my Canara bank debit card, in order to pay my exam fees of JIIB (Indian Institute of banking and finance), Sir, my account has been debited successfully, but i haven't receive any confirmation mail regarding whether my fees have been accepted or not and as a result am unable to submit my application. For your further reference, my transaction ID was - 139397, my application reference was- iibfexam, transaction reference no.[protected] and registration no. 21201305.
kindly look into the matter immediately as my last date of submission of application is approaching.

on 19.2.13 i try to purchase GPRS pack fm relaince and fill up all the columns properly but in date of birth columm i fill up my date of birth as 21061964 but when submit it shows that date format not as per ddmmyy.But i can't understand what is ddmmyy and failure my secure code and purchase.Please intimate what can i do to purchase /payment through net.Also intimate my given details not known by anyone.Pse intimate [protected]@gmail.com.

I made transaction towards iibf exam fees online payment for rupees 3034 through ICICI bank credit card on 24 Feb 2013 4.00 pm, I received this error from Billdesk "Sorry! We are unable to process your transaction. Please contact us at [protected]@billdesk.com for any queries"
Kindly let me know the reason and final result.

how con i refounde my unsuccessful money.
Dear Sir,
On 05.05.2012 i IBPS application fee for Rs.150 through my SBI Debit Card but My transaction was failed with error "Reasons: sorry!We are unable to process your transaction.Please conatct us at [protected]@billdesk.com for any queries". So again tried for online payment, but it was not succeeded.
So please guide me what should i do in this case.

I have paid online fee for SBI PO i.e probationary officer exam form but 5 times transaction has been made for single form. How can I get my extra money back???
I made apayment online for my vodafone mobile [protected] on 13.03.13. Money has already been deducted from account.But the confirmation of payment couldnot be received as the system showed "Sorry we are unable to process your request."
