    We are consumer situated in south Delhi-Sriniwaspuri,we buy Biseleri 20 lt for the last 3 years,but for the first time we have found fungus particles completely filled up from small to huge size as big as coin.we have kept half bottle so any excutive can come and check the same,we opened the bottle which was sealed with both plastic cap of the biseleri and a plastic sheet of bisleri company.It came as big shock and this has to be answered as we trusted the product and have been using it for many years.Clarify this complaint ASAP.

      sir i bought a cartoon of bisleri bottles from the reputated departmental store of my locality.. i found the particles of rubber packed in one of the bottle of the cartoon. it was not expected from such a big reputated company . i would complain this to f.c.o and consumer court. so that strict action could be taken.. and such a big blunder mistakes would not b done in future.

        sir,
        today dated 07/02/2011 i bought a bisleri 20 ltr mineral water bottle from bajrang novelty in Boisar and found that the water is packed in a very dirty bottle and not properly sealed,there on the bottle a customer care number was given([protected]),when i dailed the number it was not available. again i found a cc number from internet([protected]) and when i tried to contact there was no response,it was a type of dummy service.Bisleri having a so large markrt and charging the highest rate for packaged drinking water has no proper customer care facility and the product has no proper quality.
        so i request you to kindly look into this matter.

          Dear Sir,
          I have purchased 1 Ltr Bisleri mineral bottle from dadar station on 31st january 2012. but on the label mentioned manufacturing date was 27th jun 2012 from dadar railway station.
          I complained Bisleri about the same , and asked them about the details of that bottle &requested to return those stock from the food stalls of railways(since those packs were mfg only for indian Railways). But on 4th february 2012 , i found one more bottle of bisleri of same stocks, i asked the stall owner ,did any bisleri executive came for the verification of the wrong printing. he refused & said no one has come from bisleri staff.
          i have sended the mail to bisleri asking about the manufacturing date of those packets but i have got no response from them.
          thereby i think bisleri has done this , purposefully considering there product could survive for one year(as per the 6 months from 27th june 2012 to 26th january 2013) instead of six monts expiry period.

          So Bisleri must be punished severly for making such attempt , of hiding the product information from the consumers & making the product post packaging date of 6 months.

Inside this sealed bottle i found a dead insect in it. for the sake of proof i kept this bottle.kindly help regarding this matter to take action on the company and distributors in kolkata .               Pushakar Meal Restaurant on the highway is a stop for Neeta Bus travellers on the Mumbai-Nasik-Mumbai Route


              Bottled Mineral Water - 1 Liter ( Bisleri and Aguafina) are sold in the shop/stall outside the Restaurant and also in the Restaurant at Rs 20 which is more than the MRP

              While one can bu them for Rs12 at Railway Stations, they are being sold at Rs20. at Psuhkat Mela and the shops outside overcharging the customers all the time.

              Also the stall outside charges Rs 5 over the MRP
              A Bingo pre-packed snack with an MRP of Rs 20/- is sold at Rs 25/-

              All Neeta buses traveling to and fro on the busy Mumbai-Nasik Highway stop at this Restaurant and customers are fleeced by the stalls/shops by overcharging on the MRP

              Plus these chops outside don't give you any sales receipt/
              Not only do these shopkeepers overcharge but also evade sales tax.

              !!! Will any official take notice of this !!!

                I have been using bisleri 20 lt bottles for 2 years now. the last two bottles were bad. one was smelly and now in the current bottle there seems to be yellow elongated structures which look like tiny worms. i have preserved this bottle. what is the course of action here. who shoul;d we compalin to ??

                  Sir, www.sailajamineral.net, Just watch our business, we are doing door delivery service sinc 13 Years . We are supplying 9 brands door delivery. Kinley water officials giving much trouble in supply and not giving support. Previously 6 years back they are supplied stock with Max.Rs.16 commission on each 25 Ltr., Bottle. Hence, we developed business and now we have more than 10,000 customers in Hyderabad city. Now, after booking huge customers they are cheating us with non supply of product and their each bottle commission also giving only Rs.5 on each bottle. Actually, they need to give Rs.20 on each bottle.
                  At least they are not supplying botteles also.
                  Hence, kindly justice us and strictly warned them to give proper supply. Same time Now, bisleri stock also not coming properly...

                    hi I am a retailer in kanpur from years, i loved to be associated with this brand.
                    i got see a bottle 1 lt may 2011 packing where there was a 4mm black particle i complained but there was no response as if bisleri is taking everything for granted at keeping peoples life at stake.
                    inspite of so many complaints company person are not adressing it.
                    This incident happened 25 days back and today being july 7 2011 there was another and even 4 times bigger particle in the same lot . god know what is bisleri upto ..

                      I was using Bisleri 20 ltr bottle at my home. This was supplied by New Shyam Grocery Store in C-Block, Sushant Lok Vyapar Kendra. When I called him and told him that I found green fungai in the bottle when opened the bottle and about to use the water for drinking. He told me to talk to Bisleri dealer and make complaint to them. I kept that bottle with me and ordered for another Bisleri bottle from same store. In that bottle, I found white mixture. Surprisingly shop keeper is saying that why am I opening the bottle if I found such things. How silly is that, in green coloured bottle, how could you find green fungai or white compund if you are not getting water out from bottle. I made call to bisleri delhi office numbers but no one is picking up the phones. They are disconnecting the phones and then keeping that engaged. I called up consumer forum, they told me to send letter to Bisleri. What a pethatic approach. And our consumer forum is not carrying Bisleri company's e-mail id or phone number for grevience. Our Indian Consumer Forum is saying to search ourselves. They can just suggest us but can not take action to fix the problem. Bisleri is supplying contaminated water in public and public is paying for that. Even though there is no system, where we can raise complaint and some one govt. or private agency could take action against such water supply co. I am still hacing all those containers having contimated agents.

                        I ordered for bisleri water can of 20 litre on 25th of May and found the water is having curd like white layers inside. When I asked the shop keeper in Neb Sarai he asked me to complain to the consumer care number mentioned on the bottle. I talked to the person but he told he will inform to the higher authority. But I waited for 10 days there was no response. I went out of station for 15 days after that. Still there is no response.

                        The following are the details:

                        Please try to address the issue otherwise I will go to the consumer course after one week. The water bottle is still with me for verification.

                            I would like to bring to your attention the pathetic customer service that i am getting from Bisleri, more to say from one of the dealers "ravi tejas enterprises" from whom i am presently availing the service. I am using 20 ltrs jar every week and its been nightmarish experience to get the water Jars once it gets over. I place an order for the water Jars and would get it in 2-4 days time after repeated follow-ups. On top of this i am also being charged Rs 5/- extra for one 20 Ltr Jar although the MRP on the Jar states 60/-. When questioned, the dealer says come and pick the water Jar from the godown at the MRP cost. When the dealer or Bisleri took my contract they promised to do door delivery but now this contract is not being honored.

                            I reached out to Mr. Praveen [[protected]]who seem to be escalation point. However i never expected such lethargic attitude from a respectable person. My plight went into deaf ears and i am still fighting hard to get better service. The water seems to be so good that we have got acquainted to and now we cannot do away from this.

                            Kindly let me know if someone in the higher-ups could understand and resolve my problem, more so upholding the name of Bisleri company. I have been coming across such reviews in the Internet blog as well. Many customers are facing similar issues and it’s high time the concerns are addressed.

                              I am VIKASH JOSHI, residing at "Gayatri Villa" , 1055, Kishan Marg, Barkat Nagar, Tonk Road, Jaipur - 302015. I have contacted Mr. SATISH KUMAR AGARWAL (Prop. of M/S SHREE RADHE KRISHNA ENTERPRISE) a Distributor of BISLERY PACKAGED DRINKING WATER in Jaipur.
                              I am regularly following up Mr. Satish Kuamr for timely supply of Water Campers at his Mobile numbers : [protected] / [protected], but service quality is very poor and they have never delivered water campers in time. In the summer when water is basis requirement of each and every human being, if I have to follow up like anything for water then nothing could be worse than this.
                              These type of poor services are also damagig the Brand value of Bisleri.
                              I have also tried so many timers at Bisleri Office number :[protected] at Jaipur, but line is busy all the time and I am not able to contact them.
                              I hope that effective steps would be taken from the Company's side after submitting this complaint.

                                BISLERI is supposed to be a reputed company. Earlier this week, I used their website to submit a order for Water. The website purports to be high on technology and assures delivery in 48 hours. I placed my order thorugh (http://www.bisleri.com/order_online.php) on Sunday and promptly got an automated acknowledgment on email capturing all the details of the order. Next day, when I didn't get the delivery I called on the numbers given on the webside for Delhi (most of them keep ringing). Finally I got through one and the person on the other side did know of the order I had placed. However, she told me that orders should be placed before 4pm and not on Sunday (which is not mentioned on the website!!). Anyway, she asked me to call a Dwarka based distributor as thats what she would do if my request comes before the stipulated time (what a customer service)!! I called the Dwarka based Distributor[protected] who assured me of the delivery the very next day before 11am. So I thought at least on Tuesday I would get it even though we were running out of our existing water supply. Next day, I called this distributor at 1130am and I was told the fresh supply has not come and it would be sent to me as soon as stocks are replenished. Whole day passed I didn't get any, worse no calls either. My attempts to call the distributor resulted only in long rings which were not answered. I kept trying whole of Tuesday but of no avail and I couldn't get through the BISLERI office numbers as well. Finally, I filled out one more order online expecting a supply next day. I also wrote a mail to revert in case no supply was to come. No response either on email or a call. By now, I almost gave up and ordered the water from a local vendor. Needless to say 48 hours are well and truly over even if I were to believe what the website says.

                                I am writing this on Wednesday evening and till now I have no response. I have sent out a mail to the email ids provided by BISLERI. The reason of this compliant is twofold-1 to make a customer keep waiting in this summer heat for an essential commodity like Water. 2-Fooling customers by an attractively looking website which make them believe the company has good systems.

                                In this case of BISLERI, nothing works at all. Most insensitive towards a customer. I am not sure how such companies survive.

                                  could you pls tell me the procedure to test the quality of the packaged drinking water? I am using the Bislery 20lts but often find drops of water leaking from the caps even if they are properly sealed. so how the jar is getting leaked? is there any chance of sabotage?                                     I ordered one 20 liter Bisleri mineral water bottle last night (12/03/2011) from Vita Fresh, Sushant Lok phase 1, B Block, near galleria market and found that to be dirty.

                                    It is plane tap water packed in a Bisleri bottle. I boiled that water and it turned translucent.

                                    When I called them up and told them that this is a dirty water and not Bisleri, they sent me another bottle which did not had a hologram on the cap. And it was written on the bottle to check for hologram.

                                    When I told them to take it back, they started arguing and refused to take it back.

                                    They told me this is what they will supply. You may check any time in their shop for hologram on Bisleri bottles.

                                    I agree, this guy has been selling all fake bottles with labels such as bisleri and pristine plus. even I checked that there was no hologram on the packing and also the plastic wrapper covering on the cap was half torn as if it was manually heated to stick on the cap.When i tilted the bottle it started to even leak evn when it was totally sealed. Called the customer care no. which asks to call if the hologram was not there, it turned out to be of some faridabad dealer who said that they don't supply in gurgaon but only in delhi.
                                    The entire sushant lok area is selling such fake bottles but noone is taking any action on it.

                                    I had placed an order for a 5 litre bisleri water can from Garden General store ( Rajpurohit), Shop No. 5, Leo Apt, Sunder Lane, Orlem, Malad ( West), Mumbai - 64. and observed that the water was dirty and had dirt particles floating in it. Batch No. 054, CM/L No. 7326873 IS: 14543 packed on 23rd Feb, 2012 14:13. Need a replacement for the same, also the quality needs to be checked for each and every pack as it can affect anyone. Need a resolution and suitable action needs to be taken for the same.

                                    if yes nothing can be done
                                    if no. take a photo. send an e mail . contact them from http://www.bisleri.com and send a photo to the local news papers as well

                                      Hi Team,

                                      My Name is Gaurav Shakya, I purchased one Bisleri from a shop which is close to my house they gave me one bottle but on that bottle there was no MRP printed and shopkeeper was asking for money of his choice then i asked him to pull out another bottle and in that bottle insects were there,
                                      I took both the bottles and then called up to the customer care of Bisleri they transferred my call to Quality team, They said"Sir reh gai hogi mistake se"

                                      Just tell me can any company do such kind of mistakes..........
                                      I do have both the bottles with me and i want to case against company.

                                        My Self Mr. Abdul Rehman Shaikh, residing in nerul, Sector 23, Navi Mumbai. I would like inform you that on 16th January 2011 at about 4 pm I went to the Ujalla restaurant that is in Sector 9 nerul to buy the bisleri water which is favorite brand water since 2 years I am drinking your company water bcz of its quality but I was wrong because I found some insect inside the water bottle, that time I was totally shocked and surprise that how can your Company made the big mistake bcz of your company’s reputation and big advertising any my blind faith on your product I drank so many time without any hesitation or checking but I thing I was wrong. Further, I would like say and ask you that how can be your company irresponsible and playing with human life supplying unhygienic and insect water even I bought that water after paying handsome amount for one liter bottle instead of drinking free water. So, pls kindly collect the sealed pack water bottle and pay me the compensation for that or tender the unconditional apology and give me in writing that your company will never do this type of mistake in future and they will not play with the human life supplying insect water. For your kind information even in my office I am buying bisleri 20 liter water bottle on every next day bcz I am running the business. So, pls kindly collect the bottle from my office within two days otherwise I will brought this matter to the Consumer Court and as well as in media also.

                                        Note. If you will ignore and fail to redress my Complaint I will file the Complaint in Consumer Court through my Lawyer.
