[Resolved]  Blue Starac — The worst after sales service

With reference to several follow ups through calls with my respective Blue Star AC's authorised dealer M/s. All Weather Appliances Agencies, Lucknow (U. P.) & several mails exchanged with their national customer service division, its been around a month & a simple replacement of stablizer has not been processed due to which my AC is kept as if its a showcase and i am unable to use its services.

I never imagined Bluestar India will provide such kind of worst service experience. Being a corporate client and having a strong network pan India, will never recommend any of my colleagues, friends, relatives & anybody to even think of purchasing a single product of Bluestar as its after sales service is extremely pathetic. There is not even any escalation matrix who can provide us the solution on urgent priority. No well defined process to handle complaints at so called call centre as our calls never reach to any call centre executives.

Would like to thanks the Blue Star India management team for creating such a brilliant product along with perfectly designed complaint mechanism which will help fellow customers to just keep its product in their bedroom without using required services.

Compain karne ke bad sarvIse nahi kar ke diya. 3 months ke Pahele 1tone ka Window ac bluestar ka new lIya hai. Please Reply. DEALLER MULUND MUMBAI se SAPNA ELECTRONICS Me bhi roj phonE karne pe bhi koi javab naHi de rahe hai. WOREST DEALER IN MUMBAI. Please cancell hIs dealership. Also not raplyinG for ramot compain... Pl phOne.
Complaint has been resolved, stablizer changed on date 28.06.2009, Now machine working ok.
Stablizer replaced was of higher range, since their is voltage problem in installation area.

This is to confirm that above complaint filed by me has been finally resolved but after following up for more than 40 days.

This company need a dedicated complaint resolution team along with an automated mechanism so that more customers like me should not suffer in the way ahead.

dear sir,
we had 7 tons ac units are there after purchase some complaints are uccered but blue star people worst responce my feel that what ever the brand better to purchase witch is better service before to purchase iam using lg window also it is very good service, very very bad experiance dont buy blue star

With reference to our complain no- (Ticket no B[protected] dtd 25.8.11) for problem in our

Air Conditioner



Our dealer has replace cur kit with another old cur kit & inform us that he will replace new cur kit

new cur kit send by you but it was different & not fitted, service man opened A C more than 6 times & till date nothing has happen & my A C is not giving proper cooling



Dealer said that it may take 6 to 7 day’s process to replace

You also promised me to resolved your problem with in two days.





Kindly look in to the matter seriously & do the needful at earliest if possible pl replace entire A C

Instead of replace spare parts.

Dear Sir,

After listening of more and more name of company blue star .
We have purchased BLUE STAR 1.5 tons window ac from your dealer Named Jagir Electronics Mithapur in March 2011 before 1 Month ac is stopped working


service men came and said that the SERKIT is not working and to be replaced .i make the call to the dealer and he said that it may take 3 to 4 days process to replace . I had made daily calls to that dealer and they are now making daily new excuses till dated 29 Aug 2011.

we are facing this problem last 1 month And we are very harassed.



I thought Blue star given best service but after purchasing we realised

Blue star A c service is very poor



Please make the necessary actions
