[Resolved]  BSES Delhi — DAILY POWER FAILURE OF MORE THAN 9 HOURS IN MOHAN GARDEN

I AM RESIDENT OF BLOCK - Q, STREET NO.2 MOHAN GARDEN UTTAM NAGAR

THERE HAS BEEN DAILY POWER FAILURE OF MORE THAN 9 HOURS WHICH IS UNACCEPTABLE IN ANY CONDITION. WE KNOW VERY WELL DUE SHORTAGE IN SUMMER WE HAVE TO FACE THE POWER CUTS BUT IT DOES NOT MORE THAN 9 HOURS. IT SHOULD BE 4 or 5 HOURS WITH PROPER SCHEDULED. AS WE CAN MANAGE OUR DAILY LIFE ACCORDINGLY.

NOW THE CONDITION OF POWER CUT IS VERY FRUSTRATING. BSES DELHI ELECTRICITY SERVICE IS VERY VERY POOR IN MOHAN GARDEN AREA.

BSES MUST BE LOOK INTO THIS MATTER AS EARLIEST BECAUSE PUBLIC IS VERY ANGRY AND FRUSTRATING WITH THEIR SERVICE.

ONE MORE THING I WANT ADD IN THIS ABOUT BSES CUSTOMER CARE WHICH IS NOT CARE TO CUSTOMERS. THEY CARE ONLY BSES EMPLOYEES AND HIDE REALITY FROM CUSTOMERS.

An annoyed Consumer — Daily Power Cuts

Hi,

Whats happening to the power situation in Delhi recently. Everyday we are facing power cuts for 3-4 times in a day and for 1 and a half HOUR at a stretch.

What is the Government doing for it. And we were told to believe that come 2010 & there will be no power cuts in Delhi. Cant see any improvement till now, though. Why cant we get a continuos supply like in Bombay when we are ready & in fact paying the increased tariffs. JUST WHY.

Do the people in power have any Answers?
Same is the situation in Njafgarh Area. The service provided by BSES is pathetic. No power in this area
for more than 8 hours on daily basis.

Power Cuts are very normal in this sector of around 10 - 15 yrs.

BSES persons have no sense of Responsiblity . May be they are no 1 in this world to provide pathetic services.

Sir, I am a resident of C-17, dayanand colony, Lajpat nagar-4, new delhi-24, we are badly affected in the night hours since last three days.On trying to your phones no body was picking up the phone and everytime we try to contact it is coming either busy to deal with other customer or not reachable.

Please look in to the matter to find out the alternative solution to satisfy the customer service.

I am a resident of Tilak Nagar Area, Block 21. The Power situation is getting bad to worst in this area from last 4-5 days. Apart from ususal power cuts in the day that last upto 3-4 hrs. they cut light in the night as soon as you are in your bed, some times cut starts at 10 p.m. sometimes at 11 p.m. and last upto 4 hrs . Whole night we just wait that light would come and when after about 4 hrs a glimpse of light appears and we close our doors and windows and put on our Air Conditioner the Princes LIGHT says Bye Bye again. It is so frustrating and irritating that we feel like giving a punch to the person who is playing with the switches.
Last night i.e. on the night of 24th they have crossed every limit. The Princes Light gone by 10.30 p.m. never came till 2.30 and then missed came again at 3.30 and missed again and finally came at around 5.00 a.m. with a voltage os less than 100.
Apart from these the Stablizer placed in between Blocks 21 & 22 is unstable and witnissing a series of problems.
IS ANY BSES Personnel there THAN
WHY DON'T YOU CHECK IT, DAMN IT
WHY DON'T YOU REPLACE THIS STABLIZER THAT CAUSES PROBLEMS EVERY NOW AND THEN AND CATCHES FIRE A NUMBER OF TIMES.
WHY YOU PEOPLE PLAY WITH US.
THE TOTAL POWER WOULD NOT BE LESS THAN 8-10 HRS. IN THIS AREA AND GOVERNMENT SAYS THAT WE CUT LIGHT ONLY 1-2 HRS. SHAME SHAME SHAME!!!

THERE HAS BEEN DAILY POWER FAILURE OF MORE THAN 5-6 HOURS IN RAINY DAYS. NO ONE FEOM BSES IS INFORMING ABOUT POWER CUTS SCHEDULED. IT IS MID-NIGHT, IT IS EARLY MORNING NO TIME TO POWER CUTS.

I dont know what is current rate per unit for those people who are staying as a tenants
I have been staying in Delhi for last six month and wherever i stayed i was charged rs five per unit.
Currently it is five and half but i dont have any evidence as a proof but it is the fact
the poor in Delhi have always been influenced by the rich and selfish people
Don't the BSES have any regulation for this inhuman activity

I am a residance of Vikaspuri Hastsal DDA Janta Flat Group-I Flat No. 306. All ready i complain on 06 July in customer and my complain no. 1977 2nd time i complain on 10 July and my complain no. 1916 3rd time i complain on 13 July and my complain no. 1499 and again 4th time i complain and i got my complain no. 1561 wher i complain they issue me a new complain no. but no body going to resolve this problem our problem poll box is damaged from 1 month ago sparking on this poll fluctuations and several time we got very large sparking and several time engineer came there and he told us that tomorrow any body come here and he closed this issue but still this problem not resolve today i discuss with your customer care executive and she told me that if we got any urgent call then we resolve it on priority otherwise we taking time but allready i complain from 6th july so i request to you please replace this box without any mishap.Regards Jay Prakash Pandey Mob: [protected]
No electricity in Vipin garden extension for the last 54 hours. Its been 8-10 hours electricity cut off on a daily basis which is unaceptable in any circumstances. But the BSES are doing nothing to resolve the issue. BSES is the worst and is a big .

Iam the resident of vipin garden extn uttam nagar. From last 15-20 days daily power cut around 10-12 hour which is UNACCEPTABLE .please take necessary action to resolve this matter.

THERE HAS BEEN DAILY POWER FAILURE OF MORE THAN 10-15 HOURS DAILY AND ALSO IN RAINY DAYS. NO ONE FROM BSES IS INFORMING ABOUT POWER CUTS SCHEDULED. IT IS MID-NIGHT, IT IS EARLY MORNING NO TIME TO POWER CUTS. THE LOCAL COMPLAINT OFFICE HAS TOLD THAT THERE FAULT IN HT LINE, BREAK DOWN, SHUT DOWN AND TRANSFORMER FALUT. THIS ALL SITUATION MAKES US WONDER THAT HOW LONG THESE REPAIRS AS TO TAKE AND WHY UNNECESSARY HARASSMENT IN DISCONTINUITY OF ELECTRIC SUPPLY IS MADE TO THE RESIDENT OF OUR BLOCK.
dear bses team ye doosri complained hai raj nagar 2 colony of palam aye din taro me aag lagi rehte hai her 5-6 ghante me cut jroori lagta hai itni light ki jimmewari lene per bhi ye haal hai taar nakli hai jo her roj aag lagi rehte hai koi sunne wala nahi hai seela dixit ji ne kaha tha ke delhi me light ki kami nahi hai per mai kehta hu ye sab jhoot hai agar light ki killat dekhne hai to palam raj nagar 2 me dekho palam raj nagar 2 aisha hai jaishe backward area jisme ki airport ke thik back side mai hai ishi liye hindustan aaj bhi peeche hai aur rhega
The situation is still remain same after 3 Years even..Every day there is a power Faliure . Even since yesterday night no electricity. An one has come till now for checking the root cause for the same.

18-20 hours power cut

major problem of power cut in H1 block, bangali colony, mahavir enclave, palam-dabri road, new delhi-45 complaint center is mangla puri.
