I had a problem in BSNL brodband connection. it was not working more than one month. when i call customer care they are giving problem id. i have lot of problem id but no more use.i was dialled at 1500 BSNL customer care.

Could you please guide me where to log the compliant will be getting the resolution.

I am unable to register my BILL PAYMENT for Online using ICICI Bill Pay Facility reason being the Account No field, which is expecting atleast 10 digits and starting with 210 but my current Landline

(Earlier I had registered successfully when my Old House Tel no. having Fixed landline, but my new house has got wireless landline)

I am working permanently with State bank of India & applied broadband connection on[protected] with a request to allow 20% on broadband bill as per scheme of BSNL followed with reminders dt 19-05-09 &
17-06-09 but sorry to say nothing being done till yet.
Further I also requested in my reminder dt 19-05-09 to give me discount W.E.F. April 2009 but I was refused by the accounts official BSNL Mall road Kanpur

had a soma wimax fitted into our home the unit was 5, 000/- rs the monthly rental 1, 800/-rs & just to plug it in 750/- had for 5 weeks & has only worked for 3 days. have made over 60 phone calls to the Salesman Ganesh who ignores phone most of the time but did admit he had sold 40 units in Calangute when the band width could only cope with 6. Every day disconnected time after time he said the back up generator at the tower didnt work. He kept saying either tower problem or electric so i asked hom to pick up unit & refund our money he said "what will i do with a unit that has been used". He also now says its where we live in Calangute that wont pick up the tower ( He sold it to us after checking out our home!!) Now we have to wait 10 days to see if he can sell it first. IT is so bad that i have a daily diary.

my BNP no. is 3647 and i've applied for a landline connection on 2-jun-2009 and yet it is not connected.
on enquiring about it from JTO and JCO no appreciable reply comes.

so kindly look into the matter and take necessary actions.

I have got a message that subscription for chat messenger service will be renewed tommorrow. send NODAT ton unsubscribe. Rs 15/ sub I m getting this message for so many months I always send NODAT to 55888 but never goes n they deduct the money. I m not at all using this servie. Plz help how to unsubscribe it.

With respect, i am vijay satapara. I have purchased EVDO internate modem from BSNL, Rajkot, Gujarat. They claim that they are providing speed upto 2 MBPS, but from my 15 days experience i have never even seen it speed crossing 600 KBPS. And sir, generally it speed remain below 200 KBPS. Sir, we are paying 750 rs per month and though we do not get the speed.

For the same complai i had call to BSNL center, Rajkot, Gujarat. They do not recieved any call even we have call every day lots many time.

What i have to do? Sir, Please i am really very frasteted that even government company also cheat us then how can we have trus on other company..

sir, three days ago, i got a lifetime pre-paid sim for my wife by submitting relevant documents alongwith application, paying rs.49/- at local bsnl office at Nagpur.as promised the numberi, e. ([protected]), was activated with full service. today, the service has been discontinued with no apparant reason. nither incoming nor outgoing facility is available. limited service is displayed on the mobile screen. i have lodged a complain regarding on tollfree no, 24365. but so far there is no remedy to this problem. kindly address this complain to the proper autherity so that i may nget regular service.

I am a user of BSNL student suvidha.Though for calling I have no problem but my messages are not sending properly most of the times I want to send a message 5-6 times for sending that message every time it is getting failed. Not only that my relatives and friends to whom I send messages is not getting the messages is proper time. A delay of one hour or two hour is there in message receiving. So could you please look after it seriously. My mobile number is [protected].

sir i have an anant connection ...and currently suscribed to caller tune service ...i just want to unsubscribe to the caller tune service...i was told to by the customer care to message UNSUBSCRIBE TO 56700 ...but message is being sent..i tried this eariler also by calling 56700..as a result a lot of balance got wasted...

I am unable to get the process how to change the Login password for BSNL Broadband.

Please provide me the process to change the password for Broad Band Login(while connecting to Broadband Internet)

My Telephone ( BSNL LANDLine )Number is 23262685 and connected to Himayat nagar Area of BSNL Hyderabad. For the past one month the Broad band connection is getting disturbed ( Disconnected frequently).I made complaint to Phone 1500 and was informed that my complaint will be forwarded to the concerned people.I am a professional practicing Company Secretary and my very earning is on working of Internet connection as no hard copy of any "Returns"to Government are accepted .Noone attends to the complaints and the fault of freqent disconnection of my Broadband continues

I have been getting messages from unknown numbers lately. First it was in the beginning when i bought my BSNL sim... I used to get many calls from guys in Belgaum saying that my number actually belonged to a friend of theirs, where I got my sim, that they're the police, they want to know my location, name, etc. and they were asking me to change my sim. I used to get many calls from them for about a month. It finally stopped after a while. That was a year back. I kinda got calls from about 6 -8 numbers from Belgaum.
I've been getting calls from one of those numbers again.
And then a few days ago a got a forwarded message from an unknown number [[protected]]. I asked who it was. No reply. I asked again after a few days (i.e., today) and i got a call from that number. There was swearing from the other side and the person was asking me whether I was Nisha and whether I study in bangalore and that my number was given to him by some paramedical store guy and that my number's from bangalore. they were asking for my name, what I was doing, etc.
Later on today I started getting messages from another number. I thought it was some of my good friends from class playing with me. It turned out that it was some unknown guy called Sanjan who was saying that he was my close friend. I never knew a Sanjan in my life.

Same thing with Airtel. I kept getting messages from this unknown Airtel number saying "I love you so much Sangeethaji."

And within one or two days after I bought my Tata Docomo sim (i used it as my personal number - for 3 of my close friends n family), I got a message from some Karthik (Airtel number, [protected]) or someone... asking for my name and whether we can be friends.

It's bothering me. Getting messages from these unknown men annoys and worries me. I simply don't understand where they get my numbers from.

That Sanjan guy's messaging me. now he's saying that he's Shankar [[protected]]... I've got no idea who these people are. And it's disturbing.

When I go online in Yahoo! messenger, it's like this (because i have an ID which has my name in it). I can manage that somehow. I've got no idea who these people are. It's like I have no privacy when I get messages from unknown numbers pretty oft in my mobile.

I have applied for shifting my bsnl broadband connection one and half month ago from BTM to Rupenagrahara, but still did not get connection,
And one more thing i want to know that will i be getting bill during shift till i did not get connection back.

I am very much fed up from the behavior of staff of Gomti Nagar exchange, specially SDO Mr M.S. Verma & Mr. Bhuvendra Kumar.
Phone remains always out of order and no complaint is heard by SDO and customer care.
Further, I had given application on[protected] to SDO Gomti Nagar to change my plan from 299 combo to 750 plus unlimited. And after confirmation from SDO Gomti Nagar & Mr. Bhuvendra Kumar, as well as from customer care, on[protected], I started to use it.
Now Mr. Bhuvendra Kumar says that plan is backed due to server problem. SDO Mr. M.S. Verma who is most hopeless employee of your department and Mr. Bhuvendra Kumar are not in a position to give satisfactory answers.
Under the circumstances and due to the behavior of SDO Gomti Nagar, I request you to kindly disconnect my connection. And I, will not further be responsible for any billing.
If a restrict action is not taken against SDO Gomti Nagar and Mr. Bhuvendra Kumar, then I will reluctantly be compelled to complain to Ministry of Communication and register a case in Consumer forum.
I hope for a favourable reply.

On new std pco connection bsnl proved ISD facility minimum security deposit 300/- only
But my security deposit is 5000/- after then bsnl officers don’t give ISD facility on my pco

i am using Bsnl students suvidha connection for almost 1year.my number is [protected].5 days ago i bought a validity recharge coupon of 165 rupees.when i tried to recharge with the voucher i got a message that "network is busy please try later".when i tried after some time it said " vocher is pending".i did wait for abt 3 hours and then contacted bsnl customer care.they said please wait for another 6 hours, this may be due to our server problem etc..after waiting for 6 hours i tried to recharge again and again i got the same message that the voucher is pending.i registered a complained with the customer care and my complaint number was KL[protected].they asked me to wait for another 24 hours and try to recharge.this time also it dint worked..after waiting for 24hours i again contacted the customer care and every time they said my complaint is under consideration and wait for say 6hours..i contacted the customer care 6 times after waiting for the time specified.then when i contacted them for the seventh time they said your problem is solved and the complaint is marked as solved.please wait for another 6 hour and the recharge will be done.
but it didnt worked this time too...
then today morning i went to the customer care at statue trivandrum in person and contact the officer there, he took a photocopy of my voucher and said my problem will be solved today itself...but till now the problem persists and am not able to call my clients..
please do something...
