In my mobile no-[protected], got service message on June'09 for opting phone back up service if I require.But, I did not require that service and so not activated on this.But, the charge for that service had deducted and activated this service by BSNL.Then, I talked with customer care person who assured me for refunding the amount on my mobile.But, that was not done till now.Again, on 24th July'09, service message had come that if I don't deactivate this facility within 27th July'09 by SMS as UNSUB to58989 then again charge for this will be deducted.So, I send this message on 26 July'09 twice which was recorded in SENT ITEMS.But, BSNL deducted the charge again after 27th July'09.Again on talking with customer care person named some Mokter, did not hear me sympathically rather shouted which as misbehave with me and challenged me as telling what ever I can do, I may do, nothing will happen for him or BSNL.So, I need your help on this regard. I am not receiving mobile alerts from ICICI Bank Credits and Withdrawls from last week. I have enquired the Bank Officials concerned. They informed me that they are giving mrssages to my moble no. [protected]. please send bank messages to me as when transactions made and sent by bankers.
