I have a cell one no. [protected]. On 1st august I saw that I have a balack of Rs. 6.something. Whereas on the 31st july night I had nearabout 100. I m using bsnl 300 powerplus card for bsnl to bsnl 24 hour free purpose. I didnt call to any other no from my no. Only bsnl to bsnl. But why my balance deducted I dont know. I called to cc but assual no result. Plz help. I want to get rid of this thief company bsnl....

I WAS DOWNLOADED SOME SONGS IN MORNING I.E NIGHT TARIFF I WAS UTILISING...

BUT THE DOWNLOAD VOLUME IS SHOWING OVER...MENAS I USED ONLY 964 MB OF NET BUT I HAD DOWNLOADED 0.96 GB...WHICH IS ADDED TO MY TOTAL VOLUME..

PLS ISUUE MY COMPLAINT...AND SOLVE IT AS SOON AS POSSIBLE..br...

I have been a using BSNL Broadband for last 3 years. But not even a single month I got proper service. Every 4-5 days the connection gets disruppted and it takes 10-15 days time to get it restored and that to after several reminders.
SHOULD I DISCONNECT BSNL BROADBAND CONNECTION.

Please let me know, how long the same thing will be repeating.

I have a complaint against BSNL Broadband services. BSNL account Management portal display the consumption of 988185 KB where BSNL charged me against around 1300 MB. I have broadband connection in plan of free limit by 1 GB. I use to checck my account for the consumption. I am sure that I have never have any additional usage and same is not reflecting on BSNL's portal.

i have a BSNL prepaid connection. I tried several times to recharge it. but it is neither recharged though easy charge or nor by RCV card. I can receive incoming calls but cant make any calls from my number.

I have informed BSNL for the past more than one year that I am not receiving any signal on my mobile and have given written complaints and also called their Customer Care. I spoke to their Divisional Engineer and the AE about the same. They inspected the place and checked that my complaint was valid and that the signal was not coming at all. This has been going on for many months now and I have been losing calls...

I have followed all the instruction to unsubscribed the add on service OSHO message (56300).from last 2 1/2 months I did not receive this service mesage but every month service charge is deduct from my account.I have met personaly at BSNLoffice about my complain .still they did not solve my problem.today again they deducted service charge from my balance....
