2 months ago i filed a request to mail my detailed bill (incoming and outgoing calls)on my e mail ID .but nothing happened.now i am again filing the same request.

Please provide internet detail in my landlines phone No[protected] M/S IFFCO TOKIO INSURANCE SERVICE Amritsar for the last two months my bill amount is highly increase. Previously my bill was not over 2000 to 3000 but form the last two month my bill has highly increase to over 7000/- .


I visited many time your local call center in amritsar but i have not received any respond

Please do the needful i shall be very thank full

    Dear Sir,
    I have charged my 02 nos. prepaid connection as per the message delivered i have charged it for 01 year and i have paid Rs. 390/- against recharge by the dealer on 09/09/2009 but only Rs. 73/- approx is only credited in my account. as per the scheme i should get Rs. 354 Talk time. i have logged my complain in Pune by dialing 24365 but they are asking me for transcation no. which is not given to me after my recharge. Pune office is telling me that the scheme is over and again starts from 11 sep. 09 which is not digestable to me.
    Hence pl. look in the matter and reply me.

    i had purchased one top-up coupan of Rs.110/- S.NO.[protected] on 29-10-09 tried to recharge for my cell no. [protected]. Network problem was showing. so, i had contacted cutomercare on Ph. no. [protected] they told that by tommarow morning problem will be get solved.. on 30/10/09 i had recived call from Ph. Np.[protected] ask the details of the top-up voucher & promise me that it will be recharge within Two hrs. but nothing is happened. I had again contacted cstomer care & register a complaint for the same.My complaint nos. are AP [protected], AP[protected], AP[protected]. When i had contacted personnely to your customer care ceter at GPO Abids i found that this coupan is recharged on Ph. no. [protected] when we don't have any connection with this no. i got shocked as how recharge coupan is transfer from one phone to another one. what's crediability of CELLONE"S customer care?

    So, you are request to kindly look into matter & arrange for credit of Rs.110/- to my cell no. [protected].

    When i do switch off to switch on my mobile i face a problem that time.When it search network one message show on screen (sim card registration failed or your sim card has been rejected. After some time network automaticly come.Please solve this problem.

      I paid my last month bill amount 675 through net. First time the transaction was failed so I did second time too. But 1350 was deducted from account. But this month that amount is not adjusted. Let me know what I have to do.

          Respected Sir,

          Please refer to my complaint mailed through this route on 23 07 09, reading as under:
          " Disconnection of Broad Band connection
          Respected Sir,
          I am a senior citizen and after retirement, I decided to opt out of the broad band connectivity through my land line no 24167478. In this context, I submitted my application for surrendering the broad band connection to the Commercial Officer, Jadavpur on the 19th March 2009. This was followed by representations dated the 04th June and 14th July all addressed to the same office for disconnecting the service and returning the monthly fixed broad brand charges for the months of April & May 2009 respectively. While submitting the last two representation, it was reported from the complaint receiving section that my request for the disconnection has been accedded and the same has been complied with. But inspite of this, the fixed broad band charges of Rs 250/ continue to figure in the bills. I have in good gesture paid the bills and also requested the autorities to refund the same. Howevwe, it is seen from the bill for the month of June, that the the position is yet to be rectfied in as much as the charge of Rs 250/; has yet again been billed. While I have time till the 29th July to pay the current bill, through this platform, I seek your esteemed opinion on whether I should pay the full bill or the amount less the broad band charges. Moreover, I would also like to know when i can expect refund of Rs 500/- paid by me for the months of April & May. Kindly mail your guidance well before the 29th July, as i still want to reatain the land line connectivity otherwise I might think in terms of surrendering the land line connectivity too.

          In this context, i have, on the 29th July paid the full amount of the bill relating to the month of June. I would earnestly request for refund of the fixed broad band charges for the months April to June 07. Being a senior citizen, I am feeling the pinch of paying This extra amount. Kindly look into the matter.

            Dear Sir,
            I have been using bsnl cellone service(Orissa, Sambalpur) for the last four years bering numer [protected].I had changed to postpaid on August 28 2008.Again I changed to prepaid on 31st July 2009.I got a new prepaid blank sim by paying Rs.110.00.They activated the sim on 31st July 2009.But due to Bsnl technical fault neither i got any blance nor any validity.After that i contact with Bsnl Customer support and they adviced me to recharge my account and i do so.I recharged a sum of rupees 386.00 for one year validity and Rs.300 of magic voucher.After that i able to make outgoing call .But sorry to say that there would be no incoming call facility on my number.After that i am contacting with Customer support many times but nothing is happenning.Only they assured me sortly we will solve this matter.It has been five days i'm suffering.Please help me out in this matter.

                It is seen in internet duplicate bill (Copy attached) for the month period of 2/1/2010 to 2/28/2010 that broadband amount Rs 750/- have been debited again instead of Rs. 600/-, whereas a sum of 20% DISCOUNT FOR GOVT. EMPLOYEE/RETIRED DEFENCE EMPLOYEE has been sanctioned and renewed by your office in the next month bill.

                This is a regular harassment to customer that every bill customer will request for concession and come in Telephone Bhavan to meet with concerned officers for getting benefit such types of concession.

                Do needful and credit Rs.150 with tax and issue me fresh telephone revised bill with an intimation to customers before payment date at the earliest.

                I have landline phone no [protected] fom last 11 years in valsad telecom district. I am also a user of Broad band, from last one month my phone has a problem. Phone is working, out going call can be done, broadband is also working. But incoming ring is not coming, Therfore We can not recieve any type of incoming calls. In last one month I have made a number of complain through automatic complain number 198, personaly I complain many time to navsari telecom department but till today no action is taken place.
                Plese do needfull at your earliest or advice me what I do.

                  I live in HSR Sector 2 Bangalore. The exchange goes down during power cut ( i.e Phone & broadband does not work during power cut). But it does not stop here. It does not work even after the power is back.

                  I spoken to exchange people and they said that there is problem with Power backup system thats why it does not work during power cut but since there is no body in the exchange to start it back after the power is back thats why the exchange remains dead for whole night.

                  Its happening every alternate day. AE promised me that it will be resolved in 2-3 days. BUT now the whole exchange is dead for 2 days. Since it went down on saturday afternoon and today is sunday. so nobody is there to take care of it.

                  Thats really disgusting. I have 15 complaints during 1 month. but permanent resolution.

                    I have brought two BSNL dosti sim cards on 24th July, 2009, and 4 hours after activation, I sent an service registration sms to the number 53733, in the required format, but recieved an invalid response, when I inquired the problem to the customer care service of the company the always came up with "INADEQUATE" and "UNSATISFACTORY" response. Till date I am not able to avail the stated service! The purchased numbers are [protected] & [protected]! I would be highly obliged if some necessary action is taken!

                      In my mobile no-[protected], got service message on June'09 for opting phone back up service if I require.But, I did not require that service and so not activated on this.But, the charge for that service had deducted and activated this service by BSNL.Then, I talked with customer care person who assured me for refunding the amount on my mobile.But, that was not done till now.Again, on 24th July'09, service message had come that if I don't deactivate this facility within 27th July'09 by SMS as UNSUB to58989 then again charge for this will be deducted.So, I send this message on 26 July'09 twice which was recorded in SENT ITEMS.But, BSNL deducted the charge again after 27th July'09.Again on talking with customer care person named some Mokter, did not hear me sympathically rather shouted which as misbehave with me and challenged me as telling what ever I can do, I may do, nothing will happen for him or BSNL.So, I need your help on this regard.                         Iam very upset with the misbehaviour of JTO Mr S.K Sharma of Sector34 Branch Chandigarh and SDO Mr Puri.s my Wifi was not working from the last 7days.They are not installing the new modem at Home and also leaking the Password also and also not attending the Complaint of me.As Iam very upset with my Wifi and my work is not going on.Please take an action against the SK Sharma JTO as he is not attending the Compalints and I think we have to switch to other Company.As Iam losing my clients.Thanks

                          I disconnected my land line Telephone No. 2789828 and surrended the telephone instrument at SDE (External). BSNL, Fatehganj, Vadodara on 9th March 2004.

                          I did not receive my efund amount till date.

                          I request BSNL Vadodara to kindly look into this matter and promtly arrange for issuing the refund cheque to me at the below correspondence address.

                              I have a cell one no. [protected]. On 1st august I saw that I have a balack of Rs. 6.something. Whereas on the 31st july night I had nearabout 100. I m using bsnl 300 powerplus card for bsnl to bsnl 24 hour free purpose. I didnt call to any other no from my no. Only bsnl to bsnl. But why my balance deducted I dont know. I called to cc but assual no result. Plz help. I want to get rid of this thief company bsnl.

                                  I have been a using BSNL Broadband for last 3 years. But not even a single month I got proper service. Every 4-5 days the connection gets disruppted and it takes 10-15 days time to get it restored and that to after several reminders.
                                  SHOULD I DISCONNECT BSNL BROADBAND CONNECTION.

                                  Please let me know, how long the same thing will be repeating.

                                  We @ D.R.Amin Memorial School have been using BSNL broadband connection since last 2 yrs. We have Combo 4999 plan to get 16Mbps speed. At present we are getting less than 1Mbps speed.

                                      I have a complaint against BSNL Broadband services. BSNL account Management portal display the consumption of 988185 KB where BSNL charged me against around 1300 MB. I have broadband connection in plan of free limit by 1 GB. I use to checck my account for the consumption. I am sure that I have never have any additional usage and same is not reflecting on BSNL's portal.

                                      When I sent email to BSNL, they replied me to come back with a reply in 15 days. but still I have not received any word since July 5th. I seek help from TRAI, but not received any feedback yet.

                                      I can provide you all the evidences by email. I hope here I can get any help.

                                        Since 27th March 2009 I am facing a lot of problem due to unreilable connectivity on my BSNL broadband
                                        connection. I am unable to use this service. A number of times I approached very senior officials of
                                        Dehradun BSNL office directly and also through other sources but till date the problem has not been solved. Twice the engineer visited and checked all relavent things and finaly diagonosed that there is problem in my telephone line connection and suggested that it has to be changed with new pair of line. Mr Uniyal a key person of Dehradun BSNL office also confirmed me that there is problem
                                        in my telephone line for internet usage and it has to be changed, only then the connectivity will be reliable. He assured me that he is forwarding his comments to the conserned SDO of my area for needful action.

                                        Sir more than one and a half month has passed no action has benn taken till date. I am facing same problem, my internet connection gets disconnected after 5 minutes, 10 minutes, 15 minutes etc.
                                        and the link LED glows continuously. Every time I have to switch off MODEM and again switch it ON.

                                        The line man of my area told me that most of the pairs of this line(starting with 62 numbers) are not perfactly OK for broadband services.

                                        yr connection has to be changed to Yamuna colony exchange (strating with 53 numbers) but this decesion has to be taken by higer authority. BSNL is one of the largest service provider. I do not know why the conserned person do not ask the costomer whether their problem has been solved or not.

                                        I need solution immediately.

                                        An early action is requested and if my mail is acknowledgrd I will appreciate.

                                        Sir I am having broadband connection from BSNL and it was working well from last three years but now I have upgraded my plan and since I have upgraded the plan it is not working and I visit daily to telephone exchange and they assure me to get it checked by evening but no result in 15 days.
