Dear Sir
I am receiving contniously a sms from BA 58888 which is as follows: " Freinds are forever! Ab naye DOST banao 58888 Chat par! Rambha, Sameera and Devika have recently joined.. Just sms FIND to 58888 Rs 2/sms" to my cell no and also to many of my colleagues.
I CONSIDER THIS AS AN INTRUSION INTO MY PRIVACY AND ALSO OBSCENE. KINDLY TAKE SEVERE ACTION TO END THIS MENACE LEST I MAY COMPLAIN TO POLICE.

    We have a broadband connection, which is intermittently goes off, have blinking router etc. We have complained this matter to Complaint Cell 198 of Irinjalakuda Telephone Exchange many occasions in the past one month, still the problem exists. Once a technician came, but he is not able to rectify/troubleshoot the fault. No action action has been taken until now.

    We are residing in Irinjalakuda town (Thrissur Dist, Kerala.)

    Over the past 2 weeks we are complaining to the following higher authority in BSNL :

    1) Mr. Appu T.K AGM(OP)
    O/O PGMT Sc/ST DEV Corpn Building,
    Palace Road, Thrissur 680 020.

    2) Mr. K. Anand Kumar, GM(Op)
    O/o CGMT, Doorsanchar Bhavan, Trivandrum-695033

    I feel that the above are non-responsive departments of BSNL, what else can you expect from BSNL?

    The beauty is that we have already made advance payment of Rs. 5000 to BSNL for a period of 12 months.

    my family residing in irinjalakuda town we take one month before bsnl boodband connection with unlimited package. but we can only use 2 weeks proper net conection.everytime net cut off now past 1 week net all time not available.we are complaints more time but no response from bsnl.please take proper action to satisfied the customer

      There was a message from bsnl that now there are messaage tarrifs in bsnl lifetime too. they described them as:
      Rs[protected]hrs free all messages. validity 1 month
      Rs30- 10 paise per message. validity 1 month
      I went to a local shop and got the Rs 30 tarriff. Now it worked fine for around 20 days. But now every message is costing me Rs 2. I contacted to your customer care and they gave me a complaint number but i later found through another customer vare executive that the complaint number is invalid.On top of that they are saying that there is no tarrif available on the lifetime plan. Now if that is true, why the tarriff worked for 20 days and if there is no tarriff why are they charging me Rs 2/sms. Earlier it used be Rs 1/sms. I am very much offended by the way customer care executive took the call.
      If i am going to sms someone it is said"no network support for message, contact your service provider."what to do?

        We have been experiencing non-functioning of our telephone lines. No one is accountable for this issue at BSNL office when we launched our complaints. Tired of complaints. Linesman's arrogance and AEs non-supervision and ignoring customers leads to death bed of BSNL in the days to come.89b99

        Sir, I am having bsnl broad band connection.Past three month I am not able to do any money traction through net.Like ticket booking, view of balance etc.I have complainted somany times, Somebody called and asking weather internet is working or not, I answered not working, But no action was taken sofar.In modem the internet light is always is the off and the icon in the computer is always is off ( some time it will blink)
        So i request please take necessary action please.

        I am having BSNL Landline connection for past few years with only incoming call facility only. But its not working properly since last 2 years, even we are giving lot of complaints. So i submit a letter to Guindy Exchange to withdraw my connection & settle our deposit.There after my land line works good, so we happy to continue the same connection. But now we are not in station for few months. There after we need same connection with same number after recipt of my request. So we request you to kindly widthdraw the service temporarly for few months.

          I have BSNL Service for broadband services. I have not had the broadband service working since April of 2009. Unfortunately, my many attempts to get this fixed have been met with very unresponsive and incompetent services from BSNL. As a long-standing customer of BSNL (since 2005), I am obviously quite frustrated.
          I registered a complaint about this for the first time on April 24th. Since then I have talked to several people in BSNL, only some of whom I list below:
          • Mr. Raghu who filed a complaint # B0151 on 15th May. He was very courteous, but finally pointed me to someone else
          • Junior Telecom Officer whose name I don’t know, but his number is 23553165. This person is never at his desk and seldom attends to the phone.
          • Mr. Shravan, who filed another complaint #01165. He said the issue will be resolved in two days (and that was a month ago)
          • I tried to talk to the sub penal officer[protected], but he/she either doesn’t exist or doesn’t attend to the phone
          • And finally, a Mr. Shankar. He is the most responsive in terms of attending to the phone and finding out the issue. But he is probably the most inept in terms of follow-ups. He sent a couple of people home who laid a new line into the house (for which they took Rs 300 from us), blamed the ‘work’ going on in the area – but didn’t resolve the issue. Finally, they blamed the modem for the whole problem.
          I am appalled to see the level of ineptitude in BSNL's service while they tout their wonderful broadband services in the media.
          In the meantime, they have continued to charge me over INR 1000 per month for zero support and no broadband service. I would like BSNLto refund my money for the prior months. And yes, they could take some action on some of the responsible folks above – that is, if you are still interested in retaining irate customers like me.

          am using dataone broardband from since 3 months, am using 500c plan for home, in charminar branch, i know dat from 2.00am to 8.00 am is free downloading, on my usage in dataone.in, i login at 1.05am, and disconet at 7.35 am, but in dat day shows my day usage, not in night usage, i concered to my nearest office, he say, to disconnect and relogin at 2 am, i said to him dat it is not mention in u r form r sumwhere, we know how they all are in office, he says that server cannot find dat it is in count of day usage, however i dont know how to understand these people, they all are really sucks, i dont know how dey all are manage whole network, if am boss i had fire all of them, Plz help me, and reply on my Yahu Id...

          Dear Sir,

          We are a leading Calcutta based Hardware & Networking training Institute since 10 years. We have various global courses for which broadband are essential part of our training. But from 28th May, 2008 we can not use the broad band against our phone no. 24246116 because the ADSL Modem Link is not coming. We did several dockets D No. Q8004 on 28/05/08, D No. Q9734 on 30/05/08, D No. T9858 on 07/06/08, D No. 17704 CRS on 07/06/08, D No. F3419 on 20/06/08 but still now the problem remains same. After requesting almost hundred times to several person related with this service nobody helps us properly to get back our service. Not only that after asking to repair this fault somebody says we do only external job this is internal fault, please go to internal division. After contacting internal division they says this is external fault, talk with external division. And the behavior of your officials is so bad, so rude we can’t believe that in this service oriented industries how can you behave like this with your customer. It is ridiculous that SDO of zone 11 Mr. Ghosh (Ranikuthi)said straight away that “I can not do any thing”. We had 5 BSNL phone connections and already we withdraw few connections for this kind your bad service. We are now suffering with financial losses for your bad service. The classes already stopped from 28th May. Students are becoming arrogant because we can not continue their classes. Now we can understand we have no way to go consumer court. Please advise us what we should do

              BSNL Landline Telephone — Shifting of Telephone

              I am apply for Shifting of my Tel No. [protected] to my New add. on 02/06/2011, but till date no action taken by the concerned authority for shifting of my phone. Now i think I switch from BSNL land line to airtel line.
              When i submit the form, the autority said that the tel. will be shifted within a week.

                Dear Sir,

                I registered for BSNL (Phone and Broadband) connection.

                Consumer can request BSNL modem (for the cost of one time payment) or consumer may take Modem on Rent.

                While registering for the first time. I had requested to Purchase their Type-2 Modem.
                But i am getting monthly Rent for modem usage in my monthly bill.

                I went 4 times to BSNL office (Raja Rajeshwari Nagar, Bangalore) to make the correction but they are telling this can not be corrected and if i want i need to Purchase it now and Rent Money will not be refunded.

                I have Produced my ack form also but nobody in this office is accepting it.

                  This comes under Pune Yerwada telephone exchange for Dhanori region.

                  I have booked 5 month back BSNL landline. Till I can not received connection. The answer is can't say.

                  My Wireless connection in Vadgaon Sheri is not working(Faulty Instrument). No officer is available to look into it. Lineman(Mr Sivarkar every day said it will be addressed on same day) Ver very rediculous approach by BSNL officers.

                    I have been using broadband 250 plan for 6 months, but 3-4 months ago BSNL has launched the same plan for 150.

                    But, it's two three months passed I am charged Rs250 per/month not Rs150 per/month...
                    I want that I am staying in rural area. So, charges should be levied according to rural area plan's

                      putforth the following words for your kind consideration and prompt action. My telephone number is 232692. I am using home flexi 350. for the month of june i was charged 954 Rs. I was told that 1.8gb is free and the the maxmum charge is 750rs. I donot understand how i was charged 954rs. I complained at the bsn office vizianagaram and gave a written complaint alsobut there is no response from your side. I had high regards for BSNl but now i am losing faith in our service. I would like the concerned authorities to look into the matter and solve my problem.

                        Hi all i am Vishal Kalra. I am using broadband service of Bsnl under Home 1800 plan on my number[protected]. I am getting the downloading speed just ranging between 90-110kbps Where as on my 2nd number[protected] with tariff plan Home 500C i am getting the downloading speed of 225-240kbps.then why bsnl is charging me Rs. 1800 if they are not able to provide the downloading speed (1Mbps to 2Mbps) they commited to me. i don't understand why is it so and also not getting the solutions from the bsnl local associates. Plz help me to get the proper resolution to my problem.

                          I am holding a prepaid card [protected], I call customer support at 7.15 in the evening at 20/11/2007,My call got transfer to floor supervisior Ruju and he sound very abusive,

                          BSNL/EXCEL prepaid — rude behaviour of the customer care executive and team leader

                          Sir/madam,
                          I want to inform you to regular misbehaviour of the BSNLcustomer care executives with the customers.
                          But it was the crossing limit when i called customer care office on 26th november, 2008 at 10:53PM about my problem regarding GPRS.My call was transmitted to the Team leader(or whomsoever) who misbehaved with me by talking rudely. when i asked him of his name his words were "ENGLISH BOLNE SE KUCH HO THODI HI JAAEGA YA HO JAAYEGA" and finally he disconnected my line saying the words 'BSNL me call karne ke liye dhanyavad.'

                          I want you(to whomsoever it may concern) to take real hard action against this because this sort of behaviour from leaders may lead to the detortion of the image of company.and customers would also loose faith in company policies and services.


                          AND also i want my problem to be tackled as soon as possible by connecting me to your technical customer care department.

                            I am a subscriber of BSNL mobile phone since 2003. I started the relationship with BSNL through a prepaid mobile connection ([protected]), after two years, ie; in 2005 I changed my "Prepaid" number to "Post Paid" (same number by depositing 2000/-) and I am using the plan of 525/- plus charges and am almost glad with your service so far. But now I faced a bitter experience from your side and I would like to take up this issue to your notice and I never made a default in payment till date, you can check the same..

                            I am a Sales Manager working with HDFC Bank and handling Personal Loans for Kottayam, Alleppey, Pathanamthitta and Idukky districts. Around 50% of my customer's are NRI's and I am in need of an ISD facility (don't have ISD facility in my official mobile).

                            On 22/07/2009 I visited Kottayam BSNL office to add an ISD facility to my existing postpaid mobile connection but they insisted for a address verification from my local telephone exchange (service was satisfactory).
                            On 23rd I approached Puthuppally Exchange for the same but JTO was not in seat and I backed after waiting almost 30 minits.
                            Again on 24rd I reached Puthuppally office and met JTO Mr. Jojo but he was not willing to verify the document from main office and he need a confirmation from my father for no objection to issue ISD facility who is the owner of my home land phone. Please note that I already deposited an amount 2000/- in 2005 to change the prepaid to post paid connection because there is no land phone in my name and I am ready to pay any deposit to add ISD facility.

                            After a discussion for duration of 1 hour he called my residence land line number and taken confirmation (I think so, from back office) and given a confirmation that I am the son of the said land line owner[protected].

                            I visited your office not for a favor from your side but to add a facility to my existing connection (more than 7 years) and I already paid a separate deposit for my connection and I think there is no relation with my home land line.

                            Please note; I am using this connection because

                            1) This is not higher network coverage connection in my town,
                            2) This not the most economic connection available to me,
                            3) This is not at all the excellent customer service provider available to me .

                            But only because of the connection “I am using for the past 7 years and this number playing a major role in official activities”.

                            I am sure this is the reason why the monopolistic service provider in India now moving to the tail end and please understand by providing this type of customer service you are digging your grave only.

                            I also knew very well you people never consider this reaction seriously but at least consider this as an advice from a 7 years old true customer.

                            We requested the monthly statement of Incoming & Outgoing Calls and our tel no is 2578572 but not yet we received from your office, so we are not using your lan line from Nov-30th to till date, so we will wait one week after that we will cancell the line.
                            Always we are getting the reply from your Kottayama Branch Network problem, so statement not yet ready.
                            Always we paid more than RS: 10, 000.00 of each bill, so kindly do the needful otherwise cancell my line.

                            I am BSNL subscriber[protected] since a decade and always had totaly interrupted connection. Mostly in our area line gets disturbed. As we are EXserviceman and residing in that area, we never wanted to go for private connection (even we don't prefer private buses too).
                            But now situation leads to go for private connection as the service is very poor.
                            Every month bill comeswe pay it relegiously. But nobody bothers was there any usage? Please checkin to these andany help needed we are there to support.
                            Also please not that i am an Exserviceman and it is learnt that there is a rebate for exserviceman ...please offer me the rebate.

                              Dear Sir,

                              Kindly inform you that i am an old consumer of your BSNL landline and broadband service, through the no.[protected]. But in the bill of month June.09, broadband usage charge include in more amount by you, while we do not use your broadband service in large. You can confirm by our previous bills amount of broadband use charges that how much used broadband by us.

                              Hence you are requested that take this matter seriously and do the needful as soon as possible, because i am unable to deposite this large amount while we didnt used so do the needfull and obelige.
                              Above complain already received by Varanasi exchange but no any action taken by them.

                                  My mobile no. is [protected], I'm from Ratlam (MP). Few days back unneccessarily caller tune had been activated in my number although I have not asked for that. Now I am trying to call to the customer care ([protected]), but there is a recorded messege, which I hear "Kshama kijiye Aapko is number par call karne ki anumati nahi hai". Even if I have not asked for that why should I have to disconnect from my side? and after 30 days automatically amount will be deducted from my account. I want to close it as soon as possible.

I think bsnl tunes and bsnl collar tunes are the worst services offered by BSNL. I think it is of the form labyrynth. Once get into we will be drowned completely.

                                      I had submitted complain for the compensation on broadband amount from last three months. The BSNL Ahmadabad division has charged broadband charges in my bill without supplying accurate internet connection on my telephone number[protected].

                                      Even the customer care makes false promises of repairing the connection.

                                      Please find the attached copies of complain along with the BILL. for this month my net connection started. But they have charged fees for usage.

                                      But I want my money back, for what i have not used the internet connection form last 4 month.

Then I confirmed by pressing # but then again it started saying " please enter your card activation number followed by #". I again entered the code. The same procedure repeated again. Then I tried with another SMS power card. The same thing happened.
