In 2005 september as i was shifting from Virar(Thane) to Delhi i surrendered my landphone and cleared everythng and applied for a cheque of deposit amount.I am in Delhi now and cant go to Mumbai to collect the cheque if it has been made.I dont understand why cant that be delivered to my representative atleast.My phone no was[protected]

    our phone no.[protected] is dead since 15 july 09, & we have booked complaint to BSNL wide complaint no, 000340, several reminders were also given personally to cocerned line man & SDO phones rajendra nagar exchange.Still our phone is not working.I request you to look seriously in this matter & arrange to resolve my complaint & I also request to condone the rent of my phone during this non servicing period,

      No Incoming SMS During International Roaming

      BSNL Mobile is well known for its worst service. But I do agree that their Billing is ACCURATE compared to fraudulent networks Like Airtel. I Had Deposited Rs 5000 and with a monthly rental of 99 Rupees for availing international roaming from BSNL. Only God knows the my headache in enabling the service from BSNL, Kollam, Kerala
      Kollam BSNL, Kerala is well known for misbehaving, oldest and laziest staffs.

      Dear Sir/ Madam,

      I am residing at Murukkangudi - Thanjavur District - Tamil Nadu and there is an TELEPHONE EXCHANGE in the same place at MURUKKANGUDI. My telephone number[protected]. This is under control of KUMBAKONAM CIRCLE/ NACHIYARKOVIL EXCHANGE. Telephone line was dead more than 5 days. We are complainting to Murrkkangudi exchange twice per day. When we inform them to clear the fault that they are simply saying the complint will be cleared evening/ half an hour or within one hour or fault cleared. Also, we have informed KUMBAKONAM, Customer Care PRO on 27th July, 2009.

      Request you to make the necessary arrangements to solve this problem by your good office.

      Your early action would be highly appreciated.

My telephone & broadband was dead from last month 13th, despite giving somany complaints in this area office and automatic complaints, no one is responding. your service is very worst. When i spoke to area officer Mr Venkateshwarulu, cell No: [protected], telling that we donot have workers, when they come I will send, then I ask, when they come, the answer He has given, I donot Know. Really the staff and officer very reckless and worst service they are giving. please take the action immediately.

          I submitted the online request form on 24-July-2009 for a new Broadband connection via request no[protected]. The site confirmed that I will be getting a follow-up call in 48hours but I didn't get any call yet.

          Please look into the matter on priority basis as I need the connection on urgent basis.

            Hi BSNL customer care.

            I am using cellone SIM card with number [protected] and package is Vennela plus, with vennela plus has an ofer that we can send 250 free local SMS for a month but when I sent SMS to one of the AP IDEA number “[protected]”, cell one charged 1.20 Re for each SMS.Can you please revert my balance and give me the reason why it was happened.



            First SMS sent at: Around 24th July 2009 10:42 AM IST.

            Second SMS sent at: Around 25th July 2009 01:22 PM IST.

            The BSNL Vennela Plus offer of 250 free sms are not valid on festivals. The sms sent on festivals will be charged.

            My Phone No. is [protected]; under vennela plus scheme. I have recharged with Rs.110/- on 11/02/2010 - immediately I got Rs.75/- as balance and the expiry date has not changed and it is showing as 22/01/10. Today it is 13/02/2010; when observed today it is as 0 balance and the recharge amount has gone. Even now also it is showing 22/01/2010.

            It is very worst thing that BSNL, being a govt. enterprise and now struggling for survival in this competetive telecom sector, cannot stay long if continue like this. Any mobile service centre dealers are not able to answer these problems and they also not able to know all these problematic versions of BSNL Vennela+.

            Please justify me,

            how to change 5 nos in vennela plus after using 6 months
            My number is [protected] i had activated vennala plus plan last week i.e 9 march 2010 for every local sms i am charging 20pice when contact customer care they are telling your account of 250 sms limit is completed but i would hardely 7 or 8 local sms used, they provided complaint no AP [protected] and asked me to wait for 24 hours but there is no response and my problem is not solved no body taking care what the hell higher authorities are doing these are the BSNL's worst services.

              WHENEVER WE GO TO GHAZIABAD EXCHANGE OR SURYA NAGAR EXCHANGE OR THE LINEMAN EXCHANGE OF RAMPRASTHA, THEY SAY THAT YOUR PHONE WILL BE WORKING THAT DAY BUT NOTHING HAPPENS.

                When I login to BSNL portal (http://portal.bsnl.in/) and view outstanding bill for registered postpaid cellone connection and try to pay bill online, the site does not redirect me to a proper page i.e option to make payment via different banks but it just does not display anything.For the roblems on BSNL part I will not able to make timely payment which will not only disqualify for 1% rebate but rebate for timely payment. Above all there is a chance of diconnecting the mobile connection.

                My January, 2010 bill is not matching my account no. and mobile no. My account no. is[protected] and mobile no. [protected]. But the number appeared in my bill is [protected] and Acc. no. is[protected]. It is really surprised for me. When I was browsing the new account number in internet, I got the same bill in the name of other customers- RameshKesetti, Dist-Adilabad. It creats great inconvenience.
                How is the bill of another custome appeared in my name ?

                  I am receiving contniously a sms from BA 58888 which is as follows: " Freinds are forever! Ab naye DOST banao 58888 Chat par! Rambha, Sameera and Devika have recently joined.. Just sms FIND to 58888 Rs 2/sms" to my cell no and also to many of my colleagues.
                  I CONSIDER THIS AS AN INTRUSION INTO MY PRIVACY AND ALSO OBSCENE. KINDLY TAKE SEVERE ACTION TO END THIS MENACE LEST I MAY COMPLAIN TO POLICE.

                    We have a broadband connection, which is intermittently goes off, have blinking router etc. We have complained this matter to Complaint Cell 198 of Irinjalakuda Telephone Exchange many occasions in the past one month, still the problem exists. Once a technician came, but he is not able to rectify/troubleshoot the fault. No action action has been taken until now.

                    We are residing in Irinjalakuda town (Thrissur Dist, Kerala.)

                    Over the past 2 weeks we are complaining to the following higher authority in BSNL :

                    1) Mr. Appu T.K AGM(OP)
                    O/O PGMT Sc/ST DEV Corpn Building,
                    Palace Road, Thrissur 680 020.

                    2) Mr. K. Anand Kumar, GM(Op)
                    O/o CGMT, Doorsanchar Bhavan, Trivandrum-695033

                    I feel that the above are non-responsive departments of BSNL, what else can you expect from BSNL?

                    The beauty is that we have already made advance payment of Rs. 5000 to BSNL for a period of 12 months.

                    Can someone suggest to this thread?

                    my family residing in irinjalakuda town we take one month before bsnl boodband connection with unlimited package. but we can only use 2 weeks proper net conection.everytime net cut off now past 1 week net all time not available.we are complaints more time but no response from bsnl.please take proper action to satisfied the customer

                      There was a message from bsnl that now there are messaage tarrifs in bsnl lifetime too. they described them as:
                      Rs[protected]hrs free all messages. validity 1 month
                      Rs30- 10 paise per message. validity 1 month
                      I went to a local shop and got the Rs 30 tarriff. Now it worked fine for around 20 days. But now every message is costing me Rs 2. I contacted to your customer care and they gave me a complaint number but i later found through another customer vare executive that the complaint number is invalid.On top of that they are saying that there is no tarrif available on the lifetime plan. Now if that is true, why the tarriff worked for 20 days and if there is no tarriff why are they charging me Rs 2/sms. Earlier it used be Rs 1/sms. I am very much offended by the way customer care executive took the call.
                      If i am going to sms someone it is said"no network support for message, contact your service provider."what to do?

                        We have been experiencing non-functioning of our telephone lines. No one is accountable for this issue at BSNL office when we launched our complaints. Tired of complaints. Linesman's arrogance and AEs non-supervision and ignoring customers leads to death bed of BSNL in the days to come.89b99

                        Sir, I am having bsnl broad band connection.Past three month I am not able to do any money traction through net.Like ticket booking, view of balance etc.I have complainted somany times, Somebody called and asking weather internet is working or not, I answered not working, But no action was taken sofar.In modem the internet light is always is the off and the icon in the computer is always is off ( some time it will blink)

But its not working properly since last 2 years, even we are giving lot of complaints. So i submit a letter to Guindy Exchange to withdraw my connection & settle our deposit.There after my land line works good, so we happy to continue the same connection. But now we are not in station for few months. There after we need same connection with same number after recipt of my request. So we request you to kindly widthdraw the service temporarly for few months.

                          I have BSNL Service for broadband services. I have not had the broadband service working since April of 2009. Unfortunately, my many attempts to get this fixed have been met with very unresponsive and incompetent services from BSNL. As a long-standing customer of BSNL (since 2005), I am obviously quite frustrated.
                          I registered a complaint about this for the first time on April 24th. Since then I have talked to several people in BSNL, only some of whom I list below:
                          • Mr. Raghu who filed a complaint # B0151 on 15th May. He was very courteous, but finally pointed me to someone else
                          • Junior Telecom Officer whose name I don’t know, but his number is 23553165. This person is never at his desk and seldom attends to the phone.
                          • Mr. Shravan, who filed another complaint #01165. He said the issue will be resolved in two days (and that was a month ago)
                          • I tried to talk to the sub penal officer[protected], but he/she either doesn’t exist or doesn’t attend to the phone
                          • And finally, a Mr. Shankar. He is the most responsive in terms of attending to the phone and finding out the issue. But he is probably the most inept in terms of follow-ups. He sent a couple of people home who laid a new line into the house (for which they took Rs 300 from us), blamed the ‘work’ going on in the area – but didn’t resolve the issue. Finally, they blamed the modem for the whole problem.
                          I am appalled to see the level of ineptitude in BSNL's service while they tout their wonderful broadband services in the media.
                          In the meantime, they have continued to charge me over INR 1000 per month for zero support and no broadband service. I would like BSNLto refund my money for the prior months. And yes, they could take some action on some of the responsible folks above – that is, if you are still interested in retaining irate customers like me.

                          am using dataone broardband from since 3 months, am using 500c plan for home, in charminar branch, i know dat from 2.00am to 8.00 am is free downloading, on my usage in dataone.in, i login at 1.05am, and disconet at 7.35 am, but in dat day shows my day usage, not in night usage, i concered to my nearest office, he say, to disconnect and relogin at 2 am, i said to him dat it is not mention in u r form r sumwhere, we know how they all are in office, he says that server cannot find dat it is in count of day usage, however i dont know how to understand these people, they all are really sucks, i dont know how dey all are manage whole network, if am boss i had fire all of them, Plz help me, and reply on my Yahu Id...

                          Dear Sir,

                          We are a leading Calcutta based Hardware & Networking training Institute since 10 years. We have various global courses for which broadband are essential part of our training. But from 28th May, 2008 we can not use the broad band against our phone no. 24246116 because the ADSL Modem Link is not coming. We did several dockets D No. Q8004 on 28/05/08, D No. Q9734 on 30/05/08, D No. T9858 on 07/06/08, D No. 17704 CRS on 07/06/08, D No. F3419 on 20/06/08 but still now the problem remains same. After requesting almost hundred times to several person related with this service nobody helps us properly to get back our service. Not only that after asking to repair this fault somebody says we do only external job this is internal fault, please go to internal division. After contacting internal division they says this is external fault, talk with external division. And the behavior of your officials is so bad, so rude we can’t believe that in this service oriented industries how can you behave like this with your customer. It is ridiculous that SDO of zone 11 Mr. Ghosh (Ranikuthi)said straight away that “I can not do any thing”. We had 5 BSNL phone connections and already we withdraw few connections for this kind your bad service. We are now suffering with financial losses for your bad service. The classes already stopped from 28th May. Students are becoming arrogant because we can not continue their classes. Now we can understand we have no way to go consumer court. Please advise us what we should do

                                I registered for BSNL (Phone and Broadband) connection.

                                Consumer can request BSNL modem (for the cost of one time payment) or consumer may take Modem on Rent.

                                While registering for the first time. I had requested to Purchase their Type-2 Modem.
                                But i am getting monthly Rent for modem usage in my monthly bill.

                                I went 4 times to BSNL office (Raja Rajeshwari Nagar, Bangalore) to make the correction but they are telling this can not be corrected and if i want i need to Purchase it now and Rent Money will not be refunded.

                                I have Produced my ack form also but nobody in this office is accepting it.

I am using home flexi 350. for the month of june i was charged 954 Rs. I was told that 1.8gb is free and the the maxmum charge is 750rs. I donot understand how i was charged 954rs. I complained at the bsn office vizianagaram and gave a written complaint alsobut there is no response from your side. I had high regards for BSNl but now i am losing faith in our service.
