BSNL — PHONE AND NET IS NOT WORKING

I HAVE A BSNL BROAD BAND CONNACTION WHICH IS NOT WORKING FOR LAST I MONTH AND MY PHINE IS DEAD FROM LAST 6 DAYES.

my net is not working from last 15-20 days .
complained so many times on 1504 but nothing has been done yet.

I have a BSNL connection. I had applied for shifting the phone and the net connection to my new address. The request is almost one month old. But no action taken. Phone number is : 24963523

BSNL AP — Not responding about new connection

I applaied for new in yellandu,khammam bsnl office by paying 1125 for landline and broadband. But they are not gave the connection to me from two+ weeks. And they are not present in the office correctly. While calling to j.e he shouting on us. What should I do?
