I am Sandeep.R from Ranchi. I am BSNL 3G Customer. Initially I used to get speeds of 2Mbps with my connection. Once I accidently recharged with 2G data pack. Since then my data speed is reduced to 80kbps. Now that the validity of the data pack is over and I have recharged with a 3G Data pack still my speed is capped at 80-100kbps.
I wanted to complaint at the Customer Care but when I dial their number i.e. [protected] the response i get is "CALL CANNOT BE COMPLETED AT THE MOMENT". I also tried to login the complain online but in vain.

My Mobile No. is [protected] (Jharkhand Circle, Ranchi).
Kindly look into the matter. As I am getting 2G speed at the cost of 3G.
BSNL is so irresponsible towards the customers. This should change.

    I am a BSNL land line user for last 10 Years.i am a subscriber of bsnl , Vypin Exchange under Kerala circle.
    my phone is out of order due to breakage o[censored]nderground cables.I registered my complaint to the Respective Exchange.The service man can and told that he cant do any thing But to wait for technician to come and dig for the underground cables.

    I kept on complaining but now its been a month that the problem still remain same unresolved.

    when ever i complaint to the exchange i got a harsh and insulting answer. as an business man it effect my business also..

    if the problem is not solved within 24 hr ill be forced to return the connection and file a complaint in consumer court for the losses i bear.

      I have recharge 200 rs through online from shopkeeper (Badshah Cd's) in Ratnagiri but did not receive till now. Shop man told me it will be refund after 3 days. After 3 days when i ask him to refund my money he told be the recharge has been done as per Transaction ID & he gave be the bill which his attached.

        I have purchased a USB 3G modem(Micromax) with a maximum speed of 7.2Mbps and recharged my prepaid connection no [protected] for Rs.100/= for 3G internet services and using it my desktop(Zenith core 2 quad with a ram of 4 GB). However to my utter surprise no signal for 3G is available in my residential area i.e. Tajnagari Phase II near Parsvnath Panchvati in Agra( There is a 3 block of a 15 storied building constructed in front of Panchvati). I donot know the reason. the connection can work on EDGE/GPRS with a maximum speed of 11kbps some times with intermittent speed i.e. the transmission and receiver signal have gap s of 1 to 2 seconds beween to signals. this fact was best known to the officer there, as he advised me to go for a smaller recharge of my sim to test the service. My SIM was for 2G but he asked me to get it recharge for 3G and it willautomatically be converted to 3G. This is as per the statement of te staff. Please forward my complaint to te authority to get it corrected.

          my Bank account was debited with Rs.436.12. on 25/04/2012(on due Date) towards bill no B08402592. Now i received bill no[protected] Dt05/06/2012. in which Payments Received (B) Rs436.00, thus difference of Rs0.12ps, and also Late Fee Rs10.00 added in the current bill.           sir i am R.Kaushik.My bsnl land line number is[protected].I took bsnl broad band connection of home 250 plan in the month of june.I got broad band connection from 9-6-2009.I got broad band charges of june as

          as i enquired about that free mb being 239 only, they said that i am using bb connection since[protected] and free mb will be given only for 5days i.e.., 26th to 30th.But i am using it since 9-6-2009.as my bb account management also shows using it using since[protected]:56:12, is the start time i accesed .So, I got billed for almost about 500 free mb(nearly 400 rs).I already paid the bill.So, i request you to deduct the amout in next bill.

          I've a bsnl broadband connection. Bills usually comes below Rs.450 but this time it came as Rs3500. I want you to check and reimburse it.

          I have been a BSNL customer for more than a decade. Have been using Broadband services under "UNLIMITED USAGE" HOME category . All of a sudden I find that the billing for above Broadband connection has been changed arbitarily by BSNL and I am now being charged on "USAGE BASIS", without any instruction from me. This has inflated my monthly bill by almost FOUR/FIVE TIMES.
          I seek resolution of my following problems
          1. Restore my earlier Broadband status o[censored]NLIMITED USAGE for HOME.
          2. Refund the excess amount charged so far on a/c of arbitary change by BSNL the status of Broadband Plan, without my consent.

            I had received bsnl mobile sim in the name of amrit kaur for mobile no [protected] on 31/03/2003 after depositing rs-2700 /- as security.I surrendered the same on 29 Aug 2003 but i could not receive the security amount till date dispite of my several correspondence.Now i had been shifted to ambala.Kindly do advise how can i get the security amount.

              We applied for a telephone connection with broadband with BSNL in HBR layout in August 2011. We still did not get the connection. The reason they give every time is that they do not have telephone wire to be taken from the pole which is few metres away from our house. So the connection is not feasible. My neighbour has BSNL connection which is feasible. We are tired of follow ups. They are now suggesting to take their data card for internet. What do we call this?
              Yes this is true.
              I live in Pune and even my neighbour has a connection, even then they are denying me a connection.
              Tons of follow-ups and talking to top brass haven’t got the problem solved from couple of years.

              Unofficially, when enquired locally, it was noticed that there is some politiacally supported mafia kind supplying Private ISP, Tikona (or something else like airtel). This is very low quality internet service and i don’t wish to go for wireless.

              Its cause of this situation I am paying almost double the cost for wireless CDMA internet.
              Tried other bsnl wireless too.. they are too pathetic.

                Bills paid are not reflected

                I have a BSNL landline connection in chennai. Since the migration of Online payment of bills from bsnlchennai to portal.bsnl.com has taken my bills are overlapping every month. Due to this i keep paying bills in cash at the collection center. The bills that I pay in cash dont get reflected in the online system and next shows me the amount as still pending to be paid. Because of which I;m unable to pay the next month bill online. This month...

                I cancelled my landline and handedover the handset on 28th February 2012, I was promised the refund of my security deposit of Rupees 3000/- within the coming 60days. Now after 120days no refund has been made. When I inquired I was given a reference number RE[protected] and told that on 16th April 2012 an approval for the amount of Rupees 1081.85 was given and that I should follow up on tel no. [protected]. I have been calling for over 3 days now and nobody answers the phone!
                My complain is
                1. Why have they approved 1081.85 as refund when I deposited 3000 Rupees
                2. Why the delay for sending my draft/ cheque
                3. BSNL why don't they answer their phones???

                Appreciate if someone can enlighten me about this!

                More than three months have been passed since I surrendered BSNL's landline but till date the security money deposited at the time of taking connection has not been refunded. Concered authorities are requested to please look into it and arrange to send the refund order without further delay.

                BSNL — security money delayed

                I am Ved Prakash Sharma,H. No. 258 sec.14. hisra,haryana.My broadband landline no. was[protected]. I have disconnected my bsnl broadband connection on 24 feb. 2011. My all dues are clear and it was commited by them that security will returned within 2 months but it is not recieved yet. on approaching them they are saying it's govt. job so I want you to take strict action towards them and get my compensation/security money.
                I had surrendered my Postpaid mobile SIM bearing No.[protected] and asked for the refund of Security Deposit of Rs.3700/=. Till date no refunds have been made after numerous visits to BSNL office.I have also lodged a compliant on their website a month before but with no response.

                I had disconnecting my landline connection as on August 2013.And the security deposited was of Rs 1910.99 .But still date we not received the same.i have continuously follow with BSNL regarding the same.                     sir, my complaint is regarding not recieving landline bills at my postal address since last 1 year. i have 2 landline no.s of BSNL service with no.'s[protected] and[protected] respectively, which comes under kalyan telecom. i'm residing at the place since last 35 years and using bsnl service since 25 years , i request you to take necessary action and do the needful.

                      Bsnl have deducted rs. 8 from my balance in the name of subscription of fever-offer which I didn't activate.
                      Even when I tried to deactivate it by typing the exact message "unsub fever " to 55678, 1.5 INR have been deducted whereas fever has not been deactivated.
                      The reply message said "your request could not be accepted due to incorrect keyword" even though all the keywords are correct.

                      Please take necessary steps to get me out of this trouble.

                        I am having issues with the slow speed provided by Bsnl Internet services (Broadband) . I don't get the speed promised by them , and most of the time service's are down . There is no fun of calling the customer care of Bsnl Broadband . No action's are taken . And they don't even feel shameful by cheating the people !

                          My Land line No.[protected] has been dead since[protected]. As usual I have lodged my official complaint on 23rd July 2012, at about 10:47 AM, through your 'BSNL Automatic Complaint Booking Service'; and I am provided a Docket No.[protected], dated[protected]. However, even after a lapse of more than 72 hours, the condition of my aforesaid Land line no. remains absolute dead. I am surprised how & why it takes such a long time to keep a telephone line restored. The line is still dead. Please note my sheer frustration on experiencing the performance (or non-performance!!!) of your concern department. However, still I have to be satisfied with your eminent service domain. So, may I seek the intervention of your good office and request to restore my Land line No.[protected] immediately and without any further delay, for which I shall remain grateful?

                            i am an officer in state bank of india, lucknow. im using prepaid bsnl mobile services for the past >8 years. although costs of services are low here but i have faced situations where without my knowledge and permission bsnl has deducted charges for some services which i had not activated like utsav pack, caller tunes.
                            this time also bsnl has deducted rs.42/- twice, in may 2012 and in june 2012 for activating bsnl instrumental caller tune in my number-[protected]. though i have activated caller tune"raabta" from movie agent vinod, and i dont have any problem in paying for the same. but soon after i got an sms for deduction of charges for my "raabta" tune, i got another msg from bsnl tune that "bsnl instrumental tune" is activated in ur number and charges will be deducted. soon the charges were deducted and in the following month in june also my charges got deducted on 11/06/2012.
                            i request you to refund my wrongly deducted charges of rs. 42 *2 = 84/-

                            Even with out asking for a BSNL tune fecilities They charged Rs.30 from
                            my account and they specified another date to charge for the next month.

This is not a single user/house issue, but my neighbor families are also facing the same problem. So please do the necessary to check the cable and restore the connection as early.

                              Myself Ananda Chandra Samal residing in village-Kantipur, post office-Kantipur, distt- Jajpur, tehsil-Binjhar. Orissa, I have a BSNL landline connection no[protected], my telephone not working from 30/09/2008. So that I have facing so many problems due to not working my phone and very unsatsfied with this department. In this session, my Father was expired. I have not contact to my relatives for information. I had many time complaints in telephone exchange (Anglo and Jajpur Town with Mr.H.K.Mohanty).Till date they have no respond and never came my premises and my area. Please take a needful action.

                              BSNL Landline — Not working for last one and half month

                              Sir,

                              This phone 26489175 is not working for last one and half month. I have registered online complaint 4 times and personally went to office 3 times on saturdays. Tried to get it repaired on saturdays as i am working. No body in the concerned office takes the phone, even tried taking leave specially for repair of the phone. It is very bad service. when all other essential services co-operate and trying to provide service why BSNL is lagging so much and why the concerned authorities are deaf.

                                Am complaining on my father behalf. My father Mr R. Sathya Moorthy, having a postpaid connection of BSNL chennai circle of number [protected]
                                repeatedly getting messages from BSNL service LOVE GURU and Special wallpaper pack. he dint activate them but we are getting those messages. also we spoke with the customercare who are not taking any action. also we tried to send sms to 58558 to which alone our sms sending gets failed. Please take the necessary action.

                                    Our Land Line[protected] is not working since 45 days, my parents age 70yrs were in touch with Palghar Telephone Office as well local Kelve office for more than 3 times.
                                    Still phone is not working, for aged person it is difficult to reach Palghar Office frequently.

                                    Please let us me know what more I need to do to get my landline repaired.

                                    I have taken Bsnl landline connection for the purpose of Internet connection three months ago but within that period the net connection had problem for three times. Very bad consumer service. At present 10 days net is not connected.
