My SMS service has not been working since last 6days. I have lost 6days of SMS pack validity. I have registered so many complaints in BSNL local office and mobile customer service centre about it but it does not working. I want a solution.

Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited — RINGTONE ACTIVATED WITHOUT REQUEST

IT IS VERY SURPRSING AND UNPLEASENT THAT RING TONE SERVICES ACTIVATED ON MY MOBILE NO.[protected] WITHOUT ANY REQUEST AND THE MORE AMBRASSING THING IS THAT I HAVE TO MAKE REPEATED CALLS AND MESSSAGES TO STOP THE FOOLISH SERVIES AND THAT AFTER PAYING A HUGE AMOUNT FOR EACH CALL AND MESSAGE.
Res. Sir / Madam,

I am using the BSNL prepaid connection (mob. no. [protected]) from last 1 year, my local Incoming, Outgoing & STD outgoing is working properly but suddenly my STD incoming is blocked and this problem is happens 2nd time. My STD incoming is very important for me & my business purpose.

I request you to please try to solve my problem as soon as possible.

I have a prepaid mobile no. of BSNL [protected]. The BSNL activate ringtone on my mobile without any information and dedut the charges for that.

Scince last one month bsnl mobile network goes off along with electricity cut off. The network remains down daily for about 8 to 10 hours.

    Dear Sir,
    I have been using BSNL broadband for the past 1 years. My BSNL landline number is[protected]. Till now i was happy with the billing of BSNL. But from 2 months i saw that an additional amount of Rs.149/- has been charged against MoD(Music on Demand). When enquired at exhange, they said its from bsnl.hungama.com . I am tottaly not aware of this service and i called up hungama.com customer service and understood that the service was not activated without my consent, neither i didnt get the activation details for the said servvice.
    I really dont know why i am suppose to pay for something which i havent subscribed.
    For the past 2 months , i am trying to escalate the issue with support.[protected]@hungama.com, but i am not getting a proper reply from them.
    It would be really appreciated if you can take an action on this , as i feel it really humialing (as Rs 149 makes bigger amt). It really kills the reputation of BSNL.
    I am not getting a proper respose from hungama & BSNL, Hence i have decided to move this to consumer court and fight against this cheating.
    I want my all money back & want to sorted out without such hassled. I request you to intervene and guide my request to aprropriate actions.

          land line is dwed since last few days.. bsnl office is not looking out for our complaint
          My BSNL Land line is dead for the past two days.this is my no[protected].
          Hi,
          I have been using BSNL land line since a long time. Currently am located at Nagpur at Gandhi Nagar. I am facing problem with BSNL land line. My phone goes dead every 10-15 days. My area falls under VNIT Telephone office. If we go to the customer service department they direct us to some person in the office. After a brief discussion about the problem the official gives us dumb reasons like the phone wire needs to be changed or due to some construction work your wire got cut. He comes and rectifies the issue, but we face the same problem again after 15 days. This is going on since last 1 year. Also every time we need to pay 100/- to 200/- to the person. ALSO NO WRITTEN COMPLAIN IS EVER TAKEN FROM US.

            hello

            i prebooked bsnl tpad from pantel technology.
            After around 1month i recived mail from pantel technology
            your order is ready and deposit money in PNB bank.
            I deposit Rs. 3500 in there account on 16may 2012.
            They have send me the confirmation also by mail
            we have recived your payment.
            They promise me to deliver my tpad within 1week.
            But now its more than 1month but i havent recived my tpad.
            I called them many time they always say will delived
            next week...
            So please help me
            Hello Mr. Amol, I agree that their delivery is a bit slow, but once you have your tab in your hand, you'll feel that it was worth the wait. I faced the same problem and I had a word with them at[protected] and also on twitter. try using these and have fun when your tab arrives.

                  I paid my Kolkata BSNL landline bill May2012 online and by mistake not checked payment option internet banking but Site has taken to pay the amount of the bill Rs 424 from my axis bank to Payee “TECHPROCESS SOLUTION LIMITED” and I by-mistake paid the amount. The step detail of the site pages is attached in microsoft windows 2007 file which I personally saved while executing the transaction.You can refer it.



                  Advise me, What I will do now to clear the whole situation and get back my payment and again pay to BSNL? I will ever be grateful to the all endeavor made in this circumstances.



                  Please help me as soon as fast so I could not repeat to pay the bill again.

                      I am using the BSNL prepaid mobile (No. [protected]). I have received a message that "FEVER" pack has been activated and some amount was deducted from my account. I never requested for any value added service. I do not even know what is FEVER pack. I have tried for deactivate as per their instructions but i could not. As per the TRAI regulations, the consumer's consent should be obtained before such activation. So i request you to deactivate the value added service at once.

                        I am also receiving message very frequently from bsnl ( no.5959507,54000010,[protected] that "thank you for using vastu,beauty tips,astro service. You have been charged rs. 10,3,7 . Please let me know for what reason the said amount is being charged to my mob. Number [protected] . Further kindly do something for avoiding these bad activities and please do the needful to reimburse the deducted amount which is more than 300/-Rs in last 45days. I tried over phone to talk to customer care. They told me to activate DND by sending sms to 1909. And after activating Dnd still I'm receiving the same. please please help me...

                        BSNL — AUTO ACTIVATION OF BSNL BEAUTY TIPS

                        Respected Sir,
                        On 12.02.2011 evening, I received a sms stating that BeautyTips BSNL Alerts is active from a number +51234030 and consequently Rs.30 was deducted from my account balance. I called up the customer care and they said it has been auto-activated and took my complaint and gave me a Docket No. B12WB194442 and assured me to return my balance.
                        But till date they have not done so. What can I do now? Please help me.

                          Hi,i have taken a post paid bsnl sim from haldia office in the set2008,at that time for internet i have to pay 198rs and security deposit of 500,billing limit of 1000 only.the consumer care executive in chiranjibpur bsnl exchange office does not have any idea of roaming applicability on the sim.he told me that its national roaming on internet usages.after atwo months o[censored]se it automatically disconnect and i checked that its due to unpaid bill.i mailed this case to the zonal office in kharagpur,but in case of there action,the executive called me and ask for the reason of the complaint.now they gave me a billing notice of the unpaid bill with interest with total amaount 15,ooo.i cant pay the bill and want for a legal action against the employee and bsnl.

                              i recharged my mobile on[protected] of 59rs for cheaper calling. but never receive confirmation msg till and also the benefit of recharge.
                              i call to company for solution of this problem but they give excuse like technical problem and not solve my problem yet.
                              please solve my problem as fast as possible , otherwise i go for another option like port. this is my final and last request to company.
                              because a silent friend comes later in mind.

Due to this Cell Phone Tower lot of Sound Pollution & Radiation causing directly on residents around it.                                     Land line number[protected] is not wokring for past 3 weeks. I have registered the complatint in gorimedu office, so for no-one has attempted to solve this issue. It shows very very poor & worst customer care service from BSNL salem branch.

Since 5 days our office land line Telephone not working we are telephone to Hinjewadi Telephone Exchange and inform him same day but still today our telephone not working we daily call to Hinjewadi Exchange and inquire but he only giving false assurance yes we are already sent our people and immediately your phone is working but till we are facing problem. in every month the same problem we are facing it's a regular problem please solve.

                                      Hi,

                                      BSNL is cheating customers in Andaman. They sell packages that doesn't work.

                                      On 19th of july 2012, I have activated special tariff of rs 96. This will allow me to call std at 30 paise and local 10 paise. And also recharges 200 as talk time.

                                      When I called STD number i noticed that they are still charging RS 1.50 per minute for std call. I tried to call customer care, but no response. I dialed there number, however cannot reach them as it automatically disconnects after I reach the speak to customer care menu. It seems they are intentionally not willing to talk to customers.

                                      With 200 RS talk time, I would have got around 600 minutes.( 30 paise per minutes ), i got just 133 minutes.

                                      This is a cheating, or negligence I am not sure. They are doing it intentionally or just careless attitude of bsnl employes. It is not only me who is facing this issue, almost every one in this islands are facing issues likes this.
