Sir i recharged my mobile [protected] with recharge of Rs. 330 on 1st Sept 2012 by online recharge from rechargeitnow.com. But my transaction failed. Money was debited from my account and i didnt got any balance. For this i complained to the customer care and i was told my money will be returned within a week. But i didnt got any refund. Again i complained and a new complaint number was provided to me on 15th sept 2012 and again no solution was provided.Again they informed us on 20th Sept 2012 that our money is refunded but it was not. After calling atleast 10 to 15 times to the customer care i didnt got any solution to my complaints. Everytime a new complaint is registered and company is totally making fool o[censored]s. Customer care people do not transfer our call to higher authority and on demand they register a complaint and disconnect the call. Sometimes they answer us your money is refunded but after taking banks statement i come to know that its just a lie. Kindly suggest me further action.

    B.S.N.L BROADBAND — DEDUCTION OF CHARGES UNDER MUSIC ON DEMAND

    I am having bsnl land line phone and broad band internet connection. From July 2010 a charges of Rs.149/- are charged in my telephone bill under head "music on demand"
    I have never activated such facility and never availed it.
    I have given written complaint to SDE and Account officer to De-activate this service but nothing action is taken from bsnl, and till today same charges are made applicable to me.
    Pl. tell me what to do and how to de activate this music on demand.
    I have two months bills pending with me and waiting for bsnl to do something.
    pl. guide me and solve this problem.

    Hi, this is a complain against the activation of games/movies on demand by M/S Hunganma on the bsnl number: [protected].
    As we were not aware about the activation we have been paying an extra bill of around Rs 321 for around 4-5 months. It was not at all done by my side. This is solely a mistake from the part of BSNL. I would like the services to be deactivated effective immediately along with a reimbursement of the extra bill we have been paying for the above mentioned time period.
    Moreover, the BSNL staff at the BSNL exchange have no clue what this service is and how this service s to be deactivated. Please, do the needful to deactivate the services ASAP.

      In our village(Talakurunia,Gopalpur,Balasore) phone are dead last 5 months...when we contacted BSNL people they are saying cable has problem that happened due to road work.Now they are saying due to road work cable are damaged and asked us to reach JTO..We approach them and made online complain no body is responding.Govt is saying we are giving connection broadband but on reality our panchayat ,post office is now operating without phone forget about broadband...This seems that officers are deaf and not care about consumer benefit...

      My telephone[protected] is out of order since 20/11/2012. I had booked a complaint on 21/11/2012, which was registered with complaint no:[protected]. As I am writting this, on 28/11/2012, the phone is still out of order. But, to my surprise, BSNL had sent me an SMS that the complaint has been closed.

      This is unprofessional, absolute irresponsibility by the BSNL. It is a pity that BSNL still needs to improve in their customer service.

              Dear sir,
              We are the subscriber of MP Rewa Telecom , our land line number is 225317 we have facing problem since last 2 month we have made complaint in the previous month for dead phone and after lot of pursuance with the SDO and TDM our bphone was attended and facility was restore. However after 10 days our bphone is further under trouble such as in our bphone only single ring is coming for incoming call and immediately disconnected automatically without attend the phone. For this we have made complaint in customer care on dated 11.09.2012 with complaint number [protected], at Rewa exchange on dated 14.09.11 at Sl number 12, we have made continue request with concern SDO but nothing response is received by them. In such position we think that local administration is promoting to subscriber to disconnection of the bphone. Further we have made contact on dated 21.09.2012 with TDM Rewa he has only give us assurance but till to date not any response received till to date up to 8.00PM
              Therefore it is requested that necessary guideline may please be issued to concern SDO that not made harassment to land line subscriber and our complaint is rectified immediately. We will hilly anticipated that our request is solicited from you end.

                Dear Sir,
                I am a customer under BSNL pre-paid mobile service net work. On 17.09.2012 i recieved a message regarding balance deduction which was as follows : Rs. 10 charged. Thanku for using Rubaru Service. Your service have been renewed. To Unsubscribe send unsubhm to 54000. it came from the no.[protected].
                But i have never requested for such kind of service in my life. Then why are they deducting balance. When i tired to call customer care no. they gave me waiting time for 20 minutes. So i was not able to file complain at that particular time.
                Then again on 20.09.2012 i recieved a message regarding balance deduction which was as follows : Rs. 10 charged. Thanku for using Rubaru Service. Your service have been renewed. To Unsubscribe send unsubhm to 54000. it came from the no.[protected].
                They again deducted my balance. this time i called at customer care no. their customer care person did not responded my call very well and hung up the phone. whn i asked them to refund my money they said ur service has been deactivated but ur balance will not be refund. Then i tried to convince them to give my balance back. after that only they registered my complain and said that the balance of 10 rs. will be refund within 15 days. and they refused to rfund the complete balance.
                also their response was not good.
                No i fear should i top up my balance or not. i fear agin they will deduct the balance some how.
                Being a part (customer) of India’s largest and most reputed mobile such type of harassment is not at all expected and it hurts me a lot.
                Kindly look in the matter and for which I shall be obliged.

                BSNL Prepaid Mobile — Bsnl Prepaid balance deduction.

                Dear Sir/ Madam,

                This is Soumik Majumder having the prepaid number [protected]. From the last couple of months I am facing a ridiculous problem regarding the connection that is frequently my prepaid balance is getting deducted and after deduction i am receiving a message that for some bsnl service the balance has been deducted and if i want to deact the service, i have to dial some number. Even today, (03/12/2010) when I recharged my phone with Rs. 124, which gives me 1month validity along with a balance of Rs. 50 (approx), 30 rupees has been deducted on that very moment on the basis of some Bsnl alerts and the alert message came from the number: 51234030. I dialed the customer care number and some cust care officer Mr. Joydeep Basu received the call (time - 9;08 am). Now he listened to the complain and provided me a docket number ie, 6534658. But when I asked for the time span of getting it solved, he could not say anything. Even when I asked for my deducted balance, then also he could not say anything. I asked him for any BSNL CUST CARE email id where I can mail my complain but alas!! the same result (don't know sir). Now my point is, even where I never asked for any Bsnl Service, why it has been activated on my phone and its the money (whatever the amount is) which has to earn. So I cant allow it to flow for some 'BSNL ALERTS'. So please help me to get out of this small but irritating situation.

                    I applied to PORT on my mobile no [protected] from Airtel to BSNL on 12.9.12,but upto now it is not done,Airtel Close my mobile on17.9.12 but they donot done upto now ie 3.9.12.
                    TRAI says it should be done immediate after former service provider
                    close services within two or three hour.
                    I am facing deficulties since 4 days, On one neither try nor M/O Telecome,BSNL helping me

                      I bought bsnl penta 701c tablet from Infibeam. But, the problem with tablet is.. it is only showing 280 MB RAM instead of 512 MB. n when I called Penta Customer care they told me that this is an issue with RAM upgradation software. But in reality my tablet has 512 MB RAM only.. Is it possible???

                      Please reply! if anybody know the solution or know about the this problem.
                      BSNL is cheating customer. Everyone is facing the same problem. Me too. It actually has 280 MB. I have lost my hard earned money.

                            I am a new customer in BSNL -Broadband ,i took the Land line with broadband connection on July 2012 i owned the modem and phone instrument because i have it a spare so i don't like to take a new instruments but after billed for my first cyclic i shocked they charged for INR 500 + 250 on installation with both land line and broadband.but i did my self for the installation part they wont provide the instrument also but they charged INR 500 then i raised the complaint on BSNL PORTAL in self care on 25/08/2012 00:35:09 so i listed below the complaint details for your reference

                            Due to the Hennur Cross flyover work,From past one year no BSNL person never care or action taken, Every time complaint has login,But at the end no result.

                            My Question is why BSNL not looking to it............

                            It's there to take a leagel action on this ????

                                    Same problem for me for my mobile [protected]. Please unsubscribe this service for my mobile if possible. Else, advice what to do.
                                    I too had the same problem. To unsubscribe we have activate any data pack. Then follow the steps below;

                                    1) Open browser and type www.follo.co.in
                                    2) Click on MySettings link at the bottom of the page. There you will see Stop Alert option. Under that you will have the list of names that you are following. Click on Stop Alert next to each name.
                                    3) Then open the link http://wap.indiatimes.com/folloprx/follobsnldea.aspx

                                        HI, I am Nitin Kumar Verma, my number landline number is[protected], I am consuming bsnl broadband from a long time.
                                        Suddenly form last month the DSL of my modem restarts after every minutes. This issue generally came at evening and night.
                                        I have booked so many complaints on this to BSNL, I also give a written complaint to GM of BSNL Bhart Nagar branch, C.S. Bhanot.
                                        He said he will look into the matter but no action is taken yet.
                                        It is being a month and now I am so much frustrated with BSNL service.

                                        I got your Email address from our Telephone bill. I am Maharshi Shah
                                        from Waghodia Road, Baroda. I have UL 750+ Broadband plan at my home
                                        phone[protected]. I was the happy customer of your service until
                                        3rd November when my internet connectivity went off suddenly due to
                                        some technical misconfiguration automatically.

                                        I've been in trouble since then.I tried the customer help line (12678)
                                        and they told me to contact at Panigate office. They came to my home
                                        for fixation and told me to visit Racecourse office. I am there some 4
                                        times and still haven't got my problem solved.

                                        I do have a small blog http://techvigator.blogspot.com/ which is now
                                        fading up due to no any posting since 3rd November. I need to
                                        regularly update it as a contender of highly dynamic Internet
                                        platform.

                                        Today, i got my Telephone bill included with Broadband charges. May i
                                        request you to do me a favor by ease this Broadband charge since i
                                        haven't used it at all since 3rd November?

                                        Ending now considering you as a last ray of my hope.
