[Resolved]  BSNL Broadband — www.data.bsnl.in website is always not open

BSNL BROADBAND speed is too slow from someday, and there are irresponsible officers to lock complaint.

my complaint is my usage is not shown me some error are come &between 2to 3 days my broadband speed is slow so plz solve this problem emidatly thanks

www.data.bsnl.in this site is very slow and boaring site for me because this site is always not open.i can't see my data usage and this is very big problem for me...

I think bsnl cant probide good sevice, there is nothing who can do helh for you even a SDO also .BSNL is fail in every area .i have complainted alote no of complaints to the bsnl workers but cant do any solution

I am a broadband customer from gorakhpur (u.p.).My telephone no.is[protected]
I am a govt./ p.s.u employee as per circular from bharat sanchar bhawan broadband cell
Janpath New Delhi no.64-03/08-broadband dated[protected]% rebate is to be allowed on
usage and rental.i have also applied also for the same on[protected] but nearly four and a half
months has been elapsed but no rebate is being allowed to me .

I have approached several times to the authorities and even to the G.M. gorakhpur but no result has been recd. so far .
Kindly look into the matter and ensure 20%rebate as per circular cited above for which i will be highly obliged.

I think there is no such site, as they say when we ask BSNL telecaller about where we need to check the data usage. If any one can pls help us.

what the bloody hell are you doing there. the broadband usage check site is down for so many days and i'm not able to know my usage.
when will you fix the problem. it takes a lot of time to get in to that site. very very bad server. how can you be so irresponsible.
please do any action to solve it if you see this

I am unable to see/open my BSNL broadband usage account since last 5 days. Its server always remain very very slow and takes long time to open the page and after long surfing always shows-"NO USAGE DETAILS FOUND FOR THE MONTH...".I think it is done knowingly so as one can not go through the update account and use cautiously.

why this site is not working?????????
i think its BSNL operators tricks to get benefit
but remember there is other broad band services which is there for better services

when i give the password to my net connection without using of net, the net status is increasing by bytes why this is happened please solve my problem
