[Resolved] BSNL Broadband — can't check the usage details and losing connection always

I have two complaints: 1. I cant check the current usage. when i am trying to enter the usage checking sit www.dataone.in and entering my username and password the result is blank and shows a comment "no usage records". this is a problem that many of my friends too having and the thing is that i noticed it is not possible to check the usage details at the starting and ending of a month. 2. I am losting my connectivity almost all times especially at the unlimited usage time (2 am - 8 am) Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (0)

My problem is whenever i have tried to know the usage details its never works bsnl is one of the bad broadband beacuse firstly its run slowly and never show the details. I just tired i know this problem never solve.

I am also unable to get usage details. Instead I get a flash-internal server error. I have been trying to lodge complaint on tele. No. 1500 which never responds. If I talk to one No. they give another No. to talk and they never lift phon. Idont know what to do? Indeed very bad experience with BSNL.

i can't check my usage details.it was easier to check the usage details on the previous portal
bbservice.bsnl.in not

able to check the usage on new portal data.bsnl.in inspite of entering my user name and password.

is there anybody who can help
