[Resolved]  BSNL Broadband — broadband billing complaint

Hi, i have been using BSNL Dataone connection for last 2 years. To my shock i have received a bill of over 23000 for march months o[censored]sage. so i came to bsnl kodambakkam office and i made complaint i don't have any copy of that so till now their is no response from their side .i am very sure that their is some mistake on that bill because we will never use 23GB for a month its an home PC we not been using it for commercial purpose.so till there is no response please make some action on my complaint.

broadnand is not working since 01.04.2010. refer my complaint no.BB 58089849/01.04.2010. poor response from the kalpakkam exchange
broadnand is not working since 01.04.2010. refer my complaint no.BB 58089849/01.04.2010. poor response from the kalpakkam exchange. no one is showing any care to attend my geniune complaint.My telephone number is[protected] and my consumer number is [protected]. I face broadband connection problem every now and then. If it works for four days it goes out of order for every week or fifteem days. this has become perinial problem for me eversince i moved to kalpakkam (22.09.2009) onwards. please advice me.

BSNL — UNREALISTIC CHARGES

i want to unsubscribe from bsnl onmobile(LAUGHTER CLUB) service.i have complained abt it in the company, they have toldd withing 24 hours u will be unsubscribed but till today it is not done.so please could u unsubscribe from this service.My mobile no is : [protected].

included amt. RS10000 TO 15000 THOUSAND EXTRA WILL BE CHARGED WHICH IS MOSTLY NOT SHOWN IN BSNL BROADBAND OFFICE WHEN I TELL HIM TO CHECK DETAILS OF THIS MONTH
IF I HAVE PROOF OF THAT . I could not undestand how THEY charged or included in my bill. this reason you WAVEOFF THESE AMT. SO THAT I FURTHER CONTINUE MY PHONE PROPERLY WITHOUT ANY PROBLEM. Ph. no. [protected] and email add.

sir, i dint receive bill for november month.please send it soon as much as possible...
sir, we, MRS GITA SAHA, , the resident of birati, faridpurpally, kolkata-700051, telephone no[protected], , mobile no-[protected], , are facing a problem on broadband..for a couple of days, , we are watching that the modem is disconnected very often and it is showing error number 651..our telephone is also not working..there is no dial tone for a couple of days..we have complained several times in 198 but no response from your side...what the hell is this?why should people then trust bsnl?? is there not a single person in bsnl to service customers within 24 hours??if bsnl continues such kind of worst, careless services to the customer, , in future, , no one will dare to take bsnl..so pls look into the matter and try to solve this broadband+landline prob very fast and try to wash out the blame which was already provoked on you..thanking u...

Please note that I had deposited Rs 1000/- on 22.02.2013. Bill period 01.01.2013.-31.01.2013 Amount: Rs.124.29/-. During last week of February 2013 I had opted for shift of plan from Sulabh 99 to Combo299. I did not got the bill for the period 01.02.2013.-28.02.2013.
In the bill for the period 01.03.2013-31.03.2013 there is previous balance amount is minus Rs.144.38/- Balance;RS.1000/- minus Rs.124.29/--minus Rs.144.38/-= Rs.731.33/- supposed to bill amount charged for the period 01.02.2013.-28.02.2013. (Sulabh charges RS.99/-, Broadband Security Rs.299/-, Installation charges RS.250/- plus taxes etc).Since installation charges were waived till 31.03.2013.the amount Rs 250/- may please be adjusted in the next bill.
