BSNL — BSNL Landline and broadband not working for last 2 weeks

My telephone[protected] is not working for the last 2 weeks i have lodged a complaint through the bsnl customer portal on 7th august 2008 (reference no[protected] and from then on i'm repeatedly calling toll free no 198 to register complaints everyother day...but till date the problem is not rectified the latest complaint reference for 198 is (MYPR17200)

I tried to reach the local BSNL office no 23045025 but its out of order.

Bsnl interenet is not workig in my home since 20 days... we complained almost 10 times but still we r not getting proper response...

I HAD INSTALLED DATA ONE CONNECTION ON DATE 23 FEB 09 . BUT IT IS NOT WORKING FROM VERY SAME DATE, AFTER CONTACTING MORE THAN FIVE - SIX TIMES THEIR IS NO SATISFACTORY REPLY FROM THE CONCERNING OFFICERS/EMPLOYEES. WHAT THE HELL THEY ARE DOING . IS THIS THE SERVICE OF BIGGEST SERVICE PROVIDER IN THE COUNTRY ????

I THINK THEY R SLEEPING AS LIKE OTHER GOVT. OFFICIALS ARE...

PLS TELL ME WHAT TO DO ???

BSNL — Internet is not working for last 3 days

Internet Broadband connection at # 2474, 17th main, 25th cross. Banashankari 2nd stage is not working since last 3 days. Despite repeated complaints and visits to the BSNL office K R Road no action has been taken by the department. Very poor service of the BSNL department. They are not even picking up the mobile number that they have given

BSNL Broadband — Internet not working from last ten days

I have a BSNL Broadband connection it is not working from last ten days and i am calling the call centre repeteadly, I have also submitted a written application to the Area Manager South Jaipur yesterday but still no improvement has been done and it was also not working for more than 20 days in the last month. I am now fed up with the service provider and the way of talking of the employees of the company, they talk to the people in a very ill manner. Please someone help.

We are not able to use BSNL broadband even 10 days in a month. We already lodge complaint many times but there is no solution. If BSNL is not able to provide services they must not charge customer for that service. There is not a single responsible person in BSNL office of our area, visit to BSNL office is waste of time and money. We are feeling that BSNL is not doing anything to improve service, in other words they want to say that "we are going to work this way we are not interested to provide you any service, BSNL is paying their employee for doing nothing and still if you want to use our (BSNL) service then you can waste your money and time but BSNL does not care about customer. "

BSNL force me to think this, lots of complaints and no result force us to think this way.

This is to inform you that we are unable to make proper usage of internet at our store located at Belgaum. We have made many calls to the authorities related to customer complaints but we din't get a proper response from them. I would like to inform you that it is the problem in MODEM. I mean the link of the connection gets broken frequently and we are unable to access it and we are facind many problems and we are unable to send important mails. BSNL Landline — internet not working

internet connection is intermittent.
timing out every two minutes.
physical connection is alright as phone is working for regular calls

I complainted at kancharapalem branch but there is no response from them.

I Niraj kumar Khemka take a land line connection as my land line no.[protected]. On this connection I take BROADBAND INTERNET connection. from last 20 day's I found an error name 691.For this I have complain my AREA MANAGER and all the officer as MR. SATYAN SHARMA, MR. UTPAL SHARMA, MR. GORAI ( AS D.I) MR. S.PATHAK, MR.K.K.SHARMA, MRS. S.KALITA, MISS SIMI.and many other senior as well as junior officer. yet 20day's are pass away but my BROADBAND INTERNET connection are not OK.PLEASE to do some strong action in this regard and rebate me in my monthly charges as
RS.750 ( as i have to take +750 home plan).from the day my internet are not working and always show me an error no.691.

Sir i am not uasing internet some days because my conection is every day is not properly working . because my internet conection is conect and disconet after every 5 minutes so i am not properly use my internet .
so i would request to u sir please solve my problam .

Our BSNL Internet, it has been not working since 2 weeks. evrytime we complaining to the telephone exchange, but they are not responding. they always postponing it. but till the repair was not cleared. we are facing very problems without net . plz take an action as soon as possible for this...
