I am using a 256 kbps connection on unlimited download and upload scheme for my phone no 23193794. I am being charged a fixed fee of 990 irrespective of the downtime. In August my Broadband was disconnected from 8th to the 23rd and I received a bill of 990 for the whole months usage and now again this month my broadband has been disconnected since the 2nd till date however I am sure I will get a bill of 990. I raised this with customer service who have been giving me the run around asking me to contact the Accounts Manager who doesnt seem to exist. I went to the BSNL office near Navrang circle and from there I was asked to go to the bill payment center opposite to Navrang theater who asked to go to the Magadi Road office who said I have to go the Navrang office again. I called up customer care and they dont know who the Accounts Manager is, I called up the number on my bill which says please contact Account Manager and they said they dont know either, I even called up the broadband technical support and they dont know either. This is like going in circles. I have now finally given up the chase and decided I will not pay the bill unless someone gets the unused amount off of my phone bill. Please help.

Bill No.1276572. Con.No.3248913 Dated 07.09.2009 Collected an amount of Rs. 500/- as Broadband Deposit. The scheme is Broadband without deposit. So please refund the said amount.

    Our BSNL landline phone no[protected] is not working when there is no power in our area ,regading this I have complented to all the authorities ,and every person is saying that the phone works in DC but not in AC , Although I convinced them regarding this problem and said them to visit our home when there is power failure, Some people visited our home when there was no power and they observed the problem and still they are not able to rectify the problem ,We are facing this problem since last 6 monts and daily I am giving complent to exchage regarding this.

      I am a subscriber of BSNL Land Line + Broadband combo plan vide telephone no – 0120 – 2490863 at Noida, Sector -55.
      Since the beginning my Broadband is not very stable and recurring problem are facing. I have lodged complain number of time vide docket no : 1198432, 1328715, 1342672 … but no result. Though my telephone is working but there are some noise and disturbance are presence.
      I am really fade-up and don’t know where and whom to approach. Every month my broadband rental is coming though I am not able to access internet.
      Kindly treat this is my official complain and forward this to respective person.

        hello,
        My cellphone no. is [protected] (BSNL) I have complain that i send internations sms to my friends at Indonasia and UAE but mostly that sms never reach to my friends, and till today i was debited about Rs. 50 , when i call customer care on 29.10.09 they did not give me setisfaction reason and disconnect phone 2 times without saying anything, than i leave voice massage also
        Plz do needful in this case.

            I am a customer of your reputed company since more than 5 yrs now, based in Kalyan.

            I had given an application to transfer my Landline #[protected] in the year 2006, for which after many follow-ups there was no reply. With regular disappointments each time, I had lost hope of getting this issue resolved.

            Yesterday I got a notice for cancelation of my connection, stating this was my final notice to contact your office.

            On investigating, I understood that your communications till date never reached me since the address updated at your end was incorrect.

            It has been a very bitter experience interacting with your officials in Kalyan who never took any ownership and never showed any interest in having this matter resolved.

            Request you to look into this matter on priority.

              I have not received any update on the below mail. It frustarting while not getting any reply. As the people will having their own work also. And top of of that below are the some problem.

              The setup box is geeting hanged.
              PNR status is not coming
              I will be getting the universal remote , as per mr vijay's earlier conversation before 17 days and now he says that they are not having the stock.
              And Malkeet has promised me to resolve the Technical problem with the setup box But there is no response from any technical team.

              Thanks for update . I am having some problem as below so please try to resolve .

              While filling the CAF the agent has charged me 1500/- and promised to provide the universal remote and Scratch card offer. But how ever later he has confirmed it is not possible but I can pay the differential amount of RS 500/- to avail the offer.
              Some of the channels are not coming like ND TV imagine , 9X,UTV movies ,UTVI business news (These all are mentioned in PAMPLET) and also informed that now the channels nuber are increased to 140. (if required I will provide you the scan copy also).
              Movies on demand is obsuletly free for 3 months also mentioned but it is not coming.
              By seeeing the above offer our family has decided to go for myway entertainment jab chaho jo chaho , So please try to provide the above things for fulfilling the promised service while taking the connection.

              This is with reference to CAF 10028506 of MyWay IP TV .



              I have given a request on 9th Sept 2009 to get an IP tv connection and till date I have not got connection for home entertainment through IP TV . After repeated follow up I got response on 25th Sept that I need an type II modem from BSNL and immediately I made the necessary arrangement for the same. After that I received the message from your technical department that due to technical limitation this will not work-out, however after a long fight the technical department and also Mr Sridhar Karnataka head of operation has given us a commitment that they will solve the long pending issue and do the installation before 3rd October 2009. But there is no response from the team on this matter and when I tried calling them on their phone number not a single response come.



              Please look in to the matter seriously as this is almost near to a month that With the hope of IP TV I am without any home entertainment in my home.

              Note to BSNL and My Way :- Please letus know why BSNL has not provided the port for the right band width as it ia a integrated part of BSNl.



              The cost incurred to me for the IP TV and Follow up



              IP TV Advance 1500

              BSNL type II modem 1600/-

              and Phone call charges around 300/-



              Grand Total :- RS 3200/- and all my valuable time wasted for convcersation with IP TV .

              MyWay IP TV services — No Proper response and information

              my name is vinod. I am from Hyderabad. I have received a call from Myway IP TV services stating that BSNL and MYway together started IP TV services which would be through BSNL line. One of the executives did came to my home to explain me how it works. He informed me that the whole setup will take 5 days. I gave him a check of 1500 rs. on 18th May. from then onwards. no proper response.
              I keep calling them on after every 5 days. they keep tellig me next 2 days.

              now the no. given by them stoped working. I some how found the customer care contact no :[protected]. called them lots of times now. even their corporate office. stil no luck.
              Amount was deducted frm my ICICI account on 26th June. till date no solution neither proper update.

              Please help me.

              I wanted IP TV connection at my home in Chennai. I wrote to MY WAY. There were many phone calls telling me they are ready to give connection. Then 2-3 different firms [?] called me & asked when they can collect cheque [Rs 1500 or Rs 2000 depending on what we choose]. Nobody talked about connectivity but only to take cheque from me. BSNL did not come in the picture altho I wrote to them for connectivity. I would have given the cheque & would have been lingering for connectivity. Luckily I read this blog & immediately cancelled my plan to have IP TV. Everybody should contemplate well before parting with the cheque or cash

              i am a customer of myway iptv service for bsnl and mtnl customers .               We applied for IPTV Connection on 12th of Oct CAF No is 60021164 and the telephone no is 25281491 and after many reminders it got installed on 27th of october and as told at the time of connection that we will get all the channels that we want in the plan but it was not so and all the things told were false. We were also told that we will get the multi funtion remote which we have not received as yet.
              After all the hiccups and the mismanagement on your part we don't want to continue with your services.
              so, kindly refund the amount paid to you i.e. Rs. 2000/- and give us relief of all the problems.

              I got IPTV myway connected.Before connection I was told that universal remote and scratch card and that there will be free trial for 3 months and that during this period the movie on demand is free.I regret to say that not only the technician who installed the connection disrupted my Wify service of internet but having promised to set right the same did not turn up and several phone call to their personal Sunil the man who is supposed to have rectified it as per promise did not do so.
              No universal remote supplied nor scratch card as promised.
              Now I got further shock of my life when they told I have to pay additional charges for having used Movie on demand (though it should be free during trial offer 3 months).
              Many false promise and disappointing service.I think of not renewing the service and hope other customers learn from my bad experience.
              BSNL should have some control so that customers are not harassed as I see many complaints.

              A fewdays back we agreed to go ahead with the IPTV free 3 months offer. We gave our consent, after confirming whether the locality we were staying (JP Nagar 9th Phase) had the appropriate infrastructure to offer such services.

              A cheque for Rs. 1500/- to this effect (Prepaid CAF No: 10032149 Dated: 26/02/10
              ) was also promptly collected by the service providers. The next day there were atleast 3 phone calls from these gyus to keep the existing ADSL modem switched on to enable some remote configuration. We were supposed to have the necessary things delivered a day later but none tuned up.

              When we tried to check the delay, we are told that due to technical difficulties such a service cannot be provided to this locality and the cheque will be returned back after 15 days

              These people have turned out to be laughing stock. Didn't expect this from BSNL though.SHAME!

              Fortunately the money has not been debited from the bank account. A stop payment also comes with a cost. Prefer waiting. We are not going to keep quit though, if the debit happens in the coming days.

              We had expressed our concern earlier during the day (a few hrs back).

              We got the cheque (Rs.1500/- deposit) back immediately, just two hours after we called them for inaction. They had expressed a 15 day waiting period earlier. Probably this waiting period holds good if the amount was debited from our account. Fortunately that didn't happen with us.

              If the concerned authorities did their homework before calling customers, these displeasures can be avoided though. Let me suppose these are stray cases. All the best guys.

              I am also a victim of this BSNL/myway iptv nexus/mafia or whatever you call it, from Bangalore. My Consumer No.is 42429190. Promising a free trial of 3 months, they were successful in collecting Rs.1500/- as security Deposit and the service was provided only after encashment of the cheque and that's too after clear 10 days.

              However, since I did not obliged them with subscription after witnessing their poor service/relay, the services were discontinued within a week without any reason what soever.

              Since I have failed to evoke any response and get the refund of Rs.1500/- even after a lapse of 4-5 months, I am contemplating with the idea of slapping a notice through consumer court and drag them to consumer court for causing the financial loss and mental agony for these days.

              If we ask for assistance or to dismantle the connection and refund the deposit they give a number which does not respond, or responds by giving another number.There is absolutely no solution to anything but passing the buck on one another.
              I feel it is fake.
              My sincere advice is not to opt for this by anybody and get cheated.

                Telephone working. Internet Broadband not working.
                my braodband is not woking since last 10 days . i have complaned 3 times but nobody is ready to come and solve the problem .

                I have applied BSNL broadband connection in the first week of July 2009 at BSNL office(Thudiyalur - Coimbatore). Last 13.07.09 the BSNL representative installed the modem in my computer. He was not connected to the server, just he gave the user name and password.When i was tried on the same day it was not working. Immediately i was complained to the customer care. So far they were not rectified the error. I was complained for the past 6 days, but there is proper response from the BSNL side. They said simply your connection was pending. I don't know what is the next step. Please guide me and do the needful.

                My Broadband service is very slow. It takes hours to open the internate service. Please help.
                Same with me. BSNL guy gave me user name and password but DSL line is not OK.
                I cannot connect for the last onemonth.

                I have called the complaints hot line several times but they say that only exchange guys can correct the problem.

                BSNL has absolutely no focus on customer satisfacation, had it been Airtel they would come running and solved it.

                I am thinking of giving up the connection

                    I am a resident of Vivekananda Nagar, Kukatpally having a BSNL landline phone with number[protected].
                    My phone line is not clear since many months and I have raised the complaint umpteen number of times. I even met the concerned person in Vivekananda Nagar exchange personally but could get only promises in return.
                    I would request the concerned authorities to look into this matter urgently.

                    BSNL — Not clear

                    Our bsnl,pune landline no. is 27172502, not clear, can hear double sound wires get detached frequently and coversation becomes very difficult. Requests for repairing several times has been noted down in the register ( lineman) has been informed it is high time there is no response as such ,

                    BSNL — NETWORK NOT CLEAR

                    I have converted from Reliance to BSNL through MNP. The problem I'm facing is, though the Network Signal of BSNL is showing full but I still get disconnected between calls, sometimes the voice breaks sometimes people complain that they cannot reach me on phone etc. Earlier Reliance had no problems at all but I was determined to go for BSNL as I thought to be the best provider. I'm also using BSNL landline and never had any problem with it till now. But mobile service is really annoying. I hope this would be sorted soon else I'll change back to Relaince again. Any help on this is appreciated. Thanks.

                      My mother KAGITHA ADILAKSHMI had taken a post paid connection from BSNL(AP CIRCLE) 5 years ago. Then she deposit Rs.1000.00 for connection. After 4 years i.e. 04.09.08 she handover the sim to BSNL office.
                      She put letter to give her deposit back. After feb.2009 she received a cheque from BSNL. In this cheque my mother name is wrongly posted i.e. KADALI in place of KAGITHA. Then I am send back to the cheque to BSNL and write letter to change the name.

                      But still we cannot recieve the amount from BSNL. No.of times we contct in phone to officals of BSNL. but they cannot respond.

So many time I have called customer care excecutive regarding this matter but of no use. Now my talk time validity is over and I am not able to make any calls. Please made favourable action.....
                        I got bsnl venalplus plan pre-paid Nos [protected] and [protected] validation expiry date month of 01/2010 I approch to Ameerpet customer care centre ameerpet hyderabad on dated[protected] madam is at that seat I asked about increaseing validation of my re-connection. she given me suggested you can make payment for Rs.199/-each connection i was paid Rs.400/-for easy recharge for re-validation of above mentioned connectionsbut even to-day i.e[protected] I dont got re-validation so i rquest you please varification of Register at the time which amount paid by me madam entre cell nos [protected]and[protected] than told me easy re charge made from madam mobile she got message
                        your re-charge is over validation will be increaseing. till to-day i will wait but message i will not got.

                          20% discount to govt/psu emp
                          I paid deposit of Rs.750/- for broad band unlimited 750 connection to my Tel. No.[protected]. Being a PSU permanent employee, I applied for 20% rebate/discount to my broadband bill along with necessary proof of pay particulars signed by my Accounts Officer, ID proof, copy of land line bill etc. The Accounts pupil of Saroornagar Telephone Exchange, Hyderabad had not considered and allowed 20% rebate to my BB connection and sent the following bills stating monthly charges of Rs.750/- instead of giving 20% rebate in it. Being a prompt payer I paid the bills.

                                  I did submitted the application to shift on 24th October 2009. But our intelligent BSNL people disconnected the connection on 19th october itself. Now nobody knows the status of the connection, whether is it already shifted or not. I tried calling to the so called customer care no 25421100. There is no response at all.
                                  I think BSNL is the only service provide in the entire world for not being customer friendly. In spite of this being government agency it is enjoying with lot of customer base. I think everybody should go out of BSNL servcie. Only then these people will learn some lesson.

                                  If anything can be done for this issue please do it. Or else i am moving to some other private connection. It is OK to pay more if the service is good.

                                  Hi,
                                  I had a similar experience with BSNL Banasawadi exchange 8 months back.
                                  I applied to shift my phone from Malleswaram to Banasawadi and all the process have been completed in Malleshwaram office and it came to Banasawadi office. Even after the work order has been dispatched to the JTO of my area, he didnt turn up to give the connection for 2 months.
                                  After 2 months of wait, I decided to terminate the connection and gave application for the same. This was a connection with Broadband and I had to get some deposit amount back. I'm not aware till now what happened to my money & connection. They have not even send any notification to me.
                                  But at the same time I was availing an excellent service+customer care from BSNL Malleshwaram office, so, its not about the whole BSNL workforce, but a category of ppl who dont want to get adjusted to the competent world of today ! they're cutting the branch they sit on,

                                  I agree with you some extent, becoz I dint see any BSNL employee doing justice to their job. I requested for transfer of broadband cum telephone connection from BTM Exchange to Banaswadi exchange. I submitted request form on 30th April 2009 and process completed on 6th May 2009 from BTM Office(They said so).

                                  After so many follow-ups with KR Puram exchange and Banaswadi offcie, finalyy I got phone connection on 30th of Aug and ther line man told Internet username and password would be given on the next day. I waited till 12th Sep 2009. When I reached the KR Puram exchange, got some surprises. The line man updated records as 3rd Aug connection was given. On top of that 2700/- bill for the term that I dint get the service. So I asked for justification they said pay it now we can waive off monthly basis. So I was not interested to run behind the office every month for waive off ... requested for cancellation and surrendered phone and all. For another surprise today(30th Dec 2009) I received a letter from BSNL banaswadi stating payment due from July ... 4100/-.

                                  So guys be careful and get ready for surprises.

                                  BSNL Customer care really sucks.. I gave telephone shift request in August. It is still not shifted.

                                  I have called them 100 times.. they dont know what they are doing.. They are !
                                  BSNL really is a pathetic service provider it's banaswadi and kr puram exchange inspite giving number of complaints they don't even bother to check out the phone. I went till the AE level and DGM level but no action was taken no doubt why BSNL is making losses today. It should be dumped in graveyard.
                                  Me too Facing the same problem. They are the worst people in this world. BSNL is good for nothing. They dont mind about the customer just simply they are enjoying the govt employment and does not bother about the complaints and customer care.
                                  It is better not to have a phone or broadband connection from BSNL. This is the worst of all worstest telecom services in this universe.
                                  No blood customer care no responsibilities at all...

                                  People this is a warning just stay out of this . They will make u fool. They dont ever mind your concerns. They are just goverment employees worthless people of India.
                                  The customer interaction and responds from BSNL employee in BSNL offices are terrible. First of all the feel like they are working for nothing.Getting informations and solving issues with BSNL is hectic. The customer care numbers and AO telephone numbers are for just for formality. No one will attend enquiry calls.

                                    I'm using BSNL cellone mobile since last a few years.
                                    I've registered my cell no. with do not call/disturb facility by sms as per instructions given in advertisements, i've sent SMSs again and again many times till one year but I've not registered with this facility even after getting confirmation messages. After one and half year i've sent many e-mails to BSNL's top level officials in response of those, One officer called me and asked about the problem and told me he'll solve the problem but i've to send one handwritten application to him... after all this i've registered with the fcility.
                                    Now i'm getting a lot of messages related with various marketing companies. i've tried to register again, if there is any other facility related with 'do not disturb' but now i'm helpless.

                                        [protected] and my phone is dead since one week, I have even complained to u r customer care and they have given the Docket No.92 and promised to attend the complaint in 24 Hrs but its been a week no body has turned up.
                                        I hope u will do the needful at the earliest.

                                        My Land Line Phone No. is[protected] is dead since[protected]. Subsequently I made a Complaint through automatic fault registration system on[protected], having docket no. E-8523. But regret to say that the said phone is not yet ok.

                                        i am a bsnl land line costumer and 1-2 days later my bsnl phone[protected] disconnected. What is the reason for disconnecting .Pls tell me the reason and pls connecting my number .

                                        Our Land line No.[protected] is not working from last two years till date
                                        I am located in Kolkata. My residence landline number[protected] is completely dead since 26.02.2012. I tried to call[protected] or 033 198 from my mobile to lodge complaint, but am unsuccessful in doing so, both the numbers are unobtainable. I booked complaint through online but when next day tried to check status, got on screen msg that 'No complaint is booked against this number.

                                        I do not know, where to and how to lodge complaint & get the issue resolved!

                                        dear sir my bsnl land line connection no is [protected] is dead around last 9 month many times i visited nearest bsnl office still connection is not yet repired ideposited telephone bill regularly from last 9 month if telephone is not repaired within 15 days then i go to cnsumer court
