[Resolved]  BSNL Broadband — BSNL Broadband not working properly

Dear Sir,
I would like to bring my pathetic condition by using BSNL Broadband Service. I have Broadband Service on my Landline number[protected]Hyderbad). Right from the inception, some 10 months back, it is giving problem every time. The ADSL goes off, and the internet is disconnected. I have to wait for some time, and then, the ADSL comes back. Due to this problem, my pages goes off, and sometimes, I need to login again. I have made umpteen number of complaints on this problem, and every time they say, they are going to rectify it, but they never. Right from the beginning, I could not enjoy the un-interrupted performance not even for two hours. Earlier, I was having an unlimited package, and due to this problem, I have shifted to limited package. Even after, I am paying BSNL for poor service they are providing. Due to this cause, forcibly I had to go for a private operator as a stand-bye. I hope, Forum will take this to the notice of BSNL, which is not at all serious on Customer interests.

broadband not working properly — adsl problem

lineman & agency representative visit frequently to solve the problem but they can't found actual solution so we are suffering with this problem. Our monthly rent @Rs. 500/-plus tax is not useful to us. Our Experience is very bad from BSNL after sales service.
due to the noises in basic phone, downloading speed were affected.
remote computer is too busy every time.

I have a BSNL BroadBand connection from past 2 years and I am having lot of problems using it daily. The DSL link keeps going down and every time I raise a comaplaint the engineer comes home resolving it and verifies everything is working fine and leaves. The BroadBand stops working after he leaves and this has become a regular issue for me. I am situated in B.C.C Layout and I am now planning to change by serive provider. BSNL being sunch a big company is not having the right people to support and keep the QoS consitent. I am really very unhappy with it.

my name is shamanth.m i am havain a poblem in bsnl broadband .The ADSL link keeps going down and every time I raise a comaplaint but there is no any response and i am usind Dlink modem . there are telling that dlink modem is not work properly and i took that modem for dlink company there are telling that modem is in good condition but this bsnl people are telling you should take our own bsnl modem than its work properly this is the answer they are telling .iam unhappy with blody bsnl workers

With due respect and honour I beg to state that I myself Sontu Sow is a BSNL Broadband customer, My Phone no is[protected]. Service ID no- ss[protected]. My current plan is BB-Home Unlimited 750 Plus-Combo. Now a days my broadband connection speed is very slow, 8 to 12 Kbps. Before it was 80 to 100 Kbps. So therefore I request you to kindly take appropriate steps to solve the problem.
