Slow Connection

i thought when some private companies have only and only intention of making money and no service BSNL being a national company would bring better services.
i found it to be correct.but my happiness was short lived.

i recently switched over to unlimited plan.
even after shelling out so much money , i am really dissatisfied with the speed.
before i used to get download speed from 60 kbps to 120 kbps br...

connection speed

sir we are using bsnl new evdo technology which offer internet speed up to 2 mbps
but as par company commitment we are not reciving such speed.sir surfing speed we are getting is not even crossing 1000kbps wich is not even equal to 1mbps
sir in my house four person are using evdo and tehey are having the same problem

sir we are using it as kala khadak wakad pune-411057...

DND Facility not providing

BHARAT SANCHAR NIGAM is not providing DO NOT DISTURB FACILITY. I tried
many times by mobilephone no [protected] and by BSNL website BSNL PNDC
but all was wested. A. necessary action/ step should be taken by the authorities concerned...

Not able to register for DND

I am not able to register for DND for my BSNL number - [protected]. I tried sending msg, 'START DND' to 1909, but the msg simply doesn't get sent. When i call 1909, the call gets disconnected before i can complete the process of registration for DND.

When i try registering online @ http://pdnc.bsnl.co.in/registerPhnNoforDNC.aspx, confirmation code is sent to me but when i enter theconfirmation code and press 'confirm',...

i activate bsnl caller tune ............. charged me 25 yet its not activated its about 1 month gone. and they are insert their own bad bad advertising ... i dont what it. the customer care phone numbers are not working, if they take my call the say they don't know any thing....... i don't what my money back (Rs25 has its value bt .............) bt pls remove the add caller tune i dont what it .................. pls.................

Dear Sir,
I had done online prepaid recharge of Rs 110 from SBI bank to my cell [protected], dated 02/11/09 TRANSACTION ID TXT [protected], receipt no.[protected], but 32 days are gone but the amount is not updated & the money is deducted from my SBI bank account.
Pls do the needful.

Slow & No Connection

I have selected 'Category of Complaint' as Broadband, acutally it is Government services. However now a days it is worst than any other services.

1. If you call customer service you can hear only recorded karaoke. Suppose, if you r a lucky after mid night 1o' clock then you can just register complaint only which will be attended only after 2 or 3 weeks by telephone line man, who doesn't know anything about...

Landline phone dead for past 2 weeks

My phone number is[protected]. We have broadband connection also.The landline is completely dead for the past one week but the broadband connection is working.. The compliant has been registered. The fault is not yet attended. It is kindly requested to attend to the fault immediately preferably on Saturdays, since both are employed.

Excess billing for BB usage and a refund for Rs. 415/-b320

In the month of July 2009 I had opted for BB connection and chosen 250 home plan. And for that matter July & August 2009 BB usage bill was excessive (Rs. 5893/-) which I had paid. INCOMING CALLS WAS CHARGEABLE ON 27th NOVEMBER 2009

MONEY WAS DEDUCTED ON ALL IN-COMING CALL ON 27TH NOV 2009(FROM09.00AM TO 09.00PM) ALTHOUGH I WAS NOT IN ROAMING.
I CONTACTED TO BSNL HELPLINE ON THE SAME DAY AT NEARLY 10.45PM AND THEY BOOKED MY COMPLAINT BEARING DOCKET NO. K[protected] & ASSURED ME TO RECALL ME WITHIN 24HRS. AFTER THEN NO CALL CAME.

www.dataone.bsnl.in site not working

Recently BSNL has changed the working website www.dataone.bsnl.in to www.selfcare.sdc.bsnl.co.in.. ( worst site, which never opens and it goes into search mode )

BSNL didn't provide any information of this change.. and i was trying the website www.dataone.bsnl.in daily for 15 days.. and when called 1500 ( in the queue for 20 minutes) they say that the site is changed..
and the registration was also difficult.br...
